| 1 | New incompatible pair of TCM:Epimedii Folium combined with Psoraleae Fructus induces idiosyncratic hepatotoxicity under immunological stress conditions显示文摘Epimedii Folium(EF)combined with Psoraleae Fructus(PF)is a common modern preparation,but liver injury caused by Chinese patent medicine preparations containing EF and PF has been frequently reported in recent years.Zhuangguguanjiewan pills(ZGW),which contain EF and PF,could induce immune idiosyncratic liver injury according to clinical case reports and a nonhepatotoxic dose of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)model.This present study evaluated the liver injury induced by EF or PF alone or in combination and investigated the related mechanism by using the LPS model.Liver function indexes and pathological results showed that either EF or PF alone or in combination led to liver injury in normal rats;however,EF or PF alone could lead to liver injury in LPS-treated rats.Moreover,EF combined with PF could induce a greater degree of injury than that caused by EF or PF alone in LPS-treated rats.Furthermore,EF or PF alone or in combination enhanced the LPS-stimulated inflammatory cytokine production,implying that IL-1β,which is processed and released by activating the NLRP3 inflammasome,is a specific indicator of EF-induced immune idiosyncratic hepatotoxicity.Thus,EF may induce liver injury through enhancing the LPS-mediated proinflammatory cytokine production and activating the NLRP3 inflammasome.In addition,the metabolomics analysis results showed that PF affected more metabolites in glycerophospholipid and sphingolipid metabolic pathways compared with EF in LPS model,suggesting that PF increased the responsiveness of the liver to LPS or other inflammatory mediators via modulation of multiple metabolic pathways.Therefore,EF and PF combination indicates traditional Chinese medicine incompatibility,considering that it induces idiosyncratic hepatotoxicity under immunological stress conditions. | Yuan Gao Zhilei Wang Jinfa Tang Xiaoyi Liu Wei Shi Nan Qin Xiaoyan Wang Yu Pang Ruisheng Li Yaming Zhang Jiabo Wang Ming Niu Zhaofang Bai Xiaohe Xiao | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,1: | 32 |
| 2 | The effect of applied voltages on the structure,apatite-inducing ability and antibacterial ability of micro arc oxidation coating formed on titanium surface显示文摘The micro arc oxidation(MAO)coatings with different concentrations of Ca,P and Zn elements are successfully formed on the titanium substrate at the different applied voltages.After MAO treatment,the MAO coating exhibits the porous surface structure and composed of anatase and rutile TiO2 phases.Meanwhile,the average size and density of micro-pores on the MAO coatings have been modified via the adjusting the applied voltages.In addition,the contents of the incorporated elements such as Zn,Ca and P elements in the MAO coatings have been optimized.The bonding strength test results reveal that the MAO coating shows higher bonding strength,which is up to 45±5 MPa.Compared to the pure Ti plate,the MAO coating formed at 350 and 400 V show good apatite-inducing ability.Meanwhile,the MAO coating containing Zn,Ca and P elements have better antibacterial ability for E.coli and S.aureus.Thus,the incorporation of Zn,Ca and P elements was an effective method to improve the antibacterial ability.Moreover,the concentrations of Zn,Ca and P elements could be adjusted with the changing of the applied voltages.As a result,the enhancement of the antibacterial ability on the MAO coating surfaces was depended on the comprehensive effect of the incorporated elements and the surface property of MAO coatings. | Qing Du Daqing Wei Yaming Wang Su Cheng Shang Liu Yu Zhou Dechang Jia | 2018 | Bioactive Materials2018,3,4: | 6 |

| 7 | The developing condition analysis of semiconductor laser frequency stabilization technology显示文摘The frequency stability of free-running semiconductor lasers is influenced by several factors, such as driving current and external operating environment. The frequency stabilization of laser has become an international research hotspot in recent years. This paper reviews active frequency stabilization technologies of laser diodes and elaborates their principles. Based on differences of frequency discrimination curves, these active frequency stabilization technologies are classified into three major types, which are harmonic frequency stabilization,Pound-Drever-Hall(PDH) technology and curve subtraction frequency stabilization. Further, merits and demerits of each technology are compared from aspects of frequency stability and structure complexity. Finally, prospects of frequency stabilization technologies of semiconductor lasers are discussed in detail. Combining several of these methods are future trends, especially the combination of frequency stabilization of F–P cavity. | 19 | A visibly transparent radiative cooling film with self-cleaning function produced by solution processing显示文摘Daylighting structures,including solar cells and building windows,utilize sunlight whilst suffering from undesired solar heat and outdoor dust contamination.A radiative cooling system that is transparent to sunlight and has a superhydrophobic surface would cool and clean the daylighting structures in a sustainable manner.However,the majority of the current daytime radiative cooling systems were designed to fully reflect the incident sunlight to maximize the cooling power.In this work,we optimized both the sunlight transmission and infrared thermal irradiation by modeling the size-dependent scattering and absorption of light by SiO_(2)spheres embedded in a polymer matrix,we found that the use of nanospheres(20 nm)enabled both high sunlight transmittance(>90%)and infrared emissivity(-0.85).This theoretical prediction was confirmed by experimental measurements of a solution-processed nanocomposite film.When coated on a solar cell,the as-prepared film not only preserved the power conversion efficiency of the cell(14.71%,uncoated cell has an efficiency of 14.79%)but also radiatively cooled the cell by up to 5℃under direct sunlight.This reduction of the operating temperature of the solar cell further enhanced its electrical power output,evidenced by an increase in the equilibrium temperature of the LED load by about 14℃.The nanoscale textured surface formed by the nanospheres further led to superhydrophobicity and thus excellent self-cleaning performance(efficient removal of dust by wind and/or water droplets). | Guoliang Chen Yaming Wang Jun Qiu Jianyun Cao Yongchun Zou Shuqi Wang Jiahu Ouyang Dechang Jia Yu Zhou | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,31: | 0 |
| 20 | Numerical Investigation of Jet Impingement Cooling with Supercritical Pressure Carbon Dioxide in a Multi-Layer Cold Plate during High Heat Flux显示文摘Jet impingement cooling with supercritical pressure carbon dioxide in a multi-layer cold plate during the heat flux of 400 W/cm_(2) is investigated numerically.The generation and distribution of pseudocritical fluid with the high specific heat of supercritical pressure carbon dioxide and the mechanism of the heat transfer enhancement led by the high specific heat are analyzed.For a given nozzle diameter,the effects of the geometric parameters of a multi-layer cold plate such as the relative nozzle-to-plate distance,relative plate thickness,and relative upper fluid thickness on the average heat transfer coefficient are studied.The results show that the target surface is cooled effectively with supercritical pressure carbon dioxide jet impingement cooling.When the radial distance is less than 6 mm,the maximum wall temperature is 368 K,which is 30 K lower than the maximum junction temperature for a silicon-based insulated gate bipolar transistor,a typical electronic power device.There is a pseudocritical fluid layer near the target surface,where specific heat reaches above 34 kJ/(kg·K)locally.The drastic rise of the specific heat leads to obvious heat transfer enhancement.Within a certain range,the local heat transfer coefficient and the specific heat are linearly correlated and Stanton number remains constant over this range.The heat transfer coefficient is at a maximum when the relative nozzle-to-plate distance is 1.As the relative plate thickness increases from 0.5 to 3.5 or the relative upper fluid thickness increases from 0.5 to 2.5,the average heat transfer coefficient decreases monotonically. | WEN Yaming LI Yulong LI Jingqi YU Xin-Gang | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,1: | 0 |
