1Hydrate agglomeration modeling and pipeline hydrate slurry flow behavior simulation显示文摘Dynamic modeling and numerical simulation of hydrate slurry flow behavior are of great importance to offshore hydrate management.For this purpose, a dynamic model of hydrate agglomeration was proposed in this paper.Based on population balance equation, the frame of the dynamic model was established first, which took both hydrate agglomeration and hydrate breakage into consideration.Then, the calculating methods of four key parameters involved in the dynamic model were given according to hydrate agglomeration dynamics.The four key parameters are collision frequency, agglomeration efficiency, breakage frequency and the size distribution of sub particles resulting from particle breakage.After the whole dynamic model was built, it was combined with several traditional solid–liquid flow models and then together solved by the CFD software FLUENT 14.5.Finally, using this method, the influences of flow rate and hydrate volume fraction on hydrate particle size distribution, hydrate volume concentration distribution and pipeline pressure drop were simulated and analyzed.Guangchun Song Yuxing Li Wuchang Wang Kai Jiang Zhengzhuo Shi Shupeng Yao 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,1:6
2Anti-hypertensive and endothelia protective effects of Fufang Qima capsule(复方芪麻胶囊) on primary hypertension via adiponectin/adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the potential mechanism of the vascular remodeling effect and provide additional information about anti-hypertension activity of Fufang Qima capsule(复方芪麻胶囊,QM).METHODS:Spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHRs)were used to study the underlying mechanism of the anti-hypertension activity of QM.In this study,SHRs were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group,Telmisartan group(7.2 mg/kg,p.o.),and three QM groups(0.9298,1.8596,and 3.7192 g/kg,p.o.).Wistar Kyoto rats(WKY)were used as normal control group.Blood pressure(BP),aorta,perivascular adipose tissue(PVAT)histology were investigated to evaluate the effect of QM.Nitric oxide(NO)and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)phosphorylation were measured.Adiponectin(APN)secretion,as well as APN signal pathway proteins including APN,adiponectin receptors(R1 and R2)and adenosine 5’-monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)were all analyzed.RESULTS:QM significantly reduced BP and ameliorated the vascular pathological change,i.e.intima media thicken and collagen fiber hyperplasia.Meanwhile,QM increased concentration of NO and the phosphorylation of eNOS in the aorta.The anti-hypertensive and endothelia-protective effect of QM could be attributed to activating APN/AMPK pathway by up-regulating the expression of APN in PVAT and APN Receptor 2,AMPKαand phosphorylated AMPKαin the aorta.CONCLUSION:The QM alleviation effect mechanism for primary hypertension was via modulating the APN/AMPK signal pathway.ZHAO Zhiyue SHI Zhenyu ZHANG Zhenzhen LI Yinghong ZENG Xiaohui CHEN Yuxing YAO Nan ZHOU Min SU Hui WANG Qinghai JIN LiLi 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,6:2

6Moxibustion modulates working memory in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment:a functional magnetic resonance imaging study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the correlation between changes in brain activity associated with working memory and assessment scales of memory scores in amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI)before and after moxibustion therapy.METHODS:aMCI patients were randomized into the moxibustion treatment(MT)group and the placebo moxibustion(PM)group.Each group received either moxibustion therapy or a placebo moxibustion for eight weeks.Neuropsychological performance and functional brain responses to a working memory task were assessed at baseline and at the end of treatment.Memory function was evaluated individually by the Rivermead behavioral memory test(RBMT),and working memory was assessed by the N-back task.RESULTS:Compared with the PM group,RBMT score changes were significant(P<0.05).In the MT group,the accuracy of the N-back texts increased compared with those before the intervention.After moxibustion intervention,the right insula,postcentral gyrus,precentral gyrus,superior temporal gyrus,thalamus,lingual gyrus,calcarine sulcus,posterior cingulate gyrus,middle frontal gyrus and anterior frontal gyrus were significantly activated(P=0.01,Cluster-level Family-Wise Error=0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the insula,lingual gyrus and posterior cingulate gyrus were associated with changes in N-back score.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the postcentral gyrus,superior temporal gyrus,thalamus,lingual gyrus,and posterior cingulate gyrus were correlated with RBMT score changes.CONCLUSION:Moxibustion treatment improved memory in aMCI patients and was associated with the activation of the brain region of the insula,lingual gyrus,posterior cingulate gyrus,postcentral gyrus,superior temporal gyrus,and thalamus,which may be an important mechanism by which moxibustion improves the memory function.LI Xingjie LIU Qiqi XIA Rui LIU Jun WANG Dan SHI Jiao KUANG Yuxing DAI Yalan HUANG Haoyu TANG Wei CHEN Shangjie 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,4:1
7Highly Thermally Conductive and Structurally Ultra‑Stable Graphitic Films with Seamless Heterointerfaces for Extreme Thermal Management显示文摘Highly thermally conductive graphitic film(GF)materials have become a competitive solution for the thermal management of high-power electronic devices.However,their catastrophic structural failure under extreme alternating thermal/cold shock poses a significant challenge to reliability and safety.Here,we present the first investigation into the structural failure mechanism of GF during cyclic liquid nitrogen shocks(LNS),which reveals a bubbling process characterized by“permeation-diffusion-deformation”phenomenon.To overcome this long-standing structural weakness,a novel metal-nanoarmor strategy is proposed to construct a Cu-modified graphitic film(GF@Cu)with seamless heterointerface.This well-designed interface ensures superior structural stability for GF@Cu after hundreds of LNS cycles from 77 to 300 K.Moreover,GF@Cu maintains high thermal conductivity up to 1088 W m^(−1)K^(−1)with degradation of less than 5%even after 150 LNS cycles,superior to that of pure GF(50%degradation).Our work not only offers an opportunity to improve the robustness of graphitic films by the rational structural design but also facilitates the applications of thermally conductive carbon-based materials for future extreme thermal management in complex aerospace electronics.Peijuan Zhang Yuanyuan Hao Hang Shi Jiahao Lu Yingjun Liu Xin Ming Ya Wang Wenzhang Fang Yuxing Xia Yance Chen Peng Li Ziqiu Wang Qingyun Su Weidong Lv Ji Zhou Ying Zhang Haiwen Lai Weiwei Gao Zhen Xu Chao Gao 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,3:0

9Simultaneously mastering operando strain and reconstruction effects via phase-segregation strategy for enhanced oxygen-evolving electrocatalysis显示文摘Material strain and reconstruction effects are critical for catalysis reactions,but current insights into operando strain effects during reaction and means to master catalyst reconstruction are still lacking.Here,we propose a facile thermal-induced phase-segregation strategy to simultaneously master material operando strain and reconstruction effects for enhanced oxygen-evolving reaction(OER).Specifically,self-assembled and controllable layered LiCoO_(2)phase and Co_(3)O_(4)spinel can be generated from pristine Li2Co_(2)O_(4)spinel via Li and O volatilization under different temperatures,realizing controllable proportions of two phases by calcination temperature.Combined operando and ex-situ characterizations reveal that obvious tensile strain along(003)plane appears on layered LixCoO_(2)phase during OER,while low-valence Co_(3)O_(4)phase transforms into high-valence CoOOHx,realizing simultaneous operando strain and reconstruction effects.Further experimental and computational investigations demonstrate that both strained LixCoO_(2)phase and reconstructed CoOOHxcompound contribute to the beneficial adsorption of important OH-reactants,while respective roles in activity and stability are uncovered by exploring their latticeoxygen participation mechanism.This work not only reveals material operando strain effects during OER,but also inaugurates a new thermal-induced phase-segregation strategy to artificially master material operando strain and reconstruction effects,which will enlighten rational material design for many potential reactions and applications.Daqin Guan Chenliang Shi Hengyue Xu Yuxing Gu Jian Zhong Yuchen Sha Zhiwei Hu Meng Ni Zongping Shao 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,7:0

111.3μm broadband swept sources with enhanced nonlinear effects显示文摘In this work,a new structure is used to enhance the nonlinear effect in the cavity,which improvesthe performance of the 1.3μm broadband swept source.The swept source adopts a semiconductoroptical amplifier(SOA),a circulator,a coupler,and a tunable filter.In the structure,the lightpasses through the nonlinear medium(SOA)twice in two opposite directions,which excites thenonlinear ffect and increases the performance of the swept source.The tunable filter is based on apolygon rotating mirror and gratings.Traditionally,multiple SOAs are adopted to improve thesweep range and the optical power,which increases the cost and complexity of the swept source.The method proposed in this paper can improve the spectral range and optical power of the sweptsources without additional accessories.For the short-cavity swept source,the power increasesfrom 6 mW to 7.7 mW,and the sweep range increases from 98 nm to 120 nm.The broadband swept sources could have wide applications in biomedical imaging,sensor system,measurementand so on.Panqiu Jiang Jiale Mu Yuxing Liu Pinghe Wang Guohua Shi 2023Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2023,16,3:0
