| 1 | Knowledge Graph Embedding for Hyper-Relational Data显示文摘Knowledge graph representation has been a long standing goal of artificial intelligence. In this paper,we consider a method for knowledge graph embedding of hyper-relational data, which are commonly found in knowledge graphs. Previous models such as Trans(E, H, R) and CTrans R are either insufficient for embedding hyper-relational data or focus on projecting an entity into multiple embeddings, which might not be effective for generalization nor accurately reflect real knowledge. To overcome these issues, we propose the novel model Trans HR, which transforms the hyper-relations in a pair of entities into an individual vector, serving as a translation between them. | 5 | An integrated microfluidic device for long-term culture of isolated single mammalian cells显示文摘We developed an integrated microfluidic chip for long-term culture of isolated single cells. This polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) based device could accurately seed each single cell into different culture chambers, and isolate one chamber from each other with monolithically integrated pneumatic valves. We optimized the culture conditions, including the frequency of medium replacement and the introduction of conditioned medium, to keep the single cells alive for 4 days. We cultured a few hundred cells in a separated chamber on the same chip to continuously supply the conditioned medium into the culture chambers for single cells. This approach greatly facilitated the growth of single cells, and created a suitable microenvironment for observing cells' autonomous process in situ without the interference of other adjacent cells. However there is some redundancy among the high dimensions of the original samples and the main features of the samples may be picked up first to improve the performance of SVC. A principal component analysis (PCA) is employed to reduce the feature dimensions of the original samples and the pre-selected main features efficiently, and an SVC is constructed in the selected feature space to improve the learning speed and identification rate of SVC. Furthermore, a heuristic genetic algorithm-based automatic model selection is proposed to determine the hyperparameters of SVC to evaluate the performance of the learning machines.
