Cell membrane-coated nanoparticles(CMCNs) inherit abundant source cell-relevant functions, including “self” markers, cross-talking with the immune system, biological targeting, and homing to specific regions. | 8 | Diflurobenzothiadiazole core-based noncovalently fused small molecule acceptor exhibiting over 12% efficiency and high fill factor显示文摘The versatility and flexibility of organic photoelectric materials endow organic photovoltaic cells fine function modulation and huge commercial potential. In this work, a new noncovalent fused-ring small molecule acceptor(SMA) BID-4 F has been synthesized for high-efficient organic solar cells(OSCs). BID-4 F consists of a diflurobenzothiadiazole(DFBT) core, ladder-like indacenodithiophene(IDT) spacers, and dicyanoindanone electron-withdrawing end groups, which are supposed to be conformationally interlocked by noncovalent interactions, leading to good molecular planarity. In addition, compact solid state stacking was revealed by UV–vis–NIR absorption spectrum. The optimized PM6:BID-4 F based device delivers an eminent power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 12.30% with a high open-circuit voltage(Voc) of 0.92 V and a high fill factor(FF) of 74.3%. Most importantly, the PCE and FF are among one of the highest values reported for the OSCs based on the unfused-ring SMAs. | 10 | Wireless passive flexible accelerometer fabricated using micro-electro-mechanical system technology for bending structure surfaces显示文摘We propose an inductor-capacitor(LC)wireless passive flexible accelerometer,which eliminates the difficulty in measuring the acceleration on the surface of a bending structure.The accelerometer is composed of a flexible polyimide(PI)substrate and a planar spiral inductance coil(thickness 300 nm),made using micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS)technology.It can be bent or folded at will,and can be attached firmly to the surface of objects with a bending structure.The principle of radio frequency wireless transmission is used to measure the acceleration signal by changing the distance between the accelerometer and the antenna.Compared with other accelerometers with a lead wire,the accelerometer can prevent the lead from falling off in the course of vibration,thereby prolonging its service life.Through establishment of an experimental platform,when the distance between the antenna and accelerometer was 5 mm,the characterization of the surface of bending structures demonstrated the sensing capabilities of the accelerometer at accelerations of 20-100 m/s2.The results indicate that the acceleration and peak-to-peak output voltage were nearly linear,with accelerometer sensitivity reaching 0.27 mV/(m·s-2).Moreover,the maximum error of the accelerometer was less than 0.037%. | Chen LI Mangu JIA Yingping HONG Yanan XUE Jijun XIONG | 2022 | Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2022,23,5: | 0 |

| 12 | A Phase Readout Method for Wireless Passive Sensor Used in Pressure Measurement System显示文摘A phase difference detection method used for reading the resonant frequency through mutual coupling is designed to meet the pressure measurement in harsh environments, and a testing device of integrated modular by developing the hardware circuits is proposed.Description and discussion of the novel theoretical model in the phase readout system is presented, and a pressure test platform based on the phase difference detection is also established, which is to measure the frequency of a LC resonant sensor on the basis of 96% alumina ceramic substrate. The experimental results show that the proposed phase difference readout system presents sweep-frequency detection in the range of 1–100MHz bandwidth, and a high frequency resolution of 0.006 MHz. Sensitivity of the sensor is approximately 0.225 MHz/bar from 1 bar to 2 bar. | 13 | Optimizing side chains on different nitrogen aromatic rings achieving 17% efficiency for organic photovoltaics显示文摘Balancing charge generation and low energy loss(E_(loss)), especially in the wide spectral absorption region is critical to obtain high-performance organic photovoltaics(OPVs). Therefore, Y11-M and Y11-EB are designed and synthesized through modifying alkyl chains on different nitrogen aromatic rings of the reported non-fullerene acceptor Y11. Although all the molecules have almost similar low band-gap(around 1.30 e V), Y11-M and Y11-EB exhibit wider absorption in 410–870 nm region. Eventually, the conventional devices based on Y11-M and Y11-EB possess more efficient charge generation with low Eloss(around 0.44 e V). In addition, outstanding efficiencies of 16.64% and 17.15% with the fill factor of 76.15% and 74.73% are obtained in PM6:Y11-M and PM6:Y11-EB-based devices, both higher than Y11:PM6. For this purpose, the anti-inflammatory ingredients of P. ginseng were investigated based on its therapeutic effect in Sijunzi Decoction(SJD) which is a widely used traditional Chinese formula.Methods: The fingerprints of 10 batches of SJD consisting of different sources of P. ginseng were established by UPLC technique to investigate the chemical components. At the same time, the antiinflammatory effects of these components were evaluated by dextran sulfate sodium-induced ulcerative colitis mouse model. Grey relational analysis was applied to explore the correlation degree between fingerprints and anti-inflammatory effects in SJD. Lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 murine macrophages were established to evaluate the anti-inflammatory action of the screened effective substances of P. ginseng.Results: According to grey relational analysis, notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg2 and ginsenoside Rb3of P. ginseng were the major anti-inflammatory contributions in SJD.
