| 2 | Two centuries of April-July temperature change in southeastern China and its influence on grain productivity显示文摘China is a traditional agriculture based country and one main region for crop production is southeastern China where temperature is a dominant climate variable affecting agriculture. Temperature and social disturbances both influence crop production, yet distinguishing their relative impacts is difficult due to a lack of reliable, high-resolution historical climatic records before the very recent period. Here we present the first tree-ring based warm-season temperature reconstruction for southeastern China, a core region of the East Asian monsoon, for the past 227 years. The reconstruction target was April-July mean temperature, and our model explained 60.6% of the observed temperature variance during 1953–2012.Spatial correlation analysis showed that the reconstruction is representative of April-July temperature change over most of eastern China. The reconstructed temperature series agrees well with China-scale(heavily weighted in eastern China) agricultural production index values quite well at decadal timescales.The impacts of social upheavals on food production, such as those in the period 1920–1949, were confirmed after climatic influences were excluded. | 3 | Impact of stress on solute transport in a fracture network: A comparison study显示文摘This paper compares numerical modeling of the effect of stress on solute transport (advection and matrix diffusion) in fractured rocks in which fracture apertures are correlated with fracture lengths. It is mainly motivated by the performance and safety assessments of underground radioactive waste repositories. Five research teams used different approaches to model stress/deformation, flow and transport processes, based on either discrete fracture network or equivalent continuum models. The simulation results derived by various teams generally demonstrated that rock stresses could significantly influence solute transport processes through stress-induced changes in fracture apertures and associated changes in permeability. | 4 | Theories,technologies and practices of lacustrine shale oil exploration and development:A case study of Paleogene Kongdian Formation in Cangdong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘As the main factors affecting stable and high production and the production regularity of lacustrine shale oil are unclear,the theoretical understandings,key exploration and development technologies,development effect and production regularity of lacustrine shale oil have been analyzed and summarized based on 700 m cores taken systematically from Paleogene Kong 2 Member of 4 wells in Cangdong sag,over 100000 analysis data and formation testing data.Three theoretical understandings on shale oil enrichment and high production have been reached:(1)High-quality shale with“three highs and one low”is the material base for shale oil enrichment.(2)Medium-slightly high thermal evolution degree is the favorable condition for shale oil enrichment.(3)Laminar felsic shale is the optimal shale layer for oil enrichment in semi-deep lake facies.Key exploration and development technologies such as shale oil enrichment layer and area evaluation and prediction,horizontal well pattern layout,shale oil reservoir fracturing,optimization of shale oil production regime have been established to support high and stable shale oil production.Under the guidance of these theoretical understandings and technologies,shale oil in Cangdong sag has achieved high and stable production,and 4 of them had the highest production of over 100 tons a day during formation testing.In particular,Well GY5-1-1 L had a daily oil production of 208 m^(3).By April,2022,the 28 wells combined have a stable oil production of 300–350 tons a day,and have produced 17.8×10^(4) t of oil cumulatively.It is found that the shale oil production of horizontal well declines exponentially in natural flow stage,and declines in step pattern and then tends stable in the artificial lift stage.Proportion of light hydrocarbons in produced shale oil is in positive correlation with daily oil production and decreases regularly during production test. | ZHAO Xianzheng ZHOU Lihong PU Xiugang JIN Fengming HAN Wenzhong SHI Zhannan CHEN Changwei JIANG Wenya GUAN Quansheng XU Jing LIU Xuewei ZHANG Wei MA Jianying | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3: | 4 |
| 5 | Hydrochemical Dynamic Characteristics and Evolution of Underground Brine in the Mahai Salt Lake of the Qaidam Basin Qinghai-Tibet Plateau显示文摘The mineral rock salts present in the Mahai Salt Lake of the Qaidam basin exhibit high solubilities in water. In addition, the multicomponent underground brine exhibits a high salinity and is easily precipitated. In the natural state, brine transport in the brine layer is extremely slow, and the brine is in a relatively stable chemical equilibrium state with the rock salt media. However, during mining, both the seepage and the chemical fields fluctuate significantly, thereby disrupting the equilibrium and leading to variations in the chemical composition and dynamic characteristics of the brine. Therefore, we selected underground brine from the Mahai Salt Lake, collecting a total of 183 brine samples over three stages of mining(i.e., the early stage of underground brine extraction, the initial stage of mining, and the later stage of mining). Using a range of analytical techniques, the chemical dynamics of the underground brine water and its evolution were systematically studied. | 7 | Geological characteristics and key exploration technologies of continental shale oil sweet spots: A case study of Member 2 of Kongdian Formation in the Cangdong sag in the Huanghua depression, Bohai Bay Basin显示文摘Under the general trend of stepping-up oil and gas exploration and development in China,the unconventional oil and gas resources such as shale oil and gas have become an important alternative.Abundant continental shale oil resources are developed in Member 2 of Kongdian Formation(Ek2)of the Cangdong sag in the Huanghua depression of the Bohai Bay Basin which has complex structure,strong heterogeneity,and large buried depth,thus,the geological characteristic of shale oil accumulation and key exploration technologies are investigated on base of the system coring of 635.8 m,centimeter-level fine description and analysis of over ten thousand samples,therefore,the“four accurate”technologies have been developed,including the accurate selection of sweet spot areas,accurate drilling of sweet spot layers,accurate fracturing of sweet spot layers and accurate measure of fracture-rich sections.The results show that the continental shale strata in Member 2 of Kongdian Formation can be divided into three types:felsic shale,limy dolomitic shale and mixed shale.The Member 2 of Kongdian Formation is characterized by diverse mineral components,abundant laminae,good source rocks and medium thermal evolution degree,tight reservoir with rich micropore and microfractures,high oil saturation and brittle mineral content,indicating good prospect of shale oil exploration.Through sedimentological study,TOC and Ro evaluation,brittle mineral calculation,and seismic fusion inversion,a total of 126 km^(2) of Class I sweet spots in Member 2 of Kongdian Formation was delineated comprehensively,which guides horizontal well deployment(Well GD1701H and Well GD1702H).The drilling rate of sweet spot of these two horizontal wells is up to 96%by tracing thin layer through fine calibration,locating compartment through fine inversion,ensuring window entry through precise positioning,and tracking sweet spot through adjustment.The “one-excellent and five-highs”criterion is used to select perforation points to realize differential designs of fracturing intervals and clusters.Micro-seismic and potentiometry monitoring show that the artificial fractures formed by volumetric fracturing are 300e400 m long and 120 m high,and control a volume of about 0.07 km^(3).The maximum daily oil production of two horizontal wells is 48 t and 66 t respectively to realize the economic exploitation of shale oil reserves controlled by fractures.The shale oil exploration in Member 2 of Kongdian Formation shows that the continental shale oil has great potential of exploration and development,and the above technologies are critical and effective for shale oil efficient recovery. | Xianzheng Zhao Xiugang Pu Fengming Jin Wenzhong Han Zhannan Shi Aibing Cai Aiguo Wang Quansheng Guan Wenya Jiang Wei Zhang | 2019 | Petroleum Research2019,4,2: | 2 |
| 8 | Porosity Distribution Characteristics and Geological Analysis of Brine Storage Medium in the Qaidam Basin, Western China显示文摘Underground brine is an unusual water resource that contains abundant mineral resources. It is distributed widely in the Qaidam Basin, western China, a hyperarid inland basin located in the northern Tibetan Plateau. Pores in the brine storage medium act as storage space and transmission channels of underground brine. Therefore, the porosity of brine storage medium determines its ability to store brine. In this study, Mahai Salt Lake was used as the research area as a modern saline lake located in the north area of the Qaidam Basin. A total of 100 porosity samples were collected from eight sampling points in two profiles of the research area at sampling depths of 1.30–314.78 m. The porosity distribution characteristics and influencing factors in brine storage medium were analysed according to the measured porosity data. Based on analysis of the pore structure characteristics, the brine storage medium contains intercrystalline pores, unlike conventional freshwater storage mediums. Moreover, the primary salt rock is susceptible to dissolution by lighter brine, facilitating the formation of secondary porosity. Due to the formation of secondary pores, a porosity greater than 20% remains even at buried depths greater than 100 m. Based on the geological statistical analysis, due to the geographic location, salt formation time, and depositional environment, the porosity values of Mahai Salt Lake do not exhibit a wider distribution, but also show more extreme values than a nearby salt lake. | 17 | Effects of Guangxi Hepu Pearl Hydrolysate on Proliferation Activity and Apoptosis of Human Hepatic Stellate Cells显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to observe the effects of Guangxi Hepu pearl hydrolysate on proliferation and apoptosis of human hepatic stellate cells. [Method] The inhibition rate against the proliferation of human hepatic stellate cells was determined by MTT colorimetry after co-incubation with pearl hydrolysate for 48 h. The percentage of early and late apoptotic cells was determined by flow cytometry(Annexin V-FITC/PI staining). [Result] Low, medium and high concentrations of pearl hydrolysate could inhibit the proliferation of human hepatic stellate cells, and the inhibition rates at 48 h were 12.4%, 27.4% and 37.8%, respectively. The low, medium and high concentrations of pearl hydrolysate could induce the apoptosis of cells. The percentages of total apoptotic cells(early apoptotic + late apoptotic) at 48 h were 8.97%, 16.09% and 26.98%, respec-tively. [Conclusion] Pearl hydrolysate can inhibit the proliferation of human hepatic stellate cells and induce the apoptosis of these cells, which may be the mechanism of anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of pearl hydrolysate. These effects are dose-dependent.
