6Intelligent decision-making method of TBM operating parameters based on multiple constraints and objective optimization显示文摘The decision-making method of tunnel boring machine(TBM)operating parameters has a significant guiding significance for TBM safe and efficient construction,and it has been one of the TBM tunneling research hotspots.For this purpose,this paper introduces an intelligent decision-making method of TBM operating parameters based on multiple constraints and objective optimization.First,linear cutting tests and numerical simulations are used to investigate the physical rules between different cutting parameters(penetration,cutter spacing,etc.)and rock compressive strength.Second,a dual-driven mapping of rock parameters and TBM operating parameters based on data mining and physical rules of rock breaking is established with high accuracy by combining rock-breaking rules and deep neural networks(DNNs).The decision-making method is established by dual-driven mapping,using the effective rock-breaking capacity and the rated value of mechanical parameters as constraints and the total excavation cost as the optimization objective.The best operational parameters can be obtained by searching for the revolutions per minute and penetration that correspond to the extremum of the constrained objective function.The practicability and effectiveness of the developed decision-making model is verified in the SecondWater Source Channel of Hangzhou,China,resulting in the average penetration rate increasing by 11.3%and the total cost decreasing by 10%.Bin Liu Jiwen Wang Ruirui Wang Yaxu Wang Guangzu Zhao 2023Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2023,15,11:0
7Internal Reference Gene Selection for Quantitative Real-Time RT-PCR Normalization in Potato Tissues显示文摘Quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)is widely used for investigating gene expression patterns and has many advantages,including its high sensitivity,fidelity,and specificity.Selecting a satisfactory internal reference gene is crucial for obtaining precise gene expression results in qRT-PCR analyses.In this study,the transcriptomic data of 2 potato varieties were screened for housekeeping genes with stable expression patterns.A total of 77 putative genes were selected,which were highly and stably expressed.Then,qRT-PCR analyses were performed to examine the expression levels of these 77 candidate reference genes in various potato tissues,including leaves,flowers,stolons,and tubers.Gene expression was represented by analyzing the Ct values at given threshold.Through geNorm and NormFinder program analyses,10 candidate genes with the most stable expression patterns were obtained,including RPL19,RPS15,RPS9,EF1α,TrxP1,RPS8,NTF,CAM,AACM,and RPS28.Moreover,through the comprehensive analyses of 4 statistical algorithms(i.e.,geNorm,NormFinder,BestKeeper,and RefFinder),results indicated that the most appropriate internal reference genes were RPL19 and EF1α.The obtained stable reference genes will contribute to future qRT-PCR analyses on potato tissue-related gene expression.Gang Li Yao Zhou Yaqi Zhao Yaxue Liu Yuwei Ke Xiaoqing Jin Haoli Ma 2020Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,2:0
8Fuzzy identification of nonlinear dynamic system based on selection of important input variables显示文摘Input variables selection(IVS) is proved to be pivotal in nonlinear dynamic system modeling. In order to optimize the model of the nonlinear dynamic system, a fuzzy modeling method for determining the premise structure by selecting important inputs of the system is studied. Firstly, a simplified two stage fuzzy curves method is proposed, which is employed to sort all possible inputs by their relevance with outputs, select the important input variables of the system and identify the structure.Secondly, in order to reduce the complexity of the model, the standard fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm and the recursive least squares algorithm are used to identify the premise parameters and conclusion parameters, respectively. Then, the effectiveness of IVS is verified by two well-known issues. Finally, the proposed identification method is applied to a realistic variable load pneumatic system. 9Bio-inspired multifunctional metallic glass显示文摘As a novel class of metallic materials, bulk metallic glasses(BMGs) have attracted a great deal of attention owing to their technological promise for practical engineering applications. In nature, biological materials exhibit inherent multifunctional integration, which provides some inspiration for scientists and engineers to construct multifunctional artificial materials. In this contribution, inspired by superhydrophobic self-cleaning lotus leaves, multifunctional bulk metallic glasses(BMG) materials have been fabricated through the thermoplastic forming-based process followed by the SiO_2/soot deposition. To mimic the microscale papillae of the lotus leaf, the BMG micropillar with a hemispherical top was first fabricated using micro-patterned silicon templates based on thermoplastic forming. The deposited randomly distributed SiO_2/soot nanostructures covered on BMG micropillars are similar to the branch-like nanostructures on papillae of the lotus leaf. Micro-nanoscale hierarchical structures endow BMG replica with superhydrophobicity, a low adhesion towards water, and self-cleaning, similar to the natural lotus leaf. Furthermore, on the basis of the observation of the morphology of BMG replica in the Si mould, the formation mechanism of BMG replica was proposed in this work.
