1Geochemistry, Paleoenvironment and Mechanism of Organic-Matter Enrichment in the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation Shale in the Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘To investigate the mechanism of the organic-matter enrichment in the Lower Longmaxi Formation shale,the geochemistry and total organic carbon(TOC)of the Longmaxi Formation black shales in the Jiaoshiba,Zhaotong,and Weiyuan areas of the Sichuan Basin were analyzed.Paleoproductivity proxy parameters(Babio,Siex,and Ni/Al),clastic influx proxies(TiO2 and Ti/Al),redox indices(V/Cr,Ni/Co,V/(V+Ni),and U/Th),and hydrothermal indicators(Fe,Mn,and Y concentrations;Fe/Ti ratio and a Ni-Zn-Co diagram)were employed to decipher the paleoenvironment of the Lower Longmaxi Formation shales.TiO2 and Ti/Al indicated low terrigenous detrital influx in all three areas.However,Babio,Siex,and Ni/Al indicated high productivity in the Jiaoshiba area.V/Cr,Ni/Co,and U/Th indicated higher oxygen content with larger fluctuations in the Zhaotong and Weiyuan areas.Fe,Mn,and Y concentrations and the Fe/Ti ratio implied greater active hydrothermal activity in the Weiyuan area.These heterogeneities were considered to be closely related to the paleoenvironment and paleogeography,and the large basement faults that developed during the Chuanzhong paleo-uplift could have provided vents for deep-hydrothermal-fluid upwelling.The redox indices(V/Cr,Ni/Co,and U/Th)and a paleoproductivity proxy(Ni/Al)displayed a significant correlation with the TOC,suggesting that both excellent preservation conditions and high paleoproductivity were the controlling factors for the enrichment of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation shale.There was no obvious correlation between the clastic influx proxy(Ti/Al)and the TOC due to the extremely low supply of terrigenous debris.The hydrothermal indicator(Fe/Ti)was negatively correlated with the TOC in the Weiyuan area,indicating that hydrothermal activity may have played a negative role in the accumulation of organic matter.This study suggests that the enrichment of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation marine shale varied according to the paleogeography and sedimentary environment.CHEN Zhipeng CUI Junping REN Zhanli JIANG Shu LIANG Xing WANG Gaocheng ZOU Chen 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3:3

3Direct generation of 3.17 mJ green pulses in a cavity-dumped Ho^(3+)-doped fiber laser at 543 nm显示文摘High-energy pulsed lasers in the green spectral region are of tremendous interest for applications in space laser ranging,underwater detection,precise processing,and scientific research.Semiconductor pulsed lasers currently are difficult to access to the so-called“green gap,”and high-energy green pulsed lasers still heavily rely on the nonlinear frequency conversion of near-IR lasers,precluding compact and low-cost green laser systems.Here,we address this challenge by demonstrating,for the first time to the best of our knowledge,millijoule-level green pulses generated directly from a fiber laser.The green pulsed fiber laser consists of a 450 nm pump laser diode,a Ho^(3+)-doped ZBLAN fiber,and a cavity-dumping module based on a visible wavelength acousto-optic modulator.Stable pulse operation in the cavity-dumping regime at 543 nm is observed with a tunable repetition rate in a large range of 100 Hz–3 MHz and a pulse duration of 72–116 ns.The maximum pulse energy of 3.17 mJ at 100 Hz is successfully achieved,which is three orders of magnitude higher than those of the rare-earth-doped fiber green lasers previously reported.This work provides a model for compact,high-efficiency,and high-energy visible fiber pulsed lasers.TIANRAN LI ZIYU WANG JINHAI ZOU JINFEN HONG QIUJUN RUAN HANG WANG ZHIPENG DONG ZHENGQIAN LUO 2023Photonics Research2023,11,3:1
4Recent advances in small-molecular therapeutics for COVID-19显示文摘The COVID-19 pandemic poses a fundamental challenge to global health.Since the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2,great efforts have been made to identify antiviral strategies and develop therapeutic drugs to combat the disease.There are different strategies for developing small molecular anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs,including targeting coronavirus structural proteins(e.g.spike protein),non-structural proteins(nsp)(e.g.RdRp,Mpro,PLpro,helicase,nsp14,and nsp16),host proteases(e.g.TMPRSS2,cathepsin,and furin)and the pivotal proteins mediating endocytosis(e.g.PIKfyve),as well as developing endosome acidification agents and immune response modulators.Favipiravir and chloroquine are the anti-SARS-CoV-2 agents that were identified earlier in this epidemic and repurposed for COVID-19 clinical therapy based on these strategies.However,their efficacies are controversial.Currently,three small molecular anti-SARSCoV-2 agents,remdesivir,molnupiravir,and Paxlovid(PF-07321332 plus ritonavir),have been granted emergency use authorization or approved for COVID-19 therapy in many countries due to their significant curative effects in phase Ⅲ trials.Meanwhile,a large number of promising anti-SARS-CoV-2 drug candidates have entered clinical evaluation.The development of these drugs brings hope for us to finally conquer COVID-19.In this account,we conducted a comprehensive review of the recent advances in small molecule anti-SARS-CoV-2 agents according to the target classification.Here we present all the approved drugs and most of the important drug candidates for each target,and discuss the challenges and perspectives for the future research and development of anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs.Lei Zhong Zhipeng Zhao Xuerun Peng Jun Zou Shengyong Yang 2022Precision Clinical Medicine2022,5,4:1

7A comparative study of the land-atmosphere energy and water exchanges over the Tibetan Plateau and the Yangtze River Region显示文摘正确认识不同区域能量和水分循环特征是研究局地地气相互作用及准确预测区域天气,气候变化的关键.为了研究属于干旱/半干旱气候的青藏高原(TP)和湿润/半湿润气候的长江流域(YRR)之间地表能量和水分交换的异同,本文对比分析了两个区域8个不同地表类型(包括高山荒漠,高山草地,(平原)城市和(平原)草地等)观测站点的地表辐射和能量通量数据.结果显示:(1)TP由于高原大气层稀薄且空气洁净,年平均入射短波辐射为251.3W m^(-2),是YRR的1.7倍.加之高原地表反照率高导致反射辐射(59.6 W m^(-2))是YRR的2.87倍.入射及出射的长波辐射为231.5和338.0 W m^(-2),分别为YRR的0.64和0.83.而两个区域的净辐射差异不大;(2)草地站更多的潜热释放使得地表总加热效率高于城市和高山荒漠,TP和YRR的草地站的年平均潜热分别为35.0和38.8 W m^(-2),而植被稀疏且土壤干燥的高山荒漠地区感热最大,年平均感热为42.1 W m^(-2);其次是城市下垫面,其年平均感热为37.7 W m^(-2).研究结果揭示了不同气候背景下典型下垫面地气相互作用特征,为地气相互作用过程深入分析奠定了基础.Nan Yao Yaoming Ma Binbin Wang Jun Zou Jianning Sun Zhipeng Xie 2024Atmospheric and Oceanic Science Letters2024,17,2:0
8Study on Diffusion Behavior of 72LX Blooms in the Decarburization Process显示文摘To elucidate the diffusion behavior of carbon atoms within the austenite region,the decarbonization of 72LX steel bloom was investigated.Experimental studies were performed to obtain the depth profiles of the decarburized layers within the temperature range of 950-1250℃.The findings show that,within a temperature range of 950-1200℃,both the depth of the decarburization layer of the grain interior(h_(in))and the depth of the decarbonization effect zone of the grain boundary(h_(b))increase concurrently with increasing holding temperatures and times and an inflection point is observed at 1200℃.By measuring the change in the sample diameter before and after the experiment,the change in the radius reduction of h_(Fe) causes by oxidation is obtained.Minimal changes are observed in h_(Fe) when the temperature is below 1050℃.As the temperature increases to 1100℃,a sudden change in h_(Fe) is observed,which corresponds to a rapid increase in oxidation.At temperatures above 1100℃,a more gradual change is observed.From the experimental results,a two-dimensional decarburization mathematical model is established and the carbon diffusion coefficients at different temperatures are obtained by simulation and regression fitting.The simulation values obtain from the carbon diffusion model matched well with the experimental values,thereby confirming the accuracy of the simulation process.徐东 ZHENG Bing PANG Hongxuan WANG Xuexi ZOU Zhipeng 2022Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,4:0
9Lrrc34 Is Highly Expressed in SSCs and Is Necessary for SSC Expansi on In Vitro显示文摘Objective To discover critical genes contributing to the sternness and maintenance of spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs)and provide new insights into the function of the leucine-rich repeat(LRR)family member Lrrc34(leudne-rich repeat-containing 34)in SSCs from mice.Methods Bioinformatic methods,including differentially expressed gene(DEG),gene ontology(GO)enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analyses,were used to uncover latent pluripotency-related genes.Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and immunofluorescence analyses were utilized to verify the mRNA and protein expression levels,respectively.RNA interference of Lrrc34 using siRNA was performed to detect its transient impact on SSCs.Results Eight DEGs between ID4-EGFP+(G)and ID4-EGFP+/TSPAN8Hig11(TH),eight DEGs between G and ID4-EGFP+/TSPAN8Uw(TL)and eleven DEGs between TH and TL were discovered,and eleven proteinprotein interaction(PPI)modules were found to be significant in the PPI network of DEGs.One of the DEGs,Lrrc34,was selected as a potential pluripotency?related gene due to its differential expression among ID4-EGFP+spermatogonia subsets and its interaction with fibroblast growth factor 2 in the fifth module.Immunofluorescence experiments exhibited specific expression of Lrrc34 in a subpopulation of undifferentiated spermatogonia marked by LIN28A,and RT-PCR experiments confirmed the high expression of Lrrc34 in SSCs from P7 and adult mice.The transient knockdown of Lrrc34 in SSCs resulted in reduced colony sizes and significant changes in the transcriptome and apoptotic pathways.Conclusion Lrrc34 is highly expressed in mouse SSCs and is required for SSC proliferation in vitro through effects on transcriptome and signaling transduction pathways.Jinhuan Ou Yiran Li Zhipeng Wang Cheng Jin Kai Li Yan Lu Dingfeng Zou Pengyu Li Mengzhen Li Shiying Miao Linfang Wang Wei Song 2020Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,1:0
10A ratiometric fluorescent sensor for tracking Cu(Ⅰ) fluctuation in endoplasmic reticulum显示文摘A two-photon ratiometric fluorescent sensor for Cu^+ in endoplasmic reticulum(ER), CNSB, was developed via coumarin/ASBD integration based on FRET mechanism. In solution, CNSB shows reversible, highly-specific ratiometric response to Cu^+ .Moreover, CNSB exhibits suitable K_d value, suggesting the possibility of detecting Cu^+ in the living cells. The probe can enter the MCF-7 cells easily and specifically locates in the ER. The highly specific ratiometric response of CNSB toward Cu^+ in MCF-7 cells provides the sensor the capacity to visualize both exogenous and endogenous Cu^+ in the ER via fluorescence imaging.Next, CNSB was utilized to detect the fluctuation and distribution of Cu^+ under ER stress in MCF-7 cells, which confirmed directly the relationship between Cu^+ enhancement and ER stress. Meanwhile, the two-photon ability of coumarin facilitated the sensor to visualize Cu^+ fluctuation via two-photon fluorescence imaging. In addition, the spatial distribution of Cu^+ in the heart slice of the 14-day-old rat was demonstrated using CNSB. 11High Order Deep Neural Network for Solving High Frequency Partial Differential Equations显示文摘This paper proposes a high order deep neural network(HOrderDNN)for solving high frequency partial differential equations(PDEs),which incorporates the idea of“high order”from finite element methods(FEMs)into commonly-used deep neural networks(DNNs)to obtain greater approximation ability.The main idea of HOrderDNN is introducing a nonlinear transformation layer between the input layer and the first hidden layer to form a high order polynomial space with the degree not exceeding p,followed by a normal DNN.The order p can be guided by the regularity of solutions of PDEs.The performance of HOrderDNNis evaluated on high frequency function fitting problems and high frequency Poisson and Helmholtz equations.The results demonstrate that:HOrderDNNs(p>1)can efficiently capture the high frequency information in target functions;and when compared to physics-informed neural network(PINN),HOrderDNNs(p>1)converge faster and achieve much smaller relative errors with same number of trainable parameters.In particular,when solving the high frequency Helmholtz equation in Section 3.5,the relative error of PINN stays around 1 with its depth and width increase,while the relative error can be reduced to around 0.02 as p increases(see Table 5).Zhipeng Chang Ke Li Xiufen Zou Xueshuang Xiang 2022Communications in Computational Physics2022,31,2:0
12Intermediate phase assisted sequential deposition of reverse-graded quasi-2D alternating cation perovskites for MA-free perovskite solar cells显示文摘One-step deposition approaches have been widely applied and developed in the fabrication of quasi-2D perovskites.However,the regulation of quantum wells(QWs)and crystalline orientation is difficult and complicated when using this methodology.Sequential deposition is another widespread synthetic approach for preparing perovskite films and perovskite dimension engineering.In this article,δ-CsPbI_(3)intermediate phase assisted sequential(IPAS)deposition is successfully carried out to fabricate MA-free quasi-2D ACI perovskites.The amount of theδ-CsPbI_(3)intermediate phase in the PbI2 layer and the concentration of GAI molecule in the IPA solution both play important roles in the production of MA-free quasi-2D ACI perovskite films.The n value of the MA-free quasi-2D ACI perovskites can be adjusted,which affects the photovoltaic performance and device stability.Compared with one-step deposition,the MA-free quasi-2D ACI perovskites prepared via IPAS deposition have opposite reverse-graded QW distribution and improved vertical orientation,leading to a remarkable PEC of up to 18.86%and allowing the preparation of unpackaged devices with prominent working stability(80%,400 h).The underlying mechanism and crystallization pathway of IPAS deposition confirm that sequential deposition has unique superiority in regulating the QW distribution and crystalline orientation of quasi-2D perovskites.Shaofu Wang Yumin Liu Junjie Zou Junjun Jin Yun Jiang Tao Zeng Wenyan Zhao Rong-Xiang He Bolei Chen Yu Chen Shuoxue Jin Hong-Xiang Li Zhipeng Xie Chang-An Wang Weiwei Sun Qiang Cao Xing-Zhong Zhao 2023InfoMat2023,5,3:0
13High Order Deep Domain Decomposition Method for Solving High Frequency Interface Problems显示文摘This paper proposes a high order deep domain decomposition method(HOrderDeepDDM)for solving high-frequency interface problems,which combines high order deep neural network(HOrderDNN)with domain decomposition method(DDM).The main idea of HOrderDeepDDM is to divide the computational domain into some sub-domains by DDM,and apply HOrderDNNs to solve the high-frequency problem on each sub-domain.Besides,we consider an adaptive learning rate annealing method to balance the errors inside the sub-domains,on the interface and the boundary during the optimization process.The performance of HOrderDeepDDM is evaluated on high-frequency elliptic and Helmholtz interface problems.The results indicate that:HOrderDeepDDM inherits the ability of DeepDDM to handle discontinuous interface problems and the power of HOrderDNN to approximate high-frequency problems.In detail,HOrderDeepDDMs(p>1)could capture the high-frequency information very well.When compared to the deep domain decomposition method(DeepDDM),HOrderDeepDDMs(p>1)converge faster and achieve much smaller relative errors with the same number of trainable parameters.For example,when solving the high-frequency interface elliptic problems in Section 3.3.1,the minimum relative errors obtained by HOrderDeepDDMs(p=9)are one order of magnitude smaller than that obtained by DeepDDMs when the number of the parameters keeps the same,as shown in Fig.4.Zhipeng Chang Ke Li Xiufen Zou Xueshuang Xiang 2023Advances in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics2023,15,6:0
