| 1 | Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis of reinitiation into methamphetamine abusers: qualitative findings from an exploration of methamphetamine abusers in Shanghai, China显示文摘Background Despite high relapse rate among methamphetamine (MA) abusers, there still have been little empirical data to date detecting the risk factors related to craving and relapse from the perspective of MA abusers. Therefore, the aim of this study was to use qualitative research methods exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat factors that could facilitate or impede individuals' abstinence in a real-life context from the perspectives of MA abusers. Aim To use qualitative research methods exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat factors relating to individuals' abstinence in a real-life context. Method Semistructured interviews were conducted with 32 MA abusers recruited in Shanghai guided by open-ended questions on narrating the real-life catalysts and inhibitors related to craving, initiation, relapse and abstinence. All data were transcribed verbatim and analysed using a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis. Results The results of the SWOT analysis revealed that contextual factors including peer influence, prevalence and availability of MA, familiar venue of MA use, discrimination, sexual behaviours, alcohol, emotional states and their attitudes towards smoking MA were important factors that contribute to reinitiation and relapse. Surveillance systems, antidrug social workers, vocational skills trainings, moving to another city and family responsibility might serve as counter measures targeti叩 those mentioned weaknesses and threats above. Conclusion This SWOT analysis highlights the complex nature of relapse. | 3 | Adsorption-energy-based activity descriptors for electrocatalysts in energy storage applications显示文摘Energy storage technologies, such as fuel cells, ammonia production and lithium–air batteries, are important strategies for addressing the global challenge of energy crisis and environmental pollution.Taking overpotential as a direct criterion, we illustrate in theory and experiment that the adsorption energies of charged species such as Li^++e^-and H^++e^-are a central parameter to describe catalytic activities related to electricity-in/electricity-out efficiencies. The essence of catalytic activity is revealed to relate with electronic coupling between catalysts and charged species. Based on adsorption energy, some activity descriptors such as d-band center, e_g-electron number and charge-transfer capacity are further defined by electronic properties of catalysts that directly affect interaction between catalysts and charged species. | 5 | Aberrant expression of BDNF might serve as a candidate target for cocaine- induced psychosis: insights from bioinformatics analysis and microarray validation显示文摘Background Cocaine use disorder(CUD)and associated psychosis are major public health issues worldwide,along with high relapse outcome and limited treatment options.Exploring the molecular mechanisms underlying cocaine-induced psychosis(CIP)could supply integrated insights for understanding the pathogenic mechanism and potential novel therapeutic targets.Aims The aim of the study was to explore common alterations of CUD-schizophrenia target genes and identify core risk genes contributing to CIP through data mining and network pharmacology approach.Methods Target genes of CUD were obtained from GeneCards,Comparative Toxicogenomics Database,Swiss Target Prediction platform and PubChem.Schizophrenia-related target genes were derived from DisGeNET,GeneCards,MalaCards and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man databases.Then,the overlap genes of these two sets were regarded as risk genes contributing to CIP.Based on these CUD-schizophrenia target genes,functional annotation and pathway analysis were performed using the clusterProfiler package in R.Protein-protein interaction network construction and module detection were performed based on the Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes(STRING)database and Cytoscape software.Gene expression datasets GSE54839 and GSE93577 were applied for data validation and diagnostic capacity evaluation of interested hub genes.Results A total of 165 CUD-schizophrenia target genes were obtained.These genes were mainly contributing to chemical synaptic transmission,neuropeptide hormone activity,postsynaptic membrane and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway.Network analysis and validation analysis indicated that BDNF might serve as an important risk gene in mediating CIP.Conclusions This study generates a holistic view of CIP and provides a basis for the identification of potential CUD-schizophrenia target genes involved in the development of CIP.The abnormal expression of BDNF would be a candidate therapeutic target underlying the pathogenesis of CUD and associated CIP. | Youwei Zhu Yan Zhao Xiaomin Xu Hang Su Xiaotong Li Na Zhong Haifeng Jiang Jiang Du Min Zhao | 2021 | General Psychiatry2021,34,5: | 2 |

| 8 | Preparation and Arc Erosion Characteristics of Ultrafine Crystalline CuCr50 Alloy by MA-SPS显示文摘The ultrafine crystalline CuCr50(Cr 50 wt%) alloys were fabricated by a combination of mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering process. The effects of milling time on crystallite size and solid solubility of the CuCr50 composite powders were investigated. The results showed that crystallite size of powders decreases gradually and solid solubility of Cr in Cu was extended with increasing milling time. The minimal crystallite size about 10 nm and the maximum solid solubility about 8.4 at%(i e, 7 wt%) were obtained at 60 h. The microstructure of ultrafine crystalline CuCr50 alloy was analyzed by SEM and TEM, which contains two kinds of size scale Cr particles of 2 μm and 50-150 nm, distributing homogeneously in matrix, respectively. The arc erosion characteristics of ultrafine crystalline CuCr50 alloy were investigated by the vacuum contact simulation test device in low D.C. voltage and low current(24 V/10 A). A commercial microcrystalline CuCr50 alloy was also investigated for comparison. Experiments indicate that the cathode mass loss of ultrafine crystalline CuCr50 contact material is higher than that of microcrystalline CuCr50 material, but its eroded surface morphology by the arc is uniform without obvious erosion pits. While the surface of microcrystalline CuCr50 contact is seriously eroded in local area by the arc, an obvious erosion pit occurred in the core part. Since structural parameters are uncertain, the symplectic transfer matrix of a typical substructure, which is described in the state space, also has sto chastic proper ties. An effec tive spec tral st ochastic finite elemen t method is adopted to ensure the symplectic orthogonality of the random symplectic matrix on the premise of certain precision. By means of the Rayleigh quotient method, the symplectic eigenvalue problem of random symplectic matrix is investigated. On the basis of this, the mean value and the standard deviation of the random eigenvalues are fully discussed. The comparison between the numerical results derived from the proposed method and the Monte-Carlo simulation indicates that the proposed method has high precision.
