| 2 | Modification of LiCo_(1/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 cathode material by CeO_2-coating显示文摘LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 was coated by a layer of 1.0 wt% CeO2 via sol-gel method. The bared and coated LiMn1/3Co1/3Ni1/3O2 was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),cyclic voltammogram (CV) and galvanotactic charge-discharge test. The results show that the coating layer has no effect on the crystal structure,only coating on the surface; the 1.0 wt% CeO2-coated LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 exhibits better discharge capacity and cycling performance than the bared LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2. The discharge capacity of 1.0 wt% CeO2-coated cathode is 182.5 mAh.g-1 at a current density of 20 mA.g-1,in contrast to 165.8 mAh.g-1of the bared sample. The discharge capacity retention of 1.0 wt% CeO2-coated sample after 12 cycles reaches 93.2%,in comparison with 86.6% of the bared sample. | 3 | Protective effects of sirtuin 3 on titanium particle-induced osteogenic inhibition by regulating the NLRP3 inflammasome via the GSK-3β/β-catenin signalling pathway显示文摘Periprosthetic osteolysis(PPO)remains the key factor in implant failure and subsequent revision surgery and is mainly triggered by wear particles.Previous studies have shown that inhibition of osteoblastic differentiation is the most widespread incident affecting the interface of trabecular and loosening prostheses.Additionally,the NLRP3 inflammasome is activated by prosthetic particles.Sirtuin3,an NAD+-dependent deacetylase of mitochondria,regulates the function of mitochondria in diverse activities.However,whether SIRT3 can mitigate wear debris-induced osteolysis by inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome and enhancing osteogenesis has not been previously reported.Therefore,we investigated the role of SIRT3 during the process of titanium(Ti)particle-induced osteolysis.We revealed that upregulated SIRT3 dramatically attenuated Ti particle-induced osteogenic inhibition through suppression of the NLRP3 inflammasome and improvement of osteogenesis in vivo and in vitro.Moreover,we found that SIRT3 interference in the process of Ti particle-induced osteolysis relied on the GSK-3β/β-catenin signalling pathway.Collectively,these findings indicated that SIRT3 may serve as a rational new treatment against debris-induced PPO by deacetylase-dependent inflammasome attenuation. | Kai Zheng Jiaxiang Bai Ning Li Meng Li Houyi Sun Weicheng Zhang Gaoran Ge Xiaolong Liang Huaqiang Tao Yi Xue Yuefeng Hao Chen Zhu Yaozeng Xu Dechun Geng | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,10: | 5 |
| 4 | Anti-diabetic effects of linarin from Chrysanthemi Indici Flos via AMPK activation显示文摘Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the anti-diabetic effects of linarin,a flavonoid extracted from Chrysanthemi Indici Flos(CIF),and its potential mechanisms.Methods:The effects of linarin on cell viability and glucose consumption in Hep G2 cells were measured.Meanwhile,monosodium glutamate(MSG) mouse model was constructed to monitor the changes of insulin tolerance,glucose tolerance,triglyceride and cholesterol.The protein expression levels of pAMPK,p-ACC,PEPCK and p-GS were detected by Western blot.Results:Linarin could increase the relative glucose consumption of Hep G2 cells,improve insulin tolerance and glucose tolerance,and decrease the levels of triglyceride and cholesterol of MSG mice.Simultaneously,the expression levels of p-AMPK and p-ACC in Hep G2 cells and the liver tissue of MSG mice were increased,while the expression levels of PEPCK and p-GS were decreased after treatment with linarin.Conclusion:Insulin resistance could be ameliorated by linarin in type 2 diabetes,and its mechanism may be related to AMPK signaling pathway. | Zhenji Wang Zhe Bai Jinghua Yan Tengteng Liu Yingmei Li Jiahui Xu Xiaoqian Meng Yuefeng Bi | 2022 | Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,1: | 2 |
| 5 | Impact and explosion resistance of NPR anchor cable:Field test and numerical simulation显示文摘With the reduction of shallow resources,the degree of damage and the frequency of dynamic hazards,such as deep rock bursts and impact ground pressure,are increasing dramatically.However,the existing support materials are incapable of meeting the safety require-ments of the refuges and roadways under a strong impact force.To effectively solve these problems,a novel negative Poisson’s ratio(NPR)anchor cable with excellent properties,such as impact resistance and the ability to withstand large deformation,is proposed.In the present study,a series of field tests and numerical simulations are conducted to investigate the mechanical and support charac-teristics of NPR anchor cables under blast impact.Laboratory mechanical tests show that NPR anchor cables can maintain constant resistance and produce large deformation under the action of multiple drop hammer impacts.According to the results of field tests,the roadway supported by conventional anchor cables was unable to endure the blast impact,while the roadway supported by NPR anchor cables was able to withstand the severe impact equivalent to a Class 3 mine earthquake.The dynamic response of the NPR anchor cable that supports the roadway under explosion is investigated using the innovative coupled modeling approach that combines the finite element method and the discrete element method,and the support effect of the NPR anchor cable is verified.The study shows that the NPR anchor cable has a superior impact and blast resistance performance,and a broad application prospect in the support of chambers and roadways that are at high risk of rock bursts and impact ground pressure. | Manchao He Aipeng Guo Zhigang Meng Yuefeng Pan Zhigang Tao | 2023 | Underground Space2023,,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Adaptability Analysis of Fluctuating Traffic for IP Switching and Optical Switching显示文摘The technological development of smart devices and Internet of Things(IoT)has brought ever-larger bandwidth and fluctuating traffic to existing networks.The analy⁃sis of network capital expenditure(CAPEX)is extremely important and plays a fundamen⁃tal role in further network optimizing.In this paper,an adaptability analysis is raised for IP switching and optical transport network(OTN)switching in CAPEX when the service bandwidth is fluctuating violently.This paper establishes a multi-layer network architec⁃ture through Clos network model and discusses impacts of maximum allowable blocking rate and service bandwidth standard deviation on CAPEX of IP network and OTN network to find CAPEX demarcation point in different situations.As simulation results show,when the bandwidth deviation mean rate is 0.3 and the maximum allowable blocking rate is 0.01,the hardware cost of OTN switching will exceed IP switching as the average band⁃width is greater than 6100 Mbit/s.When the service bandwidth fluctuation is severe,the hardware cost of OTN switching will increase and exceed IP switching as the single port rate is allowed in optical switching.The increasing of maximum allowable blocking rate can decrease hardware cost of OTN switching.Finally,it is found that Flex Ethernet(FlexE)can be used to decrease CAPEX of OTN switching greatly at this time. | LIAN Meng GU Rentao JI Yuefeng WANG Dajiang LI Hongbiao | 2021 | ZTE Communications2021,19,1: | 0 |
| 9 | Improving Soil Fertility with Different Planting Patterns in Rocky Desertification Areas显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effect of different planting patterns on soil improvement in rocky desertification areas.[Methods]The one-way ANOVA analysis method was used to statistically analyze the soil physical and chemical properties,enzyme activity,microbial quantity,CEC,ECEC,and aggregate content distribution with different planting patterns.[Results]The walnut+sesame+mung bean planting pattern showed the highest soil available phosphorus,available potassium,porosity,non-capillary porosity,and contents of free living nitrogen-fixing bacteria,organophosphate-dissolving bacteria,bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes,at 63.2 mg/kg,178.8 mg/kg,22.85%,6.89%,10.0×10^6 bacteria/g,18.0×10^6 bacteria/g,21.0×10^5 CFU/g,5.7×10^3 CFU/g and 7.9×10^5 CFU/g,respectively,and it reduced soil bulk density(the same as treatment F and treatment E)compared with other planting patterns.The walnut+American chicory+sweet potato planting pattern had the highest alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen,organic matter,CEC,ECEC,water-air ratio and moisture content,which were 227.9 mg/kg,46.30 g/kg,36.38 cmol/kg,24.00 cmol/kg,8.13,and 32.89%,respectively,and it reduced soil bulk density,increased capillary porosity,acid phosphatase,and contents of bacteria and actinomycetes compared with single cropping of walnut.[Conclusions]Interplanting crops under walnut forests is an effective measure to improve the ecological environment of rocky desertification farmland. | Fang QIN Lirong SU Chengcheng ZENG Qin LI Tieguang HE Yuefeng YU Nan WEI Yuanqing MENG Aina WEI Jinshan WEI Daizu XIE | 2020 | Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,6: | 0 |
| 10 | Preparation and pharmacokinetics in vivo of linarin solid dispersion and liposome显示文摘Objective:The current investigation aimed to determine the appropriate dosage form by comparing solid dispersion and liposome to achieve the purpose of improving the solubility and bioavailability of linarin.Methods:Linarin solid dispersion(LSD)and linarin liposome(LL)were developed via the solvent method and the thin film hydration method respectively.The Transwell chamber model of Caco-2 cells was established to evaluate the absorption of drug.The pharmacokinetics of linarin,LSD and LL in rats after ig administration were carried out by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.Results:The solubility of LSD and LL was severally 3.29 times and 3.09 times than that of linarin.The permeation coefficients of LSD and LL were greater than 10^(-6),indicating that the absorption of LSD and LL were both better than linarin.The bioavailability of the LSD was 3.363 times higher than that of linarin,and the bioavailability of LL was 0.9886 times higher than that of linarin.Conclusion:The linarin was more suitable for making solid dispersion to enhance its solubility and bioavailability. | Yingying Huang Lihua Xu Fangping Zhang Yang Liu Yunyu Wang Fangfeng Meng Shuang Li Xintao Cheng Yuefeng Bi | 2022 | Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,2: | 0 |
