1Synthesis of bifunctional Pt/MgAPO-5 catalysts and their catalytic performance in the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to p-aminophenol显示文摘MgAPO-5 molecular sieves have been synthesized using diethylaminoethanol as the templating agent in a wide range of the MgO/Al2O3 ratio.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,solid state NMR,FT-IR and NH3-TPD.Using MgAPO-5 as acidic supports,bifunctional Pt/MgAPO-5 catalysts were prepared for hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to p-aminophenol (PAP).The results showed that the MgO/Al2O3 ratios influenced the Mg content and the acidity of MgAPO-5 samples,thereby greatly affecting the catalytic performance of Pt/MgAPO-5 catalysts.The selectivity to PAP over Pt/MgAPO-5 was dependent on the amount of strong acid sites of MgAPO-5.When the MgO/Al2O3 molar ratio was 0.5,the synthesized MgAPO-5 sample exhibited the largest amount of strong acid and a highest PAP yield of 41.1% was achieved over Pt/MgAPO-5 catalyst.ShuFang Wang YaDan Jin BeiBei He YanJi Wang XinQiang Zhao 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,7:9
2A highly sensitive luminescent metal-organic framework thermometer for physiological temperature sensing显示文摘Thermal sensing and imaging in the physiological temperature range are of great importance for studying physiological processes and treating diseases. Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) exhibit great promise for developing luminescent thermometers due to their remarkable structural diversities and tunable luminescence properties. Here, we synthesized a series of luminescent mixed-lanthanide MOFs,Eu_xTb_(1-x)BPT(x = 0.019, 0.058, 0.106; H3 BPT = biphenyl-3,4',5-tricarboxylate acid) and adopted powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) to characterize the resulting products. The temperature-dependent photoluminescence emission spectra were recorded to investigate their potential applications in physiological temperature readout. It is found that the intensity ratio of Tb^(3+) to Eu^(3+) is linearly correlated with temperature and the relative sensitivity is higher than 1.5%/℃ over the entire physiological temperature range. 3Film-mulched continuous ridge-furrow planting improves soil temperature,nutrient content and enzymatic activity in a winter oilseed rape field,Northwest China显示文摘Film mulching system is a widely employed agricultural practice worldwide. However, the effects of different planting and mulching patterns on soil nutrient content and enzymatic activity have not been well documented. In this study, we examined the impact of four planting and mulching patterns(including control, flat planting without mulching; M1, flat planting with film mulching; M2, ridge-furrow planting with film mulching on both ridges and furrows; and M3, ridge-furrow planting with film mulching on continuous ridges) on the seed yield of winter oilseed rape, soil moisture, soil temperature, soil organic carbon(SOC) content, soil nutrient content, and soil enzymatic activity over three growing seasons from 2012 to 2015 in a winter oilseed rape field in the semi-arid area of Northwest China. Seed yield of winter oilseed rape, soil moisture, soil temperature, enzymatic activities, and contents of nitrate-nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium were all significantly higher in mulching treatments(M1, M2 and M3) than in control treatment over the three growing seasons, whereas SOC content was significantly lower in mulching treatments than in control treatment during 2013–2014 and 2014–2015. Among the three mulching treatments(M1, M2 and M3), the M3 treatment showed consistently higher seed yield, SOC content, nutrient contents, and enzymatic activities than the other two treatments. Seed yield of winter oilseed rape was 41.1% and 15.0% higher in M3 than in M1 and M2, respectively. SOC content and soil enzymatic activities in the top 0–20 cm soil layers and nitrate-nitrogen content in the top 0–30 cm soil layers were all significantly higher in M3 than in M1 and M2. 4Design and Verification of an Auxiliary System for High Vacuum Die Casting显示文摘Vacuum die casting is the optimal method to produce high quality aluminum alloy components.At present,there are still very few systematic studies on vacuum die casting theory and equipment design.On the basis of the existing theories of the vacuum die casting pumping and venting systems,a simplified model is established in this research.The model has an aggregate unit consisted of 'vacuum pump + buffer tank' and a cylindrical container(including the shot sleeve,cavity and exhaust channel).The theoretical analysis is carried out between the cavity pressure and the pumping time under different volume models.An auxiliary system for high vacuum die casting is designed based on the above analysis.This system is composed of a vacuum control machine and a new vacuum stop valve.The machine has a human-computer control mode with 'programmable logic controller(PLC) + touch screen' and a real-time monitoring function of vacuum degree for buffer tank and die cavity.The vacuum stop valve with the 'compressed gas + piston rod + labyrinth groove' structure can realize the function of whole-process vacuum venting.The new system shows great advantages on vacuuming the cavity with a much faster speed by making tests on an existing die casting mold and a 250 t die casting machine.A die cavity pressure less than 10 kPa can be reached within 0.8 s in the experiment and the porosity of castings can be greatly decreased.The systematic studies on vacuum die casting theory and equipment have a great guiding significance for high vacuum die casting,and can also be applied to other high vacuum forming in related theoretical and practical research.GE Xiaohong HUANG Hongwu LI Hui LIU Yadan 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,5:3
5Adsorption of Rhodamine B from Aqueous Solution onto Heat-Activated Sepiolite显示文摘The heat-activated sepiolite,which was prepared using sepiolite by thermal treatment at different temperatures,was used as an absorbent for the removal of rhodamine B(RhB) from aqueous solutions.The structure and morphology of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) techniques,respectively.The adsorption capacity of RhB onto the heat-activated sepiolite has been examined with pH,adsorbent dosage,contact time,initial dye concentration,and temperature.Kinetic studies showed that the equilibrium was attained within 40 min,and the kinetic data were well described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Besides,the experimental data(R 2 >0.999) fitted the Freundlich model better than the Langmuir model.The as-prepared sample showed higher adsorption capacity(8.33 mg/g) for the removal of RhB than that of sepiolite,which could be attributed to more adsorption sites caused by appropriate heat treatment.The adsorbent can be well regenerated by calcination at 400 ℃ for 2 h and regenerated sepiolite did not exhibited significant loss of adsorption activity after five recycles.WANG Jiquan WANG Daojie ZHANG Gaoke GUO Yadan LIU Jin 2013Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2013,18,3:3
6Effects of leukemia inhibitory factor on endogenous neural stem cell proliferation and glycoprotein-130 expression in a mouse model of cerebral infarction显示文摘Leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) has been shown to promote proliferation of endogenous neural stem cells. In this study, we treated mice with cerebral infarction using LIF to investigate whether the LIF receptor subunit glycoprotein (gp)130 is involved in neuroprotection. After LIF treatment, the motor function of model mice was significantly improved. Immunofluorescence histochemistry showed increased numbers of endogenous neural stem cells surrounding the infarct foci. Western blot analysis revealed that gp130 expression was significantly decreased surrounding the infarcted foci. 7Design of flower transplanting mechanisms based on double planet carrier non-circular gear train with complete rotation kinematic pair显示文摘In view of the problems of the existing mechanisms based on 2R open-chain planetary gear train for seedling transplanting,such as the bad tracking flexibility,low positioning accuracy,and high structure design difficulties of the mechanisms based on 3R open-chain planetary gear train for seedling manipulation.In this paper,a transplanting mechanism based on the solution domain synthesis of a 3R open-chain-based complete rotation kinematic pair,a gear train with a single cycle integral rotating pair,is designed.The Burmester curve equation is derived from the given transplanting trajectory and four exact poses corresponding to each other on the rotation center.Then,the open-chain road model of the 3R complete rotation kinematic pair is obtained under the constraint governed by the judgment condition of the hinge integral rotating pair.Meanwhile,combined with our developed in-house optimization software,the solution to the optimal parameters for the transplanting mechanism can be optimized according to the target trajectory.Finally,the feasibility of the design method is verified by transplanting testing,where kale seedlings with ages of about 20 d and heights of about 80-120 mm are used.The experimental results show that the actual motion trajectory of the prototype is basically identical to the theoretical trajectory,validating the feasibility of transplanting mechanism design,parts processing,and test-bed construction.Through the statistical analysis,the average success rate of transplanting is 90.625%,and the reliability of designed mechanism is satisfied.This study provides a promising solution for the seedling transplanting of two-planet scaffold pots.Xiong Zhao Xingxiao Ma Hongwei Liao Yongsen Xiong Yadan Xu Jianneng Chen 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,3:2
8Effects of leukemia inhibitory factor and basic fibroblast growth factor on free radicals and endogenous stem cell proliferation in a mouse model of cerebral infarction显示文摘The present study established a mouse model of cerebral infarction by middle cerebral artery occlusion,and monitored the effect of 25 μg/kg leukemia inhibitory factor and(or) basic fibroblast growth factor administration 2 hours after model establishment.Results showed that following administration,the number of endogenous neural stem cells in the infarct area significantly increased,malondialdehyde content in brain tissue homogenates significantly decreased,nitric oxide content,glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity significantly elevated,and mouse motor function significantly improved as confirmed by the rotarod and bar grab tests.In particular,the effect of leukemia inhibitory factor in combination with basic fibroblast growth factor was the most significant.Results indicate that leukemia inhibitory factor and basic fibroblast growth factor can improve the microenvironment after cerebral infarction by altering free radical levels,improving the quantity of endogenous neural stem cells,and promoting neurological function of mice with cerebral infarction.Weihui Huang Yadan Li Yufeng Lin Xue Ye Dawei Zang 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,19:2

11A Joint Delay-and-Sum and Fourier Beamforming Method for High Frame Rate Ultrasound Imaging显示文摘Frame rate is an important metric for ultrasound imaging systems,and high frame rates(HFR)benefit moving-target imaging.One common way to obtain HFR imaging is to transmit a plane wave.Delay-and-sum(DAS)beamformer is a conventional beamforming algorithm,which is simple and has been widely implemented in clinical application.Fourier beamforming is an alternative method for HFR imaging and has high levels of imaging efficiency,imaging speed,and good temporal dynamic characteristics.Nevertheless,the resolution and contrast performance of HFR imaging based on DAS or Fourier beamforming are insufficient due to the single plane wave transmission.To address this problem,a joint DAS and Fourier beamforming method is introduced in this study.The proposed method considers the different distributions of sidelobes in DAS imaging and Fourier imaging and combines the angular spectrum and DAS to reconstruct ultrasound images.The proposed method is evaluated on simulation and experimental phantom datasets to compare its performance with DAS and Fourier beamforming methods.Results demonstrate that the proposed method improves image effective dynamic range and resolution while also retaining a high frame rate of the ultrasound imaging systems.The proposed method improves the effective dynamic range along axial and lateral directions by 10 dB,compared to standard DAS and Fourier beamforming.Wei Zhao Shuai Feng Yadan Wang Yuanguo Wang Zhihui Han Hu Peng 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,4:1

18Potential of an activity index combining acceleration and location for automated estrus detection in dairy cows显示文摘The objective of this study was to assess the effectiveness and practicability of an activityindex combining acceleration and location data for automated estrus detection in dairycows. By using a wearable neck tag, measurements of acceleration and location were gathered from 22 multiparous cows monitored incessantly for 6 days to derive activity recordsof each cow. The maximum-minimum distance clustering (MMDC) method was used todivide hourly activity data into low, medium, high, and intensity level groups. The weightedsum of the proportions of the low, medium, high, and intensity activities in an hour constituted the activity level. The activity index was defined as the ratio of the variation inhourly activity level compared to the same time period during the previous three days. Furthermore, whether the cow was in estrus was judged above a set threshold. The studyshowed that the power consumption and communication effects of the neck tags wereacceptable for indoor-housing conditions. For the two consecutive time periods, theactivity-index-based detection algorithm achieved 90.91% for accuracy, 100% for precision,100% for specificity, 83.33% for recall, 90.91% for F1 score, and 0.82 for Kappa coefficient.
