1A possible family of Ni-based high temperature superconductors显示文摘We suggest that a family of Ni-based compounds, which contain [Ni_2M_2O]~2à(M = chalcogen) layers with an antiperovskite structure constructed by mixed-anion Ni complexes, Ni M_4O_2, can be potential high temperature superconductors(high-Tc) upon doping or applying pressure. The layer structures have been formed in many other transitional metal compounds such as La_2B_2Se_2O_3(B = Mn, Fe, Co). For the Ni-based compounds, we predict that the parental compounds host collinear antiferromagnetic states similar to those in iron-based high temperature superconductors. The electronic physics near Fermi energy is controlled by two egd-orbitals with completely independent in-plane kinematics. 2Superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors:recent progress显示文摘Research of superconducting nanowire singlephoton detectors(SNSPDs) has been progressing rapidly in recent years. The combined properties of high efficiency,low noise, and fast speed of SNSPDs permit its applications ranging from long-distance quantum teleportation to moonto-earth optical communications. 3Unconventional high temperature superconductivity in cubic zinc-blende transition metal compounds显示文摘We consider possible high temperature superconductivity(high-Tc)in transition metal compounds with a cubic zinc-blende lattice structure.When the electron filling configuration in the d-shell is close to d7,all three t2g orbitals are near half filling with strong nearest neighbor antiferromagnetic(AFM)superexchange interactions.We argue that upon doping,this electronic environment can be one of'genes'to host unconventional high Tcwith a time reversal symmetry broken d2x2-x2-y2±idx2-y2pairing symmetry.With gapless nodal points along the diagonal directions,this state is a direct three-dimensional analogue to the two-dimensional B1gd-wave state in cuprates.We suggest that such a case may be realized in electron doped CoN,such as CoN1-xOx and(H,Li)1-xCoN.Qiang Zhang Kun Jiang YuHao Gu JiangPing Hu 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,7:1
4Sulfur-doped CMK-5 with expanded lattice for high-performance lithium ion batteries显示文摘Heteroatom-doped porous carbon materials are very attractive for lithium ion batteries(LIBs) owing to their high specific surface areas, open pore structures, and abundant active sites. However, heteroatomdoped porous carbon with very high surface area and large pore volume are highly desirable but still remain a big challenge. Herein, we reported a sulfur-doped mesoporous carbon(CMK-5-S) with nanotubes array structure, ultrahigh specific surface area(1390 m^(2)/g), large pore volume(1.8 cm^(3)/g), bimodal pore size distribution(2.9 and 4.6 nm), and high sulfur content(2.5 at%). The CMK-5-S used as an anode material for LIBs displays high specific capacity, excellent rate capability and highly cycling stability. The initial reversible specific capacity at 0.1 A/g is as high as 1580 mAh/g and simultaneously up to 701 mAh/g at 1A/g even after 500 cycles. 5Effects of Combined Stress from Salt and Herbicide on Microbial Remediation of Soil Contaminated by n-Hexadecane and Phenanthrene显示文摘In this study,physicochemical,cluster,and high-throughput sequencing analyses were used to investigate the joint effects of salt and herbicide(glyphosate)stress factors on the microbial remediation of soil contaminated by n-hexadecane and phenanthrene.Based on the soil’s physical and chemical properties,differences in microbial quantity and enzyme activities were analyzed among the samples,and how that influenced distribution of soil community structure was focused upon.After 120 days of indoor simulated remediation,the cumulative degradation rate of n-hexadecane decreased by 94.92%(blank control),96.96%(low concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),65.07%(high concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),while that of phenanthrene decreased by 87.33%(blank control),86.25%(low concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),58.45%(high concentration salt and glyphosate stress group).The combined stress of salt and herbicides was capable of lowering the reduction efficiency of organic matter,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus,and also restricting the growth of microorganisms and enzyme activities.Cluster analysis results indicated that the non-stress group was similar to the low-concentration compound stress group during different remedial period,whereas both of those differed starkly from the high-concentration compound stress group.High-throughput sequencing revealed that the dominant soil bacteria phyla shifted from Firmicutes to Actinobacteria within 120 days of remediation.Liu Bingkun Zuo Shuai Wang Ruirui Dong Kangning Zhang Xiuxia Li Ruyue Hao Boyu Li Jing Yin Linghao Bai Yuhao Song Jiayu Gu Yingying Sun Juan 2022China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2022,24,2:0
6Predicting diamond-like Co-based chalcogenides as unconventional high temperature superconductors显示文摘We predict Co-based chalcogenides with a diamond-like structure can host unconventional high temperature superconductivity(high-Tc). The essential electronic physics in these materials stems from the Co layers with each layer being formed by vertex-shared CoA_4(A=S, Se, Te) tetrahedra complexes, a material genome proposed recently by us to host potential unconventional high-Tcclose to a d7 filling configuration in 3 d transition metal compounds. We calculate the magnetic ground states of different transition metal compounds with this structure. It is found that(Mn, Fe, Co)-based compounds all have a G-type antiferromagnetic(AFM) insulating ground state while Ni-based compounds are paramagnetic metal.The AFM interaction is the largest in the Co-based compounds as the three t2 gorbitals all strongly participate in AFM superexchange interactions. The abrupt quenching of the magnetism from the Co to Ni-based compounds is very similar to those from Fe to Co-based pnictides in which a C-type AFM state appears in the Fe-based ones but vanishes in the Co-based ones. This behavior can be considered as an electronic signature of the high-Tcgene. 9Modulation of Excitonic Confinement of TiO_(2)in Molten Salts for Overall CO_(2)Photoreduction显示文摘Excitonic confinement greatly determines the charge carrier transport of photocatalysts.A molten salt modulation of excitonic con-finement is herein demonstrated as formation of ultrafine carbon-doped anatase TiO_(2)with grafted graphitic carbon nitride,which is rationalized as an excellent catalyst for overall CO_(2)photoreduction.Compared with bulk TiO_(2),the carbon-doped TiO_(2)(M-TiO_(2))pos-sesses a weaker excitonic confinement to decrease exciton binding energy from 99 to 58 meV,consequently enhancing free-charge-carrier generation and transportation.Effective Z-scheme electron transfer from M-TiO_(2)to C_(3)N_(4) is built,enhancing the CO_(2)conversion via the synchronous optimization of redox ability,CO_(2)activation,and^(*)COOH generation.This work highlights the unique chemistry of excitonic dissociation on facilitating separation of electron and hole,and also extends the scope of molten salt-mediated modulation of photocatalysis materials.Jing Wang Ren Sheng Dong Gu Yuhao Peng Juanxiu Xiao Yijun Shen Wei Xiao 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,10:0
10Ubiquitination and degradation of SIK2 by DNA-PKcs deficiency promote radiation-induced mitotic catastrophe显示文摘Salt-inducible kinase 2 (SIK2) is a member of the AMP-activated serine/threonine kinase family. It has been reported that inhibition of SIK2 can enhance the cytotoxicity of paclitaxel,1 promote premitotic apoptosis, and lead to cell cycle arrest in the metaphase.2 Thus, targeting SIK2 may be a therapeutic strategy for cancers drug and radiotherapy resistance. 11Control of crystal growth to obtain needle-shaped violet phosphorus with excellent photocatalytic degradation performance显示文摘The control of crystal growth is important but challenging for multi-disciplinary research.Violet phosphorus,the most stable phosphorus allotrope,has recently been produced as a unique semiconducting layered structure.The crystal orientation and morphology bring extra performance due to its unique structure and anisotropy.Herein,the layered violet phosphorus has been controlled to grow along the c-axis to give tunable length up to centimeters with the assistance of tin,while the reported flat bulk ones with thickness are limited to micrometers.The as-produced needle-shaped violet phosphorus has also been demonstrated to significantly enhance the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange pollutants due to its special crystallographic orientation.About 98.6%of methyl orange pollutants with a concentration of 50 ppm were degraded within 80 min under visible light conditions by needle-shaped violet phosphorus,which is much more effective than that of amorphous red phosphorus with only 14.1%degradation.Mengting Jin Yanhao Wang Mengyue Gu Xuewen Zhao Rongzheng Zhao Yuhao Zhang Yonghong Cheng Jinying Zhang 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
