2Atom probe tomographic observation of hydrogen trapping at carbides/ferrite interfaces for a high strength steel显示文摘A three-dimensional atom probe(3 DAP) technique has been used to characterize the hydrogen distribution on carbides for a high strength AISI 4140 steel.Direct evidence of H atoms trapped at the carbide/ferrite interfaces has been revealed by 3 DAP mapping.Hydrogen is mainly trapped on carbide/ferrite interfaces along the grain boundaries.Slow strain rate tensile(SSRT) testing shows that the AISI 4140 steel is highly sensitive to hydrogen embrittlement.The corresponding fractographic morphologies of hydrogen charged specimen exhibit brittle fracture feature.Combined with these results,it is proposed that the hydrogen trapping sites present in the grain boundaries are responsible for the hydrogen-induced intergranular fracture of AISI 4140.The direct observation of hydrogen distribution contributes to a better understanding of the mechanism of hydrogen embrittlement.Y.F.Jiang B.Zhang Y.Zhou J.Q.Wang E.-H.Han W.Ke 2018Journal of Materials Science & Technology2018,34,8:4
3Nano Brazing of Pt-Ag Nanoparticles under Femtosecond Laser Irradiation显示文摘Nano brazing of Pt-Ag nanoparticles with nano Ag filler metal is reported in this letter, which presents an effective way to join nanoobjects by femtosecond laser irradiation. The nano brazed interface between Pt-Ag and Ag showed good lattice matching along(111)_(Ag) //(111)_(Ag-Pt). Lattice mismatch can hardly be observed at the interface between the filler metal and Pt-Ag nanoparticle, which is important for the joint strength and normally does not occur during joining. The very low mismatch also suggested that melting and solidification occurred during nano brazing by femtosecond laser. 4Resistive Switching Memory of TiO2 Nanowire Networks Grown on Ti Foil by a Single Hydrothermal Method显示文摘The resistive switching characteristics of TiO_2 nanowire networks directly grown on Ti foil by a single-step hydrothermal technique are discussed in this paper. The Ti foil serves as the supply of Ti atoms for growth of the TiO_2 nanowires, making the preparation straightforward. It also acts as a bottom electrode for the device. A top Al electrode was fabricated by e-beam evaporation process. The Al/TiO_2 nanowire networks/Ti device fabricated in this way displayed a highly repeatable and electroforming-free bipolar resistive behavior with retention for more than 10~4 s and an OFF/ON ratio of approximately 70. The switching mechanism of this Al/TiO_2 nanowire networks/Ti device is suggested to arise from the migration of oxygen vacancies under applied electric field. 5表面处理对微型点焊镀镍钢板和镍板时电极失效的影响显示文摘本文主要研究了表面处理对微型点焊镀镍钢板和镍板时电极失效的影响。结果表明:微型点焊镀镍钢板和镍板时电极的失效主要是电极磨损和电极头部的塑性变形,电极磨损是由于电极和镀镍板之间局部焊接的断裂发生在电极表面而导致的。表面涂敷TiC的CuCrZr电极的寿命(1200点)是CuCrZr电极寿命(600点)的两倍,表面处理能提高电极寿命的主要原因是表面涂敷的TiC颗粒能阻碍电极和镀镍板之间的局部焊接以及减小电极表面的塑性变形。董仕节 Y.Zhou 2002湖北汽车工业学院学报2002,16,2:2
6铝合金电阻点焊中电极点蚀的形成机制显示文摘建立了铝合金电阻点焊过程数值模拟的有限元分析模型,考察了焊接过程中电极与试件界面上接触半径的变化,以及电极尖端表面上电极压力、电流密度和温度的分布。结果表明:所考察的焊接条件下,接触半径在焊接过程中逐渐增大,电极端面的中部温度最高,而电极压力和电流密度均在接触区边缘集中。实验研究发现电极表面上最初的点蚀部位呈环形,其半径与接触区半径基本一致,由此推断,环状电极点蚀主要是接触区边缘明显的应力集中所致。为减少电极点蚀提高电极寿命,电极的形状设计应使电极与工件接触界面上的应力集中尽可能减小。常保华 都东 Y.Zhou I.Lum 2004中国有色金属学报2004,14,5:2
