2Identification of Chinese populations of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) by analyzing ribosomal ITS1 sequence显示文摘Spreading of Bemisia tabaci B biotype has had a large impact on the production of vegetables, ornamental and fiber crops in many countries of the world since the 1990s. This study analyzes the ribosomal ITS1 sequence (~520 bp) to distinguish genetic difference of B. tabaci from representative different geographical populations in China. 4Research on unloading nonlinear mechanical characteristics of jointed rock masses显示文摘Geological environments of rock mass projects are always very complicated, and further investigations on rock mechanical characteristics are needed. There are considerable distinctions in rock mechanical characteristics under unloading and loading conditions. A series of tests are conducted to study the stress-strain relationship of rock masses under loading and unloading conditions. Also, the anisotropy, the size effect, and the rheological property of unloading rock mass are investigated. The tests presented in the paper include model test and granite rheological test, which are conducted considering geological condition, rock mass structure, in-situ stress field of the permanent shiplock of the Three Gorges Project. The main differences between loading and unloading rock masses are stress paths, yield criteria, deformation and strength parameters, etc.. Different structural plane directions affect unloading rock mass evidently. With increasing size, the tensile strength, the compressive strength, the deformation modulus, the Poisson's ratio and the anisotropy of rock mass all decrease. For sandstone samples with parallel bedding planes, the cohesion c increases but the internal friction angle ? decreases under unloading condition when compared with the values under loading condition. While for samples with vertical bedding planes, the trend is adverse. The rheological property of rocks has close relationship with the tensile stresses of rock masses. When the sandstone samples are tested under high stress condition, their rheological properties are very obvious with the unloading of confining pressure, and three typical rheological stages are shown. 5Parallel Factories for Smart Industrial Operations:From Big AI Models to Field Foundational Models and Scenarios Engineering显示文摘The rapid advancement of fundamental theories and computing capacity has brought artificial intelligence,internet of things, extended reality, and many other new intelligent technologies into our daily lives. Due to the lack of interpretability and reliability guarantees, it is extremely challenging to apply these technologies directly to real-world industrial systems. Here we present a new paradigm for establishing parallel factories in metaverses to accelerate the deployment of intelligent technologies in real-world industrial systems: QAII-1.0. Based on cyber-physical-social systems,QAII-1.0 incorporates complex social and human factors into the design and analysis of industrial operations and is capable of handling industrial operations involving complex social and human behaviors. In QAII-1.0, a field foundational model called Eu Artisan combined with scenarios engineering is developed to improve the intelligence of industrial systems while ensuring industrial interpretability and reliability. 7Assessment of the Biospheric Contribution to Surface Atmospheric CO_2 Concentrations over East Asia with a Regional Chemical Transport Model显示文摘A regional chemical transport model, RAMS-CMAQ, was employed to assess the impacts of biosphere–atmosphere CO2 exchange on seasonal variations in atmospheric CO2 concentrations over East Asia. Simulated CO2 concentrations were compared with observations at 12 surface stations and the comparison showed they were generally in good agreement. Both observations and simulations suggested that surface CO2 over East Asia features a summertime trough due to biospheric absorption, while in some urban areas surface CO2 has a distinct summer peak, which could be attributed to the strong impact from anthropogenic emissions. Analysis of the model results indicated that biospheric fluxes and fossil-fuel emissions are comparably important in shaping spatial distributions of CO2 near the surface over East Asia. Biospheric flux plays an important role in the prevailing spatial pattern of CO2 enhancement and reduction on the synoptic scale due to the strong seasonality of biospheric CO2 flux. 10Event-triggered fault-tolerant consensus control with control allocation in leader-following multi-agent systems显示文摘Event-triggered consensus in leader-following multi-agent systems with actuator fault is considered in this paper, in which the fault investigated can be multiplicative fault and outage fault. An event-triggered mechanism is utilized to relieve the communication burden of the interconnected system. Then, control allocation is proposed to solve actuator fault in the multi-agent systems for the first time. Compared with the existing fault-tolerant methods, the proposed method can guarantee that the consensus errors converge to zero asymptotically without the traditional rank assumption. Meanwhile, the Zeno behavior of the event-triggered system is proved to be avoided. 11Accounting for CO2 Variability over East Asia with a Regional Joint Inversion System and Its Preliminary Evaluation显示文摘A regional surface carbon dioxide(CO_2) flux inversion system, the Tan-Tracker-Region, was developed by incorporating an assimilation scheme into the Community Multiscale Air Quality(CMAQ) regional chemical transport model to resolve fine-scale CO_2 variability over East Asia. The proper orthogonal decomposition-based ensemble four-dimensional variational data assimilation approach(POD-4 DVar) is the core algorithm for the joint assimilation framework, and simultaneous assimilations of CO_2 concentrations and surface CO_2 fluxes are applied to help reduce the uncertainty in initial CO_2 concentrations. A persistence dynamical model was developed to describe the evolution of the surface CO_2 fluxes and help avoid the 'signal-to-noise' problem; thus, CO_2 fluxes could be estimated as a whole at the model grid scale, with better use of observation information. The performance of the regional inversion system was evaluated through a group of single-observation-based observing system simulation experiments(OSSEs). The results of the experiments suggest that a reliable performance of Tan-Tracker-Region is dependent on certain assimilation parameter choices, for example, an optimized window length of approximately 3 h, an ensemble size of approximately 100, and a covariance localization radius of approximately 320 km. This is probably due to the strong diurnal variation and spatial heterogeneity in the fine-scale CMAQ simulation, which could affect the performance of the regional inversion system. In addition, because all observations can be artificially obtained in OSSEs, the performance of Tan-Tracker-Region was further evaluated through different densities of the artificial observation network in different CO_2 flux situations. The results indicate that more observation sites would be useful to systematically improve the estimation of CO_2 concentration and flux in large areas over the model domain. 15Simulation and Projection of Near-Surface Wind Speeds in China by BCC-CSM Models显示文摘We evaluated the ability of the Beijing Climate Center models on different horizontal resolutions(BCC-CSM1.1 on approximately 280-km resolution and BCC-CSM1.1 m on approximately 110-km resolution) in simulating the nearsurface wind speeds(NWS) in China during 1961–2005. The spatial distribution of the annual mean NWS over China is better captured by BCC-CSM1.1 m than by BCC-CSM1.1 due to the finer resolution. The weakened NWS over China during 1961–2005 cannot be reproduced by BCC-CSM1.1, whereas BCC-CSM1.1 m is able to simulate the decreasing trend of the autumn NWS in North China, although the magnitude is about 1/3 of the observed value.This is attributed to the better performance of this finer-resolution model in reproducing the increase in sea level pressure over Mongolia and North China over the past 45 years. The results suggest that increasing the horizontal resolution of the BCC-CSM model has improved its ability in reproducing the spatial distribution and long-term changes of NWS over China. 18Picosecond electrical response in graphene/MoTe_(2) heterojunction with high responsivity in the near infrared region显示文摘Understanding the fundamental charge carrier dynamics is of great significance for photodetectors with both high speed and high responsivity.Devices based on two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides can exhibit picosecond photoresponse speed.However,2D materials naturally have low absorption,and when increasing thickness to gain higher responsivity,the response time usually slows to nanoseconds,limiting their photodetection performance.Here,by taking time-resolved photocurrent measurements,we demonstrated that graphene/MoTe_(2) van der Waals heterojunctions realize a fast 10 ps photoresponse time owing to the reduced average photocurrent drift time in the heterojunction,which is fundamentally distinct from traditional Dirac semimetal photodetectors such as graphene or Cd_(3)As_(2) and implies a photodetection bandwidth as wide as 100 GHz.Furthermore,we found that an additional charge carrier transport channel provided by graphene can ef-fectively decrease the photocurrent recombination loss to the entire device,preserving a high responsivity in the near-infrared region.Our study provides a deeper understanding of the ultrafast electrical response in van der Waals heterojunctions and offers a promising approach for the realization of photodetectors with both high responsivity and ultrafast electrical response.Zhouxiaosong Zeng Kai Braun Cuihuan Ge Martin Eberle Chenguang Zhu Xingxia Sun Xin Yang Jiali Yi Delang Liang Yufan Wang Lanyu Huang Ziyu Luo Dong Li Anlian Pan Xiao Wang 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,3:0

20The precursor compound of two types of ZnSe magic-sized clusters显示文摘Precursor compounds(PCs)link quantum dots(QDs)and magic-sized clusters(MSCs),which is pivotal in the conversion between QDs and MSCs.Here,for the first time,we report the transformation,synthesis,and composition of a type of ZnSe PCs.ZnSe PCs can be directly transformed to two different MSCs with the assistance of octylamine and acetic acid at room temperature.The two types of MSCs exhibit sharp absorption peaks at 299 and 328 nm which are denoted as MSC-299 and MSC-328.In the preparation of ZnSe PCs,diphenylphosphine(DPP)as an additive plays a key role which not only inhibits the thermal decomposition of Zn precursor,but also acts as a reducing agent to reduce the by-products produced in the reaction.The composition was explored by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer,matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectra with ZnSe PC powder appeared as white powder after purifying by toluene(Tol)and methanol(MeOH).The results indicate that the molar ratio of Zn/Se is 2:1 with a molecular of〜3,350 Da.Therefore,we propose that the molecular formula of ZnSe PCs is Zn_(32)Se_(16).In addition,at the molecular level,the covalent bond of Zn-Se is formed in ZnSe PCs.This study offers a deeper understanding of the transformation from PCs to MSCs and for the first time proposes the composition of PCs.Meanwhile,this research provides us with a new understanding of the role of DPP in the synthesis of colloidal semiconductor nanoparticles.Xingxia Yang Meng Zhang Qiu Shen Yang Li Chaoran Luan Kui Yu 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
