| 1 | The Genetic Architecture of Flowering Time and Photoperiod Sensitivity in Maize as Revealed by QTL Review and Meta Analysis显示文摘The control of flowering is not only important for reproduction,but also plays a key role in the processes of domestication and adaptation.To reveal the genetic architecture for flowering time and photoperiod sensitivity,a comprehensive evaluation of the relevant literature was performed and followed by meta analysis.A total of 25 synthetic consensus quantitative trait loci(QTL)and four hot-spot genomic regions were identified for photoperiod sensitivity including 11 genes related to photoperiod response or flower morphogenesis and development.Besides,a comparative analysis of the QTL for flowering time and photoperiod sensitivity highlighted the regions containing shared and unique QTL for the two traits.Candidate genes associated with maize flowering were identified through integrated analysis of the homologous genes for flowering time in plants and the consensus QTL regions for photoperiod sensitivity in maize(Zea mays L.).Our results suggest that the combination of literature review,meta-analysis and homologous blast is an efficient approach to identify new candidate genes and create a global view of the genetic architecture for maize photoperiodic flowering.Sequences of candidate genes can be used to develop molecular markers for various models of marker-assisted selection,such as marker-assisted recurrent selection and genomic selection that can contribute significantly to crop environmental adaptation. | Jie Xu Yaxi Liu Jian Liu Moju Cao Jing Wang Hai Lan Yunbi Xu Yanli Lu Guangtang Pan Tingzhao Rong | 2012 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2012,54,6: | 14 |

| 3 | The Coix Genome Provides Insights into Panicoideae Evolution and Papery Hull Domestication显示文摘Coix is a grass crop domesticated as early as the Neolithic era.It is still widely cultivated for both highly nutritional food and medicinal use.However,the genetic study and breeding of this crop are hindered by the lack of a sequenced genome.Here,we report de novo sequencing and assembly of the 1619-Mb genome of Coix,and annotation of 75.39%repeats and 39629 protein-coding genes.Comparative genomics analysis showed that Coix is more closely related to sorghum than maize,but intriguingly only Coix and maize had a recent genome duplication event,which was not detected in sorghum.We further constructed a genetic map and mapped several important traits,especially the strength of hull.Selection of papery hull(thin:easy dehulling)from the stony hull(thick:difficult dehulling)in wild progenitors was a key step in Coix domestication.The papery hull makes seed easier to process and germinate.Anatomic and global transcriptome analysis revealed that the papery hull is a result of inhibition of cell division and wall biogenesis.We also successfully demonstrated that seed hull pressure resistance is controlled by two major quantitative trait loci(QTLs),which are associated with hull thickness and color,respectively.The two QTLs were further fine mapped within intervals of 250 kb and 146 kb,respectively.These resources provide a platform for evolutionary studies and will facilitate molecular breeding of this important crop. | Chao Guo Yanan Wang Aiguo Yang Jun He Chaowen Xiao Shanhua Lv Fengming Han Yibing Yuan Yuan Yuan Xiaolong Dong Juan Guo YawenYang-Hailan Liu Ningzhi Zuo Yaxi Hu Kangxu Zhao Zhengbo Jiang Xing Wang Tingting Jiang Yaou Sherf Moju Cao Yuan Wang Zhaobo Long Tingzhao Rong Luqi Huang Shufeng Zhou | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,2: | 11 |

| 5 | 新辅助放化疗加直肠癌切除术后外科切缘的放射性损伤:吻合口漏的预判线索显示文摘背景:对于直肠癌切除术后吻合口状态及其对吻合口漏的影响,目前鲜有研究报道。本研究旨在分析新辅助放化疗+直肠前切除术后外科切缘可能受到的放射性损伤,以及其与吻合口漏发生的关系。方法:回顾性纳入2014-2015年间连续收治的161例直肠前切除手术患者,包括行新辅助放化疗、单纯新辅助化疗或未行术前新辅助治疗者。采用一种专门的组织病理学评分和黏膜下层微血管密度,来对手术切缘标本进行评估。采用倾向评分匹配方法来平衡基线资料。分析吻合口漏与组织病理学特征的相关性。结果:54例新辅助放化疗患者中13例术后发生吻合口漏,48例新辅助化疗患者中5例术后发生吻合口漏,而59例未行新辅助治疗的患者中有7例出现术后吻合口漏。倾向评分匹配后,新辅助放化疗、新辅助化疗和未行新辅助治疗三组患者近切缘组织病理评分中位数(范围)分别为3(0-8)、0(0-3)和0(0-2)(P<0.001),远切缘组织病理评分分别为4(2-9)、0(0-4)和0(0-3)(P<0.001);近切缘微血管密度平均数(标准差)分别为21.7(7.9)、27.2(8.6)和27.3(9.4)(P=0.003),远切缘微血管密度分别为18.1(9.3)、25.2(12.9)和24.9(7.4)(P<0.001)。在新辅助放化疗患者中,吻合口漏的发生与组织病理学评分增高(P=0.003)及微血管密度减少(P=0.004)密切相关。结论:新辅助放化疗后,直肠癌切除术的外科切缘存在一定程度的放射性损伤。近切缘放射性损伤越严重,吻合口漏发生概率越高。 | Qiyuan Qin Yaxi Zhu Peihuang Wu Xinjuan Fan Yan Huang Binjie Huang Jianping Wang Lei Wang | 2019 | Gastroenterology Report2019,7,2: | 5 |
| 6 | QTL mapping for grain number per spikelet in wheat using a high-density genetic map显示文摘Grain number per spikelet (GNS) is a key determinant of grain yield in wheat.A recombinant inbred line population comprising 300 lines was developed from a cross between a high GNS variety H461 and Chinese Spring from which the reference genome assembly of bread wheat was obtained.Both parents and the recombinant inbred lines were genotyped using the wheat 55K single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) array.A high-density genetic map containing 21,197 SNPs was obtained.These markers covered each of the 21 chromosomes with a total linkage distance of 3792.71 c M.Locations of these markers in this linkage map were highly consistent with their physical locations in the genome assembly of Chinese Spring.The two parents and the whole RIL population were assessed for GNS in two consecutive years at two different locations.Based on multi-environment phenotype data and best liner unbiased prediction values,three quantitative trait loci (QTL) for GNS were identified.One of them located on chromosomes 2B and the other two on 2D.Phenotypic variation explained by these loci varied from 3.07%to26.57%.One of these QTL,QGns.sicau-2D-2,was identified in each of all trials conducted.Based on the best linear unbiased prediction values,this locus explained 19.59%–26.57%of phenotypic variation.A KASP(Kompetitive Allele-Specific PCR) marker closely linked with this locus was generated and used to validate the effects of this locus in three different genetic backgrounds.The identified QTL and the KASP marker developed for it will be highly valuable in fine-mapping the locus and in exploiting it for markerassisted selection in wheat breeding programs. | Yu Lin Xiaojun Jiang Haiyan Hu Kunyu Zhou Qing Wang Shifan Yu Xilan Yang Zhiqiang Wang Fangkun Wu Shihang Liu Caixia Li Mei Deng Jian Ma Guangdeng Chen Yuming Wei Youliang Zheng Yaxi Liu | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,5: | 4 |

| 8 | A New Method for Short Time Series Forecasting显示文摘We propose a procedure to forecast short time series with stable seasonal pattern.This new method is motivated by the observations that short time series arise in many situations for the fierce competition.The quantity to be predicted is a yearly accumulation assuming that the partially accumulated data within the year are available.A simple model is proposed to describe the relation-ship between the yearly accumulation and partial accumulation and analytic results are obtained for both the point prediction and the predicative distribution.A comparison will be conducted between this model and traditional time series forecasting model with data from telecommunication industry. This method works better than the traditional models when only small amount of data are available. | 17 | A core-satellite structured type Ⅱ heterojunction photocatalyst with enhanced CO_(2) reduction under visible light显示文摘Photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide into valuable chemicals is a sustainable and promising technology that alleviates the greenhouse effect and energy crisis.In this study,the Mn_(3)O_(4)/FeNbO_(4) type Ⅱ heterojunction photocatalyst with a core-satellite structure was synthesized by the facile soft chemical method.The formation of a nano-heterojunction is supposed to effectively improve light capture,charge transfer,and interfacial charge separation in the photochemical reaction.Meanwhile,the heterojunction has a good ability to capture and activate CO_(2).Our results show that the prepared Mn_(3)O_(4)/FeNbO_(4) photocatalyst exhibit obvious enhanced catalytic properties in the photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction,where the CH_(4) yielding rate is 1.96 and 9.81 times those of FeNbO_(4) and Mn_(3)O_(4),respectively.The transient photovoltage test(TPV)shows that the low frequency electrons are crucial to the effective transfer of photogenerated electrons and holes in the Mn_(3)O_(4)/FeNbO_(4) nano heterojunctions.Analysis of in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)verifies the effective CO_(2) adsorption on the Mn_(3)O_(4)/FeNbO_(4) surface and the high selectivity of CH_(4) products.These properties of the Mn_(3)O_(4)/FeNbO_(4) photocatalyst infer its broad prospects in the fields of carbon fixation and energy conservation. | Yuanyuan Cheng Yixian Liu Yunliang Liu Yaxi Li Ruqiang Wu Yongchao Du Najmeh Askari Naiyun Liu Fen Qiao Chenghua Sun Zhenhui Kang Haitao Li | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 1 |
