1A comprehensive review of Energy Internet: basic concept,operation and planning methods, and research prospects显示文摘With the intensifying energy crisis and environmental pollution, the Energy Internet and corresponding patterns of energy use have been attracting more and more attention. In this paper, the basic concept and characteristics of the Energy Internet are summarized, and its basic structural framework is analyzed in detail. On this basis,couplings between the electric power system and other systems such as the cooling and heating system, the natural gas system, and the traffic system are analyzed, and the operation and planning of integrated energy systems in both deterministic and uncertain environments are comprehensively reviewed. 2Optimal allocation of multi-type FACTS devices in power systems based on power flow entropy显示文摘Flexible AC transmission systems(FACTS)devices can effectively optimize the distribution of power flow.Power flow entropy can be applied as a measure of load distribution.In this paper,a method is proposed to optimize the distribution of power flow with the coordination of multi-type FACTS devices and establishes the corresponding mathematical models.The modified group searcher optimization(GSO)algorithm is proposed,in which the angle search is combined with chaotic search model to avoid jumping into local optimization.Compared with the different optimal allocation of multi-FACTS devices,the optimal allocation of multi-FACTS devices is achieved under the economic constraints.The locations obtained by this method can achieve the purpose of balancing power flow and enhancing the system performances.The simulations are demonstrated in an IEEE 118-bus power system with two classical types of FACTS,namely static var compensator(SVC)and thyristor controlled series Compensator(TCSC).The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.Canbing LI Liwu XIAO Yijia CAO Qianlong ZHU Baling FANG Yi TAN Long ZENG 2014Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2014,2,2:23
3Cyber-Physical Electrical Energy Systems:Challenges and Issues显示文摘Cyber-physical electrical energy systems(CPEES)combine computation,communication and control technologies with physical power system,and realize the efficient fusion of power,information and control.This paper summarizes and analyzes related critical scientific problems and technologies,which are needed to be addressed with the development of CPEES.Firstly,since the co-simulation is an effective method to investigate infrastructure interdependencies,the co-simulation platform establishment of CPEES and its evaluation is overviewed.Then,a critical problem of CPEES is the interaction between energy and information flow,especially the influence of failures happening in information communication technology(ICT)on power system.In order to figure it out,the interaction is analyzed and the current analysis methods are summarized.For the solution of power system control and protection in information network environment,this paper outlines different control principles and illustrates the concept of distributed coordination control.Moreover,mass data processing and cluster analysis,architecture of communication network,information transmission technology and security of CPEES are summarized and analyzed.By solving the above problems and technologies,the development of CPEES will be significantly promoted.Xingyu Shi Yong Li Yijia Cao Yi Tan 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,2:8
4PSO-based Optimization for Constant-current Charging Pattern for Li-ion Battery显示文摘A particle swarm optimization algorithm to search for an optimal five-stage constant-current charge pattern is proposed.The goal is to maximize the objective function for the proposed charge pattern based on the charging capacity,time,and energy efficiency,which all share the same weight.Firstly,an equivalent circuit model is built and battery parameters are identified.Then the optimal five-stage constant-current charge pattern is searched using a particle swarm optimization algorithm.At last,comparative experiments using the constant current-constant voltage(CC-CV)method are performed.Although the charging SOC of the proposed charging pattern was 2.5%lower than that of the CC-CV strategy,the charging time and charging energy efficiency are improved by 15.6%and 0.47%respectively.In particular,the maximum temperature increase of the battery is approximately 0.8℃lower than that of the CC-CV method,which indicates that the proposed charging pattern is more secure.Yixiao Wang Yong Li Li Jiang Yuduo Huang Yijia Cao 2019Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2019,5,2:4
5Impact of EV load uncertainty on optimal planning for electric vehicle charging station显示文摘With the development of electric vehicles(EV), there is a huge demand for electric vehicle charging stations(EVCS). The utilization of renewable energy sources(RES) in EVCS can not only decrease the energy fluctuation by participating in peakload reduction of the grid, but also reduce the pollution to the environment by cutting down the use of fossil fuels. In this paper,the optimal planning for grid-connected EVCS with RES is studied by considering EV load uncertainty. Nine scenarios are set based on a different characteristic of EV load to reveal the impact of EV load on net present cost(NPC) and to express the relationship between the optimal capacity and energy flow. Moreover, since electricity price also plays an important role in EVCS planning, an economic comparison between different cases with different electricity prices for peak-valley-flat period is carried out. 7Passivity-based Active Stabilization for DC Microgrid Applications显示文摘In this paper,an improved active stabilization strategy of the interface converters in microgrid applications is proposed on the basis of the passivity-based stability criterion(PBSC).As a critical part of AC and DC hybrid microgrids,the DC microgrid is taken as an example.In particular,a stabilization method with a proportional-integral(PI)controller and firstorder high-pass filter(HPF)is proposed to meet the passivity requirements of the overall control diagram with respect to the output voltage.Meanwhile,an output current feedback control loop is introduced to ensure the output impedance passivity.Moreover,a small-signal model of the parallel interface converter system is established to comprehensively study the influence of control parameters on the passivity of the converters.Based on the active stabilization method proposed in this study,by manipulating the control diagram of each interface converter,the passivity and stability of the DC microgrids with variable configuration can be guaranteed.Therefore,a generic and simplified design approach is realized.A simulation model with three interface converters is implemented in MATLAB/Simulink,and the effectiveness of the proposed passivity-based active stabilization algorithm is verified by using this simulation model.Jiaqi Yu Jingrong Yu Yue Wang Yijia Cao Xiaonan Lu Dongbo Zhao 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,1:2

15The equivalent model of controller in synchronous frame to stationary frame显示文摘The system controlled in synchronous frame is commonly used. However, it is a problem how to transform the controller in synchronous frame to stationary frame. This paper deduces the stationary frame equivalent model of arbitrarily controller in synchronous frame. The equivalent model can reflect the control performance of the input signal at different frequency accurately. The unified frequency-domain model of the overall system can be established using the equivalent model, and the guidance for frequency analysis and stability analysis can be provided. 16Sequential feasible optimal power flow in power systems显示文摘A sequential feasible optimal power flow (OPF) method is developed for large-scale power systems. One of the outstanding features of this method is that it can maintain feasibility for both equality and inequality constraints during iterations. In sequential feasible OPF, every iteration consists of two stages: Objective improving stage and feasibility enforcing stage. Analytical basis for each stage is provided. Numerical studies on various power systems up to 2383 buses indicate that the proposed feasible approach is promising. 19Integrated Optimal Siting and Sizing for VSCHVDC-link-based Offshore Wind Farms and Shunt Capacitors显示文摘It is economic and secure to determine the optimal siting and sizing of the offshore wind farms(OWFs)integrated into the AC system through voltage-source converter high-voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC)links.In this paper,an integrated planning model for the VSC-HVDC-link-based OWFs and the capacitors is proposed,where a decomposition technique is presented to solve the proposed mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)problem and obtain the optimal solution.This model can optimize the siting and sizing of the OWFs to improve the voltage profile and reduce the adverse influence of the reactive power of the OWFs.With the proposed planning model,the total investment costs,operation costs and maintenance costs of the OWFs,VSC-HVDC links,and the capacitors can be minimized.Simulations on the modified IEEE 118-bus system show that the proposed integrated planning model can provide more economic scheme than the independent planning scheme,in which the capacitors are planned after the OWFs.Besides,a series of sensitivity analysis on certain equipment costs are studied to obtain the regular pattern for sizing VSC stations.Yong Li Xuebo Qiao Chun Chen Yi Tan Wenchao Tian Qiuping Xia Yijia Cao Kwang Y.Lee 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,2:1
