We also give out the Hausdorff dimensions and measures, Box-counting dimensions and Packing dimensions, and stress that there exist differences between fractal analysis on local fields and Euclidean spaces. | 7 | Mechanoresponsive MiR-138-5p Targets MACF1 to Inhibit Bone Formation显示文摘Mechanical stimuli play an essential role in maintaining bone remodeling and skeletal integrity.Meanwhile,bone can respond to the changes of mechanical condition to adjust its mass and architecture.Clinical studies discover that bedridden patients showed osteoporotic T-scores and low bone mineral density,and long-term immobilized patients presented reduced markers of bone formation.However,as bone formation mediated by osteoblast differentiation is a complex process,the underlying molecular mechanism of mechanical stimuli regulating bone formation is still unclear.Recent evidences show that microRNAs(miRNAs)are involved in mechanical stimuli regulating bone formation or osteoblast differentiation.Nevertheless,no direct evidence identifies mechanoresponsive miRNA in both human and animal bones,and clarifies its mechanoresponsive role under different mechanical conditions(e.g.mechanical unloading,reloading,loading).In the current study,we screened for differentially expressed miRNAs in bone specimens of bedridden patients with fractures,then identified that the expression of miR-138-5p,but not the other miRNAs,altered withbedridden time and was negatively correlated with the expression of the bone formation marker genes Alp(alkaline phosphatase).Moreover,miR-138-5p was up-regulated with reduced bone formation during unloading and down-regulated with increased bone formation during reloading in hind4imb unloaded mice.In addition,miR-138-5p was verified to be responsive to different mechanical unloading condition and cyclic mechanical stretch condition in primary osteogenic cells,respectively.Further in vitro data suggested that mechanoresponsive miR-138-5p directly targeted microtubule actin crosslinking factor 1(MACF1)to inhibit osteoblast differentiation.In vivo,we constructed an osteoblastic miR-138-5p transgenic mice model(TG138)with the Runx2promoter,and found that overexpression miR-138-5p supressed bone formation.Moreover,osteoblast-targeted inhibition of miR-138-5p sensitized bone anabolic response to mechanical loading in TG138 mice.Predominantly,the osteoblast-targeted inhibition of miR-138-5p could counteract bone formation reduction induced by hind limb unloading.Taken together,the mechanoresponsive miR-138-5p inhibited bone anabolic response for developing a novel bone anabolic sensitization strategy. | Zhihao Chen Zhao Fan Liang Chao Lifang Hu Chen Lei Zhang Yan Yin Chong Dijie Li Tian Ye Wuxia Qiu Kewen Zhang Chaofei Yang Xiaona Li Li Yu Weiyi Chen Zhang Ge Qian Airong | 2019 | 医用生物力学2019,34,A01: | 1 |

| 13 | Cursor momentum for fascination measurement显示文摘We present a very different cause of search engine user behaviors ——fascination. It is generally identified as the initial effect of a product attribute on users' interest and purchase intentions. Considering the fact that in most cases the cursor is driven directly by a hand to move via a mouse (or touchpad), we use the cursor movement as the critical feature to analyze the personal reaction against the fascinating search results. This paper provides a deep insight into the goal-directed cursor movement that occurs within a remarkably short period of time (<30 milliseconds), which is the interval between a user's click-through and decision-making behaviors. Instead of the fundamentals, we focus on revealing the characteristics of the split-second cursor movement. Our empirical findings showed that a user may push or pull the mouse with a slightly greater strength when fascinated by a search result. As a result, the cursor slides toward the search result with an increased momentum. We model the momentum through a combination of translational and angular kinetic energy calculations. Based on Fitts' law, we implement goal-directed cursor movement identification. Supported by the momentum, together with other physical features, we built different fascination-based search result reranking systems. Our experiments showed that goal-directed cursor momentum is an effective feature in detecting fascination. In particular, they show feasibility in both the personalized and cross-media cases. | 14 | Amino-functionalized carbon nanotubes/polyphosphazene hybrids for improving the fire safety and mechanical properties of epoxy显示文摘To expand further modern industrial applications of epoxy resin(EP),the urgent problems of flammability and poor mechanical properties have to be solved.Therefore,amino-functionalized carbon nanotubes(AFP@CNTs)was designed and successfully synthesized to enhance the comprehensive properties,including fire safety and mechanical properties.Especially,the flame retardant mechanism,the combustion and pyrolysis process of EP/AFP@CNTs were investigated as well.With the addition of 1.5 wt%AFP@CNTs,the peak heat release rate(PHRR)and total heat release(THR)of EP were reduced by 27.6%and 29.0%,respectively,which may due to the cooperative effect between the phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant of polyphosphazene and the cohesive phase flame retardant of carbon nanotubes.In addition,the mechanical performance of EP/AFP@CNTs composites were also investigated.The results showed that the impact strength,tensile strength and the storage modulus effectively increased by 65.0%,29.0%and 13.2%,respectively.Meanwhile,the change of the combustion and pyrolysis process of EP/AFP@CNTs may be attributed to the catalytic effect of the amino-functionalized polyphosphazene,which could participate in the formation of epoxy thermal curing crosslinking network and catalyze the degradation process of epoxy resin. | Mutian Zhou Desen Zeng Shuilai Qiu Xia Zhou Liang Cheng Zhoumei Xu Weiyi Xing Yuan Hu | 2022 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2022,32,2: | 0 |
