3Management of cytokine release syndrome related to CAR-T cell therapy显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy is a novel cellular immunotherapy that is widely used to treat hematological malignancies, including acute leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. Despite its remarkable clinical effects, this therapy has side effects that cannot be underestimated. Cytokine release syndrome (CRS) is one of the most clinically important and potentially life-threatening toxicities. This syndrome is a systemic immune storm that involves the mass cytokines releasing by activated immune cells. This phenomenon causes multisystem damages and sometimes even death. In this study, we reported the management of a patient with recurrent and refractory multiple myeloma and three patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia who suffered CRS during CAR-T treatment. The early application of tocilizumab, an anti-IL-6 receptor antibody, according to toxicity grading and clinical manifestation is recommended especially for patients who suffer continuous hyperpyrexia, hypotensive shock, acute respiratory failure, and whose CRS toxicities deteriorated rapidly. Moreover, low doses of dexamethasone (5-10 mg/day) were used for refractory CRS not responding to tocilizumab. 5Partial Discharge Measurement and Analysis in High Voltage IGBT Modules Under DC Voltage显示文摘Insulation performance of high voltage IGBT modules is one of the key attributes in power system applications.However,the existing standards of IGBT devices and research on the evaluation of insulation performance of high voltage IGBT modules are insufficient;for example,partial discharge resistance under DC voltage blocking condition is not considered.In this paper,a new test was proposed to allow the measurement of partial discharges in all the components of IGBT modules under DC voltage.The topology of the measuring circuit is arranged in the polarity discrimination way to exclude the interference,and the voltage and discharge current waveforms during the partial discharge process are measured by the wideband time domain measurement technique.According to the proposed test,the discharge phenomenon of the IGBT modules below the rating voltage were detected.A comprehensive waveform analysis on the voltage and discharge current was performed,and the influence of the applied voltage on the waveform parameters was obtained.The waveform parameters are influenced by the applied voltage and insulation structure,which enables the discrimination of the causes of the observed partial discharge in the IGBT module under DC voltage by the waveform analysis technique.Based on the waveform analysis technique,the types and causes of the observed partial discharges were discussed and inferred,and the correctness of the inference was further verified by observation.The proposed test and waveform analysis technique provide the possibility to evaluate and distinguish partial discharges in the high voltage IGBT module under DC voltage,which may be helpful to insulation performance evaluation and insulation defect diagnosis in high voltage IGBT module.Pengyu Fu Zhibin Zhao Xiang Cui Teng Wen Haoyu Wang Xuebao Li Peng Zhang 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,4:9

7Investigation of MHD power generation with supersonic non-equilibrium RF discharge显示文摘Magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) power generation with supersonic non-equilibrium plasma is demonstrated. Capacitively coupled radio frequency(RF) discharge(6 MHz, maximum continual power output of 200 W) was adopted to ionize the Mach number 3.5(650 m/s),0.023 kg/m3 airflow. In a MHD channel of 16 mm*10mm*20 mm, MHD open voltage of 10 V is realized in the magnetic field of 1.25 T, and power of 0.12 m W is extracted steadily and continuously in the magnetic field of 1 T. The reasons for limited power generation are proposed as:low conductivity of RF discharge; large touch resistance between MHD electrode and plasma;strong current eddies due to flow boundary layer. 10Influence of puerarin,paeoniflorin,and menthol on structure and barrier function of tight junctions in MDCK and MDCK-MDR1 Cells显示文摘Objective:In this study,the influence of puerarin,paeoniflorin,and menthol on the structure and barrier function of tight junctions(TJs)in MadineDarby canine kidney epithelial(MDCK)and MDCK-multi-drug resistance 1(MDR1)cells was evaluated to determine the mechanisms by which the drugs cross the bloodebrain barrier(BBB).Method:Cells were treated with puerarin,paeoniflorin,and menthol followed by immunohistochemical staining with occludin,claudin-1,and F-actin.The cells were then observed using laser-scanning confocal microscopy.Average optical density(AOD)of the immunofluorescence images of the proteins were analyzed using ImageJ software while Transepithelial electrical resistance(TEER)was measured using an epithelial voltohmmeter.Results:Confocal microscopy revealed that puerarin-and paeoniflorin-treated tight junction proteins were conspicuous while menthol suppressed their expression.Correspondingly,AOD values of cells treated with puerarin or paeoniflorin,or both showed no difference compared to the control group(P>.05)while the menthol group value was downregulated.In 3 h,TEER of cells not treated with menthol were similar to the control group,while treatment with menthol significantly decreased TEER value(P<.05).In addition,application of menthol decreased TEER in MDCK cells earlier than in MDCK-MDR1 cells.Conclusion:Menthol but not puerarin and paeoniflorin may enhance paracellular transport and improve drug penetration of the BBB by disrupting the structure and,thereby,weakening the barrier function of TJs.Lin Zhang Shouying Du Yang Lu Chang Liu Huichao Wu Bing Yang Jie Bai Pengyue Li 2015Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2015,2,2:4
11A review of intelligent ore sorting technology and equipment development显示文摘Under the background of increasingly scarce ore worldwide and increasingly fierce market competition,developing the mining industry could be strongly restricted.Intelligent ore sorting equipment not only improves ore use and enhances the economic benefits of enterprises but also increases the ore grade and lessens the grinding cost and tailings production.However,long-term research on intelligent ore sorting equipment found that the factors affecting sorting efficiency mainly include ore information identification technology,equipment sorting actuator,and information processing algorithm.The high precision,strong anti-interference capability,and high speed of these factors guarantee the separation efficiency of intelligent ore sorting equipment.Color ore sorter,X-ray ore transmission sorter,dual-energy X-ray transmission ore sorter,X-ray fluorescence ore sorter,and near-infrared ore sorter have been successfully developed in accordance with the different characteristics of minerals while ensuring the accuracy of equipment sorting and improving the equipment sorting efficiency.With the continuous improvement of mine automation level,the application of online element rapid analysis technology with high speed,high precision,and strong anti-interference capability in intelligent ore sorting equipment will become an inevitable trend of equipment development in the future.Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,transientγneutron activation analysis,online Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and nuclear magnetic resonance techniques will promote the development of ore sorting equipment.In addition,the improvement and joint application of additional high-speed and high-precision operation algorithms(such as peak area,principal component analysis,artificial neural network,partial least squares,and Monte Carlo library least squares methods)are an essential part of the development of intelligent ore sorting equipment in the future.Xianping Luo Kunzhong He Yan Zhang Pengyu He Yongbing Zhang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,9:4

13Multi-functional vesicles improve Helicobacter pylori eradication by a comprehensive strategy based on complex pathological microenvironment显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),creating a global infection rate over 50%,presents great challenges in clinical therapies due to its complex pathological microenvironment in vivo.To improve the eradication efficacy,herein we fabricated a pharmaceutical vesicle RHL/Cl-Ch-cal where cholesterol-PEG,calcitriol and first-line antibiotic clarithromycin were co-loaded in the rhamnolipid-composed outer lipid layer.RHL/Cl-Ch-cal could quickly penetrate through gastric mucus layer to reach H.pylori infection sites,and then effectively destroyed the architecture of H.pylori biofilms,killed dispersed H.pylori and inhibited the re-adhesion of residual bacteria(called biofilms eradication tetralogy).Moreover,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal activated the host immune response to H.pylori by replenishing cholesterol to repair lipid raft on the cell membrane of host epithelial cells.Finally,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal killed the intracellular H.pylori through recovering the lysosomal acidification and assisting degradation.In experiments,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal demonstrated prominent anti-H.pylori efficacy in the classical H.pylori-infected mice model.Therefore,the study provides a“comprehensive attack”strategy for anti-H.pylori therapies including biofilms eradication tetralogy,immune activation and intracellular bacteria killing.Xiaonan Chen Yiqing Zou Shuqi Zhang Pengchao Fang Shuxuan Li Pengyu Li Yingying Sun Gang Yuan Haiyan Hu 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9:2

15PPP-RTK functional models formulated with undiferenced and uncombined GNSS observations显示文摘Technique PPP-RTK combines the advantages of both the Precise Point Positioning(PPP)and the Real-Time Kinematic(RTK)positioning.With the emergence of multi-frequency Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)observations,it is preferable to formulate PPP-RTK functional models based on original(undiferenced and uncombined)observations.While there exist many variants of the undiferenced and uncombined PPP–RTK models,a unifed theoretical framework needs developing to link these variants.In this contribution,we formulate a class of undiferenced and uncombined PPP-RTK functional models in a systematic way and cast them in a unifed framework.This framework classifes the models into a code-plus-phase category and a phase-only category.Each category covers a variety of measurement scenarios on the network side,ranging from small-,medium-to large-scale networks.For each scenario,special care has been taken of the distinct ionospheric constraints and the diference between Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA)and Frequency Division Multiple Access(FDMA)signals.The key to systematically formulating these models lies in how to deal with the rank defciency problems encountered.We opt for the Singularity-basis(S-basis)theory,giving rise to the full-rank observation equations in which the estimable parameters turn out to be the functions of original parameters and those selected as the S-basis.In the sequel,it becomes straightforward to derive for each scenario the user model as it,more or less,amounts to the single-receiver network model.Benefting from the presented theoretical framework,the relationships and diferences between various undiferenced and uncombined PPP-RTK models become clear,which can lead to the better use of these models in a specifc situation.Baocheng Zhang Pengyu Hou Jiuping Zha Teng Liu 2022Satellite Navigation2022,3,1:2

19Printed Surface Defect Detection Model Based on Positive Samples显示文摘For a long time, the detection and extraction of printed surfacedefects has been a hot issue in the print industry. Nowadays, defect detectionof a large number of products still relies on traditional image processingalgorithms such as scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) and orientedfast and rotated brief (ORB), and researchers need to design algorithms forspecific products. At present, a large number of defect detection algorithmsbased on object detection have been applied but need lots of labeling sampleswith defects. Besides, there are many kinds of defects in printed surface,so it is difficult to enumerate all defects. Most defect detection based onunsupervised learning of positive samples use generative adversarial networks(GAN) and variational auto-encoders (VAE) algorithms, but these methodsare not effective for complex printed surface. Aiming at these problems, Inthis paper, an unsupervised defect detection and extraction algorithm forprinted surface based on positive samples in the complex printed surface isproposed innovatively. We propose a kind of defect detection and extractionnetwork based on image matching network. This network is divided into thefull convolution network of feature points extraction, and the graph attentionnetwork using self attention and cross attention. Though the key pointsextraction network, we can get robustness key points in the complex printedimages, and the graph network can solve the problem of the deviation becauseof different camera positions and the influence of defect in the differentproduction lines. Just one positive sample image is needed as the benchmarkto detect the defects. The algorithm in this paper has been proved in “TheFirst ZhengTu Cup on Campus Machine Vision AI Competition” and gotexcellent results in the finals.
