| 1 | Cytological and Proteomic Analysis of Ginkgo biloba Pollen Intine显示文摘The pollen intine plays important roles in pollen germination and tube growth,but related information in Ginkgo biloba remains unclear.We isolated and obtained de-exined pollen from G.biloba.Using fluorescent probes,we observed the strongest cellulose fluorescence in the pollen intine.De-esterified pectin immunolabeled with JIM5 was present throughout the entire cell wall,whereas esterified pectin recognized by the monoclonal antibody JIM7 was concentrated in some regions.Callose staining with aniline blue was observed across the entire surface of the pollen intine.These results were confirmed by Fourier Transform InfraRed(FTIR)analysis.We also used proteomic approaches to identify different proteins between mature and de-exined pollen(48h after hydration)in vitro.Based on mass spectrometry,de-exined pollen had more proteins than mature pollen,including calmodulin,serine hydroxymethyltransferase,β-galactosidase 6,and class IV chitinase.According to Gene Ontology(GO)analysis,the differentially expressed proteins were mainly associated with transportation,defense reaction,sugar metabolism,energy metabolism,signal transduction,and cell wall formation.These findings suggest that most proteins involved in pollen germination and pollen tube growth are synthesized during pollen hydration,indicating the important role of pollen hydration in the reproductive process of G.Biloba. | Weixing Li Yunling Ye Fangmei Cheng Yan Lu Biao Jin Li Wang | 2020 | Horticultural Plant Journal2020,6,4: | 2 |
| 2 | Temperature and symmetry energy of neutron-rich fragments in the 1A GeV^(124,136)Xe+Pb reactions显示文摘In this work we study the symmetry-energy coefficient of neutron-rich nuclei,and the temperature dependence of nuclear symmetry energy at low temperatures.An isobaric method is used to extract the symmetry-energy coefficients of neutron-rich nucleus(asym) at zero temperature(T) and asym/T at nonzero temperature in the measured 1A GeV124,136Xe+Pb reactions.T of fragment is obtained from the ratio of its asym to asym/T.The results show that,for fragment with the same neutron-excess(I=N Z),the heavier the fragment is,the higher T it has,and T tends to saturate around 1 MeV for the large mass fragments.It is also shown that the more neutron-rich the isobar is,the higher temperature it has.The T2dependence of symmetry energy of finite nucleus at low temperatures is verified by the extracted results. | MA Chunwang QIAO Chunyuan WANG Shanshan LU Fangmei CHEN Li GUO Meiting | 2013 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,5: | 2 |

| 4 | Identification of Critical Components of Complex Product Based on Hybrid Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set and Improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi System显示文摘To avoid the decrease of system reliability due to insufficient component maintenance and the resource waste caused by excessive component maintenance,identifying the critical components of complex products is an effective way to improve the efficiency of maintenance activities.Existing studies on identifying critical components of complex products are mainly from two aspects i.e.,topological properties and functional properties,respectively.In this paper,we combine these two aspects to establish a hybrid intuitionistic fuzzy set to incorporate the different types of attribute values.Considering the mutual correlation between attributes,a combination of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and Improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi System(MTS)is used to determine the λ-Shapley fuzzy measures for attributes.Then,the λ-Shapley Choquet integral intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)method is proposed for calculating the closeness degrees of components to generate their ranking order.Finally,a case study which is about the right gear of airbus 320 is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.This novel methodology can effectively solve the critical components identification problem with different types of evaluation information and completely unknown weight information of attributes,which provides the implementation of protection measures for the system reliability of complex products. | Naiding Yang Mingzhen Zhang Fangmei Wangdu Ruimeng Li | 2021 | Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2021,30,5: | 1 |

| 8 | Clinical Observation and Safety Evaluation of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula for Dermatosis显示文摘[Objectives]To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula by retrospective analysis of clinical use.[Methods]A total of 225 cases were collected,including 117 males and 108 females,115 cases of contact dermatitis and 110 cases of acute eczema.Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula was administered to 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.[Results]After one week of treatment,among 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema,76 cases were cured(33.78%),133 cases showed marked response(59.11%),16 cases(7.11%)were improved,0 case was ineffective,and the overall response rate was 92.89%.After one week of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula treatment,the symptoms of itching,pain and swelling were significantly improved in all patients,and the rash was partially crusted without new symptom,and there were no complications and adverse reactions.[Conclusions]Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula therapy has a remarkable effect in the treatment of contact dermatitis and acute eczema. | Wen ZHONG Xixi QI Jiangcun WEI Xian PENG Fangmei LI | 2023 | Medicinal Plant2023,14,6: | 0 |
