1High-performance Zn battery with transition metal ions co-regulated electrolytic MnO_(2)显示文摘Electrolytic MnO_(2)/Zn batteries have attracted extensive attention for use in large-scale energy storage applications due to their low cost,high output voltage,safety,and environmental friendliness.However,the poor electrical conductivity of MnO_(2)limits its deposition and dissolution at large capacities,which leads to sluggish reaction kinetics and drastic capacity decay.Here,we report a theory-guided design principle for an electrolytic MnO_(2)/Zn battery co-regulated with transition metal ions that has improved electrochemical performance in terms of deposition and stripping chemistries.We start with first-principles calculations to predict the electrolytic effects of regulating transition metal ions in the deposition/stripping chemistry of the MnO_(2)cathode.The results indicate that with the simultaneous incorporation of strongly electronegative Co and Ni,the MnO_(2)cathode tends to possess more active electron states,faster charge-transfer kinetics,and better electrical conductivity than either MnO_(2)regulated with Co or Ni on their own,or pristine MnO_(2);hence,this co-regulation is beneficial for the cathode solid/liquid MnO_(2)/Mn2t reactions.We then fabricate and demonstrate a novel Co2t and Ni2t coregulated MnO_(2)/Zn(Co-Ni-MnO_(2)/Zn)battery that yields significantly better electrochemical performance,finding that the synergistic regulation of Co and Ni on MnO_(2)can significantly increase its intrinsic conductivity and achieve high rates and Coulombic efficiencies at large capacities.The aqueous Co-Ni-MnO_(2)/Zn battery exhibits a high rate(10C,100 mA cm^(-2)),high Coulombic efficiency(91.89%),and excellent cycling stability(600 cycles without decay)at a large areal capacity of 10 mAh cm^(-2).Our proposed strategy of co-regulation with transition metal ions offers a versatile approach for improving the electrochemical performance of aqueous electrolytic MnO_(2)/Zn batteries in large-scale energy storage applications.Mingyan Chuai Jinlong Yang Mingming Wang Yuan Yuan Zaichun Liu Yan Xu Yichen Yin Jifei Sun Xinhua Zheng Na Chen Wei Chen 2021eScience2021,1,2:8

10The cage effect on assembly of cyclic-bis-(zinc porphyrin) with 5,15-dipyridylporphyrin显示文摘An inclusion complex of cyclic bis(zinc porphyrin) 1 with 5,15-dipyridylporphyrin derivative 3 has been designed and constructed. The complex formation is induced by Zn-N coordination, and is robust (Kassoc ~ 106 L/mol) due to the presence of the cage effect of cyclic bis(zinc porphyrin). The cage-like complex as an entity is stable enough, and also convenient to achieve relative movement between the bis(zinc porphyrin) host and the dipyridylporphyrin guest connected by Zn-N coordination. The characteristics of these assemblies have been demonstrated by 1 H NMR, UV-vis, and fluorescence spectra. 11An innovative three-layer strategy in response to a quartan malaria outbreak among forest goers in Hainan Island,China:a retrospective study显示文摘Background:An outbreak of Plasmodium malariae infection among forest goers in Sanya City of Hainan Island,China was reported in 2015.In response to this outbreak,an innovative three-layer strategy(TLS)targeted forest goers was adapted based on the 1-3-7 approach.Main text:Key elements of TLS are:(i)The village with fve malaria cases and adjacent villages were set as the frst layer.All residents including forest goers were taken as the high-risk population(HRP).Active case detection(ACD)by blood smear microscopy and PCR was selected as the primary measure,and passive case detection(PCD)as complementary measure.One case was identifed under TLS implementation.(ii)The township with cases(Gaofeng Town)and the nearby towns were chosen as the second layer.Only forest goers were screened by ACD,while PCD as a routine screening method.7831 blood smears collected by ACD and PCD and tested with negative results.(iii)The city with cases(Sanya City)and others 12 counties/county-level cities were selected as the third layer.Malaria cases were monitored passively.A total of 77,555 blood slides were screened by PCD with zero positive sample.For each layer,the malaria vector mosquitoes were monitored using light traps,cattle-baited/human-bait traps.Anopheles minimus(dominant species),An.sinensis and An.dirus were captured.Vector control measures mainly include insecticide residual spraying and long-lasting insecticide nets.The capacity of clinicians,public health practitioners and laboratory technicians has been improved through training.During 2016‒2018,TLS and chemoprophylaxis were implemented in the same areas.In the frst layer,all residents were monitored by ACD,and malaria chemoprophylaxis were distributed,89.5%of forest goers were using chemoprophylaxis against malaria.The blood smears(3126 by ACD plus 1516 by PCD)were with zero positive results.Chemoprophylaxis and ACD were ofered to forest goers once a year,and PCD in residents as a complementary measure in the second and third layer,77.8%and 95.1%of forest goers received chemoprophylaxis.In each layer,vector surveillance and control of malaria and trainings for medical staf Conclusions:TLS was efective in blocking the outbreak by P.malariae among forest goers in Hainan in malaria elimination stage.However,whether it could prevent the malaria resurgence in the post-elimination phase needs to be further assessed.Yuchun Li Yingjuan Huang Renqiang Chen Weizhen Huang Huanzhi Xu Rongshen Ye Shaoling Huang Ji Zhen Xiaodan Wen Guoyi Wang Yong Liu Haishan Li Zaichun Zheng Jian Wang Guoshen Wang Chong Chen Wen Zeng Feng Meng Xiaoming Huang Guangze Wang Bing Yang Yan Chen 2022Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,5:0

13erbB4/HER4在非小细胞NSCLC中的表达研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To test the expression of HER4 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and elucidate the relationship between its over-expression and the clinical pathology of NSCLC. Methods: 70 cases of paraffin-embedded tissues from informative NSCLC were tested for the expression of HER4 by means of immunohistochemical assay. Results: HER4 were overexpressed in NSCLC in 91.4%. The overexpression of HER4 correlated only with the lymph node metastasis, TNM staging and survival after operation. 14Nitrogen addition delays the emergence of an aridity-induced threshold for plant biomass显示文摘Crossing certain aridity thresholds in global drylands can lead to abrupt decays of ecosystem attributes such as plant productivity,potentially causing land degradation and desertification.It is largely unknown,however,whether these thresholds can be altered by other key global change drivers known to affect the water-use efficiency and productivity of vegetation,such as elevated CO_(2) and nitrogen(N).Using>5000 empirical measurements of plant biomass,we showed that crossing an aridity(1–precipitation/potential evapotranspiration)threshold of∼0.50,which marks the transition from dry sub-humid to semi-arid climates,led to abrupt declines in aboveground biomass(AGB)and progressive increases in root:shoot ratios,thus importantly affecting carbon stocks and their distribution.N addition significantly increased AGB and delayed the emergence of its aridity threshold from 0.49 to 0.55(P<0.05).By coupling remote sensing estimates of leaf area index with simulations from multiple models,we found that CO_(2) enrichment did not alter the observed aridity threshold.By 2100,and under the RCP 8.5 scenario,we forecast a 0.3%net increase in the global land area exceeding the aridity threshold detected under a scenario that includes N deposition,in comparison to a 2.9%net increase if the N effect is not considered.Our study thus indicates that N addition could mitigate to a great extent the negative impact of increasing aridity on plant biomass in drylands.These findings are critical for improving forecasts of abrupt vegetation changes in response to ongoing global environmental change.Hailing Li César Terrer Miguel Berdugo Fernando T.Maestre Zaichun Zhu Josep Peñuelas Kailiang Yu Lin Luo Jie-Yu Gong Jian-Sheng Ye 2023National Science Review2023,10,11:0
15A trans-ortho asymmetrically di-strapped metalloporphyrin integrating three key structural features of ligand in heme显示文摘Heme responsible for the dioxygen fixation,transport and conversion is a metalloporphyrin complex highly dependent on its diverse geometry of ligand.In this work,a trans-ortho-di-strapped zinc porphyrin with dome-like deformation was synthesized by thermodynamically controlling the formation of transprecursor of porphyrinogen.Its single-crystal structure demonstrated that the asymmetric treatment of porphyrin achieves three goals of creating two secondary coordination sphere(SCS)bulks,maintaining a unique dome deformation,and making atomic out-of-plane deviation.In this way,this metallic complex integrates at least three key features of the pocket structure,the differentiated axial ligations,and the ring distortion,making it an ideal heme analog.Qiuhua Liu Junhao Gao Yusheng Zhang Xin Liu Xi Zhang Qin Lin Wennan Zeng Zaichun Zhou 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,10:0
