| 1 | Service-aware 6G:An intelligent and open network based on the convergence of communication,computing and caching显示文摘With the proliferation of the Internet of Things(IoT),various services are emerging with totally different features and requirements,which cannot be supported by the current fifth generation of mobile cellular networks(5G).The future sixth generation of mobile cellular networks(6G)is expected to have the capability to support new and unknown services with changing requirements.Hence,in addition to enhancing its capability by 10–100 times compared with 5G,6G should also be intelligent and open to adapt to the ever-changing services in the IoT,which requires a convergence of Communication,Computing and Caching(3C).Based on the analysis of the requirements of new services for 6G,this paper identifies key enabling technologies for an intelligent and open 6G network,all featured with 3C convergence.These technologies cover fundamental and emerging topics,including 3C-based spectrum management,radio channel construction,delay-aware transmission,wireless distributed computing,and network self-evolution.From the detailed analysis of these 3C-based technologies presented in this paper,we can see that although they are promising to enable an intelligent and open 6G,more efforts are needed to realize the expected 6G network. | Yiqing Zhou Ling Liu Lu Wang Ning Hui Xinyu Cui Jie Wu Yan Peng Yanli Qi Chengwen Xing | 2020 | Digital Communications and Networks2020,6,3: | 57 |
| 2 | Association of KIR Genotypes and Haplotypes with Susceptibility to Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Chinese Han Population显示文摘Killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) genes can regulate the activation of NK and T cells upon interaction with HLA class I molecules. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has been regarded as a multi-factorial disorder disease. Previous studies revealed that KIRs were involved in HCV and HIV infection or clearance. The aim of this study was to explore the possibility of the inheritance of KIR genotypes and haplotypes as a candidate for susceptibility to persistent HBV infection or HBV clearance. The sequence specific primer polymerase chain reaction (SSP-PCR) was employed to identify the KIR genes and pseudogenes in 150 chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients, 251 spontaneously recovered (SR) controls, and 412 healthy controls. The frequencies of genotype G, M, FZ1 increased in CHB patients compared with healthy control subjects. The frequency of genotype AH was higher in SR controls than that in both CHB patients and healthy controls. The carriage frequencies of genotype G and AH were higher; while, the frequencies of AF and AJ were lower in SR controls than those in healthy control subjects. The frequency of A haplotype was lower, whereas, the frequency of B haplotype was higher in CHB patients and SR controls than those in healthy controls. In healthy controls, haplotype 4 was found lower compared with that in CHB patients and SR controls and the frequency of haplotype 5 was higher in SR controls than that in other two groups. Based on these findings, it seems that the genotypes M and FZ1 are HBV susceptive genotypes; AH, on the other hand, may be protective genotypes that facilitate the clearance of HBV. | 3 | Thrombolysis with alteplase 3-4.5 hours after acute ischaemic stroke:the first multicentre,phase III trial in China显示文摘background and purpose Data on the efficacy and safety of alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)administered 3-4.5 hours after the onset of stroke symptoms in Chinese patients is limited.We sought to determine whether AIS patients would benefit from thrombolysis with alteplase between 3 and 4.5 hours after the onset of stroke symptoms in a prospective,multicentre,single-arm trial in China.Materials and methods Eligible AIS patients were given 0.9 mg/kg alteplase intravenously.The primary efficacy endpoint was a favourable outcome at 3 months,defined as a score of 0 or 1 on the modified Rankin Scale.Thresholds for the primary efficacy endpoint were determined to be 40%based on the literature review.The primary safety endpoint was symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)according to the European Cooperative Acute Stroke Study III(ECASS III)trial definition.Post hoc analysis between this study and the ECASS III trial were compared using the propensity score matching(PSM)method.results A total of 120 eligible AIS patients from 11 sites in China received thrombolysis therapy in this study.The median time from onset of symptoms to needle was 3 hours 54 min.The percentage of patients with a favourable outcome was 63.3%(95%CI 54.4 to 71.4),significantly higher than the predefined threshold(p<0.0001).Three patients(2.5%,95%CI 0.5 to 7.1)had sICH,including two fatal sICH.Six patients died within 3 months after treatment.The post hoc PSM analysis showed a numerically higher rate of the primary efficacy endpoint in this study(63.3%)than the matched placebo arm(56.7%)in the ECASS III trial.Conclusions Intravenous alteplase with a standard dose administered between 3 and 4.5 hours after onset of symptoms is effective and safe for Chinese AIS patients. | Huaguang Zheng Yi Yang Huisheng Chen Chuanling Li Yangkun Chen Fu-Dong Shi Li Yang Xiaoping Cui Zuneng Lu Yanling Liang Songbiao Cui Anding Xu Yiqing Wu Yaqing Sun Yongjun Wang | 2020 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,3: | 4 |

It is frequently mistaken for benign conditions or less aggressive malignancies such as basal cell carcinoma (Muqit et al., 2013), and the effects of delay in diagnosis can be devastating to patients. Aggressive surgical resection is the primary treatment of these tumors and often invoIves orbital exenteration with significant morbidity to patients, and these tumors frequently recur, with local recurrence rate as high as 18%. | 13 | GPR54 deficiency reduces the Treg population and aggravates experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis in mice显示文摘GPR54 is highly expressed in the central nervous system and plays a crucial role in pubertal development. However, GRP54 is also expressed in the immune system, implying possible immunoregulatory functions. Here we investigated the role of GPR54 in T cell and immune tolerance. GPR54 deficiency led to an enlarged thymus, an increased number of thymocytes, and altered thymic micro-architecture starting around puberty, indicating GPR54 function in T-cell development through its regulatory effect on the gonadal system. However, flow cytometry revealed a significant reduction in the peripheral regulatory T cell population and a moderate decrease in CD4 single-positive thymocytes in prepubertal Gpr54^(-/-) mice. These phenotypes were confirmed in chimeric mice with GPR54 deficient bone marrow-derived cells. In addition, we found elevated T cell activation in peripheral and thymic T cells in Gpr54^(-/-) mice. When intact mice were immunized with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, a more severe experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE) developed in the Gpr54^(-/-) mice. Interestingly, aggravated EAE disease was also manifested in castrated and bone marrow chimeric Gpr54^(-/-) mice compared to the respective wild-type control,suggesting a defect in self-tolerance resulting from GPR54 deletion through a mechanism that bypassed sex hormones. | 16 | Post-stroke seizures in consecutive elderly stroke patients显示文摘This prospective study sought to investigate the clinical,radiological and electroencephalographic(EEG) characteristics of seizures in elderly stroke patients,and their outcomes.Over a 2-year study period,158 consecutive elderly patients with stroke were examined and followed up.Of these patients,32(20%) developed seizures,primarily related to stroke,within a follow up period between 5 months and 2 years.Of these 32 cases,20 experienced infarctions,and 12 experienced hemorrhages.Involvement of cortical regions was detected in most of the patients exhibiting seizures.In these patients,44% of the lesions involved cortical areas exclusively or in addition to subcortical areas observed on computed tomography(CT) images.Twenty-five patients(78%) developed early seizures(within 2 weeks after stroke),and half exhibited immediate post-stroke seizures.None of the patients exhibiting early onset seizures developed recurrent seizures or epilepsy,while 57% of late onset seizures(four cases) developed epilepsy.No specific EEG patterns were apparent in those who later developed epilepsy.Overall,early onset seizures after stroke were found to be relatively common,and did not affect outcome.Late onset seizures were less common,but were associated with chronic epilepsy. | Yue Chen Lufang Chen Yiqing Tao Maomao Han Chunlan Cui Shichao Liu | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,9: | 0 |

| 18 | Early rehabilitation and neuroprotective drug therapy outcomes in elderly patients with acute stroke显示文摘Sixty elderly patients, who suffered from acute stroke and were admitted within a 1-year period to the Department of Geriatrics in the First Affiliated Hospital of School of Medicine, Zhejiang University, China, underwent early rehabilitation in combination with neuroprotective drug therapy. Limb movement, cognitive functions and daily life self-care ability in elderly patients upon admission and discharge were assessed using the Hunt-Hess scale, functional independence measures and mini-mental state examination. The mean duration of hospital stay among the 60 patients was 35 days. Upon discharge, 42 (75%) of the patients exhibited cognitive impairment to varying degrees, and 25 (45%) of the 56 stroke patients who underwent rehabilitation evaluation attained independence in daily living activities, 11 (20%) required intermittent supervision, and 20 (36%) required 24-hour constant supervision during performance of these activities.
