1Construction of a genetic map and localization of QTLs for yield traits in tomato by SSR markers显示文摘Using an F2 population derived from the hybrid of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. ‘XF 98-7’× Lycopersicon pimpinellifolium LA2184, a SSR genetic linkage map of tomato is constructed. The map contains 112 markers and spans 808.4 cM with an average distance of 7.22 cM between loci. Two quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for first flower node on chromosomes 5 and 11, two QTLs for number of flowers per truss on chromosomes 2 and 5, and five QTLs for fruit weight on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 9 and 12 are identified.LIU Yang CHEN Huoying WEI Yutang ZHUANG Tianming 2005Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2005,15,9:12
2Preparation of nanosized hollow silica spheres from Na_2SiO_3 using Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles as templates显示文摘Nanosized hollow silica spheres with average diameters from 43 to 70 nm were prepared by removal of Fe3O4 templates with hydrochloric acid from silica-coated Fe3O4 core-shell composites. The shells of the hollow silica spheres had nanopores with average diameters of 0.92-1.25 nm. When the silica-coated Fe3O4 core-shell composites were prepared at a high pH value or with a low mole ratio of Na2SiO3 to Fe3O4, the resulting hollow silica spheres consisted of highly porous shells. When the silica-coated Fe3O4 core-shell composites were prepared with a high mole ratio of Na2SiO3 to Fe3O4, the resulting hollow silica spheres had large diameters and thick shells. 4Mapping the potential distribution suitability of 16 tree species under climate change in northeastern China using Maxent modelling显示文摘Knowledge on the potential suitability of tree species to the site is very important for forest management planning.Natural forest distribution provides a good reference for afforestation and forest restoration.In this study,we developed species distribution model(SDM)for 16 major tree species with 2,825 permanent sample plots with natural origin from Chinese National Forest Inventory data collected in Jilin Province using the Maxent model.Three types of environmental factors including bioclimate,soil and topography with a total of 33 variables were tested as the input.The values of area under the curve(AUC,one of the receiver operating characteristics of the Maxent model)in the training and test datasets were between 0.784 and 0.968,indicating that the prediction results were quite reliable.The environmental factors affecting the distribution of species were ranked in terms of their importance to the species distribution.Generally,the climatic factors had the greatest contribution,which included mean diurnal range,annual mean temperature,temperature annual range,and iosthermality.But the main environmental factors varied with tree species.Distribution suitability maps under current(1950-2000)and future climate scenarios(CCSM4-RCP 2.6 and RCP 6.0 during 2050)were produced for 16 major tree species in Jilin Province using the model developed.The predicted current and future ranges of habitat suitability of the 16 tree species are likely to be positively and negatively affected by future climate.Seven tree species were found to benefit from future climate including B etula costata,Fraxinus mandshurica,Juglans mandshurica,Phellodendron amurense,Populus ussuriensis,Quercus mongolica and Ulmus pumila;five tree species will experience decline in their suitable habitat including B.platyphylla,Tilia mongolica,Picea asperata,Pinus sylvestris,Pinus koraiensis;and four(Salix koreensis,Abies fabri,Pinus densiflora and Larix olgensis)showed the inconsistency under RCP 2.6 and RCP 6.0 scenarios.The maps of the habitat suitability can be used as a basis for afforestation and forest restoration in northeastern China.The SDMs could be a potential tool for forest management planning.Dan Liu Xiangdong Lei Wenqiang Gao Hong Guo Yangsheng Xie Liyong Fu Yuancai Lei Yutang Li Zhuoli Zhang Shouzheng Tang 2022Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,6:2

6Structural and functional basis for pan-CoV fusion inhibitors against SARS-CoV-2 and its variants with preclinical evaluation显示文摘The COVID-19 pandemic poses a global threat to public health and economy.The continuously emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants present a major challenge to the development of antiviral agents and vaccines.In this study,we identified that EK1 and cholesterol-coupled derivative of EK1,EK1C4,as pan-CoV fusion inhibitors,exhibit potent antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 infection in both lung-and intestine-derived cell lines(Calu-3 and Caco2,respectively).They are also effective against infection of pseudotyped SARS-CoV-2 variants B.1.1.7(Alpha)and B.l.1.248(Gamma)as well as those with mutations in S protein,including N417T,E484K,N501Y,and D614G,which are common in South African and Brazilian variants.Crystal structure revealed that EK1 targets the HR1 domain in the SARS-CoV-2 S protein to block virus-cell fusion and provide mechanistic insights into its broad and effective antiviral activity.Nasal administration of EK1 peptides to hACE2 transgenic mice significantly reduced viral titers in lung and intestinal tissues.EK1 showed good safety profiles in various animal models,supporting further clinical development of EK1-based pan-CoV fusion inhibitors against SARS-CoV-2 and its variants.Shuai Xia Qiaoshuai Lan Yun Zhu Chao Wang Wei Xu Yutang Li Lijue Wang Fanke Jiao Jie Zhou Chen Hua Qian Wang Xia Cai Yang Wu Jie Gao Huan Liu Ge Sun Jan Munch Frank Kirchhoff Zhenghong Yuan Youhua Xie Fei Sun Shibo Jiang Lu Lu 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,8:2

11Measurement of GaAs start duration in different solution concentration using infrared images显示文摘This paper proposes a new infrared method to measure the start duration of GaAs substrate in chemi- cal etching. When etching starts, the temperature of liquid-film will change because of heat release in the chemical reaction. As a result, the start duration of GaAs can be tested by collecting real-time in- frared thermal images in the course of temperature variation. Both theoretical analysis and experi- mental results show that the line shape liquid film of a 2-mm width is a good monitoring subject. By making use of the grey distribution change of a certain cross section of the line shape liquid film, the start duration of reaction between GaAs and H2SO4-H2O2-H2O is obtained. The start durations of reac- tion between GaAs substrate and H2SO4:H2O2:H2O (=5:1:50 and 15:3:50) solution are about 0.2 s and 0.3―0.4 s, respectively. 12Photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) over cinder-based nanoneedle in presence of tartaric acid: Synergistic performance and mechanism显示文摘Cr(Ⅵ) is a common heavy metal ion, which will seriously harm human body and environment.Therefore, the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) has become an attractive topic.In this work, cinder was used as a raw material to synthesize a nanoneedle material: γ-(AlOOH@FeOOH)(γ-Al@Fe).The physicochemical properties of γ-Al@Fe were thoroughly characterized, and its effectiveness as a catalyst for photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) was evaluated.The results showed that Cr(Ⅵ) could be efficiently reduced by γ-Al@Fe in the presence of tartaric acid(TA) under visible light.The variable factors on the reaction were investigated in detail, and the results showed that under optimal conditions(γ-Al@Fe 0.4 g/L, TA 0.6 g/L, pH 2), Cr(Ⅵ)was completely reduced within 7 min.Besides, scavenger experiments and EPR proved that O_(2)^(·-) and CO_(2)^(·-) played a significant role in the photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ).TA acts as a sacrificial agent to trap the holes and generate strong reducing free radicals: CO_(2)^(·-).Dissolving O_(2) could react with electrons to generate O_(2)^(·-).This work discussed the performance and mechanism of photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) in detail, which provided a new idea for the resource utilization of solid waste and the treatment of heavy metal sewage.Wenwu Yang Zhenfei Yang Luhua Shao Sijian Li Yutang Liu Xinnian Xia 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,9:1
13Constructing Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene/ZnIn_(2)S_(4) heterostructure as a Schottky catalyst for photocatalytic environmental remediation显示文摘It is highly demanded to steer the charge flow in semiconductor for efficient photocatalytic environmental remediation.Herein,we designed an interfacial contact Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene/ZnIn_(2)S_(4) nanosheets(TC/ZISNS) Schottky heterostructure which could greatly enhance photogenerated charge separation of ZnIn_(2)S_(4) (ZIS).Through TEM and XPS measurement,the strong interface coupling between 2D ZnIn_(2)S_(4) nanosheets and 2D Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene were explained,and the formation of Schottky heterostructure was demonstrated by electrochemical method.To investigate the photocatalytic activity of as-prepared samples,the photocatalytic reduction of Cr(VI) and photocatalytic oxidation degradation tetracycline hydrochloride(TC-H) experiments were carried out.The results showed that the Schottky catalyst(10%-TC/ZISNS) possessed the optimum photocatalytic efficiency.Especially,the apparent rate constant of Cr(VI) reduction with 10%-TC/ZISNS was 3.9 times than that of pure ZIS.The photocatalytic performance of 10%-TC/ZISNS toward degradation rate of TC-H was 1.8 times than that of pure ZIS.Finally,a possible mechanism for great enhancement of visible-light driven photocatalytic activity in the TC/ZISNS system was provided.On the whole,this work provided a new insight on 2D/2D contact Schottky heterostructure for enhancing photocatalytic activity.Sijian Li Luhua Shao Zhenfei Yang Shu Cheng Cong Yang Yutang Liu Xinnian Xia 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,2:1

15Fine Particulate Pollution Characteristics in Jinan City显示文摘The characteristics of fine particulate pollution(PM10 and PM2.5) were measured at urban and suburban sites in Jinan during the 2008-2009 heating and non-heating seasons.The results showed that PM10 and PM2.5 pollution was quite serious,and PM mass concentration was higher during the heating season than the non-heating season.PM was the highest in the chemical factory and lowest in the development zone.The mass concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 were linearly related,and the mass concentration ratio of PM2.5/PM10 was up to 0.59 in urban areas.PM pollution in Jinan was related to local meteorological factors:PM2.5 mass concentration and humidity were positively correlated,and PM2.5 mass concentration was negatively correlated with both click on the temperature and wind speed,although wind speed varied more.Zhang Guiqin Wang Zhaojun Liu Yutang Wilhelm Hoeflinger 2010Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2010,8,4:0
