1Anaerobic microbiologically influenced corrosion mechanisms interpreted using bioenergetics and bioelectrochemistry: A review显示文摘Microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC) is a major cause of corrosion damages, facility failures, and financial losses, making MIC an important research topic. Due to complex microbiological activities and a lack of deep understanding of the interactions between biofilms and metal surfaces, MIC occurrences and mechanisms are difficult to predict and interpret. Many theories and mechanisms have been proposed to explain MIC. In this review, the mechanisms of MIC are discussed using bioenergetics, microbial respiration types, and biofilm extracellular electron transfer(EET). Two main MIC types, namely EET-MIC and metabolite MIC(M-MIC), are discussed. 2Rb-Sr and Sm-Nd Isochron Ages of the Dongmozhazhua and Mohailaheng Pb-Zn Ore Deposits in the Yushu area, southern Qinghai and Their Geological Implications显示文摘Located on the northeast margin of the Qiangtang terrane between the Jinshajiang suture zone and Bangonghu-Nujiang suture zone, the Dongmozhazhua and Mohailaheng Pb-Zn deposits in the Yushu area of Qinghai Province are representative Pb-Zn deposits of the Pb-Zn-Cu polymetallic mineralization belt in the northern part of the Nujiang-Lancangjiang-Jinshajiang area, which are in the front belt of the Yushu thrust nappe system. The formed environments of these two deposits are different from those of sediment-hosted base metal deposits elsewhere in the world. The authors hold that they were formed during the Indian-Asian continental collision and developed within the foldthrust belt combined with thrust and strike-slip-related Cenozoic basins in the interior of the collisional zone. Studying on the metallogenic epochs of these two deposits is helpful to the understanding of ore-forming regularity of the regional Pb-Zn-Cu mineralization belt and also to the search for new deposits in this region. The age of the Dongmozhazhua deposit has been determined by the Rb-Sr isochron method for sphalerite residues, whereas the age of the Mohailaheng deposit has been determined by the Rb-Sr isochron method for sphalerite residues and the Sm-Nd isochron method for fluorite. The age of the Dongmozhazhua deposit is 35.0±0.0 Ma((87Sr/86Sr)0=0.708807) for sphalerite residues. The age of the Mohailaheng deposit is 32.2±0.4 Ma((87Sr/86Sr)0=0.708514) for sphalerite residues and 31.8±0.3 Ma((143Nd/144Nd)0=0.512362) for fluorite with an average of 32.0 Ma. Together with the regional geological setting during mineralization, a possible tectonic model for metallogeny of the Dongmozhazhua and Mohailaheng Pb-Zn deposits has been established. 3A flexible skin-mounted wireless acoustic device for bowel sounds monitoring and evaluation显示文摘Conventional methods of intestinal inspection play an essential role in the assessment of bowel diseases and other relevant health issues, yet fail to obtain intestinal conditions in real time because of radiation limits and operation inconvenience. Herein, a flexible, skin-mounted device is developed for longterm, real-time monitoring, and for the evaluation of bowel sounds based on the integration of a threedimensional printed elastomeric resonator with flexible electronics. The device is capable of being flexibly attached to abdominal surfaces without performance degradation during breathing. Clinical tests conduct in a normal volunteer and in patients with mechanical intestinal obstruction or paralytic ileus illustrate the usefulness of the device in capturing the characteristics of bowel sounds. 4Metallogeny of the Baiyangping Lead-Zinc Polymetallic Ore Concentration Area, Northern Lanping Basin of Yunnan Province, China显示文摘The Lanping Basin in the Nujiang-Lancangjiang-Jinshajiang(the Sanjiang) area of northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau is an important part of eastern Tethyan metallogenic domain. This basin hosts a number of large unique sediment-hosted Pb-Zn polymetallic deposits or ore districts, such as the Baiyangping ore concentration area which is one of the representative ore district. The Baiyangping ore concentration area can be divided into the east and west ore belts, which were formed in a folded tectogene of the India-Asia continental collisional setting and was controlled by a large reverse fault. Field observations reveal that the Mesozoic and Cenozoic sedimentary strata were outcropped in the mining area, and that the orebodies are obviously controlled by faults and hosted in sandstone and carbonate rocks. However, the ore-forming elements in the east ore belt are mainly Pb-Zn-Sr-Ag, while Pb-Zn-Ag-Cu-Co elements are dominant in the west ore belt. Comparative analysis of the C-O-Sr-S-Pb isotopic compositions suggest that both ore belts had a homogeneous carbon source, and the carbon in hydrothermal calcite is derived from the dissolution of carbonate rock strata; the oreforming fluids were originated from formation water and precipitate water, which belonged to basin brine fluid system; sulfur was from organic thermal chemical sulfate reduction and biological sulfate reduction; the metal mineralization material was from sedimentary strata and basement, but the difference of the material source of the basement and the strata and the superimposed mineralization of the west ore belt resulted in the difference of metallogenic elements between the eastern and western metallogenic belts. The Pb-Zn mineralization age of both ore belts was contemporary and formed in the same metallogenetic event. 5Multimodal Identification by Transcriptomics and Multiscale Bioassays of Active Components in Xuanfeibaidu Formula to Suppress Macrophage-Mediated Immune Response显示文摘Xuanfeibaidu Formula (XFBD) is a Chinese medicine used in the clinical treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients. Although XFBD has exhibited significant therapeutic efficacy in clinical practice, its underlying pharmacological mechanism remains unclear. Here, we combine a comprehensive research approach that includes network pharmacology, transcriptomics, and bioassays in multiple model systems to investigate the pharmacological mechanism of XFBD and its bioactive substances. High-resolution mass spectrometry was combined with molecular networking to profile the major active substances in XFBD. A total of 104 compounds were identified or tentatively characterized, including flavonoids, terpenes, carboxylic acids, and other types of constituents. Based on the chemical composition of XFBD, a network pharmacology-based analysis identified inflammation-related pathways as primary targets. Thus, we examined the anti-inflammation activity of XFBD in a lipopolysaccharide-induced acute inflammation mice model. XFBD significantly alleviated pulmonary inflammation and decreased the level of serum proinflammatory cytokines. Transcriptomic profiling suggested that genes related to macrophage function were differently expressed after XFBD treatment. Consequently, the effects of XFBD on macrophage activation and mobilization were investigated in a macrophage cell line and a zebrafish wounding model. XFBD exerts strong inhibitory effects on both macrophage activation and migration. Moreover, through multimodal screening, we further identified the major components and compounds from the different herbs of XFBD that mediate its anti-inflammation function. Active components from XFBD, including Polygoni cuspidati Rhizoma, Phragmitis Rhizoma, and Citri grandis Exocarpium rubrum, were then found to strongly downregulate macrophage activation, and polydatin, isoliquiritin, and acteoside were identified as active compounds. Components of Artemisiae annuae Herba and Ephedrae Herba were found to substantially inhibit endogenous macrophage migration, while the presence of ephedrine, atractylenolide I, and kaempferol was attributed to these effects. 6Loose architecture of multi-level massive geospatial data based on virtual quadtree显示文摘This paper proposed a virtual quadtree (VQT) based loose architecture of multi-level massive geospatial data for integrating massive geospatial data dispersed in the departments of different hierarchies in the same sector into a unified GIS (Geographic Information System) platform. By virtualizing the nodes of the quad-tree,the VQT separates the structure of data organization from data storage,and screens the difference between the data storage in local computer and in the re-mote computers in network environment. And by mounting,VQT easily integrates the data from the remote computers into the local VQT so as to implement seam-less integration of distributed multi-level massive geospatial data. Based on that mode,the paper built an application system with geospatial data over 1200 GB distributed in 12 servers deployed in 12 cities. 7Genesis of the Gold Deposit in the Indus-Yarlung Tsangpo Suture Zone,Southern Tibet:Evidence from Geological and Geochemical Data显示文摘The Nianzha gold deposit,located in the central section of the Indus-Yarlung Tsangpo suture(IYS) zone in southern Tibet,is a large gold deposit(Au reserves of 25 tons with average grade of 3.08 g/t) controlled by a E-W striking fault that developed during the main stage of Indo-Asian collision(~65-41 Ma).The main orebody is 1760 m long and 5.15 m thick,and occurs in a fracture zone bordered by Cretaceous diorite in the hanging wall to the north and the Renbu tectonic melange in the footwall to the south.High-grade mineralization occurs in a fracture zone between diorite and ultramafic rock in the Renbu tectonic melange.The wall-rock alteration is characterized by silicification in the fracture zone,serpentinization and the formation of talc and magnesite in the ultramafic unit,and chloritization and the formation of epidote and calcite in diorite.Quartz veins associated with Au mineralization can be divided into three stages.Fluid inclusion data indicate that the deposit formed from H_2O-NaCl-organic gas fluids that homogenize at temperatures of 203℃-347℃ and have salinities of 0.35wt%-17.17wt%NaCl equivalent.The quartz veins yield δ^(18)O_(fluid) values of 0.15‰-10.45‰,low δD_(V-SMOW)values(-173‰ to-96‰),and the δ^(13)C values of-17.6‰ to-4.7‰,indicating the ore-forming fluids were a mix of metamorphic and sedimentary orogenic fluids with the addition of some meteoric and mantle-derived fluids.The pyrite within the diorite has δ^(34)S_(V-CDT) values of-2.9‰-1.9‰(average-1.1‰),^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb values of 18.47-18.64,^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb values of 15.64-15.74,and ^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb values of 38.71-39.27,all of which are indicative of the derivation of S and other ore-forming elements from deep in the mantle.The presence of the Nianzha,Bangbu,and Mayum gold deposits within the IYS zone indicates that this area is highly prospective for large orogenic gold deposits.We identified three types of mineralization within the IYS,namely Bangbu-type accretionary,Mayum-type microcontinent,and Nianzha-type ophiolite-associated orogenic Au deposits.The three types formed at different depths in an accretionary orogenic tectonic setting.The Bangbu type was formed at the deepest level and the Nianzha type at the shallowest.ZHANG Xiong DENG Xueguo YANG Zhusen HOU Zengqian ZHENG Yuanchuan LIU Yingchao ZHAO Xiaoyan XU Bo PEI Yingru ZHOU Jinsheng ZHAO Miao YUAN Jianfei 2017Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,3:4
8Mechanism of oxidation and catalysis of organic matter abiotic humification in the presence of MnO_2显示文摘Humification plays a critical role in the environmental fate of organic wastes, and MnO_2 holds great promise for enhancing this reaction. However, the effects of MnO_2 on the enhancement of the humification reaction remain ambiguous. To better reveal the mechanism by which MnO_2 enhances the reaction and investigate the fate of the humification products, abiotic humification experiments were performed using increasing concentrations of dissolved organic matter(DOM) to a fixed amount of MnO_2. DOM was represented by model humic precursors consisting of catechol, glucose and glycine. The results indicate that the reduction of MnO_2 played a dominant role in the formation of fulvic-like acids(FLAs), and the subsequent reduction products, MnOOH and Mn(II), acted as catalysts in the formation of humic-like acids(HLAs). Moreover, CO_2 release occurred during the formation of FLAs, and a strong linear correlation between CO_2 release and the formation of FLAs was observed(p < 0.01), where 0.73–1.87 mg of CO_2 was released per mg dissolved organic carbon(DOC)FLAs. 11Polyploidy events shaped the expansion of transcription factors in Cucurbitaceae and exploitation of genes for tendril development显示文摘Cucurbitaceae is one of the most important plant families distributed worldwide.Transcription factors(TFs)regulate plant growth at the transcription level.Here,we performed a systematic analysis of 42641 TFs from 63 families in 14 Cucurbitaceae and 10 non-cucurbit species.Whole-genome duplication(WGD)was the dominant event type in almost all Cucurbitaceae plants.The TF families were divided into 1210 orthogroups(OGs),of which,112 were unique to Cucurbitaceae.Although the loss of several gene families was detected in Cucurbitaceae,the gene families expanded in five species that experienced a WGD event comparing with grape.Our findings revealed that the recent WGD events that had occurred in Cucurbitaceae played important roles in the expansion of most TF families.The functional enrichment analysis of the genes that significantly expanded or contracted uncovered five gene families,AUX/IAA,NAC,NBS,HB,and NF-YB.Finally,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the TCP gene family and identified 16 tendril-related(TEN)genes in 11 Cucurbitaceae species.Interestingly,the characteristic sequence changed from CNNFYFP to CNNFYLP in the TEN gene(Bhi06M000087)of Benincasa hispida.Furthermore,we identified a new characteristic sequence,YNN,which could be used for TEN gene exploitation in Cucurbitaceae.In conclusion,this study will serve as a reference for studying the relationship between gene family evolution and genome duplication.Moreover,it will provide rich genetic resources for functional Cucurbitaceae studies in the future.Yu Zhang Yingchao Zhang Bing Li Xiao Tan Changping Zhu Tong Wu Shuyan Feng Qihang Yang Shaoqin Shen Tong Yu Zhuo Liu Xiaoming Song 2022Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,5:2

13Grain size regulation for balancing cycle performance and rate capability of LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.055)Mn_(0.045)O_(2) single crystal nickel-rich cathode materials显示文摘It is challenging to balance the cyclability and rate capability of single crystal nickel-rich cathode materials(Ni>0.8).Multicomponent oxides by spray pyrolysis shows potential as highly-reactive precursors to synthesize single crystal nickel-rich cathode at lower temperature,yet Ni^(2+)will severely inhibit particle growth when Ni content exceeds 0.9.Herein,lithium nitrate(LiNO_(3))with low melting point and strong oxidation is introduced as collaborate lithium salts for fabrication of well-dispersed submicron and micron single crystal LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.055)Mn_(0.045)O_(2)(NCM90)cathode without extra unit operation.By changing amount of LiNO_(3),particle size regulation is realized and cation disorder can be diminished.The as-prepared material with optimal content of 4 wt%LiNO_(3)(NCM90-4 LN)displays the most appropriate particle size(1μm)with approximately stoichiometric structure,and presents better kinetics characterization of lithium-ion diffusion(15%higher than NCM90)and good electrochemical performance with specific discharge capacity of 220.6 and 173.8 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 C and 10 C at room temperature,respectively.This work broadens the conventional research methodology of size regulation for single crystal Ni-rich cathode materials and is indispensable for the development of designing principal of nickel-rich cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries.Jiapei Wang Xibin Lu Yingchao Zhang Jiahui Zhou Jiexi Wang Shengming Xu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:2
14Multi-Objective Deep Reinforcement Learning Based Time-Frequency Resource Allocation for Multi-Beam Satellite Communications显示文摘Resource allocation is an important problem influencing the service quality of multi-beam satellite communications.In multi-beam satellite communications, the available frequency bandwidth is limited, users requirements vary rapidly, high service quality and joint allocation of multi-dimensional resources such as time and frequency are required. It is a difficult problem needs to be researched urgently for multi-beam satellite communications, how to obtain a higher comprehensive utilization rate of multidimensional resources, maximize the number of users and system throughput, and meet the demand of rapid allocation adapting dynamic changed the number of users under the condition of limited resources, with using an efficient and fast resource allocation algorithm.In order to solve the multi-dimensional resource allocation problem of multi-beam satellite communications, this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model based on the maximum the number of users and system throughput joint optimization goal, and proposes a multi-objective deep reinforcement learning based time-frequency two-dimensional resource allocation(MODRL-TF) algorithm to adapt dynamic changed the number of users and the timeliness requirements.
