1Influence of Weave Structures on the Tribological Properties of Hybrid Kevlar/PTFE Fabric Composites显示文摘The existing research of the woven fabric self-lubricating liner mainly focus on the tribological performance improvements and the service life raised by changing different fiber type combinations, adding additive modification, and performing fiber surface modification. As fabric composites, the weave structures play an important role in the mechanical and tribological performances of the liners. However, hardly any literature is available on the friction and wear behavior of such composites with different weave structures. In this paper, three weave structures (plain, twill 1/3 and satin 8/5) of hybrid Kevlar/PTFE fabric composites are selected and pin-on-flat linear reciprocating wear studies are done on a CETR tester under different pressures and different frequencies. The relationship between the tensile strength and the wear performance are studied. The morphologies of the worn surfaces under the typical test conditions are analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The analysis results show that at 10 MPa, satin 8/5 performs the best in friction-reduction and antiwear performance, and plain is the worst. At 30 MPa, however, the antiwear performance is reversed and satin 8/5 does not even complete the 2 h wear test at 16 Hz. There is no clear evidence proving that the tensile strength has an influence on the wear performance. So the different tribological performance of the three weave structures of fabric composites may be attributed to the different PTFE proportions in the fabric surface and the different wear mechanisms. The fabric composites are divided into three regions: the lubrication region, the reinforced region and the bonding region. The major mechanisms are fatigue wear and the shear effects of the friction force in the lubrication region. In the reinforced region fiber-matrix de-bonding and fiber breakage are involved. 2Clinical Analysis of 240 Patients with HLA-B27 Associated Acute Anterior Uveitis显示文摘Purpose: To analyze the prevalence of HLA-B27 associated acute anterior uveitis and to identify its clinical features. Methods: A total of 240 patients with HLA-B27 associated acute anterior uveitis,who were admitted to Zhejiang Ophthalmologic Hospital between December 2006 and October 2012, were retrospectively analyzed.The age of onset,sex,affected eyes,HLA-B27 antigen detection,recurrence,joint involvement, and surgical complications were investigated. Results:The average age of onset was 37.0 ±12.0 years and the ratio of male to female patients was 2.4:1. Most cases had alternate unilateral or bilateral involvement. Among all participants, 234 cases (97.5%) were HLA-B27 positive, and 124 cases (51.7%) had spondyloarthropathies (SpA), dominated by 108 cases with ankylosing spondylitis. (AS,45.0%),and mostly seen in male subjects(P<0.05).Six patients were HLA-B27 negative(2.5%)and on statistical significance was noted between male and female patients (P >0.05).A total of 193 cases (80.4%) presented with complications, mainly fibrinous exudation, posterior synechia, and vitreous opacity. Conclusion: HLA-B27 that is associated acute anterior uveitis with a relatively high incidence and recurrence presents with more severe clinical features than does idiopathic acute anterior uveitis,and it often accompanies systemic arthritic diseases. 3The interaction between polyphyllin I and SQLE protein induces hepatotoxicity through SREBP-2/HMGCR/SQLE/LSS pathway显示文摘Polyphyllin I(PPI)and polyphyllin II(PII)are the main active substances in the Paris polyphylla.However,liver toxicity of these compounds has impeded their clinical application and the potential hepatotoxicity mechanisms remain to be elucidated.In this work,we found that PPI and PII exposure could induce significant hepatotoxicity in human liver cell line L-02 and zebrafish in a dose-dependent manner.The results of the proteomic analysis in L-02 cells and transcriptome in zebrafish indicated that the hepatotoxicity of PPI and PII was associated with the cholesterol biosynthetic pathway disorders,which were alleviated by the cholesterol biosynthesis inhibitor lovastatin.Additionally,3-hydroxy-3-methy-lglutaryl CoA reductase(HMGCR)and squalene epoxidase(SQLE),the two rate-limiting enzymes in the cholesterol synthesis,selected as the potential targets,were confirmed by the molecular docking,the overexpression,and knockdown of HMGCR or SQLE with siRNA.Finally,the pull-down and surface plasmon resonance technology revealed that PPI could directly bind with SQLE but not with HMGCR.Collectively,these data demonstrated that PPI-induced hepatotoxicity resulted from the direct binding with SQLE protein and impaired the sterol-regulatory element binding protein 2/HMGCR/SQLE/lanosterol synthase pathways,thus disturbing the cholesterol biosynthesis pathway.The findings of this research can contribute to a better understanding of the key role of SQLE as a potential target in drug-induced hepatotoxicity and provide a therapeutic strategy for the prevention of drug toxic effects with similar structures in the future.Zhiqi Li Qiqi Fan Meilin Chen Ying Dong Farong Li Mingshuang Wang Yulin Gu Simin Guo Xianwen Ye Jiarui Wu Shengyun Dai Ruichao Lin Chongjun Zhao 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,1:2
4Oxygen vacancies enriched nickel cobalt based nanoflower cathodes: Mechanism and application of the enhanced energy storage显示文摘The rational design of oxygen vacancies and electronic microstructures of electrode materials for energy storage devices still remains a challenge. Herein, we synthesize nickel cobalt-based oxides nanoflower arrays assembled with nanowires grown on Ni foam via the hydrothermal process followed annealing process in air and argon atmospheres respectively. It is found that the annealing atmosphere has a vital influence on the oxygen vacancies and electronic microstructures of resulting NiCo_(2)O_(4) (NCO-Air) and CoNiO_(2) (NCO-Ar) products, which NCO-Ar has more oxygen vacancies and larger specific surface area of 163.48 m^(2)/g. The density functional theory calculation reveals that more oxygen vacancies can provide more electrons to adsorb –OH free anions resulting in superior electrochemical energy storage performance. Therefore, the assembled asymmetric supercapacitor of NCO-Ar//active carbon delivers an excellent energy density of 112.52 Wh/kg at a power density of 558.73 W/kg and the fabricated NCO-Ar//Zn battery presents the specific capacity of 180.20 mAh/g and energy density of 308.14 Wh/kg. 6Analysis of residual gas disturbance on the inner satellite of Inner Formation Flying System显示文摘The Inner Formation Flying System(IFFS) consisting of an outer satellite and an inner satellite which is a sphere proof mass freely flying in the shield cavity can construct a pure gravity orbit to precisely detect the earth gravity field.The residual gas in the cavity is a significant disturbance source due to the temperature inhomogeneity and relative motion of the inner satellite.The expressions of the disturbance forces were derived based on the property of rarefied gas,including the radiometer effect and the damping force.According to the current design of IFFS,heat transfer analysis of the cavity and the inner satellite was carried out,and the surface temperature distribution of the cavity and the inner satellite was given.The relative motion of the inner satellite was obtained from the formation control simulation of IFFS.Then the residual gas disturbance was calculated.The disturbance acceleration acting on the inner satellite due to the radiometer effect was on the order of 10-11 ms-2 and the damping acceleration was on the order of 10-15 m s-2.GU ZhenFeng WANG ZhaoKui ZHANG YuLin 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,9:1

10Improved methodology for efficient establishment of the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model in pigs through the median thoracic incision显示文摘To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of establishing porcine ischemia-reperfusion models by ligating the left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery,we first randomly divided 16 male Bama pigs into a sham group and a model group.After anesthesia,we separated the arteries and veins.Subsequently,we rapidly located the LAD coronary artery at the beginning of its first diagonal branch through a mid-chest incision.Then,we loosened and released the ligation line after five minutes of pre-occlusion.Finally,we ligated the LAD coronary artery in situ two minutes later and loosened the ligature 60 min after ischemia.Compared with the sham group,electrocardiogram showed multiple continuous lead ST-segment elevations,and ultrasound cardiogram showed significantly lower ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening at one hour and seven days post-operation in the model group.Twenty-four hours after the operation,cardiac troponin T and creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme levels significantly increased in the model group,compared with the sham group.Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed the presence of many inflammatory cells infiltrating the interstitium of the myocardium in the model group but not in the sham group.Masson staining revealed a significant increase in infarct size in the ischemia/reperfusion group.All eight pigs in the model group recovered with normal sinus heart rates,and the survival rate was 100%.In conclusion,the method can provide an accurate and stable large animal model for preclinical research on ischemia/reperfusion with a high success rate and homogeneity of the myocardial infarction area.Liuhua Zhou Jiateng Sun Tongtong Yang Sibo Wang Tiankai Shan Lingfeng Gu Jiawen Chen Tianwen Wei Di Zhao Chong Du Yulin Bao Hao Wang Xiaohu Lu Haoliang Sun Meng Lv Di Yang Liansheng Wang 2023The Journal of Biomedical Research2023,37,4:1
11The First Crested Duck Genome Reveals Clues to Genetic Compensation and Crest Cushion Formation显示文摘The Chinese crested(CC)duck is a unique indigenous waterfowl breed,which has a crest cushion that affects its survival rate.Therefore,the CC duck is an ideal model to investigate the genetic compensation response to maintain genetic stability.In the present study,we first generated a chromosome-level genome of CC ducks.Comparative genomics revealed that genes related to tissue repair,immune function,and tumors were under strong positive selection,indicating that these adaptive changes might enhance cancer resistance and immune response to maintain the genetic stability of CC ducks.We also assembled a Chinese spot-billed(Csp-b)duck genome,and detected the structural variations(SVs)in the genome assemblies of three ducks(i.e.,CC duck,Csp-b duck,and Peking duck).Functional analysis revealed that several SVs were related to the immune system of CC ducks,further strongly suggesting that genetic compensation in the anti-tumor and immune systems supports the survival of CC ducks.Moreover,we confirmed that the CC duck originated from the mallard ducks.Finally,we revealed the physiological and genetic basis of crest traits and identified a causative mutation in TAS2R40 that leads to crest formation.Overall,the findings of this study provide new insights into the role of genetic compensation in adaptive evolution.Guobin Chang Xiaoya Yuan Qixin Guo Hao Bai Xiaofang Cao Meng Liu Zhixiu Wang Bichun Li Shasha Wang Yong Jiang Zhiquan Wang Yang Zhang Qi Xu Qianqian Song Rui Pan Lingling Qiu Tiantian Gu Xinsheng Wu Yulin Bi Zhengfeng Cao Yu Zhang Yang Chen Hong Li Jianfeng Liu Wangcheng Dai Guohong Chen 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,3:0

13A FUNDAMENTAL STUDY OF CH-202M POLYMER QUENCHANT IN THE QUENCHING OF STEEL PARTS显示文摘When the 45 and 40 Cr Steel parts are quenched in a medium with different concentrations, an isolating polymer film can form on the metal surface during the cooling cycle, resulting in deeper hardening depth and less distortion than when quenched in water or oil. Quenching crack can also be prevented. In addition, normal microstructure and satisfactory mechanical properties can be reached. Test results show that these quenchants are particularly effective for the quenching of steel parts. 14Single-cell dissection,hdWGCNA and deep learning reveal the role of oxidatively stressed plasma cells in ulcerative colitis显示文摘Ulcerative colitis(UC)develops as a result of complex interactions between various cell types in the mucosal microenvironment.In this study,we aim to elucidate the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis at the single-cell level and unveil its clinical significance.Using single-cell RNA sequencing and high-dimensional weighted gene co-expres-sion network analysis,we identify a subpopulation of plasma cells(PCs)with significantly increased infiltration in UC colonic mucosa,characterized by pronounced oxidative stress.Combining 10 machine learning approaches,we find that the PC oxidative stress genes accurately distinguish diseased mucosa from normal mucosa(independent external testing AUC=0.991,sensitivity=0.986,specificity=0.909).Using MCPcounter and non-negative matrix factorization,we identify the association between PC oxidative stress genes and immune cell infiltration as well as patient heterogeneity.Spatial transcriptome data is used to verify the infiltration of oxidatively stressed PCs in colitis.Finally,we develop a gene-immune convolutional neural network deep learning model to diagnose UC mucosa in different cohorts(independent external testing AUC=0.984,sensitivity=95.9%,specificity=100%).Our work sheds light on the key pathogenic cell subpopulations in UC and is essential for the development of future clinical disease diagnostic tools.Shaocong Mo Xin Shen Baoxiang Huang Yulin Wang Lingxi Lin Qiuming Chen Meilin Weng Takehito Sugasawa Wenchao Gu Yoshito Tsushima Takahito Nakajima 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,11:0
15Application of Interval Algorithm in Rural Power Network Planning显示文摘Rural power network planning is a complicated nonlinear optimized combination problem which based on load forecasting results,and its actual load is affected by many uncertain factors,which infi uenced optimization results of rural power network planning. To solve the problems,the interval algorithm was used to modify the initial search method of uncertainty load mathematics model in rural network planning. Meanwhile,the genetic/tabu search combination algorithm was adopted to optimize the initialized network.
