| 3 | Investigation on interface of NiFeCr/NiFe/Ta films with high magnetic field sensitivity显示文摘NiFeCr/NiFe/Ta films with excellent performance were prepared by magnetron sputtering system.The anisotropic magetoresistance (AMR) value (ΔR/R) and magnetic filed sensitivity (Sv,Sv=[d(ΔR/R)/dH]max.) for the 12 nm NiFe film deposited on NiFeCr buffer layer were 3.66% and 1.42×10-4%·T-1,respectively.The higher Sv of the film is close to that of a spin valve (SV).The microstructure analysis shows that the NiFeCr buffer layer has adopted the same structure with the same interplanar distance as the NiFe layer,inducing a strong NiFe (111) texture,and that the NiFeCr/NiFe interface is quite smooth,leading to a high degree of specular reflection of conduction electrons.Both increase the ΔR and reduce the R in the film,which lead to the high ΔR/R.Clean substrate surfaces are critical for preparation of high performance NiFeCr/NiFe/Ta films,and sputter cleaning or pre-deposition of 5 nm amorphous Al2O3 layer in the deposition chamber can provide the re-quired clean substrate surfaces for the growth of the buffer layer. | Sheng, Shu Li, Wei Li, Minghua Yu, Guanghua | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,1: | 6 |
| 4 | Advances and prospects of PVDF based polymer electrolytes显示文摘Exploring highly foldable batteries with no safety hazard is a crucial task for the realization of portable,wearable,and implantable electric devices.Given these concerns,developing solid-state batteries is one of the most promising routes to achieve this aspiration.Because of the excellent flexibility and processability,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) based electrolytes possess great potential to pack high energy density flexible batteries,however,suffers the various intrinsic shortcomings such as inferior ionic conductivity,a high degree of crystallinity,and lack of reactive groups.Clearing the progress of the present state and concluding the specific challenges faced by PVDF based electrolytes will help to develop PVDF based polymer batteries.In this review,we summarize the recent progress of gel polymer electrolytes and all solid polymer electrolytes based on PVDF.The ion transport mechanisms and preparation methods of PVDF based electrolytes are briefly introduced.Meanwhile,the current design principle and properties of electrolytes are highlighted and systematically discussed.Some peculiar modified strategies performed in lithium-sulfur batteries and lithium-oxygen batteries are also included.Finally,this review describes the challenges and prospects of some solid-state electrolytes to provide strategies for manufacturing high-performance PVDF electrolytes aimed at practical application with flexible requirements. | Yixin Wu Yu Li Yang Wang Qian Liu Qingguo Chen Minghua Chen | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1: | 5 |
| 5 | miR-137 and miR-491 Negatively Regulate Dopamine Transporter Expression and Function in Neural Cells显示文摘The dopamine transporter(DAT) is involved in the regulation of extracellular dopamine levels.A 40-bp variable-number tandem repeat(VNTR) polymorphism in the 3'-untranslated region(3'UTR) of the DAT has been reported to be associated with various phenotypes that are involved in the aberrant regulation of dopaminergic neurotransmission.In the present study,we found that miR-137 and miR-491 caused a marked reduction of DAT expression,thereby influencing neuronal dopamine transport.Moreover,the regulation of miR-137 and miR-491 on this transport disappeared after the DAT was silenced.The miR-491 seed region that is located on the VNTR sequence in the 3'UTR of the DAT and the regulatory effect of miR-491 on the DAT depended on the VNTR copy-number.These data indicate that miR-137 and miR-491 regulate DAT expression and dopamine transport at the posttranscriptional level,suggesting that microRNA may be targeted for the treatment of diseases associated with DAT dysfunction. | Xiaojian Jia Feng Wang Ying Han XuewenGeng Minghua Li Yu Shi Lin Lu Yun Chen | 2016 | Neuroscience Bulletin2016,32,6: | 5 |
| 6 | An improved surface-plasmonic nanobeam cavity for higher Q and smaller V显示文摘We demonstrate a high-Q hybrid surface-plasmon-polariton-photonic crystal(SP3C) nanobeam cavity.The proposed cavities are analyzed numerically using the three-dimensional finite difference time domain(3D-FDTD) method.The results show that a Q-factor of 2076 and a modal volume V of 0.16(/2n) 3 can be achieved in a 50 nm silica-gap hybrid SP3C nanobeam cavity when it operates at telecommunications wavelengths and at room temperature.V can be further reduced to 0.02(/2n) 3 when the silica thickness decreases to 10 nm,which leads to a Q/V ratio that is 11 times that of the corresponding plasmonic-photonic nanobeam cavity(without silica).The ultrahigh Q/V ratio originates from the low-loss nature and deep sub-wavelength confinement of the hybrid plasmonic waveguide,as well as the mode gap effect used to reduce the radiation loss.The proposed structure is fully compatible with semiconductor fabrication techniques and could lead to a wide range of applications. | YU Ping QI Biao XU Chao HU Ting JIANG XiaoQing WANG MingHua YANG JianYi | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,25: | 4 |
