| 1 | Age of Anzishan granulites in the Mianxian-Lueyang suture zone of Qingling orogen:With a discussion of the timing of final assembly of Yangtze and North China craton blocks显示文摘Many granulite blocks have been recently dis-covered in the Anzishan area, Mianxian County, ShaanxiProvince, in the central segment of the Manxian-Lueyangsuturc zone. Sm-Nd isochron and 40 Ar39 Ar ages of mineralsamples of granulites from this area are reported in the note.The granulite mineral samples give a Sm-Nd isochron age oft=(206 ± 55) Ma (2σ), with INd = 0.51302±7(2σ) and MSWD =1.6, and a biotite 40Ar/39 Ar plateau age of (199.7±l.7) Ma(2σ). | 2 | Therapeutic angiogenesis induced by human hepatocyte growth factor gene in hindlimb ischemia of dogs显示文摘A preclinical study of treating peripheral ar-tery occlusive disease (PAD) was performed by using ahepatocyte growth factor (HGF) gene-expressing vector,plasmid pUDKH, in a dog model with complete ischemia of one hindlimb. After ligation of femoral artery of onehindlimb, pUDKH was transferred directly into the ischemic limb muscles. The angiogenic activity of the plasmid pUDKH was evaluated. On D 30 after injecting once of pUDKH at different doses into local muscles immediately after opera-tion, the degree of augmentation of collateral vessel forma-tion was significantly greater than that treated by blankvector. In addition, the blood flow rate of femoral artery in dogs treated with pUDKH was recovered on D 90, while the flow rate was only 1/5 to 1/3 in control dogs. The pulse am-plitude of pUDKH-treated dogs was recovered on D 90, but it was hardly detectable in most of the control dogs. The sideeffects of intramuscular transfection of pUDKH were alsoinvestigated, and no significant positive change was found. | 4 | Lattice-Based Double-Authentication-Preventing Ring Signature for Security and Privacy in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks显示文摘Amidst the rapid development of the Internet of Things (loT), Vehicular Ad-Hoc NETwork (VANET), a typical loT application, are bringing an ever-larger number of intelligent and convenient services to the daily lives of individuals. However, there remain challenges for VANETs in preserving privacy and security. In this paper, we propose the first lattice-based Double-Authentication-Preventing Ring Signature (DAPRS) and adopt it to propose a novel privacy-preserving authentication scheme for VANETs, offering the potential for security against quantum computers. The new construction is proven secure against chosen message attacks. Our scheme is more efficient than other ring signature in terms of the time cost of the message signing phase and verification phase, and also in terms of signature length. | 5 | Geochronology of the Hannan intrusive complex to adjoin the Qinling orogen and its rapid cooling reason显示文摘The geochronological works for the Hannan intrusive complex, cosisting of the gabbro-quartz dio-rite-plagiogranite bodies, in the north border of the Yangtze craton block, adjoining the Qinling orogen, are reported, because its age and genesis are of great importance to research of the tectonic evalutional history for the Qinling orogen and of the rifted processes for the Late Proterozoic supercontinent Rodinia. A good isochron of t=(837±26) Ma (2σ), corresponding to INd=0.51165±2(2σ), εNd(t)=+1.9, MSWD1.02, was difined by the Nd isotopic analytical results for the 21 whole-rock samples from the varied lithological complex bodies, but for the Rb-Sr isotopic aralytical data there is no isochron. | 6 | Formation and biological characterization of three new types of improved crucian carp显示文摘The improved tetraploids (G1×AT) were obtained by distant crossing and gynogenesis and the high-body individuals accounted for 2% among G1×AT. After mating with each other, the high-body in- dividuals produced three kinds of bisexual fertile diploid fishes: high-body red crucian carp, high-body fork-like-tails goldfish and gray common carp. The high-body red crucian carp mating with each other formed three types of improved crucian carp (ICC) including improved red crucian carp (IRCC), im- proved color crucian carp (ICCC) and improved gray crucian carp (IGCC). The phenotypes, chromo- some numbers, gonadal structure and fertility of the three kinds of ICC and their offspring were observed. All the three kinds of ICC possessed some improved phenotypes such as higher body, smaller head and shorter tail. The ratios of the body height to body length of IRCC, ICCC and IGCC were 0.54, 0.51 and 0.54, respectively. All of them were obviously higher than that of red crucian carp 0.41 (P<0.01). Three kinds of ICC had the same chromosome number as red crucian carp with 100 chromosomes. All the ICC possessed normal gonads producing mature eggs or sperm, which was important for the production of an improved diploid population. Compared with red crucian carp, all the ICC had stronger fertility such as higher gametes production, higher fertilization rate and higher hatchery rate. Three types of improved diploid fish population were generated from the three kinds of ICC by self-crossing, respectively. The ICC can serve as ornamental fish and edible fish. They are also ideal parents to produce triploids by mating with tetraploids. | 12 | A public key cryptosystem based on data complexity under quantum environment显示文摘Since the Shor algorithm showed that a quantum algorithm can efficiently calculate discrete logarithms and factorize integers, it has been used to break the RSA, EIGamal, and ECC classical public key cryptosystems. This is therefore a significant issue in the context of ensuring communication security over insecure channels. In this paper, we prove that there are no polynomial-size quantum circuits that can compute all Boolean functions(of which there are 22ncases) in the standard quantum oracle model. Based on this,we propose the notion of data complexity under a quantum environment and suggest that it can be used as a condition for post-quantum computation. It is generally believed that NP-complete problems cannot be solved in polynomial time even with quantum computers. | 13 | Oxygen and nitrogen-doped metal-free carbon catalysts for hydrochlorination of acetylene显示文摘Activated carbon was tested as metal-free catalyst for hydrochlorination of acetylene in order to circumvent the problem of environment pollution caused by mercury and high cost by noble metals. Oxygen-doped and nitrogen-doped activated carbons were prepared and characterized by XPS, TPD and N2 physisorption methods.The influences of the surface functional groups on the catalytic performance were discussed base on these results.Among all the samples tested, a nitrogen-doped sample, AC-n-U500, exhibited the best performance, the acetylene conversion being 92% and vinyl chloride selectivity above 99% at 240 °C and C2H2 hourly space velocity30 h-1. Moreover, the AC-n-U500 catalyst exhibited a stable performance during a 200 h test with a conversion of acetylene higher than 76% at 210 °C at a C2H2 hourly space velocity 50 h-1. In contrary, oxygen-doped catalyst had lower catalytic activities. A linear relationship between the amount of pyrrolic-N and quaternary-N species and the catalytic activity was observed, indicating that these nitrogen-doped species might be the active sites and the key in tuning the catalytic performance. It is also found that the introduction of nitrogen species into the sample could significantly increase the adsorption amount of acetylene. | 14 | Development and utilization of a new chemically-induced soybean library with a high mutation density显示文摘Mutagenized populations have provided important materials for introducing variation and identifying gene function in plants. In this study, an ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)-induced soybean(Glycine max) population,consisting of 21,600 independent M_2 lines, was developed.Over 1,000 M_(4(5))families, with diverse abnormal phenotypes for seed composition, seed shape, plant morphology and maturity that are stably expressed across different environments and generations were identified. Phenotypic analysis of the population led to the identification of a yellow pigmentation mutant, gyl, that displayed significantly decreased chlorophyll(Chl) content and abnormal chloroplast development. Sequence analysis showed that gyl is allelic to Minn Gold, where a different single nucleotide polymorphism variation in the Mg-chelatase subunit gene(ChlI1a) results in golden yellow leaves. A cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence marker was developed and may be applied to marker-assisted selection for the golden yellow phenotype in soybean breeding. | 15 | Optimal power allocation for secure directional modulation networks with a full-duplex UAV user显示文摘This paper makes an investigation of a secure unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-aided communication network based on directional modulation(DM). In this network, ground base station(GBS) acts as a control center to transmit confidential message and artificial noise(AN). The UAV user, moving along a linear flight trajectory, is intended to receive the useful information from GBS. At the same time, it also sends AN signals to further interference eavesdropper’s channel. Aiming at maximizing secrecy rate during the UAV flight process, a joint optimization problem is formulated with respect to power allocation(PA)factors, beamforming vector and AN projection matrices. For simplicity, maximum rate transmission, nullspace projection and the leakage-based method are applied to form the transmit beamforming vector, AN projection matrix at GBS, and AN projection vector at UAV user, respectively. Following this, the optimization problem reduces to a bivariate optimization programme with two PA factors. An alternating iterative algorithm(AIA) is proposed to optimize the two PA factors. | 19 | Size and elemental composition of dry-deposited particles during a severe dust storm at a coastal site of Eastern China显示文摘Dry-deposited particles were collected during the passage of an extremely strong dust storm in March, 2010 at a coastal site in Qingdao(36.15°N, 120.49°E), a city located in Eastern China. The size, morphology, and elemental composition of the particles were quantified with a scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive X-ray instrument(SEM–EDX). The particles appeared in various shapes, and their size mainly varied from 0.4to 10 μm, with the mean diameters of 0.5, 1.5, and 1.0 μm before, during, and after the dust storm, respectively. The critical size of the mineral particles settling on the surface in the current case was about 0.3–0.4 μm before the dust storm and about 0.5–0.7 μm during the dust storm. Particles that appeared in high concentration but were smaller than the critical size deposited onto the surface at a small number flux. The elements Al, Si and Mg were frequently detected in all samples, indicating the dominance of mineral particles. The frequency of Al in particles collected before the dust storm was significantly lower than for those collected during and after the dust storm. The frequencies of Cl and Fe did not show obvious changes, while those of S, K and Ca decreased after the dust arrival. | 20 | Changes in Sugar Metabolism and Fruit Quality of Different Pear Cultivars During Cold Storage显示文摘This study evaluated the changes in sugar metabolism and fruit quality of diff erent pear cultivars during cold storage using seven major commercial pear cultivars belonging to diff erent Pyrus species, such as P. bretschneideri Rehd.('Huangguan,''Yali'), P. pyrifolia Nakai.('Wonhwang,''Hosui'), P. ussuriensis Maxim.('Jingbai,''Nanguo'), and P. communis L.('Bartlett'). The fi rmness, respiration rate, titratable acidity, total soluble solids, sugar content, and enzyme activity of the seven pear cultivars were investigated. SPSS was used for analyzing the signifi cance of diff erent indexes. Results showed that fructose was the dominant sugar, accounting for > 60% of total sugars, followed by glucose and sucrose. The respiration peak of almost all cultivars appeared within 60 days. The levels of fructose, glucose, sucrose, and total soluble solids increased within 90 days and then generally decreased.
