1An improved motion compensation method for high resolution UAV SAR imaging显示文摘The polynomial and sinusoidal motion errors always exist in the unmanned aero vehicle(UAV)SAR due to the small size and low velocity of the platform,causing serious spectrum compressing/stretching and significant spectral replicas of the azimuth signal.The motion errors induce serious blurring of the SAR image and'ghost targets',and can hardly be precisely estimated by the conventional motion compensation(MOCO)method.In this paper,an improved MOCO method is proposed to estimate and eliminate the motion errors in the high resolution UAV SAR without high precision inertial navigation system(INS)data.The time domain range walk correction(RWC)operation in the coarse phase error estimation process of the proposed MOCO method is the key operation that ensures the estimation accuracy of the whole MOCO method.Finally,the validity of the improved MOCO method is verified by computer simulations and real UAV SAR data processing.FAN BangKui DING ZeGang GAO WenBin LONG Teng 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,12:6

3Improved spectrum reconstruction technique based on chirp rate modulation in stepped-frequency SAR显示文摘To improve the efficiencies of the traditional spectrum reconstruction techniques, an improved spectrum reconstruction technique(ISRT) based on chirp rate modulation(CRM) is proposed. With the help of a CRM operation, a reconstructed wideband signal with a narrow pulse width can be obtained. Compared with the traditional time domain spectrum reconstruction technique(TSRT), ISRT is less time-consuming since much less samples are needed. Compared with the traditional frequency domain spectrum reconstruction technique(FSRT), the reconstructed signal is a chirp signal, which has no limitation on the subsequent imaging algorithm.What is more, processing steps of ISRT are optimized, and the computational burden is less than that of TSRT and FSRT. 6Spatiotemporal variations and driving factors of habitat quality in the loess hilly area of the Yellow River Basin:A case study of Lanzhou City,China显示文摘Rapid industrialization and urbanization have led to the most serious habitat degradation in China,especially in the loess hilly area of the Yellow River Basin,where the ecological environment is relatively fragile.The contradiction between economic development and ecological environment protection has aroused widespread concern.In this study,we used the habitat quality of Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Tradeoffs(InVEST-HQ)model at different scales to evaluate the dynamic evolution characteristics of habitat quality in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province of China.The spatiotemporal variations of habitat quality were analyzed by spatial autocorrelation.A Geographical Detector(Geodetector)model was used to explore the driving factors that influencing the spatial differentiation of habitat quality,including natural factors,socio-economic factors,and ecological protection factors.The results showed that the habitat quality index of Lanzhou City decreased from 0.4638 to 0.4548 during 2000-2018.The areas with reduced the habitat quality index were mainly located in the Yellow River Basin and Qinwangchuan Basin,where are the main urban areas and the new economic development areas,respectively.The spatial distribution of habitat quality presented a trend of high in the surrounding areas and low in the middle,and showed a significant positive spatial autocorrelation.With the increase of study scale,the spatial distribution of habitat quality changed from concentrated to dispersed.The spatial differentiation of habitat quality in the study area was the result of multiple factors.Among them,topographic relief and slope were the key factors.The synergistic enhancement among these driving factors intensified the spatial differentiation of habitat quality.The findings of this study can provide a scientific basis for land resources utilization and ecosystem restoration in the arid and semi-arid land.DONG Jianhong ZHANG Zhibin LIU Benteng ZHANG Xinhong ZHANG Wenbin CHEN Long 2022Journal of Arid Land2022,14,6:1

8Integrating bimetallic AuPd nanocatalysts with a 2D aza-fused π-conjugated microporous polymer for light-driven benzyl alcohol oxidation显示文摘Efficient catalytic system with low energy consumption exhibits increasing importance due to the upcoming energy crisis.Given this situation,it should be an admirable strategy for reducing energy input by effectively utilizing incident solar energy as a heat source during catalytic reactions.Herein,aza-fused7 r-conjugated microporous polymer(aza-CMP)with broad light absorption and high photothermal conversion efficiency was synthesized and utilized as a support for bimetallic AuPd nanocatalysts in light-driven benzyl alcohol oxidation.The AuPd nanoparticles anchored on aza-CMP(aza-CM P/Au_xPdy)exhibited excellent catalytic performance for benzyl alcohol oxidation under 50 mW/cm^2 light irradiation.The improved catalytic performance by the aza-CMP/Au_xPdy is attributed to the unique photothermal effect induced by aza-CMP,which can promote the catalytic benzyl alcohol oxidation occurring at Au Pd.This work presents a novel approach to effectively utilize solar energy for conventional catalytic reactions through photothermal effect.Yunong Li Lei Wang Jingxiang Low Di Wu Canyu Hu Wenbin Jiang Jun Ma Chengming Wang Ran Long Li Song Hangxun Xu Yujie Xiong 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,1:1

10Ultra-antifreeze,ultra-stretchable,transparent,and conductive hydrogel for multi-functional flexible electronics as strain sensor and triboelectric nanogenerator显示文摘Conductive hydrogels have become one of the most promising candidates for flexible electronics due to their excellent mechanical flexibility,durability of deformation,and good electrical conductivity.However,in real applications,severe environments occur frequently,such as extremely cold weather.General hydrogels always lack anti-freeze and anti-dehydration abilities.Consequently,the functions of electronic devices based on traditional hydrogels will quickly fail in extreme environments.Therefore,the development of environmentally robust hydrogels that can withstand extremely low temperatures,overcome dehydration,and ensure the stable operation of electronic devices has become increasingly important.Here,we report a kind of graphene oxide(GO)incorporated polyvinyl alcohol-polyacrylamide(PVA-PAAm)double network hydrogel(GPPDhydrogel)which shows excellent anti-freeze ability.The GPPD-hydrogel exhibits not only good flexibility and ultra-high stretchability up to 2,000%,but ensures a high sensitivity when used as the strain sensor at−50°C.More importantly,when serving as the electrode of a sandwich-structural triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG),the GPPD-hydrogel endows the TENG high and stable output performances even under−80°C.Besides,the GPPD-hydrogel is demonstrated long-lasting moisture retention over 100 days.The GPPD-hydrogel provides a reliable and promising candidate for the new generation of wearable electronics.Xinhuan Dai Yong Long Bing Jiang Wenbin Guo Wei Sha Jiangwen Wang Zifeng Cong Jiwei Chen Bingjun Wang Weiguo Hu 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:1

16Fully Printed High‑Performance n‑Type Metal Oxide Thin‑Film Transistors Utilizing Coffee‑Ring Effect显示文摘Metal oxide thin-films transistors(TFTs)produced from solution-based printing techniques can lead to large-area electronics with low cost.However,the performance of current printed devices is inferior to those from vacuum-based methods due to poor film uniformity induced by the“coffeering”effect.Here,we report a novel approach to print highperformance indium tin oxide(ITO)-based TFTs and logic inverters by taking advantage of such notorious effect.ITO has high electrical conductivity and is generally used as an electrode material.However,by reducing the film thickness down to nanometers scale,the carrier concentration of ITO can be effectively reduced to enable new applications as active channels in transistors.The ultrathin(~10-nm-thick)ITO film in the center of the coffee-ring worked as semiconducting channels,while the thick ITO ridges(>18-nm-thick)served as the contact electrodes.The fully inkjet-printed ITO TFTs exhibited a high saturation mobility of 34.9 cm2 V^(−1) s^(−1) and a low subthreshold swing of 105 mV dec^(−1).In addition,the devices exhibited excellent electrical stability under positive bias illumination stress(PBIS,ΔV_(th)=0.31 V)and negative bias illuminaiton stress(NBIS,ΔV_(th)=−0.29 V)after 10,000 s voltage bias tests.More remarkably,fully printed n-type metal–oxide–semiconductor(NMOS)inverter based on ITO TFTs exhibited an extremely high gain of 181 at a low-supply voltage of 3 V,promising for advanced electronics applications.Kun Liang Dingwei Li Huihui Ren Momo Zhao Hong Wang Mengfan Ding Guangwei Xu Xiaolong Zhao Shibing Long Siyuan Zhu Pei Sheng Wenbin Li Xiao Lin Bowen Zhu 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,11:1
17IQGAP3 promotes the progression of glioma as an immune and prognostic marker显示文摘Background:IQGAP3 plays a crucial role in regulating cell proliferation,division,and cytoskeletal organization.Abnormal expression of IQGAP3 has been linked to various tumors,but its function in glioma is not well understood.Methods:Various methods,including genetic differential analysis,single-cell analysis,ROC curve analysis,Cox regression,Kaplan-Meier analysis,and enrichment analysis,were employed to analyze the expression patterns,diagnostic potential,prognostic implications,and biological processes involving IQGAP3 in normal and tumor tissues.The impact of IQGAP3 on immune infiltration and the immune microenvironment in gliomas was evaluated using immunofluorescence.Additionally,the cBioPortal database was used to analyze copy number variations and mutation sites of IQGAP3.Experimental validation was also performed to assess the effects of IQGAP3 on glioma cells and explore underlying mechanisms.Results:High IQGAP3 expression in gliomas is associated with an unfavorable prognosis,particularly in wild-type IDH and 1p/19q non-codeleted gliomas.Enrichment analysis revealed that IQGAP3 is involved in regulating the cell cycle,PI3K/AKT signaling,p53 signaling,and PLK1-related pathways.Furthermore,IQGAP3 expression may be closely related to the immunosuppressive microenvironment of glioblastoma.BRD-K88742110 and LY-303511 are potential drugs for targeting IQGAP3 in anti-glioma therapy.In vitro experiments showed that downregulation of IQGAP3 inhibits the proliferation and migration of glioma cells,with the PLK1/PI3K/AKT pathway potentially playing a crucial role in IQGAP3-mediated glioma progression.Conclusion:IQGAP3 shows promise as a valuable biomarker for diagnosis,prognosis,and immunotherapeutic strategies in gliomas.XIAOFENG GAO JUANJUAN GE XUZHENG GAO NA MEI YANTING SU SHIGANG SHAN WENBIN QIAN JIANGHENG GUAN ZHENWANG ZHANG LONG WANG 2024Oncology Research2024,32,4:0

20Engineered human spinal cord-like tissues with dorsal and ventral neuronal progenitors for spinal cord injury repair in rats and monkeys显示文摘Transplanting human neural progenitor cells is a promising method of replenishing the lost neurons after spinal cord injury (SCI), but differentiating neural progenitor cells into the diverse types of mature functional spinal cord neurons in vivo is challenging. In this study, engineered human embryonic spinal cord-like tissues with dorsal and ventral neuronal characters (DV-SC) were generated by inducing human neural progenitor cells (hscNPCs) to differentiate into various types of dorsal and ventral neuronal cells on collagen scaffold in vitro. Transplantation of DV-SC into complete SCI models in rats and monkeys showed better therapeutic effects than undifferentiated hscNPCs, including pronounced cell survival and maturation. DV-SC formed a targeted connection with the host’s ascending and descending axons, partially restored interrupted neural circuits, and improved motor evoked potentials and the hindlimb function of animals with SCI.
