9Machine learning-based crop recognition from aerial remote sensing imagery显示文摘Timely and accurate acquisition of crop distribution and planting area information is important for making agricultural planning and management decisions.This study employed aerial imagery as a data source and machine learning as a classification tool to statically and dynamically identify crops over an agricultural cropping area.Comparative analysis of pixel-based and object-based classifications was performed and classification results were further refined based on three types of object features(layer spectral,geometry,and texture).Static recognition using layer spectral features had the highest accuracy of 75.4%in object-based classification,and dynamic recognition had the highest accuracy of 88.0%in object-based classification based on layer spectral and geometry features.Dynamic identification could not only attenuate the effects of variations on planting dates and plant growth conditions on the results,but also amplify the differences between different features.Object-based classification produced better results than pixel-based classification,and the three feature sets(layer spectral alone,layer spectral and geometry,and all three)resulted in only small differences in accuracy in object-based classification.Dynamic recognition combined with objectbased classification using layer spectral and geometry features could effectively improve crop classification accuracy with high resolution aerial imagery.The methodologies and results from this study should provide practical guidance for crop identification and other agricultural mapping applications.Yanqin TIAN Chenghai YANG Wenjiang HUANG Jia TANG Xingrong LI Qing ZHANG 2021Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,1:0
10Dissociation behavior of (CH_4+C_2H_4) hydrate in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate显示文摘Separation of a mixture of CH4+C2H4 gas by forming hydrate in ethylene production has become of interest,and the dissociation behavior of(CH4+C2H4) hydrate is of great importance for this process. The hydrate formation rate could be increased by adding a small amount of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) into water. In this work,the kinetic data of CH4(18.5 mol%) +C2H4(81.5 mol%) hydrate decomposition in the presence of 1000 mg·L-1 SDS at different temperatures and pressures were measured with the depressurizing method using a sapphire cell apparatus. The experimental results show that the dissociation rate of(CH4+C2H4) mixed gas hydrate was large at high temperature and low pressure,and temperature had great influence on the dissociation rate at high pressure. A kinetic model for hydrate dissociation was proposed and the calculated results from the kinetic model were in good agreement with the experimental data. The activation energy for dissociation of the(CH4+C2H4) mixed gas hydrate was determined to be 43.9 kJ·mol-1,which is lower than that of methane(81.0 kJ·mol-1) and ethane(104.0 kJ·mol-1) hydrate in water(Clarke and Bishnoi,2004) . As the similar molecular dimensions between ethane and ethylene,the close activation energy need to be provided for ethylene hydrate dissociation. 11Satellite Navigation Method Based on High-Speed Frequency Hopping Signal显示文摘Global navigation satellite system has been widely used,but it is vulnerable to jamming.In military satellite communications,frequency hopping(FH)signal is usually used for anti-jamming communications.If the FH signal can be used in satellite navigation,the anti-jamming ability of satellite navigation can be improved.Although a recently proposed timefrequency matrix ranging method(TFMR)can use FH signals to realize pseudorange measurement,it cannot transmit navigation messages using the ranging signal which is crucial for satellite navigation.In this article,we propose dual-tone binary frequency shift keyingbased TFMR(DBFSK-TFMR).DBFSK-TFMR designs an extended time-frequency matrix(ETFM)and its generation algorithm,which can use the frequency differences in different dual-tone signals in ETFM to modulate data and eliminate the negative impact of data modulation on pseudorange measurement.Using ETFM,DBFSK-TFMR not only realizes the navigation message transmission but also ensures the precision and unambiguous measurement range of pseudorange measurement.DBFSK-TFMR can be used as an integrated solution for anti-jamming communication and navigation based on FH signals.Simulation results show that DBFSK-TFMR has almost the same ranging performance as TFMR.En Yuan Peng Liu Weiwei Chen Rui Wang Bing Xu Wenyu Zhang Yanqin Tang 2023China Communications2023,20,7:0
12Actin nucleator formins regulate the tension-buffering function of caveolin-1显示文摘Both the mechanosensitive actin cytoskeleton and caveolae contribute to active processes such as cell migration,morphogenesis,and vesicular trafficking.Although distinct actin components are well studied,how they contribute to cytoplasmic caveolae,especially in the context of mechano-stress,has remained elusive.Here,we identify two actin-associated mobility stereotypes of caveolin-1(CAV-1)-marked intracellular vesicles,which are characterized as‘dwelling’and‘go and dwelling’.In order to exploit the reason for their distinct dynamics,elongated actin-associated formin functions are perturbed.We find drastically decreased density,increased clustering,and compromised motility of cytoplasmic CAV-1 vesicles resulting from lacking actin nucleator formins by both chemical treatment and RNA silencing of formin genes.Furthermore,hypo-osmosis-stimulated diminishing of CAV-1 is dramatically intensified upon blocking formins.The clustering of CAV-1 vesicles when cells are cultured on soft substrate is also aggravated under formin inhibition condition.Together,we reveal that actin-associated formins are essential for maintaining the dynamic organization of cytoplasmic CAV-1 and importantly its sensitivity upon mechanical challenge.We conclude that tension-controlled actin formins act as a safety valve dampening excessive tension on CAV-1 and safeguarding CAV-1 against mechanical damage.Xuemeng Shi Daijiao Tang Yifan Xing Shuangshuang Zhao Changyuan Fan Jin Zhong Yanqin Cui Kun Shi Yaming Jiu 2021Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2021,13,12:0
