1Optimal Planning of AC-DC Hybrid Transmission and Distributed Energy Resource System: Review and Prospects显示文摘With the highly-extensive integration of distributed renewable energy resources(DER)into the grid,the power distribution system has changed greatly in the structure,function and operating characteristics.On this ground,An AC-DC hybrid DER system becomes necessary for effective management and control over DER.This paper first summarizes the physical characteristics and morphological evolution of AC-DC hybrid DER system.The impact of these new features on system configuration planning is analyzed with respect to its flexible networking,rich operation control modes,and tight sourcenetwork-load-storage coupling.Then,based on a review of the existing research,problems and technical difficulties are figured out in terms of converter modeling,steady-state analysis,power flow calculation,operating scenarios management,and optimization model solution.In light of the problems and difficulties,a framework for the configuration optimization of AC-DC hybrid DER systems is proposed.At last,the paper provides a prospect of key technologies from six aspects including morphology forecasting,coupling interaction analysis,uncertainty modeling,operation simulation,optimization model solving algorithm and comprehensive scheme evaluation.Xianglong Liu Youbo Liu Junyong Liu Yue Xiang Xiaodong Yuan 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,3:13
2Power flow calculation for a distribution system with multi-port PETs:an improved AC-DC decoupling iterative method显示文摘Recently,power electronic transformers(PETs)have received widespread attention owing to their flexible networking,diverse operating modes,and abundant control objects.In this study,we established a steady-state model of PETs and applied it to the power flow calculation of AC-DC hybrid systems with PETs,considering the topology,power balance,loss,and control characteristics of multi-port PETs.To address new problems caused by the introduction of the PET port and control equations to the power flow calculation,this study proposes an iterative method of AC-DC mixed power flow decoupling based on step optimization,which can achieve AC-DC decoupling and effectively improve convergence.The results show that the proposed algorithm improves the iterative method and overcomes the overcorrection and initial value sensitivity problems of conventional iterative algorithms.Hang Yin Qiang Li Youbo Liu Xianglong Liu Yue Xiang Junyong Liu 2020Global Energy Interconnection2020,3,4:5

4Impairment of cognition and sleep after acute ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack in Chinese patients: design, rationale and baseline patient characteristics of a nationwide multicentre prospective registry显示文摘background and aim Cognitive impairment and sleep disorder are both common poststroke conditions and are closely related to the prognosis of patients who had a stroke.The Impairment of CognitiON and Sleep after acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack in Chinese patients(ICONS)study is a nationwide multicentre prospective registry to investigate the occurrence and associated factors of cognitive impairment and sleep disorder after acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)or transient ischaemic attack(TIA).Methods Consecutive AIS or TIA in-hospital patients within 7 days after onset were enrolled from 40 participating sites in China.Comprehensive baseline clinical and imaging data were collected prospectively.Blood and urine samples were also collected on admission and follow-up visits.Patients were interviewed face to face for cognition and sleep related outcomes at 2 weeks,3,6 and 12 months after AIS/TIA and followed up for clinical outcomes by telephone annually over 5 years.results Between August 2015 and January 2018,a total of 2625 patients were enrolled.92.65% patients had AIS and 7.35% patients had TIA.Overall,the average age was 61.04 years,and 72.38% patients were male.Median National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score was 3 in AIS patients.Conclusions The ICONS study is a large-scale nationwide prospective registry to investigate occurrence and the longitudinal changes of cognitive impairment and sleep disorder after AIS or TIA.Data from this registry may also provide opportunity to evaluate associated factors of cognitive impairment or sleep disorder after AIS or TIA and their impact on clinical outcome.Yongjun Wang Xiaoling Liao Chunxue Wang Ning Zhang Lijun Zuo Yang Yang Yuesong Pan Xianglong Xiang Jing Jing Xia Meng Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang Jiong Shi Hao Li 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:4
5Stable sodium anodes for sodium metal batteries(SMBs) enabled by in-situ formed quasi solid-state polymer electrolyte显示文摘A high-performance quasi-solid polymer electrolyte for sodium metal batteries(SMBs)based on in-situ polymerized poly(1,3-dioxolane)(DOL)with 20%volume ratio of fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC),termed'PDFE-20',is proposed in this work.It is demonstrated PDFE-20 possesses a room-temperature ionic conductivity of 3.31×10^(-3) S cm^(-1),an ionic diffusion activation energy of 0.10 eV,and an oxidation potential of 4.4 V.SMBs based on PDFE-20 and Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)cathodes were evaluated with an active material mass loading of 6.8 mg cm^(-2).The cell displayed an initial discharge specific capacity of 104 mA h g^(-1),and97.1%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 0.5 C.In-situ polymerization conformally coats the anode/-cathode interfaces,avoiding geometrical gaps and high charge transfer resistance with ex-situ polymerization of the same chemistry.FEC acts as a plasticizer during polymerization to suppress crystallization and significantly improves ionic transport.During battery cycling FEC promotes mechanical congruence of electrolyte-electrode interfaces while forming a stable NaF-rich solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)at the anode.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations were also performed to further understand the role FEC in the poly(DOL)-FEC electrolytes.This work broadens the application of in-situ prepared poly(DOL)electrolytes to sodium storage and demonstrates the crucial role of FEC in improving the electrochemical performance.Jian Ma Xuyong Feng Yueyue Wu Yueda Wang Pengcheng Liu Ke Shang Hao Jiang Xianglong Hou David Mitlin Hongfa Xiang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:0
6Clean-DM1, a Korean Polyherbal Formula, Improves High Fat Diet-Induced Diabetic Symptoms in Mice by Regulating IRS/PI3K/AKT and AMPK Expressionsin Pancreas and Liver Tissues显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of Clean-DM1(C-DM1),a polyherbal formulation of Radix Scrophulariae,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Atractylodis,and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,on high-fat diet(HFD)-induced diabetes mice.Methods:The information about active components of C-DM1 extract and molecular mechanism was obtained from network pharmacology analysis.Main compounds of C-DM1 extract by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)analysis were conducted for quality control.For in vivo study,mice were induced diabetes by HFD for 12 weeks.The mice in the normal group(Nor)were maintained with a regular diet and treated with saline by gavage.The HFD model mice were randomly divided into 3 groups,including a HFD diabetic model group,a C-DM1 extract-administered group(C-DM1,500 mg/kg),and metformin-administered groups(Met,500 mg/kg),8 mice in each group.Food intake,body weight(BW),and fasting blood glucose(FBG)levels were recorded weekly for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),blood glucose,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were determined using an automated clinical chemistry analyzer,and homeostatic model for assessing insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)levels and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)were detected.The histopathological changes of liver and pancreatic tissues were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining.Insulin receptor substrate(IRS)/phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)and adenosine 5'-monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)expressions in liver and pancreas tissues were detected by Western blot analysis.Results:HPLC-MS identified dihydroisotanshinone,dihydroisotanshinone I,cryptotanshinone,harpagoside,and atractyloside A in C-DM1 extract.The administration of C-DM1 extract significantly decreased body weight,calorie intake,and the levels of blood glucose and insulin in the diabetic mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The C-DM1 extract administration improved the impaired glucose tolerance and insulin resistance in the diabetic mice and significantly decreased the levels of LDL-C,ALT and AST(P<0.01).The C-DM1 extract inhibited the histopathological changes of fatty liver and hyperplasia of pancreatic islets in the diabetic mice.The C-DM1 extract significantly increased the phosphorylation of IRS,AKT,and AMPK and the expression of PI3K in pancreas and liver tissues(P<0.05 or P<0.01),which was consistent with the analysis results of network pharmacology.Conclusion:C-DM1 extract improved diabetes symptoms in longterm HFD-induced mice by regulation of IRS/PI3K/AKT and AMPK expressions in pancreas and liver tissues,suggesting that C-DM1 formulation may help prevent the progression of T2DM.Piao Wang Yi Liu Seok Yong Kang Chenzi Lyu Xiang Han Tianjun Ho Kyung Jae Lee Xianglong Meng Yong-Ki Park Hyo Won Jung 2024Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2024,30,2:0
7Discovery of an orally effective double-stapled peptide for reducing ovariectomy-induced bone loss in mice显示文摘Stapled peptides with significantly enhanced pharmacological profiles have emerged as promising therapeutic molecules due to their remarkable resistance to proteolysis and performance to penetrate cells.The all-hydrocarbon peptide stapling technique has already widely adopted with great success,yielding numerous potent peptide-based molecules.Based on our prior efforts,we conceived and prepared a double-stapled peptide in this study,termed FRNC-1,which effectively attenuated the bone resorption capacity of mature osteoclasts in vitro through specific inhibition of phosphorylated GSK-3β.The double-stapled peptide FRNC-1 displayed notably improved helical contents and resistance to proteolysis than its linear form.Additionally,FRNC-1 effectively prevented osteoclast activation and improved bone density for ovariectomized(OVX)mice after intravenous injection and importantly,after oral(intragastric)administration.The double-stapled peptide FRNC-1 is the first orally effective peptide that has been validated to date as a therapeutic candidate for postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Wei Cong Huaxing Shen Xiufei Liao Mengjun Zheng Xianglong Kong Zhe Wang Si Chen Yulei Li Honggang Hu Xiang Li 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,9:0

9In Situ Directional Polymerization of Poly(1,3-dioxolane)Solid Electrolyte Induced by Cellulose Paper-Based Composite Separator for Lithium Metal Batteries显示文摘In traditional in situ polymerization preparation for solid-state electrolytes,initiators are directly added to the liquid precursor.In this article,a novel cellulose paper-based composite separator is fabricated,which employs alumina as the inorganic reinforcing material and is loaded with polymerization initiator aluminum trifluoromethanesulfonate.Based upon this,a separator-induced in situ directional polymerization technique is demonstrated,and the extra addition of initiators into liquid precursors is no longer required.The polymerization starts from the surface and interior of the separator and extends outward with the gradually dissolving of initiators into the precursor.Compared with its traditional counterpart,the separator-induced poly(1,3-dioxolane)electrolyte shows improved interfacial contact as well as appropriately mitigated polymerization rate,which are conducive to practical applications.Electrochemical measurement results show that the prepared poly(1,3-dioxolane)solid electrolyte possesses an oxidation potential up to 4.4 V and a high Li+transference number of 0.72.After 1000 cycles at 2 C rate(340 mA g^(−1)),the assembled Li||LiFePO_(4)solid battery possesses a 106.8 mAh g^(−1)discharge capacity retention and 83.5%capacity retention ratio,with high average Coulombic efficiency of 99.5%achieved.Our work may provide new ideas for the design and application of in situ polymerization technique for solid electrolytes and solid batteries.Jian Ma Yueyue Wu Hao Jiang Xin Yao Fan Zhang Xianglong Hou Xuyong Feng Hongfa Xiang 2023Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,3:0
