1瑞芬太尼或舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在患儿纤维支气管镜检查中的应用显示文摘目的比较瑞芬太尼或舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于患儿纤维支气管镜(FOB)检查时的临床效果。方法选择2016年7~8月在本院行FOB检查患儿60例,男37例,女23例,年龄2个月~14岁,体重3.5~45.5kg,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,按随机数字表法分为两组:瑞芬太尼组(R组)和舒芬太尼组(S组),每组30例。R组静脉注射瑞芬太尼0.5μg/kg、丙泊酚2.5~3.0mg/kg、咪达唑仑0.5mg;S组静脉注射舒芬太尼0.2μg/kg、丙泊酚2.5~3mg/kg、咪达唑仑0.5mg。记录患儿术中追加麻醉药物情况、纤维支气管镜检查时间及苏醒时间、内镜医师对麻醉效果满意度评分、患儿苏醒期躁动评分等。结果两组患儿丙泊酚消耗量、检查操作时间及苏醒时间差异均无统计学意义。检查过程中,S组躁动发生率(3.3%)明显低于R组(26.7%)(P〈0.05)。S组苏醒期躁动评分明显低于R组(P〈0.05);S组内镜医师对麻醉效果满意程度评分明显高于R组(P〈0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼或舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚可安全用于小儿FOB检查,舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚不良反应发生率更低,并可在一定程度上减轻苏醒期躁动,提高内镜医师对麻醉效果的满意程度。孙茫 刘阳 于晴 涂真真 李上莹莹 涂生芬 ZHANG Ping MA Zongfen WANG Hongjuan LIU Lu 2016临床麻醉学杂志2016,32,10:36
2Growth and characterization of 2-inch high quality β-Ga2O3 single crystals grown by EFG method显示文摘β-Ga_2O_3 is an ultra-wide band-gap semiconductor with promising applications in UV optical detectors,Schottky barrier diodes, field-effect transistors and substrates for light-emitting diodes. However, the preparation of large β-Ga_2O_3 crystals is undeveloped and many properties of this material have not been discovered yet. In this work, 2-inch β-Ga_2O_3 single crystals were grown by using an edge-defined film-fed growth method. The high quality of the crystal has been proved by high-resolution X-ray diffraction with 19.06 arcsec of the full width at half maximum. 4Radiation induced graft polymerization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes for superhydrophobic composite membrane preparation显示文摘Highly soluble multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) were prepared by radiation-induced free radical graft polymerization of vinyl acetate(VAc) onto pristine MWNT surfaces. High resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, and micro-Raman spectroscopy were used to confirm that poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc) had been successfully grafted onto the surface of the MWNTs. The effects of experimental parameters on the degree of grafting(DG) of PVAc were also investigated, including adsorbed dose, dose rate, initial monomer concentration, and solvents. The grafted MWNTs(MWNTs-g-PVAc) exhibited good solubility in common organic solvents at high mass fraction. 5Simultaneous estimation of soil moisture and hydraulic parameters using residual resampling particle filter显示文摘Land data assimilation(DA) has gradually developed into an important earth science research method because of its ability to combine model simulations and observations.Integrating new observations into a land surface model by the DA method can correct the predicted trajectory of the model and thus,improve the accuracy of state variables.It can also reduce uncertainties in the model by estimating some model parameters simultaneously.Among the various DA methods,the particle filter is free from the constraints of linear models and Gaussian error distributions,and can be applicable to any nonlinear and non-Gaussian state-space model;therefore,its importance in land data assimilation research has increased.In this study,a DA scheme was developed based on the residual resampling particle filter.Microwave brightness temperatures were assimilated into the macro-scale semi-distributed variance infiltration capacity model to estimate the surface soil moisture and three hydraulic parameters simultaneously.Finally,to verify the scheme,a series of comparative experiments was performed with experimental data obtained during the Soil Moisture Experiment of 2004 in Arizona.The results show that the scheme can improve the accuracy of soil moisture estimations significantly.In addition,the three hydraulic parameters were also well estimated,demonstrating the effectiveness of the DA scheme.BI HaiYun MA JianWen QIN SiXian ZHANG HongJuan 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,4:3
6A compact fluorescence/circular dichroism dual-modality probe for detection, differentiation, and detoxification of multiple heavy metal ions via bond-cleavage cascade reactions显示文摘Selective detection of multiple analytes in a compact design with dual-modality and theranostic features presents great challenges. Herein, we wish to report a coumarin-thiazolidine masked D-penicillamine based dual-modality fluorescent probe COU-DPA-1 for selective detection, differentiation, and detoxification of multiple heavy metal ions(Ag^(+), Hg^(2+), Cu^(2+)). The probe shows divergent fluorescence(FL)/circular dichroism(CD) responses via divergent bond-cleavage cascade reactions(metal ion promoted C-S cleavage and hydrolysis at two distinctive cleavage sites): FL “turn-off” and CD “turn-on” for Ag+(no hydrolysis), FL “turn-on” and CD “turn-off” for Hg^(+)(imine hydrolysis), and FL “self-threshold ratiometric” and CD “turn-off” for excess Cu^(2+)(lactone and imine hydrolysis), providing the first example of a fluorescence/CD dual-modality probe for multiple species with complimentary responses. 12Radio-frequency system of the high energy photon source显示文摘Purpose High energy photon source is a 6 GeV diffraction-limited storage ring light source currently under construction in Beijing.A low-frequency fundamental radio-frequency(rf)system of 166.6 MHz was proposed to accommodate the accelerator physics design.Superconducting rf(srf)technologies were chosen for the storage ring rf accompanied by solid-state power amplifiers and digital low-level rf controls.The design of the rf system was completed,and the parameters are frozen.Elucidation of the rf design with key parameters is desired.Methods The requirements from the accelerator physics design will be presented followed by the detailed rf design.The logic behind the choice of key rf parameters is elaborated.The configuration of the entire rf system is presented.Results and conclusions The fundamental srf cavity of 166.6 MHz was designed to accelerate the ultrarelativistic electron beam.Heavy damping of higher-order modes in these cavities is required to avoid the coupled bunch instabilities.An active third harmonic srf of 499.8 MHz was adopted to realize the required rf gymnastics.Normal-conducting 5-cell cavities will be used for the booster rf.Solid-state amplifiers of 2.4 MW in total will be installed at HEPS to drive these cavities in the booster and the storage ring.A digital low-level rf system will be used to regulate rf field inside each cavity with high stabilities.The rf configuration during the commissioning and the operation scenarios are also presented.Pei Zhang Jin Dai Ziwei Deng Lin Guo Tongming Huang Dongbing Li Jian Li Zhongquan Li Haiying Lin Yuanli Luo Qiang Ma Fanbo Meng Zhenghui Mi Qunyao Wang Haisheng Xu Xinying Zhang Facheng Zhao Hongjuan Zheng 2023Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2023,7,1:1

14Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND 15Logistic Regression Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Cryptogenic Stroke with Positive c-TCD显示文摘Objective:To explore the influencing factors and logistic regression characteristics of cryptogenic stroke in patients with positive transcranial doppler bubble test(c-TCD).Methods:A total of 134 cases of cryptogenic stroke that were diagnosed by Tianshui First People's Hospital from November 2018 to April 2020 were selected according to the TOAST(Trial of ORG 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment)classification criteria.According to c-TCD results,there were 70 cases of right to left shunt that were included in the positive group and 64 cases without right to left shunt in the negative group.Gender,age,smoking,diabetes,hypertension,and factors affecting the positive rate of foam were analyzed.According to the abnormal embolism scale scores,logistic regression equation was used to analyze the independent influencing factors.Results:The influencing factors of cryptogenic stroke in patients with positive c-TCD were correlated with age,gender,and abnormal embolism scale scores(p<0.05).For each grade increase in age,the proportion of positive foam test was calculated to be 3.21 times,and the proportion of female to male was calculated to be 2.25 times.For each grade increase in the scores,the proportion of positive foam test was calculated to be 2.55 times.Conclusion:Female,older age,and higher scores in the abnormal embolism scale are the influencing factors for cryptogenic stroke in patients with positive c-TCD.Jing Wu Guoping Ma Jing Wang Hongjuan Li Lili Zhang Lizhu Zhou 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,5:0
16STRUCTURE AND MORPHOLOGY CHANGES OF HYDROBIOTITES MODIFIED BY CATIONIC SURFACTANTS显示文摘In this study, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) together with Scanning probe microscopy (SPM) were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the complexes, where the hydrobiotites (Xinjiang) were modified by single-chain surfactants octyltrimethylammonium bromide (OTMA) and octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (ODTMA). XRD patterns showed that the structure of complexes was significantly influenced by the surfactant concentration and the alkyl chain length, because obvious changes took place in the basal spacing. Furthermore, according to the XRD results, several arrangements of surfactant molecules within the hydrobiotite interlayer space were deduced. The FTIR spectrum indicated that the surfactant contents in complexes dramatically increased with the alkyl chain length. The SPM micrographs demonstrated that the surfaces of complexes prepared at lower surfactant concentration were relatively flat compared with that prepared at higher concentration, while those with higher surfactant concentration had much steeper surface due to the alkyl chain length. 18Construction and expression of an optimized, novel human immunodeficiency virus type-1 lentiviral vector containing green fluorescent protein显示文摘The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) lentiviral vector is an ideal vector for gene therapy. In the present study, the wild-type HIV-1 genome was segregated into four plasmids, and an optimized novel HIV-1 lentiviral vector containing green fluorescent protein and vesicular stomatitis virus G pseudo-capsule was constructed. The plasmids were pHR-CMV-EGFP, pCMVΔ8.9, pRSV-Rev, pCMV-VSV-G. The four plasmid system was co-transfected into 293T cells, and green fluorescent protein expression was observed. The present study obtained lentiviral particles by high-speed centrifugation, and the lentiviral particle titer was 4 × 108 TU/mL after centrifugation.
