12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Synergistic and antagonistic interactions between potassium and magnesium in higher plants显示文摘Magnesium(Mg)affects various critical physiological and biochemical processes in higher plants,and its deficiency impedes plant growth and development.Although potassium(K)-induced Mg deficiency in agricultural production is widespread,the specific relationship of K with Mg and especially its competitive nature is poorly understood.This review summarizes current knowledge on the interactions between K and Mg with respect to their root uptake,root-to-shoot translocation and distribution in plants.Their synergistic effects on certain physiological functions are also described.The antagonistic effect of K on Mg is stronger than that of Mg on K in root absorption and transport within plants,indicating that the balanced use of K and Mg fertilizers is necessary for sustaining high plant-available Mg and alleviating K-induced Mg deficiency,especially in plant species with high K demand or in highavailable-K soil.The relationship between Mg and K in plant tissues may be antagonistic or synergistic depending on plant species,cell type,leaf age,source-and sink organs.There are synergistic effects of K and Mg on photosynthesis,carbohydrate transport and allocation,nitrogen metabolism,and turgor regulation.Definition of optimal K/Mg ratios for soils and plant tissues is desirable for maintaining proper nutritional status in plants,leading to a physiological state supporting crop production.Future research should concentrate on identifying the physiological and molecular mechanisms underlying the interactions between K and Mg in a given physiological function.Kailiu Xie Ismail Cakmak Shiyu Wang Fusuo Zhang Shiwei Guo 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,2:5

4The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. 5Ferric oxide nanosheet-engineered Mg alloy for synergetic osteosarcoma photothermal/chemodynamic therapy显示文摘Osteosarcoma(OS)is a malignant tumor with a high rate of recurrence.Recently,biodegradable Mg-based implants have become a new therapeutic platform for bone-related diseases.However,poor biosafety and deficient intelligent tumor-killing ability of Mg-based implants are still the main challenges for the pre-cise treatment of OS.Herein,based on the excellent catalytic and photothermal conversion properties of nanozyme ferric oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4)),a novel two-step hydrothermal method for in situ preparation of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanosheets on the surface of plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)-treated Mg alloy using Mg-Fe layered double hydroxides(Mg-Fe LDH)as precursor was proposed.Compared with Mg alloy,there were no obvious corrosion cracks on the surface of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanosheets-coated Mg alloy(Fe_(3)O_(4)-NS)immersed in 0.9 wt.%NaCl for 14 days,which demonstrated the corrosion resistance of Mg alloy was significantly enhanced.Cytocompatibility experiments and hemolysis assay confirmed the great biocompatibility of Fe_(3)O_(4)-NS,especially,hemolysis ratio was lower than 1%.Meanwhile,Fe_(3)O_(4)-NS presented excellent cat-alytic oxidation capacity in the presence of H_(2)O_(2),and its temperature can significantly increase from 27℃to approximately 56℃under NIR irradiation.Therefore,intelligent responsive Fe_(3)O_(4)nanosheets-engineered Mg-based implants demonstrated excellent antitumor properties in vivo and in vitro due to their photothermal and chemodynamic synergetic effects.This study provides a novel approach for the preparation of Fe_(3)O_(4)coatings on the surface of Mg alloys and a new strategy for the treatment of OS.Huihui Du Dongdong Zhang Ru Xu Juning Xie Shiwei Guan Shuhan Chen Feng Peng Shi Qian Xuanyong Liu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,7:2

16Direct mask-free fabrication of patterned hierarchical graphene electrode for on-chip micro-supercapacitors显示文摘Graphene-based electrodes with rational structural design have shown extraordinary prospect for en-hanced electrical double-layer capacitance of micro-supercapacitors(MSCs).Herein,a facile fabrication method for flexible planar MSCs based on hierarchical graphene was demonstrated by using a laser-treated membrane for electrode patterning,complemented with hierarchical electrode configuration tak-ing full advantages of size-determined functional graphene.The in-plane interdigital shape of MSCs was defined through vacuum filtration with the assistance of the functionalized polypropylene(PP)mem-brane.The hierarchical graphene films were built by macroscopic assembly based on size effect of differ-ent lateral sized graphene sheets(rGO-LSL).The sample of MSCs based on rGO-L SL(MSCs-LSL)exhibited excellent volumetric capacitance of 6.7 F cm^(−3) and high energy density of 0.37 mWh cm−3.The MSCs-LSL presented superb flexibility and cycling stability with no capacitance deteroriated after 2000 cycles.This newly developed fabrication strategy is of good scalability and designability to manufacture flexible elec-trode for MSCs with customized shapes,while the construction of hierarchical graphene can enlighten the structural design of analogous two-dimensional materials for potential advanced electronics.Yaopeng Wu Jinghong Chen Wei Yuan Xiaoqing Zhang Shigen Bai Yu Chen Bote Zhao Xuyang Wu Chun Wang Honglin Huang Yong Tang Zhenping Wan Shiwei Zhang Yingxi Xie 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,12:0
17Optimal Coordination of Transportable Power Sources and Repair Crews for Service Restoration of Distribution Networks Considering Uncertainty of Traffic Congestion显示文摘This paper proposes a new method for service restoration of distribution network with the support of transportable power sources(TPSs)and repair crews(RCs).Firstly,a coupling model of distribution networks and vehicle routing of TPSs and RCs is proposed,where the TPSs serve as emergency power supply sources,and the RCs are used to repair the faulted lines.Considering the uncertainty of traffic congestion,the probability distribution of the travel time spent on each road is derived based on the Nesterov user equilibrium model,and a two-stage stochastic program is formulated to determine the optimal routings of TPSs and RCs.To efficiently solve the proposed stochastic mixed-integer linear program(MILP),a two-phase scenario reduction method is then developed to scale down the problem size,and an adaptive progressive hedging algorithm is used for an efficient solution.The effectiveness of the proposed methods and algorithms has been illustrated in a modified IEEE 33-bus system.Zhao Shi Yan Xu Dunjian Xie Shiwei Xie Amer M.Y.M.Ghias 2024Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2024,12,1:0
