1Research progress in the heat resistance, toughening and filling modification of PLA显示文摘Due to its high strength, high modulus, excellent clarity, good biodegradability and biocompatibility, poly(lactic acid)(PLA), a bio-based thermoplastic polyester, has evolved into a competitive commodity material with potential to replace conventional petrochemical-based polymers. However, the wide applications of PLA have been hampered by its native drawbacks, such as low heat distortion temperature(HDT), inherent brittleness and relatively high cost. In recent years, researchers have devoted to breaking above-mentioned bottleneck and attempted to extend the application of PLA. 2Crust and Upper Mantle Electrical Resistivity Structure in the Panxi Region of the Eastern Tibetan Plateau and Its Significance显示文摘The Panxi region is located in the frontal zone of positive squeezing subduction and side squeezing shearing between the Indian plate and the Eurasian plate. The long-period magnetotelluric(LMT) and broadband magnetotelluric(MT) techniques are both used to study the deep electrical conductivity structure in this region; magnetic and gravity surveys are also performed along the profile. According to the 2-D resistivity model along the Yanyuan-Yongshan profile,a highconductivity layer(HCL) exists widely in the crust,and a high-resistivity block(HRB) exists widely in the upper mantle in general,as seen by the fact that a large HCL exists from the western Jinpingshan tectonic zone to the eastern Mabian tectonic zone in the crust,while the HRB found in the Panxi tectonic zone is of abnormally high resistivity in that background compared to both sides of Panxi tectonic zone. In addition,the gravity and magnetic field anomalies are of high value. Combined with geological data,the results indicate that there probably exists basic or ultrabasic rock with a large thickness in the lithosphere in the Panxi axial region,which indicates that fracture activity once occurred in the lithosphere. As a result,we can infer that the high-resistivity zone in the Panxi lithosphere is the eruption channel for Permian Emeishan basalt and the accumulation channel for basic and ultrabasic rock. The seismic sources along the profile are counted according to seismic record data. The results indicate that the most violent earthquake sources are located at the binding site of the HRB and the HCL,where the tectonic activity zone is generally acknowledged to be; however,the earthquakes occurring in the HCL are not so violent,which reflects the fact that the HCL is a plastic layer,and the fracture threshold of a plastic layer is low generally,making high stress difficult to accumulate but easy to release in the layer. 5Oscillation of Surface PM2.5 Concentration Resulting from an Alternation of Easterly and Southerly Winds in Beijing: Mechanisms and Implications显示文摘We used simultaneous measurements of surface PM_(2.5) concentration and vertical profiles of aerosol concentration,temperature, and humidity, together with regional air quality model simulations, to study an episode of aerosol pollution in Beijing from 15 to 19 November 2016. The potential effects of easterly and southerly winds on the surface concentrations and vertical profiles of the PM_(2.5) pollution were investigated. Favorable easterly winds produced strong upward motion and were able to transport the PM_(2.5) pollution at the surface to the upper levels of the atmosphere. The amount of surface PM_(2.5) pollution transported by the easterly winds was determined by the strength and height of the upward motion produced by the easterly winds and the initial height of the upward wind. A greater amount of PM_(2.5) pollution was transported to upper levels of the atmosphere by upward winds with a lower initial height. The pollutants were diluted by easterly winds from clean ocean air masses. The inversion layer was destroyed by the easterly winds and the surface pollutants and warm air masses were then lifted to the upper levels of the atmosphere, where they re-established a multi-layer inversion. This region of inversion was strengthened by the southerly winds, increasing the severity of pollution. A vortex was produced by southerly winds that led to the convergence of air along the Taihang Mountains. Pollutants were transported from southern–central Hebei Province to Beijing in the boundary layer. Warm advection associated with the southerly winds intensified the inversion produced by the easterly winds and a more stable boundary layer was formed. The layer with high PM_(2.5) concentration became dee-per with persistent southerly winds of a certain depth. 6A New Species of the Genus Trimeresurus from Southwest China(Squamata:Viperidae)显示文摘Species from the Trimeresurus popeiorum complex(Subgenus: Popeia) is a very complex group. T. popeiorum is the only Popeia species known from China. During the past two years, five adult Popeia specimens(4 males, 1 female) were collected from Yingjiang County, Southern Yunnan, China. Molecular, morphological and ecological data show distinct differences from known species, herein we describe these specimens as a new species Trimeresurus yingjiangensis sp. nov Chen, Ding, Shi and Zhang, 2018. 7Gas-phase dehydrochlorination of 1, 1, 2, 2-tetrachloroethane over the non-metal supported ionic liquid catalyst显示文摘Developing of non-metallic catalyst to replace metal catalyst is a meaningful and challenging direction.In this work,the non-metallic catalyst was synthetized successfully by loading ionic liquid onto the silica surface,which was applied for the gas-phase dehydrochlorination of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane.The 12%TPPC/SiO2(wt%)showed the best results with the conversion of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane reaching 100%.The selectivity of 1,1,2-trichloroethylene was 100%,and no deactivation was found during the evaluation period.The catalytic mechanism was investigated and possible reaction route was given,which was a reference for fabricating and design of solid base catalyst.Pengze Zhang Yangzhen Jin Zhaobin Jiang Guanqun Xie Qunfeng Zhang Xiaonian Li 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,6:2
8Culture medium optimization for pigment production with RSM method显示文摘Response surface methodology was used to optimize a medium for a red-pigmented marine bacterium S-9801 strain (Flavobacterium sp.). In the first optimization step the influence of yeast extract, peptone, glucose and sodium chloride on pigment production was evaluated using a fractional factorial design. Pigment production was positively influenced by glucose and sodium chloride while other components had no significant effect. In the second step the path of steepest ascent was used to approach the optimal region of the medium composition. In the third step the optimal concentration of glucose and sodium chloride was determined by a central composite design and response analysis. 10Enabling QoE-aware Mobile Cloud Video Recording over Roadside Vehicular Networks显示文摘Most of previous video recording devices in mobile vehicles commonly store captured video contents locally. With the rapid development of 4G/Wi Fi networks, there emerges a new trend to equip video recording devices with wireless interfaces to enable video uploading to the cloud for video playback in a later time point. In this paper, we propose a QoE-aware mobile cloud video recording scheme in the roadside vehicular networks, which can adaptively select the proper wireless interface and video bitrate for video uploading to the cloud. To maximize the total utility, we need to design a control strategy to carefully balance the transmission cost and the achieved QoE for users. To this purpose, we investigate the tradeoff between cost incurred by uploading through cellular networks and the achieved QoE of users. We apply the optimization framework to solve the formulated problem and design an online scheduling algorithm. 11Anti-tumor responses to hypofractionated radiation in mice grafted with triple negative breast cancer is associated with decorin induction in peritumoral muscles显示文摘Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC)is the most lethal one for all types of breast cancer.Though radiotherapy is an efficient treatment,long-term survival rate of TNBC patients is still suboptimal. Hyprofractionated radiotherapy,an improved radiotherapy,has made an inspiring result in clinic. However,the mechanism underlying TNBC treated with hyprofractionated radiotherapy is not clear.Decorin (DCN)is a small poteoglycan of matrix which has an inhibitory effect on the breast cancer and is secreted by muscle under certain conditions.In this study,we demonstrated that peritumoral muscles secrete more DCN at higher dose irradiation than that at conventional irradiation dose in TNBC tumor-bearing mice.Thus,it indicates that DCN secreted from peritumoral muscle may be one of the reasons why hyprofractionated radiotherapy could inhibit the growth of TNBC more effectively.Moreover,we also indicated that the up-regulated DCN attenuated lung metastasis of TNBC.In conclusion,we demonstrated that hypofractionated radiation promotes the secretion of DCN in peritumoral muscle,thus enhancing the inhibitory effect on TNBC,which might help to optimize the strategy of radiotherapy for TNBC patients in the future.Qi Yu Kedao Xin Yu Miao Zhaobin Li Shen Fu Shudong Hu Qing Zhang Shumin Zhou 2018Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2018,50,11:1
12Synthesis of novel chiral bisoxazoline ligands with a spiro[4,4]-1,6-nonadiene skeleton显示文摘A new type of chiral bisoxazoline ligands 1 based on spiro[4,4]-1,6-nonadiene backbone was easily prepared in six steps from racemic spiro[4,4]-nonane-1,6-dione,with the Pd-catalyzed coupling of the enol triflates with CO and amino alcohols as the key steps for the construction of the oxazoline moiety. The structure of the ligand (R,S,S)-1b was unambiguously established by X-ray crystallographic analysis.
