1Promoting-mode free formalism for excited state radiationless decay process with Duschinsky rotation effect显示文摘In the present work, through the path integral of Gaussian type correlation function, a new formalism based on Fermi-Golden Rule for calculating the rate constant of nonradiative decay process with Duschinsky rotation effect in polyatomic molecules is developed. The advantage of the present path-integral formalism is promoting-mode free. In order to get the rate constant, a 'transition rate matrix' needs to be calculated. The rate constant calculated previously is only an approximation of diagonal elements of our 'transition rate matrix ' . 2Effects of exogenous ABA application on post-anthesis dry matter redistribution and grain starch accumulation of winter wheat with different staygreen characteristics显示文摘The objective of this study was to investigate whether and how exogenous abscisic acid(ABA)is involved in mediating starch accumulation in the grain and redistribution of carbohydrates during grain filling of two wheat cultivars with different staygreen characteristics.At blooming stage,plants of Wennong 6(a staygreen cultivar)and Jimai 20(control)were sprayed with10 mg L-1abscisic acid(ABA)for 3 days.The application of ABA significantly(P<0.05)increased grain filling rate,starch accumulation rate and content,remobilization of dry matters to kernels,and 1000-grain weight of the two cultivars.Exogenous ABA markedly(P<0.05)increased grain yield at maturity,and Wennong 6 and Jiami 20 showed 14.14%and 4.86%higher compared yield than the control.Dry matter accumulation after anthesis of Wennong 6 was also significantly(P<0.05)influenced by exogenous ABA,whereas that of Jimai 20 was unchanged.Application of ABA increased endogenous zeatin riboside(ZR)content 7 days after anthesis(DAA),and spraying ABA significantly increased endogenous indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and ABA contents from 7 to 21 DAA and decreased gibberellin(GA3)content at 14 DAA,but increased GA3content from 21 to 35 DAA.The results suggested that increased yield of staygreen was due to greater starch assimilation owing to a higher filling rate and longer grain-filling duration.Dongqing Yang Yongli Luo Yingli Ni Yanping Yin Weibing Yang Dianliang Peng Zhengyong Cui Zhenlin Wang 2014The Crop Journal2014,2,Z1:3
3Multiscale analysis of the contents of palmatine in the Nature populations of Phellodendron amurense in Northeast China显示文摘Palmatine is a valuable ingredient in Chinese medicine that is produced by Phellodendron amurense Rupr.The contents of palmatine content in root bark, trunk bark,perennial branch bark, annual branches, and leaves of the trees with different ages and geographies in Northeast China were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography.The contents of palmatine in the barks of root, trunk, and perennial branch were significantly higher than those in annual branches and leaves. The contents of palmatine in trunk bark and root bark from Lesser Khingan Mountains increased with age, which is significantly opposite to other three vegetation types. The contents of palmatine in perennial branch bark, annual bark and leaves had no significant regularity. Moreover, the contents of palmatine in samples of root bark, trunk bark, perennial branch bark and annual bark varied significantly with latitude. The nature populations of P. amurense growing at low latitude contained significantly more palmatine than those growing at high latitude. 8Dual-modality magnetic resonance/optical imaging-guided sonodynamic therapy of pancreatic cancer with metal-organic nanosonosensitizer显示文摘Sonodynamic therapy(SDT)has been more attractive to carry out oncology treatments in recent years.However,imagingguided sonodynamic therapeutic nanomedicine is still a shortage in SDT development.In this work,we designed and fabricated an organic SDT system based on combination of 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)-porphyrin(TCPP)and gadolinium(III)(Gd^(3+))creatively(Gd-PPNs).Gd^(3+)was traditionally used to be T_(1)-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)contrast agent and TCPP was initiatively a fluorescence imaging organic media.Therefore,these new designed nanoparticles have immense potential to integrate MRI and FLI to visualize the Gd-PPNs accumulating and keeping in tumor for a long time,which could be applied for guidance of SDT on tumors in clinical practice.Importantly,excellent SDT efficiency under imaging guidance was verified both in vitro and in vivo in this work.Our findings suggested that Gd-PPNs,as innovative imaging and therapy combinational nanomedicines,were successfully synthesized and were proved to possess excellent imaging-guided sonodynamic therapeutic efficacy.Moreover,this new designed sonosensitizer had great biocompatibility to avoid unnecessary biotoxicity.Overall,this strategy shed light on the MRI/FLI-guidance and successfully induced pancreatic tumor growth inhibition by sonodynamic therapy.Yingli Chen Bo Yin Zhuang Liu Han Wang Zi Fu Xiuru Ji Wei Tang Dalong Ni Weijun Peng 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
9Environmental selection and evolutionary process jointly shape genomic and functional profiles of mangrove rhizosphere microbiomes显示文摘Mangrove reforestation with introduced species has been an important strategy to restore mangrove ecosystem functioning.However,how such activities affect microbially driven methane(CH4),nitrogen(N),and sulfur(S)cycling of rhizosphere microbiomes remains unclear.To understand the effect of environmental selection and the evolutionary process on microbially driven biogeochemical cycles in native and introduced mangrove rhizospheres,we analyzed key genomic and functional profiles of rhizosphere microbiomes from native and introduced mangrove species by metagenome sequencing technologies.Compared with the native mangrove(Kandelia obovata,KO),the introduced mangrove(Sonneratia apetala,SA)rhizosphere microbiome had significantly(p<0.05)higher average genome size(AGS)(5.8 vs.5.5 Mb),average 16S ribosomal RNA gene copy number(3.5 vs.3.1),relative abundances of mobile genetic elements,and functional diversity in terms of the Shannon index(7.88 vs.7.84)but lower functional potentials involved in CH4 cycling(e.g.,mcrABCDG and pmoABC),N2 fixation(nifHDK),and inorganic S cycling(dsrAB,dsrC,dsrMKJOP,soxB,sqr,and fccAB).Similar results were also observed from the recovered Proteobacterial metagenome-assembled genomes with a higher AGS and distinct functions in the introduced mangrove rhizosphere.Additionally,salinity and ammonium were identified as the main environmental drivers of functional profiles of mangrove rhizosphere microbiomes through deterministic processes.This study advances our understanding of microbially mediated biogeochemical cycling of CH_(4),N,and S in the mangrove rhizosphere and provides novel insights into the influence of environmental selection and evolutionary processes on ecosystem functions,which has important implications for future mangrove reforestation.Xiaoli Yu Qichao Tu Jihua Liu Yisheng Peng Cheng Wang Fanshu Xiao Yingli Lian Xueqin Yang Ruiwen Hu Huang Yu Lu Qian Daoming Wu Ziying He Longfei Shu Qiang He Yun Tian Faming Wang Shanquan Wang Bo Wu Zhijian Huang Jianguo He Qingyun Yan Zhili He 2023mLife2023,2,3:0

11Cloning and Sequence Analysis of a Full-length cDNA Encoding Light-harvesting Complexes of Photosystem II in Phyllostachys edulis显示文摘The light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b-protein complex plays an important role in photosynthesis of plants. A full-length cDNA of light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b (cab) gene was cloned from the first strand of Moso (Phyllostachys edulis) cDNA through RT-PCR and RACE methods, named as cab- PhE10 (cab gene 10 from Ph. edulis). The length of cab- PhE10 (GenBank accession number: EU118754) is 1 151 bp, which contains an open reading frame encoding 283 amino acids from 81st to 932nd position. The bioinformatics analysis indicated that the protein encoded by cab-PhE10 had a chlorophll a/b binding domain (83rd -247th position), two protein kinase C-phosphorylation sites, three N- myristoylation sites and a yia A/B double helix domain.The amino acid sequence of cab-PhE10 showed high similarity with the cab genes of Oryza sativa, Zea mays, Hordeum vulgare, and Vitis vinifera, more than 80%, respectively, which indicated that cab-PhE10 gene belongs to lhcb5 gene family.LIU Yingli GAO Zhimin PENG Zhenhua YUE Yongde 2007Chinese Forestry Science and Technology2007,6,4:0
