1TENSILE STRENGTH AND CREEP RESISTANCE OF Mg-9Al-1Zn BASED ALLOYS WITH CALCIUM ADDITION显示文摘Small amount of calcium addition to the Mg-9A1-0.8Zn-0.2Mn (AZ91) alloy resulted in the obvious influence on mechanical properties. The yield strength of the alloys increased with the increase of Ca addition and maximum strength was obtained from the alloy containing 0.15% of Ca. The creep resistance at the temperatures between 150-200℃ was also significantly increased with Ca addition. The creep rate (at 200℃, 50MPa) of the alloy with00.15% of Ca addition was one order of magnitude lower than that of the base alloy (AZ91). Microstructural observations revealed that the addition of calcium refined the microstructure and enhanced the thermal stability of the β precipitates, which accounted for the improvement of creep resistance at high temperatures.Y.S. 2PREPARATION STUDY OF SEMI-SOLID 60Si2Mn SPRING STEEL SLURRY显示文摘The nondendritic semi-solid slurry preparation of 60Si2Mn spring steel is studied in this paper. The experiments show that when stirred for 2 minutes under the test condition, the semi-solid slurry with 50%-60% fraction solid phase and spherical primary austenite in the size of 100-300μm can be obtained and is easy to be discharged from the little bottom hole of the stirring chamber. The more homogeneous temperature field and solute distribution of the 60Si2Mn spring steel melt appear because of the electromagnetic stirring, which restrains the formation of large primary austenitic dendrites and create a base to form spheroidized structure. The stronger temperature fluctuation in the melt with many rosette primary austenites caused by stirring and the remelting of the secondary arm roots in the same time are the most important reasons for deposition of spheroidized primary austenites.W.M. 4TENSILE PROPERTIES AND CREEP RESISTANCE OF AZ91 ALLOY CONTAINING ANTIMONY显示文摘Small amount Of antimony addition to the Mg-9Al-0.8Zn-0.2Mn (AZ91) alloy resulted in the obvious increase of tensile strengths at both ambient and elevated temperatures.The creep resistance at the temperatures ap to 200℃ was also improved significantly by antimony addition. Mcrostructurul observations revealed that the addition of antimony modified morphology of the α(Mg17Al12) phase and caused the formation of some rod-shaped precipitates Mg3b2 at grain boundaries. 20SPLITTING A CONCAVE DOMAIN TO CONVEX SUBDOMAINS显示文摘We will study the convergence property of Schwarz alternating method for concave region where the concave region is decomposed into convex subdomains. Optimality of regular preconditioner deduced from Schwarz alternating is also proved.It is shown that the convergent rate and the condition number are independent of the mesh size but dependent on the relative geometric position of subdomains.Special care is devoted to non-uniform meshes, exclusively, local properties like the shape regularity of the finite elements are utilized.H.C.
