1Anisotropic coding metamaterials and their powerful manipulation of differently polarized terahertz waves显示文摘Metamaterials based on effective media can be used to produce a number of unusual physical properties(for example,negative refraction and invisibility cloaking)because they can be tailored with effective medium parameters that do not occur in nature.Recently,the use of coding metamaterials has been suggested for the control of electromagnetic waves through the design of coding sequences using digital elements‘0’and‘1,'which possess opposite phase responses.Here we propose the concept of an anisotropic coding metamaterial in which the coding behaviors in different directions are dependent on the polarization status of the electromagnetic waves.We experimentally demonstrate an ultrathin and flexible polarization-controlled anisotropic coding metasurface that functions in the terahertz regime using specially designed coding elements.By encoding the elements with elaborately designed coding sequences(both 1-bit and 2-bit sequences),the x-and y-polarized waves can be anomalously reflected or independently diffused in three dimensions.The simulated far-field scattering patterns and near-field distributions are presented to illustrate the dual-functional performance of the encoded metasurface,and the results are consistent with the measured results.We further demonstrate the ability of the anisotropic coding metasurfaces to generate a beam splitter and realize simultaneous anomalous reflections and polarization conversions,thus providing powerful control of differently polarized electromagnetic waves.The proposed method enables versatile beam behaviors under orthogonal polarizations using a single metasurface and has the potential for use in the development of interesting terahertz devices.Shuo Liu Tie Jun Cui Quan Xu Di Bao Liangliang Du Xiang Wan Wen Xuan Tang Chunmei Ouyang Xiao Yang Zhou Hao Yuan Hui Feng Ma Wei Xiang Jiang Jiaguang Han Weili Zhang Qiang Cheng 2016Light(Science & Applications)2016,5,1:36
2Efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 therapeutic antibody RC48 in patients with HER2-overexpressing,locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer:a single-arm phase II study显示文摘Background:Current treatment options for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-overexpressing gastric cancer at third-line have shown limited clinical benefit.Further,there is no specific treatment for HER2 immunohistochemistry(IHC)2+and fluorescence in-situ hybridization-negative patients.Here,we report the efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 antibody RC48 for patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-overexpressing(IHC 2+or 3+),locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who were under at least second-line therapy were eligible and received RC482.5 mg/kg alone every 2 weeks.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR)assessed by an independent review committee.Secondary endpoints included progressionfree survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),duration of response,time to progression,disease control rate,and safety.Results:Of 179 patients screened,125 were eligible and received RC48 treatment.The ORR was 24.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:17.5%-33.3%).The median PFS and OS were 4.1 months(95%CI:3.7-4.9 months)and 7.9 months(95%CI:6.7-9.9 months),respectively.The most frequently reported adverse events were decreased white blood cell count(53.6%),asthenia(53.6%),hair loss(53.6%),decreased neutrophil count(52.0%),anemia(49.6%),and increased aspartate aminotransferase level(43.2%).Serious adverse events(SAEs)occurred in 45(36.0%)patients,and RC48-related SAEs were mainly decreased neutrophil count(3.2%).Seven patients had adverse events that led to death were not RC48-related.Conclusions:RC48 showed promising activity with manageable safety,suggesting potential application in patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who have previously received at least two lines of chemotherapy.Zhi Peng Tianshu Liu Jia Wei Airong Wang Yifu He Liuzhong Yang Xizhi Zhang Nanfeng Fan Suxia Luo Zhen Li Kangsheng Gu Jianwei Lu Jianming Xu Qingxia Fan Ruihua Xu Liangming Zhang Enxiao Li Yuping Sun Guohua Yu Chunmei Bai Yong Liu Jiangzheng Zeng Jieer Ying Xinjun Liang Nong Xu Chao Gao Yongqian Shu Dong Ma Guanghai Dai Shengmian Li Ting Deng Yuehong Cui Jianmin Fang Yi Ba Lin Shen 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,11:29
3A numerically stable coupled-mode formulation for acoustic propagation in range-dependent waveguides显示文摘In this paper,a stepwise coupled-mode model with the use of the direct global matrix approach is proposed.This method is capable of handling two-dimensional problems with either a point source in cylindrical geometry or a line source in plane geometry.With the use of the direct global matrix approach,this method is numerically stable.In addition,by introducing appropriately normalized range solutions,this model is free from the numerical overflow problem.Furthermore,we put forward source conditions appropriate for the line-source problem in plane geometry.As a result,this method is capable of addressing the scenario with a line source on top of a sloping bottom.Closed-form expressions for coupling matrices are derived and applied in this paper for handling problems with pressure-release boundaries and a homogeneous water column.The numerical simulations indicate that the proposed model is accurate,efficient,and numerically stable.Consequently,this model can serve as a benchmark model in range-dependent propagation modeling.Although this method is verified by an ideal wedge problem in this paper,the formulation applies to realistic problems as well.LUO WenYu YANG ChunMei QIN JiXing ZHANG RenHe 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,4:13
4Emission factors of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from domestic coal combustion in China显示文摘Domestic coal stove is widely used in China, especially for countryside during heating period of winter, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are important in flue gas of the stove. By using dilution tunnel system, samples of both gaseous and particulate phases from domestic coal combustion were collected and 18 PAH species were analyzed by GC-MS. The average emission factors of total 18 PAH species was 171.73 mg/kg, ranging from 140.75 to 229.11 mg/kg for bituminous coals, while was 93.98 mg/kg, ranging from 58.48 to 129.47 mg/kg for anthracite coals. PAHs in gaseous phases occupied 95% of the total of PAHs emission of coal combustion. In particulate phase, 3-ring and 4-ring PAHs were the main components, accounting for 80% of the total particulate PAHs. The total toxicity potency evaluated by benzo[a]pyrene-equivalent carcinogenic power, sum of 7 carcinogenic PAH components and 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxin had a similar tendency. And as a result, the toxic potential of bituminous coal was higher than that of anthracite coal. 5Emission factors, ozone and secondary organic aerosol formation potential of volatile organic compounds emitted from industrial biomass boilers显示文摘To evaluate the potential benefits of biomass use for air pollution control, this paper identified and quantified the emissions of major reactive organic compounds anticipated from biomass-fired industrial boilers. Wood pellets(WP) and straw pellets(SP) were burned to determine the volatile organic compound emission profiles for each biomass-boiler combination. More than 100 types of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) were measured from the two biomass boilers. The measured VOC species included alkanes, alkenes and acetylenes, aromatics, halocarbons and carbonyls. A single coal-fired boiler(CB) was also studied to provide a basis for comparison. Biomass boiler 1(BB1) emitted relatively high proportions of alkanes(28.9%–38.1% by mass) and alkenes and acetylenes(23.4%–40.8%),while biomass boiler 2(BB2) emitted relatively high proportions of aromatics(27.9%–29.2%)and oxygenated VOCs(33.0%–44.8%). The total VOC(TVOC) emission factors from BB1(128.59–146.16 mg/kg) were higher than those from BB2(41.26–85.29 mg/kg). The total ozone formation potential(OFP) ranged from 6.26 to 81.75 mg/m^3 with an average of 33.66 mg/m^3 for the two biomass boilers. The total secondary organic aerosol potential(SOAP) ranged from 61.56 to 211.67 mg/m^3 with an average of 142.27 mg/m^3 for the two biomass boilers.The emission factors(EFs) of TVOCs from biomass boilers in this study were similar to those for industrial coal-fired boilers with the same thermal power. 6The R2R3-MYB transcription factor GhMYB1a regulates flavonol and anthocyanin accumulation in Gerbera hybrida显示文摘Anthocyanins and flavonols have vital roles in flower coloration,plant development,and defense.Because anthocyanins and flavonols share the same subcellular localization and common biosynthetic substrates,these pathways may compete for substrates.However,the mechanism regulating this potential competition remains unclear.Here,we identified GhMYB1a,an R2R3-MYB transcription factor involved in the regulation of anthocyanin and flavonol accumulation in gerbera(Gerbera hybrida).GhMYB1a shares high sequence similarity with that of other characterized regulators of flavonol biosynthesis.In addition,GhMYB1a is also phylogenetically grouped with these proteins.The overexpression of GhMYB1a in gerbera and tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum)resulted in decreased anthocyanin accumulation and increased accumulation of flavonols by upregulating the structural genes involved in flavonol biosynthesis.We further found that GhMYB1a functions as a homodimer instead of interacting with basic helix-loop-helix cofactors.These results suggest that GhMYB1a is involved in regulating the anthocyanin and flavonol metabolic pathways through precise regulation of gene expression.The functional characterization of GhMYB1a provides insight into the biosynthesis and regulation of flavonols and anthocyanins.Chunmei Zhong Yi Tang Bin Pang Xukun Li Yuping Yang Jing Deng Chengyong Feng Lingfei Li Guiping Ren Yaqin Wang Jianzong Peng Shulan Sun Shan Liang Xiaojing Wang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:7
7A novel selective autophagy receptor,CCDC50,delivers K63 polyubiquitination-activated RIG-I/MDA5 for degradation during viral infection显示文摘Autophagy is a con served process that delivers cytosolic substa nces to the lysosome for degradatio n,but its direct role in the regulation of antiviral inn ate immu nity remains poorly un derstood.Here,through high-throughput screeni ng,we discovered that CCDC50 functions as a previously unknown autophagy receptor that negatively regulates the type I interferon(IFN)signaling pathway initiated by RIG-I-like receptors(RLRs),the sensors for RNA viruses.The expression of CCDC50 is enhanced by viral infection,and CCDC50 specifically recognizes K63-polyubiquitinated RLRs,thus delivering the activated RIG-I/MDA5 for autophagic degradation.The associatio n of CCDC50 with phagophore membrane protei n LC3 is con firmed by crystal structure analysis.In contrast to other known autophagic cargo receptors that associate with either the LIR-docking site(LDS)or the UIMdocking site(UDS)of LC3,CCDC50 can bind to both LDS and UDS,representing a new type of cargo receptor.In mouse models with RNA virus infection,CCDC50 deficiency reduces the autophagic degradation of RIG-I/MDA5 and promotes type I IFN responses,resulting in enhaneed viral resistance and improved survival rates.These results reveal a new link between autophagy and antiviral innate immune resp on ses and provide additional in sights into the regulatory mecha nisms of RLR-mediated antiviral signaling.Panpan Hou Kongxiang Yang Penghui Jia Lan Liu Yuxin Lin Zibo Li Jun Li Shuliang Chen Shuting Guo Ji'An Pan Junyu Wu Hong Peng Weijie Zeng Chunmei Li Yingfang Liu Deyin Guo 2021Cell Research2021,31,1:5

9Characteristics of particulate-bound polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons emitted from industrial grade biomass boilers显示文摘Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are carcinogenic or mutagenic and are important toxic pollutants in the flue gas of boilers. Two industrial grade biomass boilers were selected to investigate the characteristics of particulate-bound PAHs: one biomass boiler retro-fitted from an oil boiler(BB1) and one specially designed(BB2) biomass boiler. One coal-fired boiler was also selected for comparison. By using a dilution tunnel system, particulate samples from boilers were collected and 10 PAH species were analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS). The total emission factors(EFs) of PAHs ranged from 0.0064 to0.0380 mg/kg, with an average of 0.0225 mg/kg, for the biomass boiler emission samples. The total PAH EFs for the tested coal-fired boiler were 1.8 times lower than the average value of the biomass boilers. The PAH diagnostic ratios for wood pellets and straw pellets were similar.The ratio of indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene/[indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene + benzo(g,h,i)perylene] for the two biomass boilers was lower than those of the reference data for other burning devices, which can probably be used as an indicator to distinguish the emission of biomass boilers from that of industrial coal-fired boilers and residential stoves. 10Pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis of lignite and plastic显示文摘The study firstly discusses the pyrolysis characteristics and kinetics by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and then investigates the pyrolysis of lignite and co-pyrolysis with plastic(polyethylene or polypropylene)in tube furnace.Meanwhile,the research focuses on the co-pyrolysis products under different mixing ratios as well as pyrolysis products at different testing temperatures and heating rates.The results show that higher final testing temperature and lower heating rate contribute to bond fission in lignite pyrolysis,resulting in less char product.In co-pyrolysis,lignite acts as hydrogen donor,and the yields of char and water rise with increasing amount of plastic in the mixture,while the yields of gas and tar decrease;and a little admixture of plastic will promote the production of gas and tar.Kinetic studies indicate that in temperature range of 530–600°C,activation energies of lignite are higher than those of lignite/plastic blends,and as plastic mass ratio increases from 0%to 10%,samples need less energy to be decomposed during co-pyrolysis.Qian Chunmei Zhou Min Wei Jianghong Ye Puhai Yang Xu 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,1:4

12Core-shell lipid-polymer nanoparticles as a promising ocular drug delivery system to treat glaucoma显示文摘Nowadays,tremendous researches have been focused on the core-shell lipid-polymer nanoparticles(LPNs) due to the advantages of both liposomes and polymer nanoparticles.In this work,LPNs were applied to encapsulate brinzolamide(Brz-LPNs) for achieving sustained drug release,improving drug corneal permeation and enhancing drug topical therapeutic effect.The structure of Brz-LPNs was composed of poly(lactic-co-glycolic) acid(PLGA) nanocore which encapsulated Brz(Brz-NPs) and lipid shell around the core.Brz-LPNs were prepared by a modified thin-film dispersion method.With the parameters optimization of Brz-LPNs,optimal Brz-LPNs showed an average particle size of151.23±1.64 nm with a high encapsulation efficiency(EE) of 86.7%±2.28%.The core-shell structure of Brz-LPNs were confirmed by transmission electronic microscopy(TEM).Fourier transformed infrared spectra(FTIR) analysis proved that Brz was successfully entrapped into Brz-LPNs.Brz-LPNs exhibited obvious sustained release of Brz,compared with AZOPT^■ and Brz-LPs.Furthermore,the corneal accumulative permeability of Brz-LPNs significantly increased compared to the commercial available formulation(AZOPT^■) in vitro.Moreover,Brz-LPNs(1 mg/mL Brz) showed a more sustained and effective intraocular pressure(IOP) reduction than Brz-LPs(1 mg/mL) and AZOPT^■(10 mg/mL Brz) in vivo.In conclusion,Brz-LPNs,as promising ocular drug delivery systems,are well worth developing in the future for glaucoma treatment.Yang Zhou Aiping Fang Fazhan Wang Huili Li Quansheng Jin Lingjing Huang Chunmei Fu Jun Zeng Zhaohui Jin Xiangrong Song 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,2:3
13Neuronal tolerance to hypoxia-ischemia through recombinant adeno-associated viral vectors expressing neuronal and inducible nitric oxide synthase An in vivo study显示文摘BACKGROUND: Studies have confirmed that neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) mediates neurotoxic effects during the early stages of hypoxia-ischemia,while inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) mediates delayed neurotoxicity during advanced stages of hypoxia-ischemia. OBJECTIVE: This study was designed to observe neuronal apoptosis and the expressions of nNOS,iNOS,p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK),and caspase-3 mRNA following transfection of recombinant adeno-associated viral vectors separately expressing nNOS and iNOS antisense (rAAV-AsnNOS and rAVV-AsiNOS,respectively) into rat brains subjected to cerebral ischemia; to analyze mechanisms underlying elevated neuronal tolerance to hypoxia-ischemia. DESIGN: A randomized controlled in vivo experiment. SETTING: Fujian Institute of Neurosurgery & Department of Neurosurgery,Union Hospital,Fujian Medical University. MATERIALS: Eighty healthy adult male Sprague Dawley rats of clean grade were provided by the Zhejiang Laboratory Animal Center,China. The protocol was performed in accordance with ethical guidelines for the use and care of animals. The following vectors,rAAV-AsnNOS,rAAV-AsiNOS,and rAAV expressing the β-galactosidase gene (rAAV-LacZ),were successfully constructed by Fujian Institute of Neurosurgery. Rabbit anti-mouse nitrotyrosine (NT) monoclonal antibody (Zhongshan Jinqiao Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.,Beijing,China) and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) kit (two-step method) (Promega Company,USA) were used in this study. METHODS: This study was performed at the Fujian Institute of Neurosurgery in December 2003. Sixty rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 20 rats in each group: rAAV-AsnNOS group,rAAV-AsiNOS group,and rAAV-LacZ group. The remaining 20 rats served as controls. Pre-treated viral vectors (rAAV-AsnNOS,rAAV-AsiNOS,and rAAV-LacZ,respectively; each 50 μL,virus titer of 2×109 viral particles/mL) were transfected into the cerebral cortex of the targeted. Phosphate buffer saline (50 μL) was perfused identically into the rat cerebral cortex of the control group. All rats were subjected to cerebral ischemia by occluding the right middle cerebral artery with suture. Five time points (0,1,6,24,72 hours of ischemia,4 rats for each time point) were allotted to each group. Ischemic brain tissue specimens were prepared for index measurement. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The percentage of NT-positive cells and apoptotic cells in the rat ischemic brain tissue specimens were measured by flow cytometry. The expressions of nNOS,iNOS,p38MAPK,and caspase-3 mRNA were measured by RT-PCR. RESULTS: During the early stages of ischemia (at 1 and 6 hours) with rAAV-AsnNOS transfection,the percentage of NT-positive cells,apoptotic cells,and the expressions of nNOS,p38MAPK and caspase-3 mRNA in the brain nerve cells were remarkably reduced compared to the control,rAAV-LacZ,and rAAV-AsiNOS groups. During the advanced stages of ischemia (at 24 and 72 hours) with rAAV-AsiNOS transfection,the above-mentioned indices were significantly reduced compared to control,rAAV-LacZ,and rAAV-AsnNOS groups. CONCLUSION: Following rAAV transfection,neuronal cells resisted ischemic injury in the MCAO ischemic rat model. Neurons transfected with rAAV-AsnNOS inhibited expression of nNOS,p38MAPK,and caspase-3 during the early stages of ischemia,and those transfected by rAAV-AsiNOS inhibited above-mentioned index expression during the advanced stages of ischemia. 14Observations and analysis of environment and acoustic field changed by the passage of typhoon Damrey in the Yellow Sea in 2012显示文摘In order to investigate the environment and acoustic filed change induced by typhoon in shallow sea, we conducted two experiments just before and after the passage of typhoon Damrey, which is the strongest to affect the area north of the Yangtze River since 1949, in the Yellow sea in 2012. The data show that the temperature of the whole water column increases dramatically except the sea surface layer after the passage of Damrey while the salinity decreases obviously. The thermocline deepens and weakens, which leads to a change of internal wave activity. The transmission losses(TL) of the two experiments show that the environment change induced by typhoon can increase the TL as large as 8 d B at a distance of 9.2 km and depth of 15 m. The scintillation index(SI) of the sound intensity is simulated to estimate the change of the effect of internal wave activity on acoustic field showing that the SI decreases to a half after the typhoon's passage. The normal mode structures of the two experiments are also significantly different due to the thermocline changes. 15Application of Human Adenovirus Genotyping by Phylogenetic Analysis in an Outbreak to Identify Nosocomial Infection显示文摘Nosocomial infections are common in pediatric patients and can be fatal in infants and immunocompromised patients. In September 2018, a high positive rate of human adenovirus HAdV was occurred among hospitalized children in the Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Institute of Paediatrics in Beijing. To investigate whether this outbreak of HAdV was related to nosocomial infections or the result of community infections, we collected respiratory specimens from patients with acute respiratory infections in a respiratory ward during June to December 2018, and screened for respiratory viruses. Among 1,840 cases included, 95(5.2%, 95/1840) were positive for HAdV and 81 were genotyped based on phylogenetic analysis, including seven as HAdV-1(8.6%), 30 HAdV-3(37.0%), two HAdV-6(2.5%), and 42 HAdV-7(51.9%). More HAdV-positive samples were collected in August(4.7%, 12/255), September(15.0%, 41/274) and October(6.9%, 17/247), with a peak in September 2018. By combining the results of HAdV phylogenetic analysis with clinical data of patients, there were 77 cases(4.2%, 77/1840;81.1%, 77/95) excluded from nosocomial infections, eight cases representing possible infections transmitted by visitors or attending parents, three cases without sequences that might have been due to infection transmitted by roommates positive for HAdV, one case of a roommate without an HAdV sequence, and six cases that shared highly homologous sequences with those of their roommates, for which nosocomial infections might be considered. 17Rock Mass Characteristics in Beishan,A Preselected Area for China's High-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal显示文摘Geological and hydrological characteristics, joint geometric features, rock physical and mechanical properties and rock mass quality are studied in the Beishan area, preselected for China5 s high-level radioactive waste(HLW) disposal engineering. A comprehensive survey method is developed to study joint geometric features in the outcrop and samples from borehole BS06 into the Xinchang rock mass were tested. The optimal joint sets are determined by rose diagrams and equal-area lower hemisphere plots of joint poles. Results show that: 1) the distribution of joint occurrence obeys a normal distribution, while the distribution of joint spacing obeys a negative exponential distribution; 2) concentric circular and tangent circular sampling windows are applied to study the trace length and the trace midpoint density. Results indicate that tangent circular sampling window is more stable and reasonable; 3) Beishan granite shows high density, low porosity and high strength based on many laboratory tests and the physical properties and mechanical properties are closely related; and4) a synthesis index, Joint Structure Rating(JSR), is applied to evaluate the quality of rock mass. 18Analysis and comparison between two coupled-mode methods for acoustic propagation in range-dependent waveguides显示文摘Two coupled-mode methods,namely DGMCM(Direct-Global-Matrix CoupledMode Method)and CCMM(Consistent Coupled-Mode Method),are analyzed and compared.First,both of these two methods provide two-way solutions,and hence they are accurate models.Second、the series of local vertical modes in DGMCM converges as fast as that in CCMM,whereas DGMCM has a more tolerable requirement of the number of segments than CCMM.Third,these two models obtain the field solution by solving the coupled-mode system with different coefficient matrices,in which the computational etfort for the required parameters is almost the same.Finally,DGMCM can handle some problems which are difficult for CCMM,such as in a waveguide with a rough bottom,a line source located right on top of a sloping bottom,or in the presence of multiple sources.In DGMCM,closed-form expressions for coupling matrices in a two-layer waveguide are given.In addition.the formulation for the line-source problem in plane geometry is derived to update CCMM.QIN Jixing LUO Wenyu ZHANG Renhe YANG Chunmei 2014Chinese Journal of Acoustics2014,33,1:2
19Identification and Analysis of Human Sex-biased MicroRNAs显示文摘Sex differences are widely observed under various circumstances ranging from physiological processes to therapeutic responses, and a myriad of sex-biased genes have been identified. In recent years, transcriptomic datasets of microRNAs(miRNAs), an important class of non-coding RNAs, become increasingly accessible. However, comprehensive analysis of sex difference in miRNA expression has not been performed. Here, we identified the differentially-expressed miRNAs between males and females by examining the transcriptomic datasets available in public databases and conducted a systemic analysis of their biological characteristics. Consequently, we identified 73 female-biased miRNAs(FmiRs) and 163 male-biased miRNAs(MmiRs) across four tissues including brain, colorectal mucosa, peripheral blood, and cord blood. Our results suggest that compared to FmiRs, MmiRs tend to be clustered in the human genome and exhibit higher evolutionary rate, higher expression tissue specificity, and lower disease spectrum width. In addition,functional enrichment analysis of miRNAs show that FmiR genes are significantly associated with metabolism process and cell cycle process, whereas MmiR genes tend to be enriched for functions like histone modification and circadian rhythm.
