| 1 | INFLUENCE OF NaCl DEPOSITION ON ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION OF A3 STEEL IN THE PRESENCE OF SO_2显示文摘The regularities of atmospheric corrosion of A3 steel deposited with different amountof NaCl exposed to the air containing 1ppm SO2 at 80% RH and 25℃ were studied inlaboratory. NaCl can accelerate the corrosion of A3 steel obviously under such con-dition. The relationship between the weight loss of A3 steel and the amount of NaCldeposition can be well described by using a quadratic function. Fourier transform in-frared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopyand electron dispersion X-ray analysis (SEM/EDAX) were used to characterize thecorrosion products. | 2 | EFFECT OF INTERPHASE LIFT FORCE ON THE FLUID FLOW IN AN AIR-STIRRED CYLINDRICAL VESSEL显示文摘In the present paper, based on the two-phase model (Eulerian model), the two dimensional fluid flow liz air-stirred water systems is simulated, and the effect of interphase lift force on the fluid flow is specially discussed. In the Eulerian two-phase model, gas and liquid phase are considered to be two different continuous fluids interacting with each other through the finite inter-phase areas. The exchange between the phases is represented by source terms in conversation equations. Turbulence is assumed to be a property of the liquid phase, k - ε model is used to describe the behavior of the liquid phase. The dispersion of phases due to turbulence is represented by introducing a diffusion term in mass consecrvation equation. The contribution of bubble movement to the turbulent energy and its dissipation rate is taken into accounted by adding extra volumetric source terms to the equations of turbulent enemy and its dissipation rate. The comparison between the mathematical simulation and experiment data indicates that the interphase lift force has a big effect on the flow behavior, and considering both drug force and lift force as interphase forces is important to accurately simulate the gas-water two-phase fluid flow in air-stirred systems. The interphase lift force makes bubbles move away from the centerline, the gas concentration is decreased near the centerline, and increased near the wall. | 8 | Magnetic properties and thermal stability of anisotropic bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets by warm compaction显示文摘Anisotropic bonded magnets were prepared by warm compaction using anisotropic Nd-Fe-B powder. The forming process, magnetic properties, and temperature stability were studied. The results indicate that the optimal temperature of the process, which was decided by the vis-cosity of the binders, was 110°C. With increasing pressure, the density of the magnets increased. When the pressure was above 700 MPa, the powder particles were destroyed and the magnetic properties decreased. The magnetic properties of the anisotropic bonded magnets were as follows: remanence Br=0.98 T, intrinsic coercivity iHc=1361 kA/m, and maximum energy product BHmax=166 kJ/m3. The magnets had excellent thermal stability because of the high coercivity and good squareness of demagnetization curves. The flux density of the magnets was 35% higher than that of isotropic bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets at 120°C for 1000 h.
