| 1 | Fabrication of single-walled carbon nanotube-based highly sensitive gas sensors显示文摘A highly sensitive single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)-based ammonia(NH3) gas detector is manufactured by orderly assembling SWCNT using the dielectrophoretical(DEP) technology.Atom force microscopy(AFM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images revealed that SWCNTs were assembled between the microelectrodes.SWCNTs were affected by the electrophoretic force which was carried out by the related theoretical analysis in a nonuniform electric field.The SWCNT field effect transistors geometry was obtained.The electrical performance of NH3 gas sensor with the SWCNT field effect transistors geometry was tested before and after the adoption of NH3 at room temperature.Experimental results indicated that the efficient assembly of SWCNT was obtained by the applied alternating current voltage with frequency of 2 MHz and amplitude of 10 V.The SWCNTs-based gas sensor had high sensitivity to NH3,and the electrical conductance of NH3 gas sensor reduced two times after interaction with NH3.The SWCNTs surface gas molecules were removed by means of ultraviolet ray irradiation for 10 min.Hence,the fabricated NH3 gas sensor could be reversible.There is a clear evidence that the adsorption of NH3 on the SWCNT channel is easy to be realized.Our theoretical results are consistent with recent experiments. | XU Ke TIAN XiaoJun WU ChengDong LIU Jian LI MengXin SUN Ying WEI FaNan | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,1: | 4 |

| 3 | Numerical Study of Effect of Compressor Swirling Flow on Combustor Design in a MTE显示文摘An effect of the swirling flow on the combustion performance is studied by the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) in a micro-gas turbine with a centrifugal compressor, dump diffuser and forward-flow combustor. The distributions of air mass and the Temperature Pattern Factor(as: Overall Temperature Distribution Factor-OTDF) in outlet are investigated with two different swirling angles of compressed air as 0° and 15° in three combustors. The results show that the influences of swirling flow on the air distribution and OTDF cannot be neglected. Compared with no-swirling flow, the air through outer liner is more, and the air through the inner liner is less, and the pressure loss is bigger under the swirling condition in the same combustor. | 5 | An enhanced least squares residual RAIM algorithm based on optimal decentralized factor显示文摘The Least Squares Residual(LSR)algorithm is commonly used in the Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring(RAIM).However,LSR algorithm presents high Missed Detection Risk(MDR)caused by a large-slope faulty satellite and high False Alert Risk(FAR)caused by a small-slope faulty satellite.In this paper,the LSR algorithm is improved to reduce the MDR for a large-slope faulty satellite and the FAR for a small-slope faulty satellite.Based on the analysis of the vertical critical slope,the optimal decentralized factor is defined and the optimal test statistic is conceived,which can minimize the FAR with the premise that the MDR does not exceed its allowable value of all three directions.To construct a new test statistic approximating to the optimal test statistic,the Optimal Decentralized Factor weighted LSR(ODF-LSR)algorithm is proposed.The new test statistic maintains the sum of pseudo-range residual squares,but the specific pseudo-range residual is weighted with a parameter related to the optimal decentralized factor.The new test statistic has the same decentralized parameter with the optimal test statistic when single faulty satellite exists,and the difference between the expectation of the new test statistic and the optimal test statistic is the minimum when no faulty satellite exists.The performance of the ODFLSR algorithm is demonstrated by simulation experiments. | Guanghui SUN Chengdong XU Dan SONG Yimei JIAN | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,12: | 3 |

| 11 | Experimental Study on In-situ Leaching and Electrokinetic Remediation of Composite Heavy Metal-contaminated Soil显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate in-situ leaching and electrokinetic combined remediation of composite heavy metal-contaminated soil.[Methods] Leaching and electrokientic combined remediation was applied to remediate artificially-simulated composite Cd,Cu,Pb,and Zn-contaminated soil.The electrokinentic remediation of the soil was carried out using EDTA and acetic acid as the eluents with electrodes placed on the top and bottom of the soil,to investigate the effects of different types and concentrations of eluents,reaction time and energization methods on the remediation.[Results]Applying electrodynamic force to the leaching remediation process achieved good removal effects of Cd,Cu,Pb,and Zn in the soil.Compared with pure leaching,the leaching and electrokinetic combined remediation saved 23.8% of EDTA consumption.EDTA showed the ability to complex heavy metals better than acetic acid,and after 10 d of reaction,the 0.1 mol/L EDTA achieved very good removal effects on Cd,Cu,Pb,and Zn from the upper and middle layers of the soil column,exhibiting removal rates of 94.4%,93.3%,91.4% and 92.8% in the upper layer and 87.2%,88.2%,83.3% and 84.6%,respectively.Compared with the conventional experiments,the intermittent energization method and the voltage-increasing method improved the removal rates of Cd,Cu,Pb and Zn by 6.3%,6.1%,5.9%and 6%,and 0.6%,0.9%,0.5% and 0.4%,respectively,and saved 46.8% and 10.3% of energy consumption,respectively.[Conclusions]The study provides reference for the remediation of composite heavy metal-contaminated soil. | Hui HAN Juan ZHAI Anwei WANG Juan LI Chengdong XU Yushan WAN | 2020 | Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,2: | 1 |

| 17 | Spatial-temporal heterogeneity and determinants of HIV prevalence in the Mano River Union countries显示文摘Background:Utilizing population-based survey data in epidemiological research with a spatial perspective can integrate valuable context into the dynamics of HIV prevalence in West Africa.However,the situation in the Mano River Union(MRU)countries is largely unknown.This research aims to perform an ecological study to determine the HIV prevalence patterns in MRU.Methods:We analyzed Demographic and Health Survey(DHS)and AIDS Indicator Survey(AIS)data on HIV prevalence in MRU from 2005 to 2020.We examined the country-specifc,regional-specifc and sex-specifc ratios of respondents to profle the spatial–temporal heterogeneity of HIV prevalence and determine HIV hot spots.We employed Geodetector to measure the spatial stratifed heterogeneity(SSH)of HIV prevalence for adult women and men.We assessed the comprehensive correct knowledge(CCK)about HIV/AIDS and HIV testing uptake by employing the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator(LASSO)regression to predict which combinations of CCKs can scale up the ratio of HIV testing uptake with sex-specifc needs.Results:In our analysis,we leveraged data for 158,408 respondents from 11 surveys in the MRU.From 2005–2015,Cote d’Ivoire was the hot spot for HIV prevalence with a Gi_Bin score of 3,Z-Score 8.0–10.1 and P<0.001.From 2016 to 2020,Guinea and Sierra Leone were hot spots for HIV prevalence with a Gi_Bin score of 2,Z-Score of 3.17 and P<0.01.The SSH confrmed the signifcant diferences in HIV prevalence at the national level strata,with a higher level for Cote d’Ivoire compared to other countries in both sexes with q-values of 0.61 and 0.40,respectively.Our LASSO model predicted diferent combinations of CCKs with sex-specifc needs to improve HIV testing uptake.Conclusions:The spatial distribution of HIV prevalence in the MRU is skewed and the CCK about HIV/AIDS and HIV testing uptake are far below the threshold target set by UNAIDS for ending the epidemic in the sub-region.Geodetector detected statistically signifcant SSH within and between countries in the MRU.Our LASSO model predicted that diferent emphases should be implemented when popularizing the CCK about HIV/AIDS for adult women and men. | Idrissa Laybohr Kamara Liang Wang Yaxin Guo Shuting Huo Yuanyuan Guo Chengdong Xu Yilan Liao William J.Liu Wei Ma George F.Gao | 2022 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,6: | 0 |
| 18 | Canonical Correlation between the Leaf Quality Indicators of 'Moderate Aroma' Flue-cured Tobacco显示文摘In order to find out the correlation between tobacco quality evaluation indicators in China's traditional ' moderate aroma' tobaccoproducing areas and simplify the tobacco quality evaluation indicators,we evaluate the appearance quality and smoking quality of 143 flue-cured tobacco leaf samples in China's ' moderate aroma' tobacco-producing areas,test the physical traits and chemical component,and analyze the canonical correlation between four quality evaluation indicators. The results show that there is significant or extremely significant canonical correlation between four evaluation indicators( tobacco smoking quality,chemical component,appearance quality and physical trait quality); the cumulative variance contribution rate of evaluation indicators is in the order of chemical component( 69. 17%) > appearance quality( 68. 76%) > physical traits( 64. 13%); appearance quality is most closely related to physical traits( 93. 84%). The individual indicators for tobacco quality evaluation make different contribution to the correlation between quality evaluation indicators. The chemical component evaluation indicators mainly include total sugar and ratio of total sugar to betaine; sensory taste indicators mainly include aroma volume,smoke concentration,irritation and softness degree; physical trait evaluation indicators mainly include leaf weight,leaf length and leaf density; appearance quality indicators mainly include leaf organizational structure,color,maturity and identity. | 20 | Interfacial chemistry ofγ-glutamic acid-derived block polymer binder directing the interfacial compatibility of high voltage LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 electrode显示文摘LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4(LNMO)spinel is one of the most promising high voltage cathode candidates for lithium ion batteries(LIBs).However,owing to the instability for organic electrolytes at 5V high voltage,it exhibits continuous oxidation,leading to the formation of unstable interface and the notorious dissolution of transition metal,which prevents the successful commercialization of LNMO.Herein,on the basis of energy level simulation,we present a high voltage resistant binder shielding strategy to address the challenging interfacial issue of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4cathode.Our strategy is to design a novel poly(γ-glutamic acid)-c-1H,1H,9H,9H-perfluoro-1,9-nonanediol(γ-PGFO)binder with superior transition metal chelating effect and well-matched energy level to guarantee fantastic interfacial compatibility.It is demonstrated that the dissolution of transition metal is significantly suppressed in the presence ofγ-PGFO binder,which excels in the literature.It is also noted that intramolecular hydrogen binding of the well-designed binder can generate powerful facial-contact binding,which is significant for a promising binder.By encapsulating this binder inside the cathode matrix,the Li Ni0.5Mn1.5O4electrode exhibits a capacity of 105.8 m Ah g^(-1)after 500cycles at 1 C with a capacity retention of 88.2%,which is significantly superior to that of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/Li Ni0.5Mn1.5O4electrode(a capacity of 82.9 m Ah g^(-1)and a capacity retention of 63.4%).The overall Coulombic efficiency ofγ-PGFO/Li Ni0.5Mn1.5O4electrode is prominently improved to be 99.1%,compared with 95.5%of PVDF counterpart.The presented results demonstrate a promising strategy of amino acid-based binder with strong transition metal chelating capability for boosting the rapid development of high voltage lithium ion battery. | Yue Ma Chengdong Wang Jun Ma Gaojie Xu Zheng Chen Xiaofan Du Shu Zhang Xinhong Zhou Guanglei Cui Liquan Chen | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,1: | 0 |
