1Enhanced bioactivity and interfacial bonding strength of Ti3Zr2Sn3Mo25Nb alloy through graded porosity and surface bioactivation显示文摘The gradient porous Ti3Zr2Sn3Mo25Nb(TLM)alloy rods were fabricated through sintering the alloyed powder to a solid core.The porous sample was then modified by a Micro Arc Oxidation(MAO)treatment in an electrolyte containing calcium and phosphate,a hydrothermal treatment enabled secondary microporous hydroxyapatite(HA)coating,and a further bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)loading treatment through immersion and freeze-drying.The treatment led to an orderly secondary microporous coating containing HA nano-particles and evenly distributed BMP-2 in the porous coatings.As a result,osteoblasts could adhere and grow well on the coatings with a high cell adhesion rate and cell functional activity.The in-situ shear testing indicated that the interfacial strength had been enhanced significantly.Improvement of the bond formation and osseointegration with the titanium implant is attributed to increased surface area for the cell to attach,creating voids for the cell to grow in,and activating titanium surface by introducing bioactive ingredients such as HA and BMP-2.Sen Yu Zhe Yu Dagang Guo Hui Zhu Minghua Zhang Jianye Han Zhentao Yu Yemin Cao Gui Wang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,5:3
2Rare earth doping effects on superconducting properties of MgB_2:A review显示文摘Rare earth(RE) elements and their compounds have been doped into MgB_2 since the discovery of the superconductivity of MgB_2. The doping effects of RE elements and RE compounds are summarized in terms of different doping methods and the accompanying variations in the superconducting transition temperature, upper critical field, irreversibility field, and critical current density(Jc). Conclusions are drawn on the doping mechanisms to demonstrate the possibility of improvement of Jcin the future. REBy phase inclusions are observed in MgB_2 as nano-pinning centers with significant enhancement of Jcin MgB_2 doped with Y, La, Dy, Ho, Nd, etc. Furthermore, some REs with larger magnetic moments will provide more efficient flux pinning centers with larger pinning forces, which is different with the doping effects and mechanism of ferromagnetic transition metals in MgB_2. 3Electrochemical Aptasensor Based on Prussian Blue-Chitosan-Glutaraldehyde for the Sensitive Determination of Tetracycline显示文摘In this paper, a novel and sensitive electrochemical aptasensor for detecting tetracycline(TET)with prussian blue(PB) as the label-free signal was fabricated. A PB-chitosan-glutaraldehyde(PB-CS-GA)system acting as the signal indicator was developed to improve the sensitivity of the electrochemical aptasensor.Firstly, the PB-CS-GA was fixed onto the glass carbon electrode surface. Then, colloidal gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) were droped onto the electrode to immobilize the anti-TET aptamer for preparation of the aptasensor.The stepwise assembly process of the aptasensor was characterized by cyclic voltammetry(C-V) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The target TET captured onto the electrode induced the current response of the electrode due to the non-conducting biomoleculars. Under the optimum operating conditions, the response of differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) was used for detecting the concentration of TET. The proposed aptasensor showed a high sensitivity and a wide linear range of 109-~ 105-M and 105-~ 102-M with the correlation coefficients of 0.994 and 0.992, respectively. The detection limit was 3.2×1010-M(RSD 4.12%). 9A 400MHz Single-Chip CMOS Transceiver for Long Range High Definition Video Transmission in UAV Application显示文摘A fully-integrated 400MHz transceiver for high definition video transmission in Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is presented.The transceiver integrates a Receiver(RX),a Transmitter(TX),a tunable multi-mode complex filter,two sigma-delta fractional-N PLL frequency synthesizers and some baseband calibration circuits,which is applicable for both Time division duplex(TDD)and Frequency division duplex(FDD)systems.In order to meet different data rate and sensitivity requirements for control signal and video signal transmission,the transceiver supports BPSK/QPSK/QAM modulation.The receiver sensitivity is–75dBm and the transmitter provides emission power up to 12dBm.Besides,the Error vector magnitude(EVM)of–35dB is measured under 64QAM modulation with 54Mbps data rate.Fabricated in a standard 130nm CMOS process and operated at 1.2V supply for most circuits excluding PA,3.3V supply for PA,the receiver and the transmitter consume 68.2mW and 164.3mW,including the frequency synthesizer,respectively.The total chip area with pads is 6.25 mm^2.HUANG Shuigen LIN Min WANG Ruoyu CHEN Zhuojun DONG Yemin 2020Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,3:1

11Photoluminescence from Ge-SiO_2 thin films and its mechanism显示文摘Ge-SiO2 thin films were deposited on p-type Si substrates using the radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering technique with a Ge-SiO2 composite target. Films were annealed in N2 ambience for 30 min at 300℃-1000℃ with an interval of 100℃. Through the X-ray diffraction, the average size of Ge nanocrystals (nc-Ge) was determined. They increased from 3.9 to 6.1 nm with increasing annealing temperature in the range of 600℃-1000℃. Under ultraviolet excitation, all samples emit a strong violet band centered at 396 nm. With the formation of nc-Ge, the samples exhibit another emission of orange band with the peak at 580 nm and its intensity increases with the increasing size of nc-Ge.The peak positions of two bands do not shift obviously. 12Reservoir inflow predicting model based on machine learning algorithm via multi-model fusion:A case study of Jinshuitan river basin显示文摘Flood prevention and disaster mitigation have a great impact on people's lives and properties,and so it is urgent to realise high-accuracy inflow predictions for flood early warning.To this end,a prediction model based on a machine learning algorithm via a multimodel combination method is proposed to predict the inflow of Jinshuitan reservoir.Firstly,a data formatting scheme called the‘hydrological regime profile’is designed for input data.The whole data set is partitioned into a low-flow subset and a high-flow subset.Considering the high dimensions of the complex input data,convolutional neural networks(CNN),EXtreme gradient Boosting model(XGBoost)and a partial least squares model(PLS)are used.In the CNN and XGBoost models,a special loss function weighted on inflow is designed to improve the performance on high-inflow predictions.Finally,a multi-model combination method is proposed to improve the prediction performance.Compared with XGBoost,CNN and PLS,the root mean square error of the combined model is reduced by 41.64%,72.29%and 3.41%,respectively.As a consequence,the combined model is able to predict the inflows with higher accuracy compared to the single models.Wei Zhang Hanyong Wang Yemin Lin Jianle Jin Wenjuan Liu Xiaolan An 2021IET Cyber-Systems and Robotics2021,3,3:1
13Rapid CO_(2)-laser scribing fabrication of an electrochemical sensor for the direct detection of Pb^(2+) and Cd^(2+)显示文摘Laser-induced graphene(LIG)is a highly promising preparation material for electrochemical sensors;however,its preparation speed and nanomaterial modification steps significantly limit its mass production.Herein,this study proposed a new laser printing strategy that considerably improved the preparation speed of LIG with excellent electrochemical performance.Using the optimal parameters(laser power of 1%,scribing spacing of 0.12 mm,scribing speed of 100 mm·s^(−1)),it took only 14.2 s to complete the preparation of the detection electrode.Thus,we successfully detected Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)without any toxic reagents or electrode modification steps.The limits of detection of the sensor were 0.914 and 0.916μg·L^(−1)for Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+),respectively,which are significantly lower than the required values for drinking-water quality,according to the World Health Organization guidelines.This study provides a novel approach for the rapid detection of heavy-metal ions.Guanglei Chu Yanyan Zhang Zhongrui Zhou Weixuan Zeng Dongfei Chen Siping Yu Jiemin Wang Yemin Guo Xia Sun Ming Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:1

15In-plane load measuring technique for the strength test of MEMS micro-cantilever显示文摘An in-plane load measuring technique is developed to perform the strength test of the micro-cantilever. Based on electromagnetism theorem, Micro UTM (Universal Testing Machine) was in-house made with the load range ±1 N and the displacement range ±300 μm. It applies an in-plane load on the free-end of the micro-cantilever. The load acts as a bending moment for the root of the cantilever, but as a torque for the anchor. The results show that for samples with different sizes the ultimate loads range from 1.3 to 69.8 mN and the calculated torque is ap-proximately proportional to the square of the bonding length. Two failure modes, fracture at the root of the cantilever and fracture at the anchor, are observed by micro examination to the debris, which indicates that there is a critical design to achieve the strength bal-ance between the cantilever and the anchor.
