4Identification of botanical origin of Chinese unifloral honeys by free amino acid profiles and chemometric methods显示文摘The amino acid contents of five floral sources Chinese honeys(jujube, rape, chaste, acacia, and lungan) were measured using reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). The results showed that proline was the main amino acid in most of the analyzed samples. Phenylalanine presents at the highest content in chaste honey samples, and the total amino acid contents of chaste honeys were also significantly higher than those of other honey samples. Based on the amino acid contents, honey samples were classified using chemometric methods(cluster analysis(CA), principal component analysis(PCA), and discriminant analysis(DA)). According to the CA results, chaste honeys could be separated from other honeys, while the remaining samples were correctly grouped together when the chaste honey data were excluded. By using DA, the overall correct classification rate reached 100%. 5The spatial distribution of major and trace elements of surface sediments in the northeastern Beibu Gulf of the South China Sea显示文摘A multi-index analysis including grain size, major and trace elements is performed on the surface sediments from the northeastern Beibu Gulf to trace the sources of the sediments and to understand the controlling factors for elements distribution. The mean grain size exhibits a wide variation ranging from 0.09Φ to 8.05Φ with an average value of 5.33Φ. The average contents of major elements descend in an order of c(SiO_2)>c(Al_2O_3)>c(Fe_2O_3)>c(CaO)>c(MgO)>c(K_2O)>c(Na_2O)>c(TiO_2)>c(P_2O_5)>c(MnO), while those of trace elements exhibit a descending order of c(Sr)>c(Rb)>c(V)>c(Zn)>c(Cr)>c(Pb)>c(Ni)>c(Cu)>c(As). On the basis of elementary distribution characteristics and statistical analyses, the study area is divided into the four zones: Zone I is located in the northeastern coastal area of the gulf, which receives large amount of fluvial materials from local rivers in Guangxi and Guangdong, China, and the Qiongzhou Strait; Zone Ⅱ is located in the center of the study area, where surface sediments exhibits a multiple source; Zone Ⅲ is located in the Qiongzhou Strait, where surface sediments are dominated by materials from the Zhujiang River and Hainan; Zone IV is located in the southwest of the study area, where surface sediments are mainly originated from the Red River and Hainan. 6Effect of concentration of cadmium sulfate solution on structural,optical and electric properties of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films显示文摘Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films were deposited by chemical bath deposition(CBD)on the glass substrate to study the influence of cadmium sulfate concentration on the structural characteristics of the thin film.The SEM results show that the thin film surfaces under the cadmium sulfate concentration of 0.005 M exhibit better compactness and uniformity.The distribution diagrams of thin film elements illustrate the film growth rate changes on the trend of the increase,decrease,and increase with the increase of cadmium sulfate concentration.XRD studies exhibit the crystal structure of the film is the hexagonal phase,and there are obvious diffraction peaks and better crystallinity when the concentration is 0.005 M.Spectrophotometer test results demonstrate that the relationship between zinc content x and optical band gap value E_(g) can be expressed by the equation E_(g)(x)=0.59x^(2)+0.69x+2.43.Increasing the zinc content can increase the optical band gap,and the absorbance of the thin film can be improved by decreasing the cadmium sulfate concentration,however,all of them have good transmittance.At a concentration of 0.005 M,the thin film has good absorbance in the 300-800 nm range,80%transmittance,and band gap value of 3.24 eV,which is suitable for use as a buffer layer for solar cells.Yuming Xue Shipeng Zhang Dianyou Song Liming Zhang Xinyu Wang Lang Wang Hang Sun 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,11:3
7Atomic manganese coordinated to nitrogen and sulfur for oxygen evolution显示文摘Lack of high-efficiency,cost-efficient,and well-stocked oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts is a main challenge in large-scale implementation of electrolytic water.By regulating the electronic structure of isolated single-atom metal sites,highperformance transition-metal-based catalysts can be fabricated to greatly improve the OER performance.Herein,we demonstrate single-atom manganese coordinated to nitrogen and sulfur species in two-dimensional graphene nanosheets MnNSG(NSG means N-and S-codoped graphene)as an active and durable OER catalyst with a low overpotential of 296 mV in alkaline media,compared to that of the benchmark IrO_(2) catalyst.Theoretical calculations and experimental measurements reveal that the Mn-N3S sites in the graphene matrix are the most active sites for the OER due to modified electronic structure of the Mn site by three nitrogen and one sulfur atoms coordination,which show lower theoretical overpotential than the Mn-N4 sites and over which the O–O formation step is the rate-determining step.Xue Bai Liming Wang Bing Nan Tianmi Tang Xiaodi Niu Jingqi Guan 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:3
8CsPb(I_(x)Br_(1-x))_(3) solar cells显示文摘Owing to its nice performance, low cost, and simple solution-processing, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell(PSC) becomes a promising candidate for next-generation high-efficiency solar cells.The power conversion efficiency(PCE) has boosted from 3.8% to 25.2% over the past ten years. Despite the rapid progress in PCE, the device stability is a key issue that impedes the commercialization of PSCs. Recently, all-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites have attracted much attention due to their better stability compared with their organic-inorganic counterpart. In this progress report, we summarize the properties of CsPb(IxBr1-x)3 and their applications in solar cells. The current challenges and corresponding solutions are discussed. 9Effect of multiphase content on temperature-dependent electrical conductivity in silicone rubber composites显示文摘To investigate how the multiphase structures affect the electrical conductivity in semicrystalline polymer composites,herein,an accurate multiphase content calculation method is proposed and verified,which combines amorphous phase information in broadband dielectric spectroscopy and crystalline phase information in differential scanning calorimetry.Taken aluminium hydroxide(ATH)filled silicone rubber as an example,it is found that the rigid amorphous fraction(RAF)corresponding to the chains constrained by crystals(RAF_(cry))is not linearly increased with crystalline fraction(CF).Compared to non-isothermal crystallisation,RAF caused by ATH/silicone rubber interface(RAF_(int))after isothermal crystallisation at 213 K changes little,while mobile amorphous fraction and RAFcry is attenuated and CF is strengthened.Based on the calculated structures of ATH filled silicone rubber,activation energy of conductivities during cooling is dominated by the thermal transition for conductive ions and shortened distance among the conductive ions through shrunk volumes of the amorphous phase.Our findings deepen the understanding of multiphase content in semi-crystalline polymer composites and its relationship with electrical conductivity,which can be applied in manipulating electrical performance of semi-crystalline polymers by fillers.Ying Lin Yuhao Liu Bin Cao Jianyi Xue Liming Wang Jianing Wang Lijian Ding 2023High Voltage2023,8,2:2

11Charging for the waste dumping of open-pit metal mines显示文摘Based on the externality theory and the environmental value theory, the hypothesis of charging for waste dumping of open-pit metal mines was put forth. The charging methods were designed according to the characteristics of waste dumping of openpit metal mines, including charging based on the dumping amount of the total waste, multi-charging factors, exceeding standard punishment charging, and so on. The main charging parameter is based on the dumping area rather than the total amount of waste dumping.The charging model of waste dumping of open-pit mines was formulated, and the charging rate was divided into two parts, i.e., the standard charging rate and the differential charging rate. 19Enhanced bioproduction of chitin in engineered Pichia pastoris显示文摘Biopolymer chitin and its derivatives have a wide range of applications in different fields.Chitin is primarily produced from marine crustacean by strong acid and strong alkali treatment.To reduce the environmental hazardous in the production of chitin,post-fermentation fungal biomass waste like fungi cell walls provides a viable alternative source for chitin.In this study,improved chitin content in yeast cell wall was achieved by overexpressing chitin biosyntheic pathway related genes.The chitin content was 51.5μg/mg cell wall and 122.9μg/mg cell wall in strain GS-1.10(gfat,uap and chs1 genes overexpression)and strain GS-2.6(gfat,gna1,agm1,uap and chs1 genes overexpression),which were 44.3%and 244.4%higher than that in control strain GS115,respectively.By overexpressing another chitin synthase gene(chs3),the chitin content in strain GS-3.10 was further increased to 136.2μg/mg cell wall,which was 10.8%and 281.6%higher than that in GS-2.6 and in control GS115,respectively.Moreover,chitin yield was further improved by various culture conditions optimization,and reached 162.4μg/mg cell wall,which was 4.43 times of that in the starting strain GS115.The final titer of chitin was 2.23 g/L culture broth in 84 h fed-batch fermentation in a 5 L bioreactor.To our knowledge,this is the first report of chitin production in engineered Pichia pastoris via biosynthetic pathway enhancement.Xue Zhang Chunyue Zhang Mian Zhou Quanming Xia Liqiang Fan Liming Zhao 2022Food Bioscience2022,47,3:1
