1Effects of biochar on water movement characteristics in sandy soil under drip irrigation显示文摘Biochar addition can improve the physical and hydraulic characteristics of sandy soil.This study investigated the effects of biochar on water holding capacity and water movement in sandy soil under drip irrigation.By indoor simulation experiments,the effects of biochar application at five levels(0%,1%,2%,4%and 6%)on the soil water retention curve,infiltration characteristics of drip irrigation and water distribution were tested and analyzed.The results showed that biochar addition rate was positively correlated with water holding capacity of sandy soil and soil available water.Within the same infiltration time,with an increasing amount of added biochar,the diffusion distance of the horizontal wetting front(HWF)tended to decrease,while the infiltration distance of vertical wetting front(VWF)initially declined and then rose.The features of wetted bodies changed from'broad-shallow'to'narrow-deep'type.The relationship between the transport distances of HWF and VWF and the infiltration time was described by a power function.At the same distance from the point source,the larger the amount of added biochar,the higher the soil water content.Biochar had a great influence on the water content of the layer with biochar(0–200 mm)and had some effects at 200–250 mm without biochar;but it had less influence on the soil water content deeper than 250 mm.For the application rate of biochar of 4%,most water was retained within 0–250 mm soil layer.However,when biochar application amount was high(6%),it would be helpful for water infiltration.During the improvement of sandy soil,biochar application rate of 4%in the plow layer had the best effect.PU Shenghai LI Guangyong TANG Guangmu ZHANG Yunshu XU Wanli LIPan FENG Guangping DING Feng 2019Journal of Arid Land2019,11,5:6
2Preparation of Zn/TiO_2 powder and its photocatalytic performance for oxidation of P-nitrophenol显示文摘Zn-doped TiO_2 catalysts were prepared using a sol-gel method and characterized by XPS,UV-Vis,BET, XRD in this study.Under the irradiation of simulant sunlight,the photocatalytic activity for the degradation of p-nitrophenol was studied too.After irradiation for 2.5 h,the degradation percentage of p-nitrophenol could rise to more than 80%.The results showed that the spectrum absorption band edge of Zn/TiO_2 powder does not broaden obviously comparing with pure TiO_2 powder.Zinc exists as Zn (Ⅱ).When calcined at 973 K,there is a new phase as ZnTiO_3 in Zn/TiO_2 catalyst.The order of photocatalytic activity of Zn/TiO_2 catalysts calcined at different temperatures for p-nitrophenol is 773 K>673 K>873 K>573 K>973 K and the photocatalytic activity of Zn/TiO_2 catalyst cal- cined at 773 K is better than TiO_2 catalysts heated at the same temperature,and outclasses that of commercial TiO_2 catalyst.It also showed that the photocatalytic degradation of p-nitrophenol follows first-order kinetics under the irra- diation of simulant sunlight.LIU Xiuhua XU Yunshu ZHONG Zhijing FU Yibei DENG Yi 2007Nuclear Science and Techniques2007,18,1:2
3HEXOKINASE1 forms a nuclear complex with the PRC2 subunits CURLY LEAF and SWINGER to regulate glucose signaling显示文摘The glucose sensor HEXOKINASE1(HXK1)integrates myriad external and internal signals to regulate gene expression and development in Arabidopsis thaliana.However,how HXK1 mediates glucose signaling in the nucleus remains unclear.Here,using immunoprecipitationcoupled mass spectrometry,we show that two catalytic subunits of Polycomb Repressive Complex 2,SWINGER(SWN)and CURLY LEAF(CLF),directly interact with catalytically active HXK1 and its inactive forms(HXK1^(G104D) and HXK1^(S177A))via their evolutionarily conserved SANT domains.HXK1,CLF,and SWN target common glucose-responsive genes to regulate glucose signaling,as revealed by RNA sequencing.The glucose-insensitive phenotypes of the Arabidopsis swn-1 and clf-50 mutants were similar to that of hxk1,and genetic analysis revealed that CLF,SWN,and HXK1 function in the same genetic pathway.Intriguingly,HXK1 is required for CLF-and SWN-mediated histone H3 lysine 27(H3K27me3)deposition and glucose-mediated gene repression.Moreover,CLF and SWN affect the recruitment of HXK1 to its target chromatin.These findings support a model in which HXK1 and epigenetic modifiers form a nuclear complex to cooperatively mediate glucose signaling,thereby affecting the histone modification and expression of glucoseregulated genes in plants.Yutong Liu Yunshu Bai Ning Li Mengting Li Wenxin Liu Dae-Jin Yun Bao Liu Zheng-Yi Xu 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,6:1
4Super enhancers targeting ZBTB16 in osteogenesis protect against osteoporosis显示文摘As the major cell precursors in osteogenesis, mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are indispensable for bone homeostasis and development. However, the primary mechanisms regulating osteogenic differentiation are controversial. Composed of multiple constituent enhancers, super enhancers(SEs) are powerful cis-regulatory elements that identify genes that ensure sequential differentiation. The present study demonstrated that SEs were indispensable for MSC osteogenesis and involved in osteoporosis development. Through integrated analysis, we identified the most common SE-targeted and osteoporosis-related osteogenic gene,ZBTB16. ZBTB16, positively regulated by SEs, promoted MSC osteogenesis but was expressed at lower levels in osteoporosis.Mechanistically, SEs recruited bromodomain containing 4(BRD4) at the site of ZBTB16, which then bound to RNA polymerase IIassociated protein 2(RPAP2) that transported RNA polymerase Ⅱ(POL Ⅱ) into the nucleus. The subsequent synergistic regulation of POL Ⅱ carboxyterminal domain(CTD) phosphorylation by BRD4 and RPAP2 initiated ZBTB16 transcriptional elongation, which facilitated MSC osteogenesis via the key osteogenic transcription factor SP7. 9Portal Fibrotic Cord is Associated with Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt Failure and Death in Cirrhotic Patients显示文摘Background and Aims:Occlusive portal vein thrombosis(PVT)often causes portal hypertension-related complications in cirrhotic patients.Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is an effective treatment for this difficult problem.However,the factors influencing TIPS success and overall survival in patients with occlusive PVT are unknown.This study investigated the factors influencing TIPS success and overall survival in cirrhotic patients with occlusive PVT.Methods:Cirrhotic patients with occlusive PVT were selected from a prospective database of consecutive patients treated with TIPS in Xijing Hospital between January 2015 and May 2021.Baseline characteristics,TIPS success rate,complications,and survival were collected,and the factors associated with the TIPS success rate and transplant-free survival were analyzed.Results:A total of 155 cirrhotic patients with occlusive PVT were enrolled.TIPS succeeded in 126(81.29%)cases.The 1-year survival rate was 74%.Compared with those without,patients with portal fibrotic cord had a lower TIPS success rate(39.02%vs.96.49%,p<0.001),shorter median overall survival(300 vs.1,730 days,p<0.001)and more operation-related complications(12.20%vs.1.75%,p<0.01).Logistic regression analysis found that portal fibrotic cord(odds ratio 0.024)was a risk factor for TIPS failure.Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that portal fibrotic cord was an independent predictor of death(hazard ratio 2.111;95%CI:1.094-4.071,p=0.026).Conclusions:Portal fibrotic cord increased the TIPS failure rate and is a risk factor for poor prognosis in cirrhotic patients.Yunshu Yang Chuangye He Xulong Yuan Kai Li Wenyuan Jia Jing Niu Na Han Jiao Xu Ying Zhu Li Xu Yuxuan Mao Yuanping Xu Xiaoyuan Gou Jun Tie 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,4:0
10Multiplicative Integral Theory of Generalized Orthopair Fuzzy Sets and Its Applications显示文摘There are two main issues of fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making:determine the weight of each attribute and choose an appropriate aggregation method to integrate the evaluation information of different attributes.In order to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem in generalized orthopair fuzzy environment with unknown attribute weights more effectively,we give a decision-making method based on generalized orthopair fuzzy definite integrals.To be specific,we first introduce the complement operations of q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers,and then investigate the multiplicative q-rung orthopair fuzzy calculus.Through the complement operations,we establish the mutual conversion formula between additive and multiplicative q-rung orthopair fuzzy calculus theory.Then,we give a multiplicative integral-based q-rung orthopair fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method,and discuss the relationship between the q-rung orthopair fuzzy definite integrals and the q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted geometric operator.Compared with traditional decision-making methods,this method does not rely on subjective weight information,which is especially important when dealing with large sample data.Finally,the application of election is studied to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.With the introduction of generalized orthopair fuzzy sets,the expression form of election evaluation information has been expanded.We also provide some examples to compare the obtained results with the results generated by the addition operation and reveal the correlation between them.Jie Gao Zeshui Xu Chao Zhong Yunshu Mao 2022Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2022,31,4:0
11Photocatalytic degradation of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene显示文摘A Pt/TiO2 photocatalyst was used in the photocatalytic degradation of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) under the irradiation of the simulated sunlight. The results show that the destruction of TNT is faster and more complete with the photocatalyst. The photocatalytic degradation of TNT follows first order kinet-ics. The transformation of nitryl groups of TNT molecules into nitrite and nitrate ions may be acceler-ated in the presence of the Pt/TiO2 photocatalyst.
