3A Trusted Attestation Mechanism for the Sensing Nodes of Internet of Things Based on Dynamic Trusted Measurement显示文摘Internet of things has been widely applied to industrial control, smart city and environmental protection, in these application scenarios, sensing node needs to make real-time response to the feedback control of the application layer. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor whether or not awareness nodes are trusted in real time, but the existing mechanisms for trusted certification lack the real-time measurement and tracking of the sensing node. To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a dynamic metric based authentication mechanism for sensing nodes of Internet of things. Firstly, the dynamic trustworthiness measure of the sensing nodes is carried out by introducing the computational function such as the trust function, the trustworthiness risk assessment function, the feedback control function and the active function of the sensing node. The dynamic trustworthiness measure of sensing nodes from multiple dimensions can effectively describe the change of trusted value of sensing nodes. Then, on the basis of this, a trusted attestation based on node trusted measure is realized by using the revocable group signature mechanism of local verifier. The mechanism has anonymity, unforgeability and traceability, which is proved the security in the standard model. Simulationexperiments show that the proposed trusted attestation mechanism is flexible, practical and efficient and has better attack resistance. 4Removal of phosphate from wastewater using alkaline residue显示文摘Alkaline residue(AR) was found to be an efficient adsorbent for phosphate removal from wastewater. The kinetic and equilibrium of phosphate removal were investigated to evaluate the performance of modified alkaline residue. After treatment by NaOH(AR-NaOH), removal performance was significantly improved, while removal performance was almost completely lost after treatment by HCl(AR-HCl). The kinetics of the removal process by all adsorbents was well characterized by the pseudo second-order model. The Langmuir model exhibited the best correlation for AR-HCl, while AR was effectively described by Freundlich model. Both models were well fitted to AR-NaOH. The maximum adsorption capacities calculated from Langmuir equation were in following manner: AR-NaOH > AR > AR-HCl. Phosphate removal by alkaline residue was pH dependent process. Mechanisms for phosphate removal mainly involved adsorption and precipitation, varied with equilibrium pH of solution. For AR-HCl, the acid equilibrium pH(< 6.0) was unfavorable for the formation of Ca-P precipitate, with adsorption as the key mechanism for phosphate removal. In contrast, for AR and ARNaOH, precipitation was the dominant mechanism for phosphate removal, due to the incrase on pH(> 8.0) after phosphate removal. 6Effects of Sini San used alone and in combination with fluoxetine on central and peripheral 5-HT levels in a rat model of depression显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Sini San and fluoxetine on the levels of central and peripheral 5-HT in a rat model of depression, and provide new insight into the treatment of depression with integrated Chinese-Western Medicine.METHODS: A rat model of depression was established by chronic mild stress(CMS). Model rats received either Sini San, fluoxetine, a combination of the two drugs, or no drug treatment. Healthy naive rats were used as controls. Open field and sucrose preference tests were used to assess depression-like behavior. ELISA and immunohistochemistry were used to determine central and peripheral levels of 5-HT.RESULTS: In the group with no drug treatment,central 5-HT expression decreased while peripheral5-HT concentrations increased as CMS continued.Four weeks after CMS, Sini San alone was less effective in reducing depression-like behavior than fluoxetine alone or in combination with Sini San,but combined use was more effective than fluoxetine alone. Eight weeks after CMS, Sini San alone or in combination with fluoxetine was more effective in reducing depression-like behavior than fluoxetine alone. Furthermore Sini San and fluoxetine used alone or in combination notably increased central 5-HT expression and decreased peripheral 5-HT levels in the rat model.CONCLUSION:The results of the present study indicate that there is a synergistic action between the two medicines in the treatment of depression. Sini San exhibited a relatively long lag before its effects were observed; however, by eight weeks the Traditional Chinese Medicine appeared at least as effective as fluoxetine. 7In vitro and in vivo degradation behavior of Mg-2Sr-Ca and Mg-2Sr-Zn alloys显示文摘Magnesium alloys with integration of degradability and good mechanical performance are desired for orthopedic implants.In this paper,Mg-2Sr-Ca and Mg-2Sr-Zn alloys were prepared and the degradation as well as the bone response were investigated.Compared with the binary Mg-2Sr alloys,the addition of Ca and Zn improved the in vitro and in vivo corrosion resistance.Mg-2Sr-Ca and Mg-2Sr-Zn alloys exhibited more uniform corrosion and maintained the configuration of the implants 4 weeks post-implantation.The in vivo corrosion rates were 0.85 mm/yr for Mg-2Sr-Zn and 1.10 mm/yr for Mg-2Sr-Ca in comparison with 1.37 mm/yr for Mg-2Sr.The in vitro cell tests indicated that Mg-2Sr-Ca and Mg-2Sr-Zn alloys exhibited higher MG63 cell viability than Mg-2Sr alloy.Furthermore,these two alloys can promote the mineralization and new bone formation without inducing any significant adverse effects and this sound osteogenic properties suggest its attractive clinical potential.Kai Chen Xinhui Xie Hongyan Tang Hui Sun Ling Qin Yufeng Zheng Xuenan Gu Yubo Fan 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,2:6

9Ultrasound speed and attenuation in progressive trypsin digested articular cartilage显示文摘Subtle changes of articular cartilage(AC) can lead to tissue degeneration and even osteoarthritis(OA).The early degeneration of AC is closely related to a change in proteoglycans(PG) content.The observation of PG is therefore an appropriate way of studying OA and evaluating the degree of AC degeneration.In this study,20 cartilage-bone samples were prepared from normal porcine femoral condyle cartilage and 10 samples were digested over 2 h using 0.25% trypsin solution.The dynamic process of PG-digestion was explored using a conventional A-mode ultrasound(US) experimental system with a 10 MHz center frequency.Quantitative acoustic parameters were calculated from ultrasonic radio-frequency echo signals and included US speed(USS),US amplitude attenuation coefficient(UAA) and broadband US attenuation coefficient(BUA).The experimental results showed that the conventional A-mode ultrasound is valuable for tracking the degree of PG-digestion.Histology also confirmed the validity of the ultrasound observations.For every AC sample,the degree of PG-digestion within a given time was different and was affected by individual differences.After two hours of degeneration,USS showed a mean decrease of 0.4%(P<0.05).UAA was significantly lower after a two-hour PG depletion period(from(2.45±0.23) to(2.28±0.41) dB mm?1).BUA showed no significant differences during this process.In conclusion,conventional ultrasound can provide useful information about trypsin-induced progressive PG depletion in AC and can reflect variations of PG content via the quantitative acoustic parameters USS and UAA.The results of this study may be used to identify an indirect indicator of cartilage matrix integrity and OA disease progression.NIU HaiJun LI LiFeng SUN Feng YAN Yan WANG YueXiang LI DeYu FAN YuBo 2011Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,11:3

16A new way to evaluate thrombotic risk in failure heart and ventricular assist devices显示文摘Thrombosis is one of the main complications in patients implanted with ventricular assist device(VAD).The complicated structure and disturbed flow field within failure heart and blood pump play an important role in thrombosis formation.In this study,the influence of Left ventricular(LV)volumes on flow field contributing to thrombosis formation within failure heart and VAD was investigated.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)methods were employed to investigate the effect of different LV volumes on the thrombogenic potential of failure heart and VAD.Lagrangian methods were utilized to obtain information on platelet voyage trajectories.The concepts of mean and threshold of stress accumulation and residence time were introduced to accurately assess the likelihood of thrombus.Eulerian methods were used to identify thrombus-prone locations.CFD results showed that residence time(RT)was the main cause of thrombus formation in the failure heart,and the percentage of platelet trajectories above the RT threshold increased significantly with increasing LV volume.The RT in the left atrial appendage and LV increased significantly with LV volume increasing,which indicated that thrombus is prone to form there.Compared with the failure heart,non-physiological shear stress(NPSS)-caused platelet activation is the main reason for thrombus formation within VAD.The narrow zones(top clearance and secondary flow passage)within VAD have a high incidence of thrombus generation.In VAD patients,the LV volume has an important impact on thrombosis probability within failure heart,in which the larger size of the LV volume is,the higher risk of thrombosis will be.The size of LV volume has little effect on the thrombosis formation probability of VAD,where the NPSS plays the leading role in thrombosis formation.The finding of this study can be utilized to guild the clinical treatment and VAD structure optimization design for reducing the thrombosis risk.Yuan Li Yifeng Xi Hongyu Wang Anqiang Sun Xiaoyan Deng Zengsheng Chen Yubo Fan 2022Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,4:1
17A micropore array-based solid lift-off method for highly efficient and controllable cell alignment and spreading显示文摘Interpretation of cell–cell and cell-microenvironment interactions is critical for both advancing knowledge of basic biology and promoting applications of regenerative medicine.Cell patterning has been widely investigated in previous studies.However,the reported methods cannot simultaneously realize precise control of cell alignment and adhesion/spreading with a high efficiency at a high throughput.Here,a novel solid lift-off method with a micropore array as a shadow mask was proposed.Efficient and precise control of cell alignment and adhesion/spreading are simultaneously achieved via an ingeniously designed shadow mask,which contains large micropores(capture pores)in central areas and small micropores(spreading pores)in surrounding areas contributing to capture/alignment and adhesion/spreading control,respectively.The solid lift-off functions as follows:(1)protein micropattern generates through both the capture and spreading pores,(2)cell capture/alignment control is realized through the capture pores,and(3)cell adhesion/spreading is controlled through previously generated protein micropatterns after lift-off of the shadow mask.High-throughput(2.4–3.2×10^(4) cells/cm 2)cell alignments were achieved with high efficiencies(86.2±3.2%,56.7±9.4%and 51.1±4.0%for single-cell,double-cell,and triple-cell alignments,respectively).Precise control of cell spreading and applications for regulating cell skeletons and cell–cell junctions were investigated and verified using murine skeletal muscle myoblasts.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first report to demonstrate highly efficient and controllable multicell alignment and adhesion/spreading simultaneously via a simple solid lift-off operation.This study successfully fills a gap in literatures and promotes the effective and reproducible application of cell patterning in the fields of both basic mechanism studies and applied medicine.Tingting Hun Yaoping Liu Yechang Guo Yan Sun Yubo Fan Wei Wang 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:1
18The impact of ECMO lower limb cannulation on the aortic flow features under differential blood perfusion conditions显示文摘The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of veno-arterial(VA)ECMO cannulation on hemodynamic distribution and organ perfusion within aorta under differential blood perfusion conditions.The total blood flow volume supplied by failure heart and ECMO keep constant,flow volume ratio of heart output(FVR-HO)increases from 0%to 100%and correspondingly flow volume ratio of ECMO(FVR-ECMO)decreases from 100%to 0%.The flow patterns within aorta,wall shear stress(WSS),oscillatory shear index(OSI),relative retention time(RRT)were analyzed.The locations of oxygenated and de-oxygenated blood mixing region(BMR)was influenced by FVR-HO.With FVR-HO increasing,BMR moves from proximal to distal side of heart.When FVR-HO was 0%,oxygenated blood supplied by ECMO completely perfuses the aortic vessels.High WSS appears in the iliac artery and abdominal aorta vessel walls closed to cannula position.When FVR-HO was in the range of 10%–30%,the BMR was in aortic arch.The higher OSI and RRT were exhibited in ascending aorta and aorta arch.When FVR-HO was 40%and 50%,the BMR was in ventral trunk for systolic period and in aortic arch for diastolic period.The higher OSI and RRT regions enlarge and metastasize to the descending aorta.When FVR-HO was larger than 50%,the BMR was in the downstream region of the renal artery.Of note,when FVR-HO increases from 0%to 100%,the flow ratios in the two renal arteries change from significant different to be closed at systolic period.Peripheral VA-ECMO with various perfusion levels from cardiac output and ECMO has significant effect on aortic flow surrounding.Partial recovery of heart function can impel BMR moves from proximal to distal side of the heart,which may lead to inadequate supply of oxygenated blood to the upper limb and cephalic vessels.Yifeng Xi Yuan Li Hongyu Wang Anqiang Sun Xiaoyan Deng Zengsheng Chen Yubo Fan 2022Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,4:0

20Controlled release of dexamethasone from porous PLGA scaffolds under cyclic loading显示文摘Poly(L-lactide)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)(PLLA-PEG) microspheres containing dexamethasone(Dex) have been fabricated using a spray-drying technique.Porous poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) scaffolds were prepared using a method combining thermally induced phase separation and porogen leaching.A post-seeding technique was used to immobilize Dex-containing PLLA-PEG microspheres on porous PLGA scaffolds,and drug-containing microspheres-scaffolds(MS-S) were obtained.Simple Dex-containing scaffolds(D-S) were also made as the control by directly dissolving Dex in the PLGA solution during scaffold fabrication.The morphologies of microspheres and scaffolds were studied by scanning electron microscopy.Drug release profiles of both MS-S and D-S were determined under cyclic loading and shaking water bath,respectively.The cumulative release of Dex was measured using an ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer.The results show that the incorporation of Dex and microspheres had little effect on the overall morphology of the porous PLGA scaffolds.Cyclic loading significantly accelerated the release of Dex from the drug-containing scaffolds.Compared with D-S,MS-S reduced the drug release rate.The controlled drug delivery of tissue engineering scaffolds under cyclic loading is a key factor to mimic the in vivo mechanical environments and achieve optical clinical efficacy.Tang GongWen Yang YanFang Sun AiPing Song TianTian Zhao YunHui Yuan XuBo Yuan XiaoYan Fan YuBo Wang Min 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,3:0
