1三维超高场7T高分辨磁敏感加权像静脉造影(英文)显示文摘目的超高场磁共振具有高信噪比和独特的磁敏感对比,使其在无创性脑血管造影尤其是对小静脉的检测有明显优势。本文探讨如何在超高场磁共振7T优化和获取高质量的磁敏感加权像(SWI)静脉造影。方法选择10例正常志愿者作为研究对象,采集一系列7TSWI静脉造影数据并与3T结果作对比。选择参数TR=30~45ms,TE=13~26ms,带宽(BW)=80~140Hz/pixel,翻转角(FA)=10~25?;所有的数据用同样的图像后处理方式得到最小信号叠加投影(mIP)的SWI静脉造影像,并进行定量化分析。结果图像优化后,我们得到高分辨率的7T静脉造影图像。根据静脉血的T2*选择优化TE:16ms(7T),28ms(3T);FA:15?(3T和7T)。相对于3T,7TSWI图像有较高的信噪比和静脉与周围组织的对比度,并显示出更多的微小静脉。结论超高场SWI静脉造影对于显示微小静脉具有明显的优势。Yulin Ge Samuel Barnes Samantha Heller Daniel K.Sodickson Lin Tang E.Mark Haacke Jianping Dai Robert I.Grossman 2010磁共振成像2010,1,2:8
2STUDY ON FLOWS THROUGH CENTRIFUGAL PUMP IMPELLER BY TURBULENT SIMULATION显示文摘A finite volume numerical method is presented for simulating internal tur-bulent flows on the blade-to-blade surface through a centrifugal pump impeller, in which, a mesh in body-fitted coordinates is generated for the computation. In detail, the SIM-PLEC algorithm is utilized for solving governing equations of incompressible viscous/turbulent flows through the pump impeller. 3Zanthoxylum-specific whole genome duplication and recent activity of transposable elements in the highly repetitive paleotetraploid Z.bungeanum genome显示文摘Zanthoxylum bungeanum is an important spice and medicinal plant that is unique for its accumulation of abundant secondary metabolites,which create a characteristic aroma and tingling sensation in the mouth.Owing to the high proportion of repetitive sequences,high heterozygosity,and increased chromosome number of Z.bungeanum,the assembly of its chromosomal pseudomolecules is extremely challenging.Here,we present a genome sequence for Z.bungeanum,with a dramatically expanded size of 4.23 Gb,assembled into 68 chromosomes.This genome is approximately tenfold larger than that of its close relative Citrus sinensis.After the divergence of Zanthoxylum and Citrus,the lineage-specific whole-genome duplication event q-WGD approximately 26.8 million years ago(MYA)and the recent transposable element(TE)burst~6.41 MYA account for the substantial genome expansion in Z.bungeanum.The independent Zanthoxylum-specific WGD event was followed by numerous fusion/fission events that shaped the genomic architecture.Integrative genomic and transcriptomic analyses suggested that prominent speciesspecific gene family expansions and changes in gene expression have shaped the biosynthesis of sanshools,terpenoids,and anthocyanins,which contribute to the special flavor and appearance of Z.bungeanum.In summary,the reference genome provides a valuable model for studying the impact of WGDs with recent TE activity on gene gain and loss and genome reconstruction and provides resources to accelerate Zanthoxylum improvement.Shijing Feng Zhenshan Liu Jian Cheng Zihe Li Lu Tian Min Liu Tuxi Yang Yulin Liu Yonghong Liu He Dai Zujun Yang Qing Zhang Gang Wang Jisen Zhang Huifeng Jiang Anzhi Wei 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:5
4Genetical study on the parthenogenesis in Laminaria japonica显示文摘The parthenogenesis and natural doubling of chromosomes in wild type female gametophytes of Laminaria japonica were studied. The results indicate that not all the female gametophytes from the wild type hybrid parent can propagate through parthenogenesis. Most parthenosporophytes can mature, their spores germinate into gametophytes, the latter then developed into female sporophytes. To form these parthenosporophytes the natural doubling of chromosomes occurred mainly at the first and second cell divisions of the spores. 5Heteroatom-doped porous carbon from methyl orange dye wastewater for oxygen reduction显示文摘Banana peel-derived porous carbon(BPPC) was prepared from banana peel and used as an adsorbent for methyl orange(MO) wastewater removal. BPPC-MO50 is a N,S-doped BPPC obtained via secondary carbonization. The BPPC-MO50 exhibited a high specific surface area of1774.3 m^2/g. Heteroatom-doped porous carbon(PC) was successfully synthesized from the BPPC absorbed MO at high temperature and used for oxygen reduction. The BPPC-MO50 displayed the highest ORR onset potential among all carbon-based electrocatalysts, i.e., 0.93 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE). This is the first report to describe porous carbon-activated materials from agriculture and forestry waste that is used for adsorption of dyes from wastewater via an enhanced heteroatom(N,S) content. 6超高场MRI:脑部成像结果探讨(英文)显示文摘随着射频和线圈技术的提高,超高场磁共振近年来有了很大的发展。与常规的场强,超高场MR主要具有以下优势:(1)信噪比的显著增加保证了高分辨率和高质量的图像,从而大大提高了微小结构的检出;(2)由于磁敏感效应的增加,T2*或磁敏感技术有了更广泛的应用,尤其是对异常的铁沉积,微小出血点和小静脉血管的检测;(3)高场T1弛豫时间的增加可以提高ASL灌注成像技术的应用;(4)信号本身的增加也可提高fMRI和MRS的分辨率等。当然,目前超高场强磁共振技术也还有一些局限性:(1)SAR的明显增加限制了采集层数并影响采集时间;(2)高场下RF磁场(B1)的不均匀性造成图像信号的不均匀;(3)增加的磁敏感效应也在颅底增加了相应的伪影等。本文对高场7T在纽约大学医疗中心脑部MR的最初临床应用结果 进行了分析。Yulin Ge Robert I. 7The interaction between polyphyllin I and SQLE protein induces hepatotoxicity through SREBP-2/HMGCR/SQLE/LSS pathway显示文摘Polyphyllin I(PPI)and polyphyllin II(PII)are the main active substances in the Paris polyphylla.However,liver toxicity of these compounds has impeded their clinical application and the potential hepatotoxicity mechanisms remain to be elucidated.In this work,we found that PPI and PII exposure could induce significant hepatotoxicity in human liver cell line L-02 and zebrafish in a dose-dependent manner.The results of the proteomic analysis in L-02 cells and transcriptome in zebrafish indicated that the hepatotoxicity of PPI and PII was associated with the cholesterol biosynthetic pathway disorders,which were alleviated by the cholesterol biosynthesis inhibitor lovastatin.Additionally,3-hydroxy-3-methy-lglutaryl CoA reductase(HMGCR)and squalene epoxidase(SQLE),the two rate-limiting enzymes in the cholesterol synthesis,selected as the potential targets,were confirmed by the molecular docking,the overexpression,and knockdown of HMGCR or SQLE with siRNA.Finally,the pull-down and surface plasmon resonance technology revealed that PPI could directly bind with SQLE but not with HMGCR.Collectively,these data demonstrated that PPI-induced hepatotoxicity resulted from the direct binding with SQLE protein and impaired the sterol-regulatory element binding protein 2/HMGCR/SQLE/lanosterol synthase pathways,thus disturbing the cholesterol biosynthesis pathway.The findings of this research can contribute to a better understanding of the key role of SQLE as a potential target in drug-induced hepatotoxicity and provide a therapeutic strategy for the prevention of drug toxic effects with similar structures in the future.Zhiqi Li Qiqi Fan Meilin Chen Ying Dong Farong Li Mingshuang Wang Yulin Gu Simin Guo Xianwen Ye Jiarui Wu Shengyun Dai Ruichao Lin Chongjun Zhao 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,1:2
8Induction of avirulence by AVR-Pita1 in virulent U.S. field isolates of Magnaporthe oryzae’显示文摘The AVR-Pita1 gene,from the Chinese isolate O-137 of Magnaporthe oryzae,is an effector that determines the efficacy of the Pi-ta rice blast resistance gene.In the present study,the avirulence function of AVR-Pita1 was induced by transformation of field isolates(TM2,ZN19,B2 and B8)that originally were collected from the U.S.and are virulent on Pi-ta-carrying rice cultivars.The presence of AVR-Pita1 from O-137 in independent transformants was detected by PCR using AVR-Pita1 specific primers and verified by DNA sequencing and Southern blot analysis using the AVR-Pita1 coding region as a probe.The results of pathogenicity assays showed that the AVR-Pita1-transformed isolates were not able to infect rice cultivars Katy and Drew carrying Pi-ta.Control isolates that were transformed with inserts lacking the AVR-Pita1gene remained virulent.Our findings demonstrate that AVR-Pita1 can be used to induce novel gene-specific blast resistance in nature.Yuntao Dai Eugenia Winston James C.Correll Yulin Jia 2014The Crop Journal2014,2,1:2

20Burning magnesium in carbon dioxide for highly effective phosphate removal显示文摘Magnesium oxide was found to have high-phosphate-affinity as an effective component to enhance the phosphate removal ability of common adsorbent materials.However,the currently prepared MgO-based hybrid adsorbents by conventional methods still suffer from the limited low loading of MgO and inferior removal performances,much far away from practical application.In this study,an ingenious carbon coated MgO nanocomposite is designed by directly burning magnesium in CO_(2),a well-known textbook reaction.X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscope and aberration-corrected high-resolution transmission electron microscope demonstrate the sample is well prepared.Consequently,the high content of nanosized MgO combined with defect-rich carbon layer brings unprecedented phosphate removal capacity of 1135.0 mg/g,removal rate of 99% and benign compatibility with coexisting anions and solution pH.Furthermore,the removal mechanism is also investigated in detail by characterizing the sample before and after adsorption.Ying Yao Lei Yu Meiling Wang Alvin Dai Yan Zhang Qiubo Guo Yulin Lin JianguoWen Feng Wu Xiulei Ji Jun Lu 2021Carbon Energy2021,3,2:0
