| 1 | Malicious Code Modeling and Analysis in Weighted Scale-Free Networks显示文摘We study the detailed malicious code propagating process in scale-free networks with link weights that denotes traffic between two nodes. It is found that the propagating velocity reaches a peak rapidly then decays in a power-law form, which is different from the well-known result in unweighted network case. Simulation results show that the nodes with larger strength are preferential to be infected, but the hierarchical dynamics are not clearly found. The simulation results also show that larger disper- sion of weight of networks leads to slower propagating, which indicates that malicious code propagates more quickly in unweighted scale-free net- works than in weighted scale-free networks under the same condition. | 2 | Switching mechanism and optimisation research on a pressure-attitude adaptive adjusting coal seam water jet slotter显示文摘To investigate the attitude-switching mechanisms of existing jet slotters,which integrate drilling,punching and slotting operations,and to improve its fracture ability,we used the power bond diagram theory to analyse the dynamic flow pressure,and force of slotters.A mathematical model was developed for the dynamic characteristics of slotter systems.Furthermore,to study the effect of the main characteristic parameters on the ability of the nozzle to erode sandstone,multi-orthogonal experiments were carried out.And the optimised slots were applied in later practical operations.The research results show that the inlet fluid passed through the time-varying orifice to generate pressure differential thrust,which overcame the spring force,pushed the valve core to open the side nozzle,and closed the rear cavity channel thereby realising the switch of the slotter attitude.An optimal plan was established to balance the diameter,depth,and volume of punching,and a rock-breaking plan was developed for the slotter.Subsequently,the optimised water jet slotter was practically used in coal seam gas drainage.Compared with conventional dense drilling,water jet slotting technology significantly improves the ability,efficiency,and effect of increasing the permeability of the coal seam. | Yiyu Lu Yangkai Zhang Jiren Tang Qi Yao | 2022 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,6: | 1 |

| 4 | Titanium carbide nanosheets with defect structure for photothermal-enhanced sonodynamic therapy显示文摘Sonodynamic therapy(SDT)has attracted widespread interest in biomedicine,owing to its novel and noninvasive therapeutic method triggered by ultrasound(US).Herein,the Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene nanosheets(Ti_(3)C_(2) NSs)are developed as good sonosensitizers via a two-step method of chemical exfoliation and high-temperature treatment.With the high-temperature treatment,the oxygen defect of Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene nanosheets(H-Ti_(3)C_(2) NSs)is greatly increased.Therefore,the electron(e^(-))and hole(h^(+))generated by US can be separated faster due to the improved degree of oxidation,and then the recombination of e^(-)-h^(+)can be prevented with the abundant oxygen defect under US irradiation,which induced the sonodynamic efficiency greatly to improve around 3.7-fold compared with Ti_(3)C_(2) NSs without high-temperature treatment.After PEGylation,the H-Ti_(3)C_(2)-PEG NSs show good stability and biocompatibility.In vitro studies exhibit that the inherent property of mild photothermal effect can promote the endocytosis of H-Ti_(3)C_(2)-PEG NSs,which can improve the SDT efficacy.In vivo studies further display that the increased blood supply by the mild photothermal effect can significantly relieve hypoxia in the tumor microenvironment,showing photothermal therapy(PTT)enhanced SDT.Most importantly,the H-Ti_(3)C_(2)-PEG NSs can be biodegraded and excreted out of the body,showing no significant long-term toxicity.Our work develops the defective H-Ti_(3)C_(2) NSs as high-efficiency and safe sonosensitizers for photothermal-enhanced SDT of cancer,extending the biomedical application of MXene-based nanoplatforms. | Guangqiang Li Xiaoyan Zhong Xianwen Wang Fei Gong Huali Lei Yangkai Zhou Chengfei Li Zhidong Xiao Guoxi Ren Liang Zhang Zhiqiang Dong Zhuang Liu Liang Cheng | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,2: | 1 |
| 5 | Aldosterone dysregulation predicts the risk of mortality and rehospitalization in heart failure with a preserved ejection fraction显示文摘Serum aldosterone is associated with cardiac remodeling,which contributes to morbidity and mortality in heart failure(HF);however,the prognostic value of aldosterone in HF with a preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)is unclear.We used liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to quantify serum aldosterone in 873 patients with HFpEF in a Registry Study of Biomarkers for HF.The retrospective study was conducted at Beijing Anzhen Hospital from May 2017 to October 2019.The primary endpoint was a composite of all-cause mortality and rehospitalization for HF.Aldosterone concentrations in patients with and without events were 124.22 pmol L^(-1)(interquartile range(IQR):48.62–256.20)and 96.33 pmol L^(-1)(IQR:37.33–215.76),respectively(P=0.023).Aldosterone independently predicted all-cause mortality(adjusted hazard ratio(aHR),1.55;95%confidence interval(95%CI),1.06–2.27;P=0.024)and the primary endpoint(a HR,1.43;95%CI,1.11–1.85;P=0.006).Patients with high aldosterone concentrations were at higher risk of concentric remodeling(adjusted odds ratio(aOR),1.45;95%CI,1.03–2.04;P=0.034).Patients with high aldosterone and B-type natriuretic peptide concentrations were at a higher risk of the primary endpoint(hazard ratio(HR),1.85;95%CI,1.29–2.66;P=0.001).We conclude that elevated aldosterone is associated with a risk of rehospitalization with HF and all-cause mortality in patients with HFpEF. | Bingbing Ke Xin Tan Lu Ren Yangkai Fan Yixin Zhang Fengjuan Li Qiqi Sun Tong Liu Lixin Jia Yuan Wang Jie Du | 2022 | Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,3: | 1 |

| 7 | Formation Principle and Characteristics of Self‑Supercharging Pulsed Water Jet显示文摘High-pressure pulsed water jet technology has considerable development potential in the field of rock fragmentation.To overcome the shortcomings of existing pulsed jets,a self-supercharging pulsed water jet(SSPWJ)generation method is proposed,which is based on the theory of the pulsed water jet and the principle of hydraulic boosting.The proposed method changes the flow direction of the fluid medium through the valve core to make the piston reciprocate in the cylinder and relies on the effective area difference between the front and rear chambers in the stroke stage of the piston to realize the organic combination of“pulse”and“supercharging”of the jet,thus forming an SSPWJ.On the basis of the formation principle of the SSPWJ,a SSPWJ testing platform was constructed,and tests were performed on the jet pressure acquisition,morphology capture,and granite erosion.Both the jet pressure and the jet morphology exhibited periodic changes,and a higher pulse pressure was obtained at lower inlet pressure.The error of the pressure ratio calculated according to the experimental results was<3%relative to the theoretical design value,confirming the feasibility of the method.The pulse pressure and pulse frequency are controllable;that is,as the inlet flow rate increases in the stroke stage of the piston,the pulse pressure and pulse frequency increase,and the pulse duration decreases.As the inlet flow rate increases in the backward-stroke stage of the piston,the pulse frequency increases,and the pulse pressure and pulse duration remain unchanged.Under the combined action of the waterhammer pressure,high-speed lateral flow,and high-frequency dynamic load of the SSPWJ,local flaky exfoliation was observed when the granite surface was eroded.The results of this study lay the foundation for enriching the theory of pulsed jet generation and expanding its application range. | Zhaolong Ge Yuanfei Ling Jiren Tang Yiyu Lu Yangkai Zhang Lei Wang Qi Yao | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,3: | 0 |
| 8 | Improving anti-Gram-positive-bacterial performance and osteogenesis for zinc alloy via mussel mimetic polydopamine with non-antibiotic lysozyme and parathyroid hormone显示文摘In this work,a novel coating with a non-antibiotic agent for inhibiting Gram-positive bacteria and promoting osteogenesis was prepared on zinc-aluminium alloy(ZA6-1)via mussel mimetic polydopamine(PDA)containing lysozyme(LYS)and parathyroid hormone(PTH).The results indicate that as-deposited coatings can efficiently decrease the degradation rate of ZA6-1 from 0.52 to 0.16 mm/year,and the addition of LYS weakens the coating resistance,while the addition of PTH enhances the coating resis-tance.In spite that no obvious inhibition of Escherichia coli is observed,the coated zinc alloys show good in vitro antibacterial performance against Staphylococcus aureus.Compared with ZA6-1 zinc alloys,the increase of antibacterial efficacy reaches 86.9%-90.1%.Furthermore,the lower hydrophilicity(26.4°),higher osteoblast cell viability(>100%),good osteoblast cell morphology and better osteoblast cell differentiation(ALP=107.7%)for PDA-LYS/PTH coated samples support that as-prepared coating is promising for modifying biodegradable zinc implants. | Deren Zhao Tianhao Chen Jinqian Chen Banglun Huang Jihua Nie Hulin Liu Yangkai Liu Zilin Chen Feng Zou Qiqi Lu Xiaodong Tan Yunjie Xiang Jing Li Yongping Zhang Xue Feng Xi Rao | 2023 | Biosurface and Biotribology2023,9,4: | 0 |
