1一种尺度感知型遥感图像融合新方法显示文摘针对在高分辨率星载遥感图像融合中容易出现的空间或光谱信息失真问题,提出一种基于滚动导向滤波的多光谱与全色光图像融合新方法。该方法采用主成分分析(PCA)设计融合模型,利用具有尺度感知特性的滚动导向滤波器准确地提取出多光谱图像第一主成分的大尺度结构信息和全色光图像的小尺度细节信息,然后将细节信息与结构信息相结合,经过主成分分析反变换得到融合结果。本文采用Geo Eye-1卫星数据进行试验,主观分析与客观评价表明,该方法能够在保持图像光谱信息的同时显著提高融合图像的空间分辨率,且融合质量优于现有的几种融合方法。李旭 高雅楠 Shigang Yue 2017宇航学报2017,38,12:7

12Cellular atlases of ovarian microenvironment alterations by diet and genetically-induced obesity显示文摘Obesity,which can arise from genetic or environmental factors,has been shown to cause serious damages to the reproductive system.The ovary,as one of the primary regulators of female fertility,is a complex organ comprised of heterogeneous cell types that work together to maintain a normal ovarian microenvironment(OME).Despite its importance,the effect of obesity on the entire ovary remains poorly documented.In this study,we performed ovary single-cell and nanoscale spatial RNA sequencing to investigate how the OME changed under different kinds of obesity,including high-fat diet(HFD)induced obesity and Leptin ablation induced obesity(OB).Our results demonstrate that OB,but not HFD,dramatically altered the proportion of ovarian granulosa cells,theca-interstitial cells,luteal cells,and endothelial cells.Furthermore,based on the spatial dynamics of follicular development,we defined four subpopulations of granulosa cell and found that obesity drastically disrupted the differentiation of mural granulosa cells from small to large antral follicles.Functionally,HFD enhanced follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)sensitivity and hormone conversion,while OB caused decreased sensitivity,inadequate steroid hormone conversion,and impaired follicular development.These differences can be explained by the differential expression pattern of the transcription factor Foxo1.Overall,our study provides a powerful and high-resolution resource for profiling obesity-induced OME and offers insights into the diverse effects of obesity on female reproductive disorders.Yonghui Jiang Xueying Gao Yue Liu Xueqi Yan Huangcong Shi Rusong Zhao Zi-Jiang Chen Fei Gao Han Zhao Shigang Zhao 2024Science China(Life Sciences)2024,67,1:0
13Monitoring of steam chamber in steam-assisted gravity drainage based on the temperature sensitivity of oil sand显示文摘Thermosensitivity experiments and simulation calculations were conducted on typical oil sand core samples from Kinosis,Canada to predict the steam chamber development with time-lapse seismic data during the steam-assisted gravity drain-age(SAGD).Using an ultrasonic base made of polyether ether ketone resin instead of titanium alloy can improve the signal en-ergy and signal-to-noise ratio and get clear first arrival;with the rise of temperature,heavy oil changes from glass state(at-34.4℃),to quasi-solid state,and to liquid state(at 49.0℃)gradually;the quasi-solid heavy oil has significant frequency dis-persion.For the sand sample with high oil saturation,its elastic property depends mainly on the nature of the heavy oil,while for the sand sample with low oil saturation,the elastic property depends on the stiffness of the rock matrix.The elastic property of the oil sand is sensitive to temperature noticeably,when the temperature increases from 10℃ to 175℃,the oil sand samples decrease in compressional and shear wave velocities significantly.Based on the experimental data,the quantita-tive relationship between the compressional wave impedance of the oil sand and temperature was worked out,and the tem-perature variation of the steam chamber in the study area was predicted by time-lapse seismic inversion.GAO Yunfeng FAN Ting’en GAO Jinghuai LI Hui DONG Hongchao MA Shigang YUE Qingfeng 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,6:0
14A BLG1 neural model implements the unique looming selectivity to diving target显示文摘The bistratified lobula giant type 1(BLG1) neuron is an identified looming-sensitive neuron in crab's visual brain that demonstrates special sensitivity to diving targets, or descending approaching motions. In this paper, a novel neural model is proposed to shape such unique selectivity through incorporating a bio-plausible feedforward contrast inhibition synapse and a radially extending spatial enhancement distribution. Herein the synaptic connections and neuronal functions of this model are placed within a framework for matching and describing underlying biological findings.
