1Origin of High Efficiency and Long-Term Stability in Ionic Liquid Perovskite Photovoltaic显示文摘Environment-friendly protic amine carboxylic acid ionic liquids(ILs)as solvents is a significant breakthrough with respect to traditional highly coordinating and toxic solvents in achieving efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with a simple one-step air processing and without an antisolvent treatment approach.However,it remains mysterious for the improved efficiency and stability of PSCs without any passivation strategy.Here,we unambiguously demonstrate that the three functions of solvents,additive,and passivation are present for protic amine carboxylic acid ILs.We found that the ILs have the capability to dissolve a series of perovskite precursors,induce oriented crystallization,and chemically passivate the grain boundaries.This is attributed to the unique molecular structure of ILs with carbonyl and amine groups,allowing for strong interaction with perovskite precursors by forming C=O…Pb chelate bonds and N-H…I hydrogen bonds in both solution and film.This finding is generic in nature with extension to a wide range of IL-based perovskite optoelectronics.Lingfeng Chao Tingting Niu Hao Gu Yingguo Yang Qi Wei Yingdong Xia Wei Hui Shouwei Zuo Zhaohua Zhu Chengjie Pei Xiaodong Li Jing Zhang Junfeng Fang Guichuan Xing Hai Li Xiao Huang Xingyu Gao Chenxin Ran Lin Song Li Fu Yonghua Chen Wei Huang 2020Research2020,,1:2

3Design and Development of Composite Plywood that Integrates Fire Resistance,Water Resistance and Wear Resistance显示文摘In order to improve the fire resistance,water resistance and wear resistance of ordinary plywood products in the wood processing industry,three composite structures of plywood products S1,S2 and S3 were designed in this paper,and a reasonable production process was proposed.Through the physical and mechanical properties and fire resistance testing and technical and economic analysis,the applicability of composite plywood was evaluated.The results of the study showed that the physical mechanics of the three kinds of composite structure plywood met the standard requirements,and their fire resistance was far better than that of ordinary plywood.Among them,the S1 structural board had the best overall physical and mechanical properties.The S3 structural board showed the best fire resistance,which was about 1.9 times more than that of ordinary plywood,and the added cost was the lowest.The thin cork board added to the S2 structural board had poor fire performance since the air in the cork board cavities had a certain combustion-supporting effect,which inhibited the fire resistance of high-pressure laminate(HPL)layer.Moreover,the additional cost of the S2 board was the highest,and its comprehensive performance was the worst.The S3 structural plywood product composed of HPL fireproof board with a thickness of about 1 mm in the surface layer and ordinary plywood with a thickness of about 12 mm in the core layer was the most cost-effective product,which could meet the needs of various fields such as construction,home furnishing,decoration and transportation.Xingyu Liang Xiaoyu Gu Myint Myint Paing Hsu Yuhang He Rongzhuo Zhang Conghui Cai Zheng Wang 2023Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,5:0
4Polydopamine functionalized mesoporous silica as ROS-sensitive drug delivery vehicles for periodontitis treatment by modulating macrophage polarization显示文摘Periodontitis is recognized as the major cause of tooth loss in adults, posing an adverse impact on systemic health. In periodontitis, excessive production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the inflamed site culminates in periodontal destruction. In this study, a novel ROS-responsive drug delivery system based on polydopamine (PDA) functionalized mesoporous silica nanoparticles was developed for delivering minocycline hydrochloride (MH) to treat periodontitis. The outer PDA layer and the inner MH of the nanoparticles acted as ROS scavengers and anti-inflammatory agents, respectively. Under the synergistic action of PDA and MH, macrophages were polarized from the pro-inflammatory M1 to the anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype. The in vitro experiments provided convincing evidence that PDA could scavenge ROS effectively, and the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines was attenuated and the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines was enhanced through M1 to M2 polarization of macrophages with the cooperation of MH. In addition, the results obtained from the periodontitis rat models demonstrated that the synergetic effect of PDA and MH prevented alveolar bone loss without causing any adverse effect. 5Effects of Nitrogen-Containing Biodegradation Enhancers on Sorption of n-Hexadecane in Soil-Water System显示文摘Effects of nitrogen-containing biodegradation enhancers(methyl diethanolamine oleate(MDEAO) and oleic diethanolamide(ODEA)) on the adsorption of n-hexadecane in soil were studied by laboratory batch experiments. The partition coefficients(K_d values) of n-hexadecane sorption in soil-water system and those partition coefficients normalized to organic matter(K_(oc) values) were both determined. The adsorption isotherm curve of n-hexadecane in soil-water system was plotted. The measured results demonstrated that K_(oc) values changed in the soil-water system with different enhancers but are relatively invariant for the soil at the same site. The K_d values rose with the increase of the organic matter content in different soil. The average values of K_(oc) in the soil-water system with MDEAO, ODEA,and blank soil were 0.412, 0.252,and 0.309, respectively. The critical micelle concentration of ODEA and MDEAO was 0.7 mg/L and 1.9 mg/L, respectively,denoting that the solubilization capacity of ODEA was much stronger than MDEAO in the soil-water system. Consequently,the adsorption of MDEAO onto the solid surface increased the organic matter content in soil,which could make it more effective in enhancing the n-hexadecane adsorption. On the contrary, ODEA could inhibit the adsorption of n-hexadecane because of its less adsorption rate onto the soil particle surface and higher concentration in the soil-water system. 6Mophological and Molecular Identification of Potato Cyst Nematode from Sichuan,China显示文摘[Objectives]The infection symptoms of cyst nematodes were found in Yuexi, Sichuan. In order to identify the pathogen, the isolated nematodes were identified by morphology and molecular biology. [Methods] The potato roots and soil around the roots were collected, the nematodes in the roots were stained and observed, and the cysts were separated by the simple floating method. The second-stage juveniles(J2 s), females and cysts were found, and they were photographed and morphologically measured. The DNA of cysts and J2 s were extracted and identified by species-specific PCR. The DNA sequences of 18 S gene, 28 S D2-D3 region and ITS region in ribosomal DNA were obtained. Sequences of some cyst nematode species were downloaded from GenBank for sequence alignment, and MrBayes 3.2.3 software was used to construct a Bayesian phylogenetic tree. [Results] The nematodes could invade hosts’ root system. The basal knobs of J2 s was nearly round and inclined backward;the average length of the stylet was shorter than 23 μm;the Granek ratio of cysts was greater than or equal to 3, which is highly consistent with that of Globodera rostochiensis. The DNA templates of three cysts and four J2 s were amplified by species-specific PCR, and a band of about 430 bp was obtained. After further sequencing, the length was 434 bp, which is consistent with G. rostochiensis. The evolutionary analysis of rDNA 18 S and 28 S showed that the cyst nematode population was a Globodera species, and further evolutionary analysis of ITS gene confirmed that the population was G. rostochiensis. [Conclusions] The nematodes are G. rostochiensis, which is a quarantine species of great concern to both domestic and import quarantine. Once introduced and colonized, it is hard to eradicate. 7Assessment of immune responses and intestinal flora in BALB/c mice model of wheat food allergy via different sensitization methods显示文摘Increasing incidences showed that food allergies have attracted more and more attention from researchers.BALB/c mice were sensitized with wheat gluten combined with aluminum hydroxide adjuvant via intraperitoneal injection,transdermal sensitization,and oral gavage sensitization route.Results showed that all the three sensitization methods could induce allergic symptoms;increase the serum antibody(total immunoglobulin E(IgE),specific IgE,IgG,IgA)and histamine content;promote the secretion of Th2 cytokines(interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,IL-13)and inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-17 A,IL-10);and inhibit the production of Th1 cytokines(IFN-γ,IL-2).However,the allergic symptoms of mice sensitized by intraperitoneal injection were the most obvious among the three models.The level of serum antibodies in intraperitoneal injection group was significantly higher than control.Subsequently,16 S rRNA sequencing technology was used to analyze the intestinal flora of mice.The results showed that the abundance of Firmicutes in the wheat protein sensitized group was lower than that in the normal group,while the abundance of Bacteroidetes was higher,and Lactobacillus was the difference marker in normal group.Bacterial species diversity analysis showed that the species richness and diversity of intestinal flora in mice were decreased,the difference between mice induced by intraperitoneal injection and normal control group mice was the most significant.Taken together,these results show that among three sensitization methods used to build a mouse model with aluminum hydroxide as adjuvant,intraperitoneal injection is the comparably best way to build a mouse sensitization mode.Chenglong Liu Chen Chen Xingyu Yan Shimin Gu Xin Jia Wenhui Fu Xiao Meng Wentong Xue 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:0
8Experimental and numerical demonstration of hierarchical time-delay reservoir computing based on cascaded VCSELs with feedback and multiple injections显示文摘In this paper,we propose and demonstrate experimentally and numerically a hierarchical timedelay optical reservoir computing(RC)system based on cascaded vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers(VCSELs)with feedback and multiple injections.The prediction performance characteristics of the hierarchical time-delay RC system based on cascaded VCSELs under different reservoir layers are compared.Evidently,the prediction performance of the hierarchical time-delay RC system is first improved and saturates as the number of reservoir layers increases.Besides,the impacts of key factors on predicting the hierarchical time-delay RC system are also analyzed in detail experimentally and numerically.This proposed hierarchical time-delay RC system based on VCSELs is useful for the further development of RC systems and may be beneficial to improve the ability of RC systems to solve more complex problems.Xingxing GUO Shuiying XIANG Xingyu CAO Biling GU 2024Science China(Information Sciences)2024,67,2:0
9Effect of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer on the aging resistance of asphalt:An atomistic understanding from reactive molecular dynamics simulations显示文摘To reveal the potential influence of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)polymer modification on the anti-aging performance of asphalt,and its mechanism,we explored the aging characteristics of base asphalt and SBS-modified asphalt by reaction force field(ReaxFF)and classical molecular dynamics simulations.The results illustrate that the SBS asphalt is more susceptible to oxidative aging than the base asphalt under oxygen-deficient conditions due to the presence of unsaturated C=C bonds in the SBS polymer.In the case of sufficient oxygen,the SBS polymer inhibits the oxidation of asphalt by restraining the diffusion of asphalt molecules.Compared with the base asphalt,the SBS asphalt exhibits a higher degree of oxidation at the early stage of pavement service and a lower degree of oxidation in the long run.In addition,SBS polymer degrades into small blocks during aging,thus counteracting the hardening of aged asphalt and partially restoring its low-temperature cracking resistance.Dongliang Hu Xingyu Gu Bingyan Cui 2021Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2021,15,5:0
