| 4 | The integration of transcriptomic and transgenic analyses reveals the involvement of the SA response pathway in the defense of chrysanthemum against the necrotrophic fungus Alternaria sp.显示文摘Chrysanthemum morifolium cv.‘Huaihuang’has ornamental,edible,medicinal,and tea product uses.However,its field growth,yield,and quality are negatively affected by black spot disease caused by Alternaria sp.(Strain:HQJH10092301;GenBank accession number:KF688111).In this study,we transcriptionally and transgenically characterized a new cultivar,‘Huaiju 2#’(Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Plant Cultivar identification number:2016002),which was bred from‘Huaihuang’and shows resistance to Alternaria sp.Numerous‘Huaiju 2#’plants were inoculated with Alternaria sp.for three or five days.Metabolic analysis showed increases in both salicylic acid(SA)and jasmonic acid(JA)in infected plants compared to the control.Protein activity analysis also revealed a significant increase in defense enzyme activities in infected plants.RNA-Seq of plants infected for 3 or 5 days produced a total of 58.6 GB of clean reads.Among these reads,16,550 and 13,559 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified in Cm_3 dpi(sample from 3 days post-inoculation labeled as Cm_3 dpi)and Cm_5 dpi(sample from 5 days post-inoculation labeled as Cm_5 dpi),respectively,compared with their controls(Cm_0 d:a mixture samples from 0 d(before inoculation)and those treated with sterile distilled water at 3 dpi and 5 dpi).Gene annotation and cluster analysis of the DEGs revealed a variety of defense responses to Alternaria sp.infection,which were characterized by increases in resistance(R)proteins and the reactive oxygen species(ROS),Ca2+,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),and JA signaling pathways.In particular,SA signaling was highly responsive to Alternaria sp.infection.The qPCR analysis of 12 DEG candidates supported their differential expression characterized by using the RNA-Seq data.One candidate was CmNPR1(nonexpressor of pathogenesis-related gene 1),an important positive regulator of SA in systemic acquired resistance(SAR).Overexpression of CmNPR1 in‘Huaiju 2#’increased the resistance of transgenic plants to black spot.These findings indicate that the SA response pathway is likely involved in the defense of‘Huaiju 2#’against Alternaria sp.pathogens. | Xiting Zhao Lingyu Song Liwei Jiang Yuting Zhu Qinghui Gao Dandan Wang Jing Xie Meng Lv Ping Liu Mingjun Li | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 3 |

| 7 | Porous hybrid scaffold strategy for the realization of lightweight,highly efficient microwave absorbing materials显示文摘Exploring an advanced and efficient electromagnetic(EM) wave absorbing material by improving dielectric loss capacity and adjusting impendence matching is crucial yet challenging. Herein, the bacterial cellulose(BC) derived carbon aerogel(CA) with a robust nanofibrous network was used as a conductive loss scaffold to dissipate EM waves effectively, and the Zn O microparticles with excellent dielectric properties and low electrical conductivity were decorated on the scaffold to adjust dielectric parameters and impedance matching adequately. By using different zinc precursors, the tunable size and morphologies of Zn O crystals were obtained due to the growth rate of different crystallographic, including flowerlike, nanorod like, and cauliflower-like morphologies, which is beneficial to strong multiple reflections,intensive interfacial polarization, better impendence matching, as well as excellent maintenance of the hierarchical structure. Owing to the appropriate impendence matching and the considerable EM wave dissipation, the CA@ZnO composites achieve a superior EM absorbing performance with a broad effective absorbing bandwidth(whole X band) and a minimum reflection coefficient(-53.3 d B). | 10 | Hierarchical Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) heterostructures:A first principles calculation and application in corrosion/wear protection显示文摘Surface and interface engineering plays a crucial role in modulating the properties of materials,especially two-dimensional(2D)materials.Hence,a strategy,forming heterostructures with MoS_(2),is proposed to overcome the natural agglomeration of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene nanosheets.Most importantly,the interactions between Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx and MoS_(2) were elaborately investigated by first-principles calculations based on density functional theory(DFT)for the first time.The calculations demonstrate that van der Waals forces dominate the interface interactions of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and MoS_(2),rendering Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) heterostructures favorable stability.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) heterostructure composites were synthesized through a facile one-step hydrothermal method and exhibit a 2D hierarchical structure.Furthermore,the corrosion and tribological properties of epoxy composite coatings with varying proportions of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) composites were studied in detail.As a result,the epoxy composite coating with 0.1 wt.%Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) composites(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2)-0.1)exhibits excellent corrosion protection and antiwear performances.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2)-0.1 keeps the largest low-frequency impedance modulus(|Z|_(0.)01 Hz)and coating resistance(R_(c))during the whole immersion period.Its wear rate is 0.09μm^(3)/(Nμm)under the load of 10 N,one half of that of pure epoxy coating(EP).This work further broadens the application of MXene-based heterostructure composites. | Meng Cai Peng Feng Han Yan Yuting Li Shijie Song Wen Li Hao Li Xiaoqiang Fan Minhao Zhu | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,21: | 1 |
| 11 | Effect of Mulberry Leaf Powder Supplement on Growth,Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Wanxi White Goose显示文摘The effect of mulberry leaf powder on growth,slaughter performance and meat quality of Wanxi white goose was investigated by adding different proportions of mulberry leaf powder in the basal goose diet. After 125-day-old Wanxi white geese were fed with diets supplemented with 5%,8% and 11% mulberry leaf powder for consecutive 50 d,the average daily feed intake increased slightly,while the average daily weight gain decreased extremely( P < 0. 01),and the ratio of feed to gain increased significantly( P < 0. 01) compared to control. The slaughter rate,semi-eviscerated rate and eviscerated rate of Wanxi white goose in experimental groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than those in control group,and the slaughter rate was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Adding mulberry leaf powder in diet significantly reduced the abdominal fat rate of Wanxi white goose( P < 0. 01),but had no significant impact on pectoral muscle rate and limb muscle rate( P > 0. 05). Compared to control group,the contents of dry matter,fat,crude protein,saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid of Wanxi white geese in experimental groups decreased significantly( P < 0. 05),and the content of total amino acids also decreased slightly. The inosinic acid content in muscle of Wanxi white goose in groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ were slightly higher than that in control group. The thiamine content of Wanxi white goose in group Ⅳ was 52. 00%higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). These results preliminarily showed that adding appropriate amount of mulberry leaf powder in diet could significantly improve the slaughter performance of Wanxi white goose,and improve the flavor of meat. | 14 | USP7 deubiquitinates and stabilizes NOTCH1 in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia显示文摘T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL)is a highly aggressive leukemia that is primarily caused by aberrant activation of the NOTCH1 signaling pathway.Recent studies have revealed that posttranslational modifications,such as ubiquitination,regulate NOTCH1 stability,activity,and localization.However,the specific deubiquitinase that affects NOTCH1 protein stability remains unestablished.Here,we report that ubiquitin-specific protease 7(USP7)can stabilize NOTCH1.USP7 deubiquitinated NOTCH1 in vivo and in vitro,whereas knockdown of USP7 increased the ubiquitination of NOTCH1.USP7 interacted with NOTCH1 protein in T-ALL cells,and the MATH and UBL domains of USP7 were responsible for this interaction.Depletion of USP7 significantly suppressed the proliferation of T-ALL cells in vitro and in vivo,accompanied by downregulation of the NOTCH1 protein level.Similarly,pharmacologic inhibition of USP7 led to apoptosis of T-ALL cells.More importantly,we found that USP7 was significantly upregulated in human T-ALL cell lines and patient samples,and a USP7 inhibitor exhibited cell cytotoxicity toward primary T-ALL cells,indicating the clinical relevance of these findings.Overall,our results demonstrate that USP7 is a novel deubiquitinase that stabilizes NOTCH1.Therefore,USP7 may be a promising therapeutic target in the currently incurable T-ALL. | Huizhuang Shan Xiangyun Li Xinhua Xiao Yuting Dai Jinyan Huang Junjun Song Meng Liu Li Yang Hu Lei Yin Tong Li Zhou Hanzhang Xu Yingli Wu | 2018 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2018,3,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Insights into the tribological behavior of choline chloride-urea and choline chloride-thiourea deep eutectic solvents显示文摘Deep eutectic solvents(DESs)have been considered as novel and economic alternatives to traditional lubricants because of their similar physicochemical performance.In this study,choline chloride(ChCl)DESs were successfully synthesized via hydrogen-bonding networks of urea and thiourea as the hydrogen bond donors(HBDs).The as-synthesized ChCl-urea and ChCl-thiourea DESs had excellent thermal stability and displayed good lubrication between steel/steel tribo-pairs.The friction coefficient and wear rate of ChCl-thiourea DES were 50.1%and 80.6%,respectively,lower than those of ChCl-urea DES for GCr15/45 steel tribo-pairs.However,for GCr15/Q45 steel,ChCl-urea DES decreased the wear rate by 85.0%in comparison to ChCl-thiourea DES.Under ChCl-thiourea DES lubrication,the tribo-chemical reaction film composed of FeS formed at the interfaces and contributed to low friction and wear.However,under high von Mises stress,the film could not be stably retained and serious wear was obtained through direct contact of friction pairs.This illustrated that the evolution of the tribo-chemical reaction film was responsible for the anti-friction and anti-wearproperties of the DESs. | Yuting LI Yuan LI Hao LI Xiaoqiang FAN Han YAN Meng CAI Xiaojun XU Minhao ZHU | 2023 | Friction2023,11,1: | 0 |
| 17 | Vacancy engineering induced reaction kinetics enhancement of cobalt metaphosphate for pH-universal hydrogen evolution显示文摘Developing efficient pH-universal hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalysts is critical in the field of water electrolysis,however,which is severely hampered by the sluggish kinetics in alkaline media.Herein,a ruthenium(Ru)incorporation induced vacancy engineering strategy is firstly proposed to precisely construct oxygen vacancy(V_(O))-riched cobalt-ruthenium metaphosphate(CRPO)for high-efficiency pH-universal HER.The V_(O) modifies the electronic structure,improves the superficial hydrophilic and gas spillover capacity,it also reduces the coordination number of Ru atoms and regulates the coordination environment.Theoretical calculations indicate that Ru tends to adsorb H_(2)O and H^(*),whereas V_(O) tends to adsorb OH^(-),which greatly promotes the H_(2)O adsorption and the dissociation of HO-H bond.Ultimately,CRPO-2 exhibits remarkable HER performance,the mass activity is about 18.34,21.73,and 38.07 times higher than that of Pt/C in acidic,neutral,and alkaline media,respectively,at the same time maintain excellent stability.Our findings may pave a new avenue for the rational design of electrocatalysts toward pH-universal water electrolysis. | Yuting Chen Tian Meng Zhicai Xing Yueying Yan Yang Yang Bohan Yao Dewen Wang Xiurong Yang | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,5: | 0 |

| 20 | Identify Landslide Precursors from Time Series InSAR Results显示文摘Landslides cause huge human and economic losses globally.Detecting landslide precursors is crucial for disaster prevention.The small baseline subset interferometric synthetic-aperture radar(SBAS-InSAR)has been a popular method for detecting landslide precursors.However,non-monotonic displacements in SBAS-InSAR results are pervasive,making it challenging to single out true landslide signals.By exploiting time series displacements derived by SBAS-InSAR,we proposed a method to identify moving landslides.The method calculates two indices(global/local change index)to rank monotonicity of the time series from the derived displacements.Using two thresholds of the proposed indices,more than 96%of background noises in displacement results can be removed.We also found that landslides on the east and west slopes are easier to detect than other slope aspects for the Sentinel-1 images.By repressing background noises,this method can serve as a convenient tool to detect landslide precursors in mountainous areas. | Meng Liu Wentao Yang Yuting Yang Lanlan Guo Peijun Shi | 2023 | International Journal of Disaster Risk Science2023,14,6: | 0 |
