1Effect of nanoheat stimulation mediated by magnetic nanocomposite hydrogel on the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘Hyperthermia has been considered as a promising healing treatment in bone regeneration. We designed a tissue engineering hydrogel based on magnetic nanoparticles to explore the characteristics of hyperthermia for osteogenic regeneration. This nanocomposite hydrogel was successfully fabricated by incorporating magnetic Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles into chitosan/polyethylene glycol(PEG) hydrogel, which showed excellent biocompatibility and were able to easily achieve increasing temperatures under an alternative magnetic field(AMF). With uniformly dispersed nanoparticles, the composite hydrogel resulted in high viability of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs), and the elevated temperature contributed to the highest osteogenic differentiation ability compared with direct heat treatment applied under equal temperatures. 2Effects of dietary protein level on nutrients digestibility and reproductive performance of female mink(Neovison vison)during gestation显示文摘The objective of this study was to determine whether nutrient digestibility and reproductive performance of pregnant mink(Neovison vison) were affected by different dietary protein levels. One hundred and twenty female mink were randomly assigned to four groups, receiving diets of fresh material with different protein levels. The dietary protein levels,expressed as percentage of dry matter(DM),were 32,36, 40 and 44% respectively. These values corresponded to average 320, 360, 400 and 440 g protein/kg DM, respectively. Results were as follows. All of crude protein digestibility, nitrogen(N) intake, N retention increased along with dietary protein level increasing. Low protein level(32%) significantly reduced the above indicators(P < 0.05). DM digestibility and ether extract digestibility were not affected by dietary protein level. Results of mated females, barren females, kids per litter, live born kids per mated female, birth survival rate, and birth weight showed that mink achieved optimal reproductive performance when dietary protein level was 36%. In conclusion, dietary protein was anticipated to significantly influence some nutrients' utilization. Adopting the appropriate dietary protein level allow better reproduction performance. 6Sequencing and Analysis of G HR Gene from Genomic DNA Pools of Mink显示文摘In order to study the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of growth hormone receptor( GHR) gene in mink populations, genomic DNA pools of Minghua black minks and silver-blue minks were constructed, and the 10 thexon of GHR gene was PCR amplified from the two DNA pools and sequenced. 7Analysis of the valence electronic structures and calculation of the physical properties of Fe,Co,and Ni显示文摘The valence electronic structures of Fe, Co and Ni have been investigated with Empirical Electron Theory of Solids and Molecules. The magnetic moments, Curie temperature, cohesive energy and melting point have been calculated according to the valence electronic structure. These calculations fit the experimental data very well. Based on the calculations, the magnetic moments are proportional to the number of 3d magnetic electrons. Curie temperatures are related to the magnetic electrons and the bond lengths between magnetic atoms. Cohesive energies increase with the increase of the number of covalent electrons, and the decrease of the number of magnetic and dumb pair electrons. The melting point is mainly related to the number of covalent electron pairs distributed in the strongest bond. The contribution from the lattice electrons is very small, the dumb pair electrons weaken the melting point; however, the contribution to melting point of the magnetic electrons can be neglected. 10Analysis on Growth and Development Laws of Different Mink Varieties显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the growth and development laws of different mink varieties. The weights of six mink varieties were determined at different growth and development stages,respectively. The growth curves were drawn,and the differences in 150-day-old weight were analyzed. 11Effects of electroacupuncture combined with hydrogel on the formation and changes in the glial scar in rats with spinal cord injury显示文摘Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) combined with oriented conductive bioprotein hydrogel(OCBH) on the recovery of nerve function in rats with complete spinal cord injury(SCI)and to explore its effect and mechanism on the formation and changes of glial scars.Methods: A total of 72 female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into groups according to the treatment received. A rat model of complete SCI was constructed using a spinal cord transection.Behavioral assessments, hematoxylin-eosin(H&E) staining, immunofluorescence staining, and Western blotting were performed at a fixed period after the operation.Results: The material group and the material + EA group obtained better results in the behavioral assessments(all P <.05) and the H&E staining. In the immunofluorescence staining and Western blotting,the GFAP protein was expressed more and denser in the material group and the material + EA group than in the model group, and the density of the GFAP expression in the material + EA group was lower at week 12 than in the material group(all P <.05). The expression of complement C3 in the model, material,and material + EA groups decreased in turn. Some inflammatory factors and the NF-κB signaling pathway showed similar results in the Western blotting(all P <.05). 13Photodegradation of new herbicide HW-02 in organic solvents显示文摘HW-02 is a new organophosphates herbicide which is discovered and developed in China. The kinetics and mechanism of HW- 02 photodegradation in the organic solvents were studied at 25°C under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. The results showed that photochemical reaction of HW-02 in organic solvents such as n-hexane, methanol, dimethyl benzene and acetone under UV light could be well described by the first kinetic equation, and the photodegradation efficiency decreased with a order of n-hexane > methanol > xylene > acetone. The photodegradation efficiency constant of HW-02 in n-hexane, methanol, xylene and acetone were 4.951 × 10 2 , 3.253 × 10 2 , 2.377 × 10 2 and 1.628 × 10 2 min 1 , and the corresponding half-lives were 13.99, 21.20, 29.15 and 42.56 min, respectively. 14Developmental Changes of GHR Gene Expression in Multiple Tissues of Mink显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to explore the changes of GHR gene expression in different tissues of mink.[Method] With American mink as the research object, the expression volumes of GHR gene in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, intestine and skin tissues at different growth stages(45, 90, 120, 150 and 180 days of age) were detected by real-time PCR, and comparative analysis was performed.[Result] The GHR gene expressions in heart, liver and spleen tissues at 180 days of age were extremely higher than those at other days of age( P<0.01). The GHR gene expression in lung tissue at 120 days of age was extremely higher than those at other days of age( P<0.01). The GHR gene expressions in intestine tissue at 45 and 120 days of age were extremely higher than those at other days of age(P<0.01), but no significant difference was observed between 45 and 120 days of age(P>0.05). The GHR gene expression in kidney tissue at 150 days of age was significantly higher than those at other days of age( P<0.05).The GHR gene expression in skin tissue was extremely higher than that those at other days of age( P<0.01). The GHR gene expressions in intestinal tissue at 45 and 120 days of age were extremely higher than those in other tissues(P<0.01). The GHR gene expressions in skin tissue at 90 days of age was extremely higher than those in other tissues(P<0.01). The GHR gene expressions in intestine, spleen and kidney tissues at 150 days of age were extremely higher than those in other tissues(P<0.01). 15Gene characterization and phylogenetic analysis of four mitochondrial genomes in Caenogastropoda显示文摘Caenogastropoda is a highly diverse group,containing~60%of all existing gastropods.Species in this subclass predominantly inhabit marine environments and have a high ecological and economic value.Owing to the increase in relevant phylogenetic studies,our understanding of between species relatedness in Caenogastropoda has improved.However,the biodiversity,taxonomic status,and phylogenetic relationships of this group remain unclear.In the present study,we performed next-generation sequencing of four complete mitochondrial genomes from three families(Buccinidae,Columbellidae,and Cypraeidae)and the four mitogenomes were classical circular structures,with a length of 16177 bp in Volutharpa ampullacea,16244 bp in Mitrella albuginosa,16926bp in Mauritia arabica asiatica and 15422 bp in Erronea errones.Base composition analysis indicated that whole sequences were biased toward A and T.Then compared them with 171 complete mitochondrial genomes of Caenogastropoda.The phylogenetic relationship of Caenogastropoda derived from Maximum Likelihood(ML)and Bayesian Inference(BI)trees constructed based on CDS sequences was consistent with the results of traditional morphological analysis,with all three families showing close relationships.This study supported Caenogastropoda at the molecular level as a separate clade of Mollusca.According to our divergence time estimations,Caenogastropoda was formed during the middle Triassic period(~247.2–237 Ma).Our novel mitochondrial genomes provide evidence for the speciation of Caenogastropoda in addition to elucidating the mitochondrial genomic evolution of this subclass.Jiangyong Qu Wanqi Yang Xindong Teng Li Xu Dachuan Zhang Zhikai Xing Shuang Wang Xiumei Liu Lijun Wang Xumin Wang 2024Acta Oceanologica Sinica2024,43,2:0
