| 1 | The effect of basal dislocation on {11■1} twin boundary evolution in a Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy显示文摘This study aims to understand the features of{11■1}twin boundaries in a high strain rate compressed Mg-10 Gd-3Y-0.4Zr using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Based on the Schmid factor calculations,the basal dislocations are easily activated within the{11■1}twin and suppressed in the surrounding matrix.The consequent basal dislocation-twin interaction during deformation can lead to the misorentiation deviation of{11■1}twin boundaries,accompanying with the formation of a step at the twin boundary.Such a{11■1}twin boundary evolution mechanism provides a new vision of twinning behavior in Mg alloys. | Huan Zhang Yangxin Li Yuxuan Liu Qingchun Zhu Xixi Qi Gaoming Zhu Jinhui Wang Peipeng Jin Xiaoqin Zeng | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,22: | 2 |

The addition of Ti to the CuO/(-Al2O3 catalyst made the copper in the catalyst exist in much smaller crystallites. The effect of the loading of Ti on the activity and selectivity to methanol from CO2 hydrogenation was investigated. | 4 | Clinical Observation and Safety Evaluation of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula for Dermatosis显示文摘[Objectives]To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula by retrospective analysis of clinical use.[Methods]A total of 225 cases were collected,including 117 males and 108 females,115 cases of contact dermatitis and 110 cases of acute eczema.Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula was administered to 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.[Results]After one week of treatment,among 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema,76 cases were cured(33.78%),133 cases showed marked response(59.11%),16 cases(7.11%)were improved,0 case was ineffective,and the overall response rate was 92.89%.After one week of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula treatment,the symptoms of itching,pain and swelling were significantly improved in all patients,and the rash was partially crusted without new symptom,and there were no complications and adverse reactions.[Conclusions]Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula therapy has a remarkable effect in the treatment of contact dermatitis and acute eczema. | Wen ZHONG Xixi QI Jiangcun WEI Xian PENG Fangmei LI | 2023 | Medicinal Plant2023,14,6: | 0 |

| 6 | Inductive effect of hydroxyl safflower yellow-A on apoptosis in abnormal HUVEC via the mitochondrial pathway显示文摘Objective:To investigate the mechanism by which hydroxyl safflower yellow A,an active component of safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.),promotes apoptosis in abnormal human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs).Methods:Supernatant of BGC-823 was used to stimulate HUVECs to establish a model of abnormal proliferation of HUVECs.After determining an ideal concentration of HSYA by MTT assay,apoptosis was detected with flow cytometry and TUNEL assay.Mechanism of apoptosis was assessed using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,and ELISA.Results:A range of concentrations of HSYA inhibited proliferation and promoted apoptosis of abnormal HUVECs.As the rate of apoptosis increased,mRNA expression of caspase-3 increased while expression of mutant p53 decreased.HSYA had no effect on Fas gene expression.Analogously,protein expression of Bax was increased while those of Bcl-2,Fas,and Fas-L were decreased.Conclusions:HSYA appears to induce apoptosis of HUVECs with the stimulation of the supematant of tumor cells.The mechanism of apoptosis by HSYA may involve activation of the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway and regulation of the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,and p53. | Na Si Jingjing Wang Yingying Xu Lintao Liu Xu Wang Hongmei Sun Zong Lin Xixi Wang Li Liu Qi Zhang Qian Zhang Cuiling Feng | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2015,2,1: | 0 |
