| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 4 | BRIF-Seq: Bisulfite-Converted Randomly Integrated Fragments Sequencing at the Single-Cell Level显示文摘Single-cell bisulfite sequencing (scBS-seq) was developed to assess DNA methylation heterogeneity in human and mouse. However, the reads are under-represented in regions with high DNA methylation, because these regions are usually fragmented into long segments and are seldom sequenced on the lllumina plat. form. To reduce the read distribution bias and maximize the use of these long segments, we developed bisulfite-converted randomly integrated fragments sequencing (BRIF-seq), a method with high rates of read mapping and genome coverage. Single microspore of maize, which has a highly methylated and repetitive genome, was used to perform BRIF.seq. High coverage of the haploid genome was obtained to evaluate the methylation states of CG, CHG, and CHH (H = A, C, or T). Compared with scBS-seq, BRIF-seq produced reads that were distributed more evenly across the genome, including regions with high DNA methylation. Surprisingly, the methylation rates among the four microspores within one tetrad were similar, but differed significantly among tetrads, suggesting that non-simultaneous methylation reprogramming could occur among tetrads. Similar levels of heterogeneity, which often occur in lowcopy regions, were detected in different genetic backgrounds. | 6 | Diatomite supported nano zero valent iron with 3D network for peroxymonosulfate activation in efficient degradation of bisphenol A显示文摘Diatomite supported nano zero valent iron(n ZVI)catalyst(NDA)with complex network structure was prepared via a mild reduction precipitation method in this work.The pore structure and pore distribution of NDA can be regulated and controlled through adjusting the loading amount of n ZVI.In general,the nano three-dimensional network formed by n ZVI and diatomite channels greatly increase the specific surface area and pore volume of NDA,and further formed more active sites,which made NDA have better performance in activating PMS to degrade BPA than pure n ZVI.The pseudo-first-order reaction rate constant of 50-NDA(50%-n ZVI/diatomite)is almost 3 times higher than that of pure n ZVI.Besides,the electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)and radical quenching experiments showed that the activation process was dominated by the sulfate radical(SO_(4)^(-))and hydroxyl radical(·OH)produced by Fe;oxidation.The generated electrons promote the self-decomposition of PMS to produce singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2)),and then the valence state of iron changes to produce free radicals.In addition,the possible degradation pathway of BPA was inferred from the intermediate products identified by liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer(LC-MS).This study provides a novel strategy for the design and preparation of three-dimensional composite catalysts derived from natural mineral. | Ye Tan Shuilin Zheng Yonghao Di Chunquan Li Runze Bian Zhiming Sun | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,36: | 4 |

Dynamical calculation reveals that phonon vibrations of hexagonal YMnO3 are quite different from those of orthorhombic YMnO3. Defect calculation finds that O Frenkel is the most probable intrinsic disorder, and Mn antisite defect is favorable to exist, especially for Mn ions entering the Y2 sites. It is also found that holes prefer to localize at O2sites rather than at Mn3+ sites, while the electron can be localized at the Mn3+ site. | 8 | Highly energetic and flammable metallic glasses显示文摘Energetic materials are solids that release a large amount of energy in combustion. The evaluation depends on both combustion heat and ignition temperature. Conventional non-metallic materials have low ignition temperature but small combustion heat,whereas metals have large combustion heat but high ignition temperatures. We show that many metallic glasses, combining the merits of both metals and non-metals, have large combustion heat, approximately twice that of the non-metals, and low ignition temperature that is several hundreds of Kelvin lower than that of the metals. The ease in igniting metallic glass results from the low thermal conductivity of the materials and the storage of energy in their liquid-like atomic structure. Metallic glass ribbons outweigh metallic nanoparticles due to their high production efficiency, low cost and nontoxicity. | 9 | Subsurface reconstruction and saturation of surface bonds显示文摘Surface reconstructions and stabilization mechanisms have been great challenges for insulators. Based on accurate determination of the long-sought atomic structure of the spinel(1 1 1) surface, here we show that the surface is stabilized by an unconventional mechanism. In general, solid surfaces have unsaturated chemical bonds and are prone to atomic reconstruction to saturate them. The spinel(1 1 1) surface,however, has the surface bonds fully saturated, while the unsaturated bonds remain only in the subsurface. It undergoes a reconstruction that keeps the topmost atomic layer unchanged, but has the subsurface atoms completely rearranged. Such a reconstruction results in a perfect compensation of the surface polarity and a large reduction in the surface energy. | 11 | Preliminary Clinical Observation of Arteriovenous Sheathotomy for Treatment of Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion显示文摘Purpose: To document the anatomic and functional improvement of six patients withbranch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) following successful arteriovenous adventitialsheathotomy (AAS).Methods: Retrospective study of 6 patients (6 eyes) with BRVO treated with AAS. Allpatients were not eligible for laser photocoagulation and had both macular edema andintraretinal hemorrhage. The visual acuity was in the range of 0.4 to 0.02. All patientsunderwent pars plana vitrectomy and AAS. The clinical improvement was determined byfundus photograph, fluorescein angiography (FAG), optical coherence tomography(OCT) and multifocal electroretinography (ERG). All patients were followedpostoperatively for an average of 20 months ranging from 12 to 24 months.Results: Sheathotomy and decompression of the arteriole/venule (A/V) crossing wereachieved in all 6 patients. 5 patients have improved their best-corrected visual acuity 4lines or more. The best one could reach to 1.0. One month after the operation, fundusphotograph and FAG demonstrated the resolution of intraretinal hemorrhage, reduction ofnon-perfusion area and apparent resolution of retinal venous dilation and tortuosity. OCTconfirmed remarkable reduction of retinal thickness. The microcysts at the foveadiminished. Multifocal ERG showed the recovery of the central peak at the macular andthe peripheral response density. However, capillary nonperfusion area andmicroaneurysm were found out by FAG in four patients at the points distal to thesheathotomy three months after the operation.Conclusions: Anatomic and functional improvement of retina can be achieved in patientswith BRV0 through AAS. However, the capillary nonperfusion and microaneurysm mayfollow this surgical procedure in some cases that need further treatment with laserphotocoagulation. | 15 | Kinetics process for structure-engineered integrated gradient porous paper-based supercapacitors with boosted electrochemical performance显示文摘Due to their rich and adjustable porous network structure,paper-based functional materials have become a research hotspot in the field of energy storage.However,reasonably designing and making full use of the rich pore structure of paper-based materials to improve the electrochemical performance of paper-based energy storage devices still faces many challenges.Herein,we propose a structure engineering technique to develop a conductive integrated gradient porous paper-based(CIGPP)supercapacitor,and the kinetics process for the influence of gradient holes on the electrochemical performance of the CIGPP is investigated through experimental tests and COMSOL simulations.All results indicate that the gradient holes endow the CIGPP with an enhanced electrochemical performance.Specifically,the CIGPP shows a significant improvement in the specific capacitance,displays rich frequency response characteristics for electrolyte ions,and exhibits a good rate performance.Also,the CIGPP supercapacitor exhibits a low self-discharge and maintains a stable electrochemical performance in different electrolyte environments because of gradient holes.More importantly,when the CIGPP is used as a substrate to fabricate a CIGPP-PANI hybrid,it still maintains good electrochemical properties.In addition,the CIGPP supercapacitor also shows excellent stability and sensitivity for monitoring human motion and deaf-mute voicing,showing potential application prospects.This study provides a reference and feasible way for the design of structure-engineered integrated paper-based energy storage devices with outstanding comprehensive electrochemical performance. | Chuanyin Xiong Yongkang Zhang Jiayu Xu Weihua Dang Xuhui Sun Meng An Yonghao Ni Junjie Mao | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 1 |

| 19 | Effects of surface heating on precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau and its eastern margin显示文摘The high terrain of the Tibetan Plateau(TP)has a very important impact on the weather and climate of China,East Asia,South Asia,and even the Northern Hemisphere.However,in recent years,the reasons for the decrease in precipitation in the southeastern edge of the plateau have resulted in cutting-edge research regarding the impact of the TP and its surrounding areas on downstream weather and climate.In this study,the spatial and temporal distribution of surface heat flux and precipitation were analyzed from 1998 to 2022,and the possible mechanism of the decrease of precipitation in the eastern edge of the plateau is explored.The main conclusions are as follows:The annual average sensible heat flux in the TP and its east side is positive,with an average of 33.73 W/m^(2).The annual average latent heat flux is positive,with an average of 42.71 W/m^(2).Precipitation has a similar annual average and seasonal distribution,with modest amounts in the northwest and substantial amounts in the southeast.The average annual accumulated precipitation is 670.69 mm.The first mode of the Empirical Orthogonal Function(EOF)shows that sensible heat flux decreases first,then increases,and then finally decreases during 1998–2022.The modes show the opposite trend in middle part of the plateau.The latent heat flux initially decreases,then increases,and finally decreases in the western plateau and near Sichuan Basin.The mode,however,displays the opposite tendency throughout the rest of the region.The precipitation in the north and south sides of the plateau has decreased since 2013,which is consistent with the changing trend of sensible heat flux.In the rest of the region,the change trend is not obvious.The sensible heat of the main body of the plateau and its east side and Sichuan Basin is negatively correlated with precipitation,that is,when sensible heat flux of the main body of the plateau and its east side and Sichuan Basin is more(less),local precipitation is less(more).The latent heat of the main body of the plateau and its east side,Sichuan Basin is positively correlated with precipitation,indicating that when latent heat flux of the main body of the plateau and its east side,Sichuan Basin is more(less),local precipitation is more(less). | MaoShan Li YuChen Liu Zhao Lv YongHao Jiang Pei Xu YaoMing Ma FangLin Sun | 2023 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2023,15,5: | 0 |
