1Precipitation modification in cast Mg-1Nd-1Ce-Zr alloy by Zn addition显示文摘The effects of different Zn addition(0,0.2,0.5,1.0 wt%)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast Mg-1Nd-1Ce-Zr alloy in as-cast,solution-treated and 200℃peak-aged conditions were studied.Precipitates in cast Mg-1Nd-1Ce-Zr alloy are significantly modified by the Zn addition.In the Zn-free alloy,the disk-shaped prismatic precipitates and the point-like precipitates are the main strengthening phases.When 0.2 Zn is added,the disk-shaped precipitates are refined and very fine basal precipitates form additionally.When 0.5 Zn is added,the basal precipitates become the main strengthening phase.Further increasing the Zn addition to 1.0%,only spare basal precipitates and point-like precipitates exist.The 0.5 Zn addition alloy has the highest strength at room temperature,whose yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and elongation in T6 condition are 136 MPa,237 MPa and 9%,respectively.Yiyuan Zhou Penghuai Fu Liming Peng Dan Wang Yingxin Wang Bin Hu Ming Liu Anil K.Sachdev Wenjiang Ding 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,1:2
2Optimization of an in vitro method to measure the bioaccessibility of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in dust using response surface methodology显示文摘To more reasonably evaluate human intake of PBDEs via dust ingestion,bioaccessibility should be taken into account.Previously,we developed an in vitro method to determine the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in food.Here,this method was adapted to determine the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in dust and the digestion conditions that influenced the bioaccessibility of PBDEs were optimized.The digestion conditions included the incubation time of dust in the intestinal digestion solution (T),the bile concentration in the intestinal digestion solution (C bile),and the ratio of the volume of the intestinal digestion solution to dust (R).The influence of the concentrations of individual PBDE congeners (C PBDE) on the bioaccessibility of PBDEs was also investigated.Central composite design was used to build an experimental model and set experimental parameters,and response surface methodology was used to analyze the obtained data.The results showed that the bioaccessibility of PBDEs increased with the increases of C bile and R,and was independent of T and C PBDE.Under the digestion conditions with C bile and R being at 4.0-7.0 g/L and 150-250,respectively,the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in the method-dust varied from 39.2% to 72.8%,which were comparable with the bioaccessibility or bioavailability of PBDEs in dust/soil in the literature.Thus,the in vitro method to measure the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in dust was established and validated.Finally,the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in four natural dust samples,which ranged from 36.1% to 43.3%,were determined using the adapted method.Yingxin Yu Yuping Pang Xinyu Zhang Chen Li Zhiqiang Yu Jiamo Fu 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,10:2

7Lysine acetylation decreases enzyme activity and protein level of Escherichia coli lactate dehydrogenase显示文摘Lactate is an important bulk chemical with widespread applications and a major byproduct of other chemicals bioprocess in microbial fermentation.Lactate dehydrogenase A(LdhA)catalyzes the synthesis of lactate from pyruvate.Lysine acetylation is an evolutionarily conserved post-translational modification;however,the mech-anisms underlying the regulation of LdhA function by lysine acetylation in Escherichia coli remain poorly under-stood.Herein,we demonstrate acetylation of E.coli LdhA occurs via enzymatic and non-enzymatic mechanisms.Further,we show carbon source type and concentration affect the lysine acetylation status of LdhA via a non-enzymatic mechanism.Lysine acetylation significantly inhibits the enzymatic activity and protein level of LdhA.The results of the present study demonstrate lysine acetylation of E.coli LdhA is irreversible.Understanding of the effects of lysine acetylation on LdhA function may provide a new perspective for regulating lactate production in microbial synthesis.Min Liu Meitong Huo Likun Guo Yingxin Fu Mo Xian Qingsheng Qi Wei Liu Guang Zhao 2022Engineering Microbiology2022,2,4:0
8Stability and stabilization of a class of switched stochastic systems with saturation control显示文摘A switching system always comprises of several subsystems and a rule supervising the switching between the subsystems. A major problem that is often inherent to all dynamical systems is actuator saturation. Saturation is a nonlinear property that nonlinearly maps small input signals to the output,which may affect the system properties and even destroy them. In this study, stability and stabilization of a class of switched stochastic systems with saturation control was investigated. First, the variation parameter method was used to present the integral form of switched stochastic systems. Second, to guarantee that the zero solution is globally exponentially stable in mean square, two sufficient conditions were obtained using direct computation with Gronwall inequality and indirect method with matrix theory, respectively. Further,another simple sufficient condition was obtained for the stability of the systems using the row norm, column norm, and Frobenius norm. Finally, two examples were used to illustrate the preciseness and effectiveness of the results. 9Prevalence of familial hypercholesterolemia and its association with coronary artery disease:A Chinese cohort study显示文摘Background:Familial hypercholesterolemia(FH)is underrecognized,and its association with coronary artery disease(CAD)remains limited,especially in China.We aimed to investigate the prevalence of FH and its relationship with CAD in a large Chinese cohort.Methods:FH was defined using the Make Early Diagnosis to Prevent Early Death(MEDPED)criteria.The crude and age-sex standardized prevalence of FH were calculated based on surveys of the Prediction for Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Risk in China(China-PAR)project during 2007−2008.The associations of FH with incident CAD and its major subtypes were estimated with the cohort-stratified multivariate Cox proportional hazard models based on the data from the baseline to the last follow-up(2018−2020).Results:Among 98,885 included participants,190 participants were defined as FH.Crude and age−sex standardized prevalence and 95%confidence interval(CI)of FH were 0.19%(0.17%-0.22%)and 0.13%(0.10%-0.16%),respectively.The prevalence varied across age groups and peaked in the group of 60-<70 years(0.28%),and the peak prevalence(0.18%)in males was earlier,yet lower than the peak crude prevalence in females(0.41%).During a mean follow-up of 10.7 years,2493 cases of incident CAD were identified.After multivariate adjustment,FH patients had a 2.03-fold greater risk of developing CAD compared to non-FH participants.Conclusions:The prevalence of FH was estimated to be 0.19%in the participants,and it was associated with an elevated risk of incident CAD.Our study suggests that early screening of FH has certain public health significance for the prevention of CAD.Xiapikatijiang Aihaiti Shufeng Chen Jianxin Li Zhennan Lin Qingmei Cui Xue Xia Fangchao Liu Chong Shen Dongsheng Hu Keyong Huang Yingxin Zhao Fanghong Lu Xiaoqing Liu Jie Cao Ling Yu Ying Li Huan Zhang Zhenyan Fu Liancheng Zhao Jianfeng Huang Dongfeng Gu Xiangfeng Lu 2023Chronic Diseases and Translational Medicine2023,9,2:0
10Ecosystem service values of gardens in the Yellow River Basin,China显示文摘Studies on the ecosystem service value(ESV)of gardens are critical for informing evidence-based land management practices based on an understanding of the local ecosystem.By analyzing equivalent value factors(EVFs),this paper evaluated the values of 11 ecosystem services of gardens in the Yellow River Basin of China in 2019.High-precision land use survey data were used to improve the accuracy of the land use classification,garden areas,and spatial distribution of the ESVs of gardens.The results showed that garden ecosystem generally had high ESVs,especially in terms of the ESV of food production,which is worthy of further research and application to the practice of land use planning and management.Specifically,the value of one standard EVF of ecosystem services in 2019 was 3587.04 CNY/(hm^(2)·a),and the ESV of food production of gardens was much higher than that of croplands.Garden ecosystem provided an ESV of 1348.66×10^(8)CNY/a in the Yellow River Basin.The areas with the most concentrated ESVs of gardens were located in four regions:downstream in the Shandong-Henan zone along the Yellow River,mid-stream in the Shanxi-Shaanxi zone along the Yellow River,the Weihe River Basin,and upstream in the Qinghai-Gansu-Ningxia-Inner Mongolia zone along the Yellow River.The spatial correlation of the ESVs in the basin was significant(global spatial autocorrelation index Moran's I=0.464),which implied that the characteristics of high ESVs adjacent to high ESVs and low ESVs adjacent to low ESVs are prominent.In the Yellow River Basin,the contribution of the ESVs of gardens to the local environment and economy varied across regions.We also put forward some suggestions for promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the Yellow River Basin.The findings of this study provide important contributions to the research of ecosystem service evaluation in the Yellow River Basin.GE Qianqian XU Wenjie FU Meichen HAN Yingxin AN Guoqiang XU Yuetong 2022Journal of Arid Land2022,14,3:0
