| 1 | Magnetism parameters characteristics of drilling deposits in Jianghan Plain and indication for forming of the Yangtze River Three Gorges显示文摘The forming time of the Yangtze River Three Gorges is considered as one of keys in the research on the Yangtze River,also is one of the most disputed hotspots.In order to solve the difficult problem,the authors adopt the internationally recognized thoughts and methods of substance tracing from source to sink.The lithologic characteristics,magnetic parameters and magnetic mineral characteristics of deposits in 2 bores are analyzed,which are both sampled from the sedimentary center of the Jianghan Plain.The results are as follows:At about 110 m depth of the core,the contents of coarse materials and stable magnetic mineral both increase significantly.Meanwhile,the magnetic susceptibility of sediment,saturation isothermal remanent magnetization and magnetic susceptibility values of anhysteretic remanent magnetism increase suddenly,which all reflect that at about 110 m depth,the important adjustment has appeared in water system of the Jianghan Plain,and the sedimentary environment and material composition have changed greatly.And it may be the horizon where the Yangtze River Three Gorges formed,its forming time reflected by the paleomagnetic dating is between 1.17 and 1.12Ma B.P. | ZHANG YuFen LI Chang'An WANG QiuLiang CHEN Liang Ma YongFa KANG ChunGuo | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,4: | 34 |

| 3 | Long-term trends in fog and boundary layer characteristics in Tianjin,China显示文摘Long-term trends in fog episodes,vertical variations of atmospheric boundary structure,and air pollutant concentrations during two different heavy fog events in the Tianjin area were analyzed.The total amount of fog has increased since 1980 due to the stability of the boundary layer and an increase of pollutant emissions.The variation in the characteristics of the boundary layer and air pollutant concentrations were significantly different between the two fog processes(fog 1 and fog II).The onset of fog I was accompanied by a temperature inversion in the low atmosphere,and the average kinetic energy showed a clear diurnal trend and vertical variation,which increased with height.The dissipation of fog I was mainly due to turbulence.However,the atmospheric stratification was not stable in the lower layer before the onset of fog II.The diurnal and vertical changes in kinetic energy were very small,in which turbulent momentum at each measurement height tended to be zero.In the dissipation process of fog II,wind speed increased significantly.Surface PM_(2.)5 concentrations decreased,but the ratio of PM_(2.5) to PM_(10)increased from 0.66 to 0.82 until fog I dissipated.However,the concentration of PM2.5 did not decrease at the early stage of fog II,but the ratio of PM_(2.5) to PM_(10) PM_(2.5)/PM_(10) decreased to 0.21 when fog II dissipated.This study showed that there was a clear difference in the evolution of pollutant concentration for different pollutants and in different developing stages during the fog events.PM2.5 concentration accumulated faster than those of SO_2 and NO_x,and the PM_(2.5) cumulative rate was greater in the mid-term of the fog process. | Suqin Han Ziying Cai Yufen Zhang Jiao Wang Qing Yao Peiyan Li Xiangjin Li | 2015 | Particuology2015,13,3: | 7 |

| 5 | N-phosphoryl amino acid models for P–N bonds in prebiotic chemical evolution显示文摘Post-translational modification of proteins by N-phosphorylation of the basic amino acid residues plays important roles in biological processes. The high-energy P–N bond might have contributed to the evolution of prebiotic chemistry. N-phosphoryl amino acids(PAAs) can serve as interesting small molecular models for the study of P–N bonds in prebiotic chemical evolution. PAAs are capable of simultaneously producing several important biomolecules such as polypeptides and oligonucleotides under mild reaction conditions. In this review, we describe the chemistry of PAAs, discusse their likely prebiotic origins and their reactivity and how they relate to biological P–N bond species. | 7 | Polymorphic Alu insertions and their associations with MHC class I alleles and haplotypes in Han and Jinuo populations in Yunnan Province,southwest of China显示文摘The associations of polymorphic Alu insertions (POALINs) with major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I genes enable us to better identify origins and evolution of MHC class I region haplotypes in different populations. For further studying origins and evolution of MHC class I region haplotypes in Han and Jinuo populations in Yunnan Province, we investigated frequencies of five POALINs, their associations with HLA-A and -B, the three-loci POALINs haplotype frequencies and HLA/POALIN four-loci haplotype frequencies within the alpha block of MHC class I region. We found that a strong positive association between AluHG and HLA-A*02 is in Jinuo, but not in Yunnan Han. | 10 | Orientation of the peptide formation of N-phosphoryl amino acids in solution显示文摘The peptide formation of N-phosphoryl aminoacids with amino acids proceeds in aqueous solution withoutany coupling reagents. After being separated in sephadex gelcolumn, the phosphoryl dipeptides were analyzed by theelectrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESIMS/MS). The result demonstrates that phosphoryl dipeptideswere datected in all the reaction systems. It is found tkat theformation of N-phosphoryl dipeptides is oriented: theN-terminal amino acid residues of the N-phosphoryl dipep-tides are from N-phosphoryl amino acids, and the peptideelongation happened at the C-terminal. Only adipeptide, noβ-dipeptide, is formed in the N-phosphoryl dipeptides,showing that α-carboxylic group is activated selectively byN-pbosphorylation. | 12 | Size distribution and chemical characteristics of particles from crop residue open burning in North China显示文摘Crop residue open burning is an important emission source of ambient particles in China.This study analyzed the particle emission characteristics of crop residue open burning through combustion experiments with a novel open combustion simulation device using three typical crop straws in north China(corn,wheat,and rice).Particle samples size ranging from 0.006–9.890μm were collected by an Electrical Low Pressure Impactor plus,a high size-resolution instrument capable of dividing particles into 14 size stages.The size distributions of organic carbon(OC),elemental carbon(EC),water-soluble ions,and elements were analyzed,and source chemical profiles were constructed for PM0.1,PM1,PM2.5,and PM10.The number concentration of particles was concentrated in the Aiken nuclei mode(0.006–0.054μm),accounting for 75%of the total number,whereas the mass concentration was concentrated in the accumulation mode(0.054–0.949μm),accounting for 85.43%of the mass loading.OC,EC,Cl−,and K(include total K and water-soluble K)were the major chemical components of the particles,whose mass percentage distributions differed from those of other components.These fivemain components exhibited a bell-shaped size distribution in the 0.006–9.890μm range,whereas the other components exhibited a U-shaped distribution.Among the chemical profiles for PM0.1–PM10,OC was the most important component at 10–30%,followed by EC at 2%–8%.The proportions of K^(+),Cl^(−),and K varied substantially in different experimental groups,ranging from 0–15%,and K+and Cl−were significantly correlated(r=0.878,α=0.000). | Tingkun Li Qili Dai Xiaohui Bi Jianhui Wu Yufen Zhang Yinchang Feng | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,11: | 2 |
